https://enlighteninglife.com/october-2024-energy-report/It's October now and we move from the 8 of September to the 9 energy of October (10 + 2+0+2+4 = 9) and we see the number 9 in terms of closure and endings. Well this one is a little different because it is not just closure we'll get, it is endings and the end, as in it's over, fini, fertig, finito, done, closed, and completely over. It is interesting that 2024 began with a 9 month, January 2024 was a 9 (1 + 2 + 0 + 2 +4) and October brings us full circle and full cycle from where we started on January 1, 2024. January was also a 9 value month and Pluto was at the same degree as it is now and getting ready for the final steps in its long transit of Capricorn. (everyone shout hooray)I am not talking about the end of the world apocalypse here, but something similar, although that is what the people whose land and homes were flooded are dealing with. What must be over will end, in one way or another, and we may be able to get closure, but that is not necessary for endings. Remember Capricorn is the end of the 3D path and Aquarius, the next sign, is the 5D sign leading us into full spiritual congruence. The ascension journey is nearing completion of this particular cycle.Beginnings require endings or we have a mish mash of events, situations, people, relationships, and the like that are no longer relevant to us today but we still have some connection to them so we keep them close by even though they add no value or benefit to us, our path, or our life.It reminds me of the junk drawer that everyone has in their kitchen, which contains a collection of old keys, random parts, cords, batteries, and objects that we once had or used. While we really don't know what they all belong to any more we're afraid to throw them away in case that thing shows up and we need that part or cord.So we continue to add to the junk drawer year after year until one day we decide to clean it up and discover exactly what is in there. The results are surprising because we find things that we were looking for, get rid of a lot of things we know we no longer need, and sometimes we find surprises. I did this with my daughter on my last visit to her house and we found a lot of things in the kitchen junk drawers including enough loose change to buy an ice cream treat for the entire family! As I am writing this on October 1 we just had an X7 solar flare, a rather large one that explains the anxiety, headache, and restlessness that I have felt all day. Of course since I am in North Carolina, I am also processing energy from the huge amount of devastation that was left behind Hurricane Helene too. I often visit that part of the state especially in the autumn because the Blue Ridge Parkway is so beautiful but not this year. Many of the roads I have traveled before are gone – washed away – or the towns I visited are gone or heavily damaged. Even the Biltmore House, the Vanderbilt property that is a central figure in the area, is closed. It is very sad but the people here will recover. They are strong and resourceful and very committed to their communities. And a lot of us will help when we can and when it is safe to travel to that part of the state.Read the rest of the article on the blog at enlighteninglife.com Created, narrated, and produced by Jennifer Hoffman.Artwork by Jennifer Hoffman.Copyright (C) 2004-2024 by Jennifer Hoffman, all US and international rights reserved.Visit enlighteninglife.com for more information. Please note our policies regarding copyright infringement, content misuse, and theft of intellectual property. Keeping It Real with Cam Marston

On this week's Keepin It Real, Cam Marston says he has a question for you. And he's curious if you have a question for him. ----- A story that lives in legend in my family is the day my mother interrupted a story about a boastful largemouth bass fisherman and my mother, in full innocence, asked “Who had the large mouth? The fish or the fisherman?” She had never heard of a largemouth bass. But, considering the context of the story, it was a legitimate question. The group fell silent and stared. Someone then explained to her about the species of fish. While the story gets repeated because of the question, my memory of the story is her reaction after getting the explanation. She began laughing at herself. At how silly her question must have sounded. At how perfectly naïve she was. I love the memory. Laughing at herself, fully confident in herself and her innocence. No need to be embarrassed. Self-composed, self-confident, and self-aware. I have inherited the questioning part of my mother. I ask a lot of questions. And I can't exactly explain why I want to know these things other than just to know them. Do the answers make my life better? I don't know. It certainly makes me happier to learn these things. Do I make my environment better by asking so many questions? I don't know. Do I make the people who I ask questions of better? Yes, until a certain point. I was asked to go to the back of the line at a tour of the Biltmore House in Asheville when the tour guide said we were in room number two of the twenty plus we were scheduled to see that day and were already an hour behind schedule. My questions were to blame. Today I'm participating in an academy hosted by the FBI and one of my fellow participants said we need to stop asking questions so the agent can get on with their slides. The comments weren't targeted at me exactly, but I was asking a lot of questions. I find incurious people boring. I've learned it's the single characteristic that makes me interested or not interested in a person is are they curious about things. Plenty of people are not. Plenty of them. What they see and what they get and what they observe and what they hear is fine. No questions asked. They find me annoying that I want to know more. However, at the same time I can't imagine going through life not wanting to know. And, unfortunately, the more I feel I know, the more questions I ask. Further, I've never been reprimanded for asking a bad question. For too many questions, yes. For a bad question, no. People seem to like being asked. I recently finished a great biography of Leonardo da Vinci. He was famous amongst his contemporaries for his insatiable curiously and many of his questions lead to breakthroughs in his artwork and his inventions. One note he made to himself was to learn about the tongue of woodpeckers. Such a seemingly random thought. But a question to which he wanted answer. I think I would have liked him. I'd love to have sat with him. And asked some questions. I'm Cam Marston and I'm just trying to Keep It Real.

