Mark Levin. Pelosi's Gestapo, Jan 6th Political Prisoners Update, Ukraine, Lost Stealth Fighter in South China Sea. https://www.marklevinshow.com/audio-rewind/ The race is on between the U.S and the Chinese to retrieve America's most advanced stealth fighter jet which has reportedly slid off the deck of a U.S Navy aircraft carrier in the South China Sea. U.S officials are concerned about China salvaging the aircraft before they do, to have a sample of the Navy's most elite warplane. Then, many are concerned with why America should do anything with Ukraine. If the U.S ignores its responsibility to defend Ukraine under the Budapest Memorandum of Security Assurances of 1994 it would be violating its part of the treaty. The founders warned against an activist court. Where is judicial review in the Constitution? It's not. This power exercised by the Supreme Court known as judicial review started in Marbury versus Madison. Jefferson noted that declaring what the law is, has more influence than every other branch of government. This practice contravenes the Constitution and is an authority given to the Court by itself, not by the framers or We The People. The constitutional case for the 2020 election in Pennsylvania that was brought by Greg Teufel and Julie Levin scored a victory today in the state's Commonwealth Court. The court ruled that the practice of no-excuse mail-in ballots, put in place by Democrats right before the 2020 election was unconstitutional. This case was initially dismissed outright by the U.S Supreme Court despite being meritorious.   Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 2/10/22 Author Julie Kelly calls in to discuss today's bombshell update in the January 6th court saga. It was revealed by the judge that the whereabouts of then-Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris were misrepresented by the government in their filings. It turns out that Harris was at the DNC offices where a pipe-bomb was reported, and that Vice President Pence was also not in the building at the time of the breach as reported. Will the Judge hold anyone in contempt? Will the trespassing charges stick since that was the reason the building was off-limits? Afterward, Congressman Troy Nehls, a former Sheriff, caught the Capitol Police taking photos of the whiteboard in his office on a Saturday Afternoon. The Capitol Police claimed that they found his door open and entered to investigate. They then claimed that the information on the whiteboard was suspicious, so they took photographs of it. Nehls is pushing back because his legislative priorities noted on the board in his office fall under the speech and debate clause of the Constitution. Nehls views this retaliation for being a vocal critic of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party crush the American attitude and zap the American Spirit. As pointed out by Robert Spencer, and admitted by the Democrats themselves, their whole push against Donald Trump is to prevent Trump from ever holding public office again. This is a dirty trick from Democrat legal Svengalis to use an old law that was used to keep Confederates from ever holding office after the Civil War to smear and stop their political opponents. This is a war against the psyche of Americans. Then, Sen. Mitch McConnell interferes in Republican primary elections to surround himself with candidates to empower his own position, not the nation's, not the Senates, and not the Republican Party's. America goes nowhere with Mitch McConnell. Later, author Julie Kelly calls in to discuss today's bombshell update in the January 6th court saga. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, following the resignation of Justice Stephen Breyer, President Biden has said that he will nominate the first Black woman to be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. The practice of hiring someone based on race or sex has been found to be unlawful for schools, businesses, and others but when Biden does it it's no longer a problem. The perverse ideology of American Marxism has crept into every facet of our government including the judiciary. Then, Anthony Fauci has famously flip-flopped on the mask issue multiple times and now he's getting called out in a new ad by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Fauci's lack of commitment is shielded from the public by those in the media that carry water for the Democrats. Later, in response to a guest's comment about racism being a war, MSNBC host Tiffany Cross said, " everybody needs to pick up a weapon and get involved because this is for the safety and lasting of the country.” Afterward, author Julie Kelly calls in to discuss how one federal district judge, who is angling for a spot on Biden's Supreme Court shortlist, is handing out very stiff sentences to the political prisoners of the January 6th riot at the capitol. Kelly added that previous reports that then-Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris was in the building have now been debunked.

