Hello everyone, I'm Naomi Paul, a Writer, BeautyPreneur, and Perfume Vendor. In 2023, a seemingly simple incident taught me profound lessons. While at my aunt's house, bathroom tiles fell on me, leading to bruises. Fearful of the cost and her reaction, I hesitated but eventually shared the truth. Surprisingly, she was more concerned about my safety, admitting the tiles were sub-standard and needed replacement. This experience emphasized the importance of transparency. In every situation, telling the truth can save you from unforeseen consequences. Hiding the truth might seem tempting, but it often leads to more stress and complications. Sharing another instance from last year, when my phone got damaged, I chose honesty with my mom. She responded with understanding and helped me repair it for free, avoiding unnecessary expenses. The key takeaway: Be transparent, be truthful. It might be challenging, but in the long run, it brings peace and positive outcomes. As we step into 2024, let's embrace the power of truthful transparency. Thank you to Mr. Ben and the entire team for having me on Golden Rubbish 2024. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/weinspirepodcast/message

I've noticed a singular defining characteristic of both the "making it happen" budding entrepreneur and the "made it happen" 10-year overnight success story and it's not what you'd expect. It's not having a genius-level IQ.It's not having the best idea. It's not having the biggest pot of capital to get you started. No, it's something different, something you can write on a napkin with ease.Unwavering commitment.Once someone commits, the seas part, and mountains are flattened. What happens on the other side of that is only constrained by the boundaries of one's imagination. Xhenisa Gjonaj - the owner of Tri Lux Studio - is an example of what someone can create once they are committed. This is her story...Connect with her HERE.

Delina Medhin, like any creative freelance artist, dreamt of making a career out of her passion. After over a decade of living the dream and growing her business, she's decided to share her journey to success. More importantly, she is shining light on her village of people who have journeyed with her and got her to where she is now. Delina believes that every person needs their own village to achieve success. No one person can do it all by themselves. In 'It Takes A Village,' we start with Delina's aha moment from when she decides to quit her job and start living her life as a creative freelance artist. We get to meet family members, friends, mentors, and colleagues. We'll hear about relationships and stories that are as real and honest as they can get. Listen to all the episodes and we're sure you'll begin to reflect on your own dreams, passion, career, and of course, your own village. This is Delina's village and you're about to be a part of it. I'm going to be analyzing some ridiculous Facebook group posts I've seen lately and why you should 100% be careful about who you take advice from... After working with thousands of business owners around the world, I can quickly tell who is going to succeed and who is not based on their mindset. This podcast is long overdue and I can't wait to hear your thoughts!