This is a completely different kind of episode, featuring a fun and at times crazy conversation with my two daughters, Janie and Louise. - Back in June, we were eating dinner when, out of the blue, both girls expressed an enthusiastic interest in being guests on the podcast.  So the next day, we set up the podcast gear at our dining room table, sat down, and had what I thought was a funny conversation. - Both girls were surprisingly relaxed and acting pretty naturally despite having microphones jammed up in their faces, and I thought that the conversation highlighted their personalities, curiosities, and senses of humor. But I fully understand and admit that I am about as biased as any human can be when it comes to these two girls, so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt. - As you'll hear, we jammed a lot of crazy topics into thirty minutes, including: camping, what makes for an ideal campground, their understanding of conservation, violin, rock climbing, jiu-jitsu, North Carolina versus the American West, the Biltmore House, silly 19th-century rules about girls wearing bathing suits, Costa Rica, Alcatraz, drunk people, earthquakes vs tsunamis, our favorite secret spot in Colorado, favorite books, commentary on my choice of shirts and underwear, and more topics you probably never thought you'd hear on Mountain & Prairie. I also asked them each to prepare a question to ask me, and one of them involved the unexpected topic of me getting into a fight with a wild animal– a subject I'd never really considered in detail until that moment. - Anyway, I appreciate you humoring me with this episode. It was fun for the girls, fun for me, and my wife Kim and I will be happy to have this audio time capsule years from now when they are out of the house, living their own lives, and having their own adventures. - Next week, we'll be back to the normal episodes featuring grown-ups. I've got a great line-up of conversations coming your way, including a deep dive into Aldo Leopold's life and work, a conversation with a Canyonlands conservation/cowgirl/ranching legend, and live interviews from the Old Salt Festival. - Thanks for listening, and hope you get a few chuckles from this conversation with Janie and Louise. --- ABOUT MOUNTAIN & PRAIRIE: Mountain & Prairie - All Episodes Mountain & Prairie Shop Mountain & Prairie on Instagram Upcoming Events About Ed Roberson Support Mountain & Prairie Leave a Review on Apple Podcasts

I grew up in the Asheville area and love going back, not only to visit family, but to enjoy all that the city and it's surroundings have to offer. The town I grew up in is a beautiful and growing town called Black Mountain, about 15 minutes east of Asheville. You get gorgeous views of the blue ridge mountains and the quiet yet still bustling fun of small town life. And then you aren't too far from the heart of Asheville!

Workers and guests have seen the late owners of the house, George and Edith, many times, along with others. You can learn more about the Biltmore House and its hauntings on this week's episode.

Grand homes, like the Palace at Versailles in France, the Medici Estate in Florence, or Biltmore House in North Carolina are all beautiful landmarks in their own right, but they are also noted for their glorious gardens. That’s because the architects and designers of these estates understood that what creates a magnificent estate is more than just the structure — it’s also the natural environment that surrounds the home.

