Will Doctor brings you the sharpest golf picks and information for this weeks Zurich Classic and Chevron Championship. Will Doctor's Golf Preview Podcast, recorded from the Nicholas Course at Carlton Woods, dives deep into betting picks and performance analysis for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, the Chevron Championship, and briefly, the Veritex Bank Championship. Opening with a recap of the RBC Heritage, Doctor praises Justin Thomas for winning his 16th PGA Tour title after a playoff with Andrew Novak. Thomas posted a 61 in round one and closed with a bogey-free 68. Novak, described as the American Jon Rahm, impressed with elite short game and iron play, though he missed key putts, notably a 10-footer on the 13th. Doctor criticizes himself for failing to include Novak in his bets, noting Novak's three final group appearances and five top-15 finishes in 2025. The podcast reflects on several betting losses, including missing JT's surge and Novak's rise. The card was down 6.7 units, adding to an overall deficit of 81.2 units for the season. Scottie Scheffler's T8 finish was dissected, focusing on a critical double bogey on 15 caused by a tricky lie in the waste area. Despite superb ball-striking, putting lapses limited his contention. Daniel Berger's T3 finish came with elite ball-striking but poor putting early in the week. Other near-miss bets included JT Poston (T11), Sungjae Im losing the top Asian bet to Siwoo Kim, and Ryan Gerard's bogey on 18, which destroyed a top 20 ticket. Garrick Higgo's win at Corrales Punta Cana, his second PGA Tour victory, was a notable miss for Will, who lamented overlooking Higgo despite strong form in previous starts. For the Zurich Classic, two outright bets are offered. Andrew Novak and Ben Griffin at 28/1 are highlighted for elite ball-striking and top-tier putting. Griffin's form shows recent putting struggles, but his strong Bermuda putting history is encouraging. Billy Horschel and Tom Hoge, also at 28/1, are touted for their pairing of elite putting and solid recent results. Horschel's Zurich history includes two wins and a second-place finish, while Hoge has four straight T18 finishes with resurgent driving accuracy. A top 20 bet on Nico Echavarria and Max Greyserman at +130 is based on their elite Bermuda putting and last year's T4 result. Their recent ball-striking is a concern, but their putting could carry them into the top 20 if they strike it average. Doctor explores other pairings but passes on Carl Yuan and Michael Thorbjornsen due to inconsistency and on Isaiah Salinda and Kevin Velo due to Velo's below-average stats. At the Chevron Championship, hosted again at the Nicholas Course, the course demands power and precision, favoring long hitters due to tight driving lanes and potentially soft greens. Nelly Korda is picked to win at 9/1. She won here in 2024 and continues to be elite across all metrics, especially improving putting. Ingrid Lindblad is the value pick, taken at 70/1 to win and 4/1 to finish top 10. She recently won in just her third LPGA start and ranks high in driving, approach, and putting stats, although her short game remains untested at this venue. Finally, Doctor previews his visit to the Veritex Bank Championship, with plans to gather insights on-site and update picks via social media. He teases future episodes from the Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch and the Truest Championship at Philadelphia Cricket Club. The podcast closes with a promo code for picks at pregame.com and a strong focus on preparing for the upcoming stretch of the season. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Despite Soto's performance not meeting expectations, the Mets are winning, thanks to Alonso and strong pitching. The Mets plan to play Jeff McNeil in center field, a move Gio doesn't understand, and Jerry views McNeil's energy negatively. Baseball updates included Ben Rice's 4-for-4 game, Jazz Chisholm's ejection, and Aaron Boone's comments on the Rays changing dirt. The Mets also beat the Cardinals. Audio of Sal Licata's harsh criticism of Soto aired. The Knicks-Pistons series starts tomorrow. The hour concluded with a discussion about golfer Billy Horschel signing a woman's welt, Gio's confusion over women wanting boob autographs from celebrities, and an uncomfortable interview experience with former player John Randle due to differing opinions on his playing style.

