Today's show opens with a comment from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) saying he is okay with Pete Hegseth. What I take from this is more validation that New Media is having a greater and faster impact than ever before. They were not ready to have the smear campaigns debunked so quickly. Attorney Alina Habba was on the PBD podcast and discussed the E Jean Carroll case. She reminded the audience about the case she was not allowed to make or present in the lawfare waged against Donald Trump. She also said that Carroll would not be getting any payout and in fact would be suing to have Carroll pay all legal fees. I bring this up in response to ABC News settling the defamation suit Trump brought on them after they said he had been charged with and committed rape. While the voices in media are decrying the death of journalism over this case, we have already known they were dead. They cannot accept their downfall has been at their own hands. Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is definitely wanting a pardon. He seems really worried that he will need one to stay out of trouble with the incoming Trump administration. DHS Secretary Alejandro “The Walking Male Member with Eyebrows” Mayorkas, made the rounds regarding the ongoing drone story. What it comes down to is if you can believe anything this government says? However, when he says they need more power and more authority, I cannot help wonder if they are manufacturing the very crisis they want to leverage to that end. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) is disgusted at all of the pork stuffed into the latest National Defense Authorization Act. He voted against it, but politicians love spending money we don't have. President Biden wants us to believe his “campaign” was scandal-free, while President-elect Trump just landed a $100M investment from Japan into the United States. Trump also declared all of the countries would be taking back their people or face disastrous financial ruin.  In the waning days of the Harris-Biden regime, we get one more Deep Thoughts segment with VP Kamala Harris. She is really the queen of word salad. The WNBA has decided to do the opposite of the PGA when it comes to using a rising star to their advantage. They want Caitlin Clark to still bend the knee and they do not give her any credit to larger ticket sales. Finally, Donald Trump wants to get rid of Daylight Savings Time. Hopefully he means the switching of the time. Personally, I like more daylight at the end of the day and hope he will consider pushing the clock ahead and leaving it there. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:00pm- Bombshell WSJ Poll: A newly released Wall Street Journal poll reveals that Donald Trump now leads Kamala Harris nationally‚ 49% to 46% in a head-to-head matchup. Aaron Zitner of The Wall Street Journal writes: “Views of Harris have turned more negative since August, when equal shares of voters viewed her favorably and unfavorably. Now, the unfavorable views are dominant by 8 percentage points, 53% to 45%. Moreover, voters give Harris her worst job rating as vice president in the three times the Journal has asked about it since July, with 42% approving and 54% disapproving of her performance. By contrast, views of Trump have turned rosier. Voters recall his time as president more positively than at any point in this election cycle, with 52% approving and 48% disapproving of his performance in office—a 4-point positive job rating that contrasts with the 12-point negative rating for Harris. Moreover, voters give Trump a solid edge in most cases when asked about the candidates' agendas and policies. On Tuesday, NBC News reported that Governor Ron DeSantis has been ignoring phone calls from Vice President Kamala Harris as Florida prepares for Hurricane Milton. During a press conference, DeSantis flatly denied ever ignoring Harris's attempts to reach him and insisted “this is not a time for politics.” Meanwhile, Harris publicly accused DeSantis of not putting the people of Florida first. But on Tuesday President Joe Biden came to DeSantis's defense—applauding his performance during the crisis, saying the governor is doing a great job. So, why is Harris lying and purposefully politicizing Hurricane Milton? 3:30- While appearing on “60 Minutes,” Kamala Harris delivered a lengthy, nonsensical response to one of host Bill Whitaker's questions. But don't worry—the program went back and edited the audio to make the answer seem coherent. 3:40pm- Despite help via the editor, Kamala Harris's “60 Minutes” interview was still a mess. She struggled to answer questions about the U.S. border, grocery prices, and foreign policy. Similarly, her appearance on The View was not without errors. At one point she explained that she would not have changed any of President Joe Biden's policies. So, how exactly can she continue to call herself the candidate of change? According to National Review, Harris realized her mistake and attempted to draw a distinction between her hypothetical presidency and Biden's—but all she could come up with was promising to appoint a Republican to her cabinet. Rich and Matt think it's safe to presume she isn't planning to appoint Mike Lee or Rand Paul. 3:50pm- Colorado Supreme Court Dismisses Transgender-Cake Lawsuit Against Christian Baker Jack Phillips. David Zimmermann of National Review writes: “The Colorado supreme court on Tuesday dismissed the latest lawsuit against Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips, who was accused in the most recent suit of discriminating against a transgender attorney by refusing to bake a gender-transition cake. While ruling in favor of the Christian baker, the state supreme court did not weigh in on Phillips's free-speech rights.