In this 2019 Gratitude Journal, I count my blessings and share them with you. It's been the best year of my life. Read details at https://onlinediscipleshipforwomen.com/thanksgiving/   Thanksgiving Journal 2019 - transcription  Dear  #TruePrincesses It's time to say goodbye to 2019 and welcome the next decade into our lives. Today is December 31st, New Year's Eve, and I am sharing with you my Annual Gratitude Journal since it has become a tradition here on The Anna Szabo Show. This has been the best year of my life! As you know, I've endured a lot in the past: My Narcissist Mother Story My Sex Addiction Story My Domestic Violence Story My Narcissist Relationship Abuse Story My Salvation Story and Testimony My Spiritual Warfare Story My Depression Story My Suicide Story My Identity Transformation Story My Story of Faith and Fortitude   I was married to a Narcissist who broke me to pieces in 2016 and 2017, I was abused and molested as a child, I came to America as a mail-ordered bride and experienced Domestic Violence, which I escaped only to become homeless in a foreign country without speaking any English. It was 10 years ago. But this year, I've seen that God truly gives us beauty for ashes. So... Without further ado, here's my 2019 Thanksgiving Journal! I'm grateful for my friends Rebecca, María, Gormah, Mildred, Candace, Christophe, Mary, Jennifer, Jessica, Lee, John, Jerry, Felicia, Anna, and Jeff. Those are the people who encouraged me in so many ways this year, that I catapulted myself out of my comfort zone AND here's what happened: I spoke publicly about my faith in God more that 20 times this year; I launched my Christian ministry called Online Discipleship For Women on September 22nd, and it touched the hearts and minds of 2413 in the last three months, AND you, guys, started giving donations using the DONATE button on my website, for which I'm so grateful; I created a collection of 20 pantings, each with a take about life, God, people, faith, fortitude, Jesus, and wisdom. I named this  collection #PaintingsWithTales and built my first-ever Etsy shop called AnnaSzaboArt where now all of my paintings are displayed; I wrote over 1,000,000 words of content for my ministry to help encourage and empower women, all available on AnnaSzabo.com/blog I helped a homeless pregnant African-American teen get off the streets and get her life back on track; I produced and launched 125 brand-new Christian products for Women with encouraging Biblical Affirmations about Identity in Christ, and women have been showing up everywhere wearing the hoodies, shirts, tank tops, I designed and drinking tea out of the inspirational Christian mugs from my store on TeeSpring called AnnaSzaboArt; I challenged my body and mind, took a cold shower every day this year, ate healthily, drank a green homemade smoothie every day, and I went all year without getting sick, for the first time in my life; I won several Best Speaker awards; I supported 13 victims of Domestic Violence; I taught SMART goals to a dozen ambitious African-American women who dream of changing the world; I've created two dozens of helpful guides on how to survive narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, addictions, and they are available on my  Pinterest, at Pinterest.com/AnnaSzaboJDMBA I published a new book called "How Princess Lana Developed Faith and Fortitude," it's on Amazon under my pen name Anna Stevens; I published 262 videos on my YouTube channel AnnaSzabo.com with the most popular being my Christian meditations for women and almost 1000 people have subscribed to my channel on YouTube at AnnaSzabo.com; I led a woman to Christ and I shared the Gospel with a Muslim woman and a Hindu woman this year; and all of this happened after I quit my marketing job at FunnelAmplified in February.   So... here's exactly what I'm grateful for in 2019...   I'm grateful for FunnelAmplified, the new technology brand I launched at the beginning of 2019. As the Director of Marketing there, I got to build the new tech brand from scratch: its value proposition, all of its digital assets, website, podcast, YouTube, social media, marketing automation, and thousands of words of incredibly-valuable content I personally wrote, filmed, and produced for that SaaS brand. I built and launched it in only 32 business days, and that led to my discovery of my remarkable talents, skills, and strengths. Which I decided to use for God. So… I quit that job in February to focus all of my abilities on establishing and developing my ministry, Online Discipleship For Women. It was a wise decision and oh what a journey it has been! I'm grateful for marketing contracts that followed within just 90 min of my resignation from the job at FunnelAmplified. The marketing contracts I worked opened so many unique doors for me! I met and got to work closely with many creative people, which changed my life forever by helping me discover my identity as an artist! I'm grateful for Historic Norcross and the Heart of Norcross campaign, which I designed and launched in March of 2019 for the merchants of the Historic Norcross Business Association. That project led me to explode with creativity and start painting, which resulted in the birth of my spiritual collection of original acrylic impasto art called #PaintingsWithTales available at AnnaSzaboArt.etsy.com now. I'm grateful for the outpouring of unimaginably unique creativity this year, which led me to design 125 new Christian products: shirts, hoodies, tank tops, flowies, mugs, pillows, wall decor, and so much more! All those bright and beautiful designs can be found right now at TeeSpring.com/Stores/AnnaSzaboArt I'm grateful for a very unexpected, one of a kind creative gift received this year in