xMarie: This is Minnesota Native News, I'm Marie Rock. Coming up…COVID 19 Vaccine rollout in MN is underway…And Indian Country responds to the attack on the U.S. Capitol building in Washington DC on January 6th…Reporter Leah Lemm has these stories…STORY #1: VACCINATION ROLLOUT IN MN IS UNDERWAYReporter: The World Health Organization declared the novel coronavirus a global pandemic on March 11, 2020. Vaccines have been a huge goal to help fight the spread of the virus, and now multiple types of COVID 19 vaccines are being administered. The Native American Community Clinic or NACC is one place where the Moderna COVID 19 vaccine is available for staff and patients. The vaccine kickoff at NACC was held before the New Year, starting with a short ceremony and initial vaccines.A lot of thought and planning has been put into what the rollout will look like at NACC. Dr Antony Stately is NACC's CEO.Dr Antony Stately: we'll start with 65 and older. We'll look at folks 55 to 65, also many of those fixed folks within our community are considered to be elders. We'll be vaccinating those individuals who have some chronic conditions that place the medics at a heightened risk for contracting COVID-19 and getting sick and possibly ending up in the ICU.Reporter: They're not wasting any time getting the vaccines out to the Native community.Dr Antony Stately: the native population is so much more disparately impacted by COVID-19 in the state. We've been given the ability to justify and sort of create our own methodology for who we want to vaccinate in our communities based on the risk that we see happening in our communities.Reporter: Those working in highly impacted communities are trying to make the vaccine available as soon as possible.Dr. Antony Stately: there are folks like me and other folks in health leadership in native community who have advocated and really strongly lobbied for our prioritization of native communities and black communities to get the vaccine and to get it before other communities that have historically had more privileged because we are seeing much more significantly impacted than the rest of the population.Reporter: Those under 18 can't get the Moderna vaccine at this point. Also, those who've had COVID need to be cleared from the illness for 90 days.STORY #2: INDIAN COUNTRY RESPONDS TO THE ATTACK ON THE U.S. CAPITOLNext… On January 6th, 2021, the world looked on as the U.S. capitol building in Washington DC was invaded… the day when the outcome of the U.S. Presidential election was to be formally certified, with an upcoming Biden-Harris administration.Pres Trump supporters vandalized the capitol building, chanted for the hanging of Vice President Pence, and attacked democracy itself. All this after Trump gave a speech that focused on falsely claiming that the presidential election was stolen from him.The Chief Executive of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Melanie Benjamin, had this response in a recent Band update:Chief Exec Melanie Benjamin: As insurgents prompted by the outgoing president storm the National Capitol in a failed attempt to overturn the election. Wow, well, we all expected the end result to be a peaceful transfer of power on January 20th.This event shows the importance of being involved in the political process and as a sovereign American tribe, we know that violence is never the answer.REPORTER: Chief Executive Melanie Benjamin gives her regards to the upcoming Biden-Harris administrationChief Exec Melanie Benjamin:… so that there is a smooth transition. And we as tribal governments across this nation, that we have a good working relationship with the new administration. And that's what I look forward to.REPORTER: The National Congress of American Indians released their own response, a part of which read:“As leaders of our own tribal nations, we understand the sacred duty undertaken by those chosen to serve their people to uphold the rule of law and the will of the people. Above all else, we value the sanctity of life. No nation should tolerate a leader who obstructs or brings harm to the peaceful democratic process and the citizens we are sworn to protect.”REPORTER: The statement goes on to commend Congress for resuming their work and accepting the certification of the free and fair election of President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. For MN Native News, I'm Leah Lemm.

