Giroud jugo su ultimo partido con LAFC y se regresa a Francia. Pero el juego ante Vancouver se pierde por 1 a 0. Steve Cherundolo habla de la importancia que fue Giroud para el equipo. Debutó David Ochoa y dijo que se sintió nervioso al principio pero que está listo para más juegos.

LAFC pierde ante ES Tunis y quedó eliminado del mundial de clubes. Cherundolo salió decepcionado y frustrado con el accionar del equipo. Aaron Long piensa que merecían por lo menos el empate. Javairo Dilrosum dice que le faltó gol al equipo, pero es normal por ser un equipo joven. Hay rumores de que la directiva no está contenta y Steve Cherundolo estaría renunciando antes de lo previsto.