Hour 1 Today's show features Gio & Jerry filling in for Boomer. They discussed Aaron Rodgers' Pat McAfee Show appearance, where he detailed a brief, tense meeting with Jets coach Aaron Glenn and GM Darren Mougey, feeling Glenn was "rogue." Rodgers praised Brian Daboll. C-Lo then provided updates, first on his hiccups, and then audio of Rodgers discussing Glenn. In baseball news, Ben Rice went 4-for-4, Dave Sims called the game, Jazz Chisholm was ejected for arguing balls and strikes, and Aaron Boone disliked his dugout view in Tampa. The Mets beat the Cardinals with Mark Vientos hitting his first home run. Sam Rosen made his final career call for the Rangers. Finally, Kadarius Toney announced his NFL retirement to become a rapper. Hour 2 The Knicks-Pistons series starts tomorrow. Gio, who found the Knicks' regular season boring due to their dominance, predicts a Knicks win in six but questions their ability to compete with the Celtics, especially considering the Pistons' physicality. Fan engagement is high, particularly regarding Karl-Anthony Towns. A caller wonders if the city's excitement will be lower without the Rangers in the playoffs. Another believes Aaron Rodgers intentionally embarrassed the Jets. Later, after a discussion about martinis, audio of Rodgers' negative meeting with the Jets aired. In baseball, the Yankees beat the Rays (Jazz Chisholm ejected), and the Mets beat the Cardinals. Last night was Sam Rosen's final Rangers game. The hour ended with Gio questioning the Easter Bunny's association with eggs and the quality of his gifts compared to Santa, also sharing his dislike for jelly beans. Hour 3 Mark Vientos hit his first home run. Sal Licata's criticism of Juan Soto sparked debate, with Gio questioning why early-season criticism equates to "hating," especially given Soto's high salary implying less room for failure. Hour 4 Last night marked the end of Sam Rosen's 40-year career calling Rangers games, and Lee Corso is retiring from College Gameday. Gio speculated about Howie Rose's potential retirement and noted Gary Cohen looks younger than his age (and younger than Boomer). They pondered if Boomer would continue working until 70. Gio mentioned a possible deceased person sighting, while Jerry recounted a gunpoint robbery dream (which Gio experiences often). The topic of aggressive geese arose, with Al advising against harming them due to their protected status, even during an attack. Later, Gio questioned "GROK" about having a non-sports-fan producer, and Jerry asked ChatGPT about his dreams. More audio of Aaron Rodgers' negative experience with the Jets aired. Adam Schefter was pranked at the Masters with a fake NFL trade report (since phones weren't allowed). Deion Sanders claimed he never did ‘that' to himself. The Moment of the Day highlighted Gio's Eddie impression regarding Al & Jerry's low YouTube views. The show concluded with a discussion about baseball players' competitive pickleball games.

Andy and Brendan break down Billy Boy's ESPN debut on this Wednesday episode, recording right after the Atlanta Drive's shutout TGL win over NYGC. Billy Horschel was the star of the show, interacting with fans and broadcasters throughout the SoFi Center, performing the "Dirty Bird" dance multiple times, and bringing his teammates diamond chains to wear for their postgame interviews. Andy immediately calls PJ in to answer for another poor performance from NYGC, as the addition of Cameron Young fell flat straight from the first shot of the night. Andy and Brendan debate whether the low scoring affair was an improvement on last week's match and have a laugh at Patrick Cantlay's strict strategy regarding "The Hammer" and its use. From there, golf's preeminent gambling podcast gives some One-and-Done picks for the Farmers Insurance Open, a tournament that's facing withdrawals from many of the top players in the field. Brendan brings back a slight Cutthroat Corner, wondering how a former major winner is still possibly exempt into PGA Tour events. Elsewhere on the Schedule of the Week, the DP World Tour field at the Ras Al Khaimah is littered with SGS favorites, leading to a Game Within the Game to spice things up. Finally, Andy and Brendan react to the memo sent out by Justin Thomas encouraging players to be more active in PGA Tour broadcasts as a result of the "Fan Forward" survey.

The two begin by unpacking the SGS Leaderboard of the Year at the BMW PGA Championship overseas, with a Billy Horschel-Rory McIlroy playoff to finish off what was another great tournament on the DP World Tour. They discuss the playoff itself, Billy's winning weekend, Rory's play coming down the stretch, and whether "The Great" Manassero has what it takes to get it done on the Euro Tour. The episode then takes a slight turn towards this week's Presidents Cup, as Billy Horschel has now won yet another tournament following the selection of a U.S. team. Next, Andy and Brendan hit on Lydia Ko and the LPGA Queen City Championship, keeping her incredible season going with another win. The premier Champions Tour gambling podcast then tries to justify a poor week of picks for the PURE Insurance Championship, as Brendan put the cooler on Richard Green's hot streak, Andy didn't put in the necessary research for a win, and Producer PJ couldn't find anywhere to bet on Steven Alker in Las Vegas. After some U.S. Mid-Am talk about 2016 SEC Baseball Player of the Year Boomer White and the debut of the "Presidents Cup Fact of the Day," Andy and Brendan celebrate a true underdog story, the Ironheads finally reaching a podium after multiple upsets at the LIV Team Championship in Dallas.