After the attack on the Capitol, lawmakers seemed to come together — but will that last with a 50-50 Senate? And an update from Georgia.Read more:White House bureau chief Phil Rucker brings us behind the scenes of a week when President Trump incited a mob of his supporters to attack the Capitol, and then, grudgingly, admitted his loss. With Democratic victories in Georgia's runoff elections, the Senate will be equally split, with Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris serving as a tie-breaking vote. David Fahrenthold breaks down what that could look like. Last month, our host Martine Powers and producer Ted Muldoon reported from Georgia on the runoff elections, and all the people on the ground who were working to deliver a victory to the Democrats — and the first Black senator from the state. One of those people was Bob Melvin, who we learned after the canvassing trip had contracted the coronavirus. We checked in with him this week after the Democrats' victory.Correction: A previous version of this episode mistakenly said that Trump would be the second president to skip his successor's Inauguration. Welcome to Webcology on WMR.FM, the post-revolution edition. I call it that because something remarkable has happened in a horrible but less than disastrous way. The revolution has ended and, after four years of division, lies, distortions and horrible economics, the revolution has clearly failed. The fascists lost and, though they took the country to the brink of collapse, the traditions, institutions, and better sense of the American people held. No one doubts that those foundations stand firmly today even after the very Halls of Congress were rocked by the violent sedition of the President's supporters yesterday in a last ditch attempt to prevent the certification of President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice-President-Elect Kamala Harris. Congress reconvened to complete its duty and certify the results of the election after the Trumpist terrorists had been arrested or routed from the building by the Capitol police, reinforced by the DC, Maryland, and Virginia National Guards. Mark that as the moment in time the Trumpian Revolution ended. Donald J. Trump leaves office having destroyed the Republican Party and having squandered and lost GOP control of all houses of legislative government, the Oval Office, the House, and the Senate. Even his handpicked judicial appointments failed to break with American law when he asked them to do his bidding. After the results of a national election, 62 friviolous and failed lawsuits, the two run-off Senate races in Georgia, the failed attempt to take the very House of Government Washington DC, and the final confirmation of Biden and Harris, Donald J. Trump finally assured America that there would be a transfer of power on January 20, 2021. He conceded that it's over and, even if he can't concede that he lost, he's lost and so is the movement he flounded. The fascist revolution is over and the Republic of the United States of America remains in place. A new decade begins now. Ep 16: In this episode Dr. Stephanie talks to Georgetown law professor Tiffany Jeffers about her about what in means to be a Black women in a system that was never designed to protect people who look like her. She is an Associate Professor of Law, she has worked with police, victims, and witnesses who needed protection. Dr. Stephanie and Tiffany discuss the conflict Tiffany feels as an attorney sworn to uphold the law but at the same time knowing that the law is not designed to uphold her womanhood, her personhood or her livelihood just because she was born a little girl with melanated skin. They talk about VP Elect Kamala Harris and her record as a prosecutor and how Black women are often held to an impossible standard. The conversation lands in such a sweet space of how important self-care is and how our sisterhood is part of our self-care regimen.  The Professor is not only here to school us in this episode but leans into her vulnerability and helps us to do the same.

Dr. Elliot Eisenberg Discusses 2021 Housing Economic Forecast

Known for his quick wit, trendy bowtie and complete understanding of the housing industry, President and Chief Economist of Graphs and Laughs, Elliott Eisenberg Ph.D., is in the studio for today's episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group kicks off December's Radio lineup by discussing the 2021 economic housing forecast, the results of the 2020 election, the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) on the economy and so much more on this All About Real Estate segment of Radio. Eisenberg earned his Ph.D. in housing economics over 20 years ago and has been working in the housing industry ever since. With a wide scope of service, including over 10 years with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Eisenberg sought to engage and educate even more industry professionals through public speaking. This passion kickstarted a career that ultimately lead to Graphs and Laughs. “My only regret is not going out on my own earlier,” said Eisenberg. “It's fun to be your own boss.” Graphs and