Our fourth and final Wii Sports Killer for Season 12 enters the conversation as we discuss the new additions to Tetris Effect Connected, breakdown its individual modes, and reminisce on other games that made us feel something.

Luis Aguasvivas, writer for PopMatters, his own site, and numerous other video game journals, joins me for an episode primarily about the video game Tetris. Tetris Effect: Connected! Back to the past with this one but with a modern twist. Finally a nod to one of the greatest games of all time - but is this modern iteration up to standard?

This time I talk with Jordan Vickers about Tetris Effect and Tetris Effect Connected. Tetris Effect first released in 2018 through Enhance Games and later received the "Connected" update which added multiplayer and other modes to this already very well-crafted version of Tetris. Fun fact: while I was editing the episode and pulling audio clips from my gameplay, I very often found myself saying "No wait, I think this is my favorite track in the game."