Laughs is a company designed to merge useful information about economics with plenty of laughter and fun. Eisenberg continually educates a wide variety of professionals in the homebuilding industry by offering humor, jokes and plenty of laughter to keep everyone entertained. Eisenberg travels all over the country sharing his economic forecasts and quick wit to help people understand and remember economic concepts. “Things that people find generally boring, I try to bring to life with some semblance of humor, funny slides and just my own weird personality,” said Eisenberg. With a new administration taking office in 2021, Eisenberg discusses the possibilities for the upcoming year. One big factor that will make an impact on the new year is the state of Georgia. There are currently two runoff elections scheduled to take place in early January. The two senate seats up for grabs in Georgia could end up splitting the overall Senate majority in Washington, D.C. If this is the case, Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris is responsible for breaking ties. While this is a possibility, Eisenberg thinks this will mainly only help President-Elect Joe Biden with his cabinet nominations. Because the House and Senate are so evenly split, Eisenberg does not think any major social or economic policy getting passed is reasonable. Despite the several political uncertainties, Eisenberg is confident the housing market will remain steady moving into 2021. Single-family home sales are on fire and it seems like the main factor slowing down the market is an inability to build houses fast enough. That being said, Eisenberg does see the new home sales starting to plateau and level out leading into 2021. Eisenberg also says the housing industry is the healthiest single sector in the United States economy right now. “I think we are probably beginning to reach the plateau of what we can physically produce as a country in terms of single-family construction,” said Eisenberg. “It would be nice to produce more, but I don't think we can. But we can sustain this level for some time as the COVID numbers decline and as people rearrange their housing situation.” The COVID-19  pandemic has helped the housing industry see a huge surge. After the initial shutdowns in early 2020, a surplus of demand hit the housing market in the summer and fall months. In addition to the overflow of demand from previous seasons, more families than usual are finding a need to buy a new home. Now, a home must incorporate a gym, a school, a hangout area, a relaxing retreat and so much more. Being home more often has helped families see a need for more from their homes. In addition, the average family is spending less on services, allowing for an increase in budget for goods. This means an ability to spend more money on a higher mortgage for a new home. Marie: This is Minnesota Native News, I'm Marie Rock. Coming up...Come January, there will be new leadership in the White House with a plan for Tribal Nation relationship...  and Minnesota tribes band together to assist in fighting wildfires out West.Reporter Leah Lemm has these stories…. STORY #1: PE BIDEN-VPE HARRIS ON TRIBAL NATIONSPresident-Elect Joe Biden and Vice-President Elect Kamala Harris are poised to lead the nation next. During his victory speech, President Elect Biden acknowledged the diversity of supporters that helped elect him. Pres-Elect Biden: “...I am proud of the coalition we put together, the broadest and most diverse in history. Democrats, Republicans and independents. Progressives, moderates and conservatives. Young and old. Urban, suburban and rural. Gay, straight, transgender. White. Latino. Asian. Native American.”In early October, their campaign released their plan for tribal nations. They write that they plan to uphold the U.S.'s trust responsibility, strengthen the Nation-to-Nation relationship between Tribal Nations and the United States, and work to empower tribal sovereignty. The next administration has many concrete items on the to-do list. A few of which are to:appoint Native leaders to high level government positions, defend the Indian Child Welfare Act, and...Invest in Infrastructure and Clean Energy, including reliable high speed internet for Native households and support tribal efforts to shift to clean energy. The full list can be found in the BIDEN-HARRIS PLAN FOR TRIBAL NATIONS.Next up, tribes from Minnesota help fight wildfires out West.STORY #2: BIA FIREFIGHTING CREWReporter: This summer and into fall, wildfires have spread in large parts of the country. Crews were sent to help control the fires, including a crew from tribal communities in MN. They fought the Puzzle fire in South Dakota and the Williams Fork and East Troublesome fires in Colorado.Ferin Davis: We all represented the BIA, but we're pretty much employees of different tribal nations in Minnesota. Reporter: Ferin Davis is a citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band and is the Lead Environmental Scientist for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. They manage approximately 4,500 acres in Scott County, Minnesota, which is just located 30 minutes Southwest of Minneapolis. Ferin was part of the 13-member crew representing the Bureau of Indian Affairs from Minnesota that went and helped fight wildfires.Ferin Davis: There were firefighters from Leech Lake, Fond du Lac, White Earth, Bois Forte and, I believe Mille Lacs and then us in Shakopee... This was kind of cool that the BIA was able to pull us all together and send out the first all BIA represented module since the nineties.Reporter: Ferin points out that part of the relationship between SMSC and the Bureau of Indian Affairs is that their fire fighting crew assists with wildfires, and in turn, the BIA helps with prescribed burn operations in their community. The first fire they were called to was in South Dakota on the Rosebud Reservation on October 3rd.Ferin Davis: And so we were pulled there first because we're a BIA crew and BIA manages that land or helps manage that land. It was 150 acre of fire. When we got there, it was kind of cooling down, but what we did was help really kind of put it to bed. Reporter: Then the crew went to Colorado on the 8th, first to the Williams Fork fire.Ferin Davis: It was getting really windy in where we're at. There are a lot of dead trees, standing, dead trees. So their concern was that these trees can fall on us while we're working. So when conditions get to be that dangerous, sometimes they'll take a step back and say, okay, we're just gonna reset, take the morning off to rehab your tools, get other things organized. We were basically waiting in our trucks, rehabbing our tools and kind of re-positioning for other things. And that's when the East Troublesome Creek fire started. So then that afternoon we were kind of pulled over to that fire because whatever available resources they had, they wanted to respond to that.Reporter: I'm glad to say Ferin Davis reported that the MN BIA crew was safe.Ferin Davis: That's always the end goal is to go home safe.Reporter: For MN Native News, I'm Leah Lemm.

Intersections with Phil Allen, Jr. Episode:  006; We Can Breathe: The Election, Kamala Harris, and Evangelicals Airdate:   Monday, November 9, 2020 Length:    35:55 Guest(s):  Phil Allen, Jr. Description: In a thoughtful, reflective solo episode this week, Phil Allen, Jr. discusses the meaning behind the long-in-coming triumph of President-Elect Joseph Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris following an arduous election season and suspenseful four day long voting tally.  In We Can Breathe: The Election, Kamala Harris, and Evangelicals, Allen discusses why there was exaltation and exhalation this week at the intersection of race, culture and theology. Although he does not view Biden as a “savior,” Allen points to the fact that a new presidency is to begin, replacing one that harnessed fear, divisiveness and racism for political ends. And where theology is concerned, Allen – who is a pastor himself – calls into question the resolute embrace of Donald Trump by evangelical Christians. This faction of Trump's base engages in what Allen calls “theological gymnastics” to justify their allegiance to a politician whose actions belie their beliefs. With this election, the culture has moved forward as America has seated the first woman – and first woman of color – in the world's second-most hallowed place of power.  Where a positive development such as this leads we have yet to know. But for now, young black girls – and all children of color for that matter – can again now see themselves reflected in a place where opportunity is limitless. Please join us for this week's episode of Intersections with Phil Allen, Jr. ____________ Phil Allen, Jr. is a Los Angeles-based pastor, social justice activist, filmmaker and author. His book “Open Wounds: A Story of Racial Tragedy, Trauma and Redemption” explores the murder of Nate Allen—Phil Allen's grandfather—in the Jim Crow era of South Carolina and how that traumatic event resonated through generations of his family. “Open Wounds” – which is based on the Allen-produced documentary of the same name – will be published in February 2021 and is available for pre-order on Amazon.com. Allen is a Ph.D. student studying Christian ethics at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.

Last night we heard from President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. They both gave powerful speeches and really encouraged America. I also want to thank you for keeping the faith and VOTING! It's powerful, and this election will hold an extraordinary place in my heart. Times have also been tough for America. People are losing their jobs, racial tensions are rising and so much more. But I thank and applaud YOU for keeping the faith. America, you're amazing. Mikko Parker

Seit gestern sehe ich vieles positiver gestimmt, allerdings niemals zu blauäugig.Für mich steht dennoch mehr als ausdrücklich fest: Game over, Mr. President !...Intro Song: Peter Roe - This is My World (permit to use it)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqX7S3n7c04Blog: https://tobiaspuetter.euStream:https://twitch.tv/calsportaleuSocial:https://twitter.com/calsportalhttps://www.instagram.com/icalsportaleu/https://discord.gg/tST3vUR