March. What happened? My heart exploded with Christian fairytales. What? Yes, I know… it was so divine! All three fairytales came to me at once, and the next day I already had the book published on Amazon. It's called "How Princess Lana Developed Faith and Fortitude." It is a series of three Christian fairytales that are 100% autobiographical. You can find the book on Amazon by searching “How Princess Lana Developed Faith and Fortitude.” It's under my pen name Anna Stevens. I'm grateful for my ministry Online Discipleship For Women. God called me to ministry in 2017, and I initially resented it. You see, I struggle with Impostor Syndrome. I felt like I wasn't qualified, wasn't ready, wasn't the one. But God did not need my permission. He didn't ask for me to sign a contract accepting His calling on my life. God did not worry about my Impostor Syndrome, He simply kept calling me toward my purpose, stirring up on the inside my passion for His will, making it clear what He wants me to do with my life. And so, I got busy with the doing of it. I produced 1,000,000 words of content for my blog, AnnaSzabo.com and I started speaking publicly sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all people. At first, I was freaking out, going blank, and nearly fading from anxiety. But guess what? God did not give up on me. Practice makes perfect, and this year, I became very comfortable sharing my story of God's glory in front of large live audiences to encourage and empower people. And I'm so grateful for this experience! By the way, if you're looking for a speaker for your next event, book me at AnnaSzabo.com/speaking. I'm grateful for all the women who became a part of my community of #TruePrincesses and supported my ministry by purchasing my Princess shirts on Amazon that say: I am a Princess, a daughter of the King, loved and accepted, sanctified and redeemed. Women bought these shirts on Amazon for themselves, their daughters, sisters, moms, friends, and coworkers, and you can get one by searching for a hashtag #52Devotionals in Amazon search box. When I see a woman wearing my shirt design that reads “I am a Princess, a daughter of the kind, loved and accepted, sanctified and redeemed” my heart sings. I have a vision. Someday soon, I will host a woman's conference focused on God and His promises. And at my Christian conference, every woman will walk around wearing a beautiful shirt that reads “I am a Princess,” that's why I designed my collection of Christian apparel for women available on Amazon under the hashtag #52Devotionals. I'm grateful for the 12 excellent books I read in the last 12 months, especially the book called “What Do You Say After You Say Hello” which enabled me to understand how what happened to me in my early years impacted my entire life. That led me to help several women through effective coaching. You can learn more about it at AnnaSzabo.com/coaching I'm grateful for Toastmasters which I began attending in the Summer, first as a guest, then as a member. I won several Best Speaker ribbons and met new friends there, experienced some significant breakthroughs, and received invitations to speak all over Atlanta. To learn more about my speaking, check out AnnaSzabo.com/speaking I'm grateful for Bruno, my beautiful and smart rescue Cocker Spaniel, a red-white ball of pure joy. He recently went to heaven after our eight incredible years together. I love you, Bruno, and I remember you every day. You are still the best dog ever! While the grief I experienced from losing Bruno was unbearable, I am grateful for every moment we spent together hiking, kayaking, snuggling, traveling, playing the ball, and exploring the world. I love you, Bruno, you're alive in my heart forever! I'm grateful for my health. I haven't been sick for 12 months, thanks to my healthy habits and my powerful daily routine, which I will be sharing on my blog AnnaSzabo.com and on my YouTube channel in 2020 to help YOU stay healthy. NOT getting sick saved me so much money, time, energy, and effort, which I was able to invest into doing the things I'm passionate about, such as my blog, my speaking career, my poetry, and this podcast. If you want to learn how my wellness maintenance is done and what specifically I do to be very healthy every day, every week, every month, all year long, ask me any questions at AnnaSzabo.com/thanksgiving  I'm grateful for my friends. I love spending quality time with wise people who are introspective and reflective, so we can share wisdom and life lessons learned. This year, I was able to take a trip to my favorite place – Asheville, NC, visiting The Biltmore House and the Blueridge Parkway for the eighth time in my 11 years in America! I had a healthy homemade lunch with a friend in the mountains, overlooking God's majestic creation, next to some gorgeous horses. I am grateful for my friend Rebecca who met with me at 5:30 am on Saturdays for a healthy homemade breakfast at my home to talk about our personal development and spiritual growth, as well as what God is doing in and through us. I'm grateful for my o friend María for her courage to do a Bible study about the Armor of God and Spiritual Warfare, which is the topic most people avoid but I'm passionate about, and so is María. I'm thankful that she took me out and showed me the beauty in our city, multiple times this year, especially for her ability to genuinely appreciate small things, such as flowers and frogs. I'm grateful for my friends who challenged me this year to grow, to step out of my comfort zone, to write, to publish, to film, to create, to produce, to paint, to speak up, and to live out my story of God's glory courageously every day! I'm grateful for my upcoming birthday. I remember in 2017  I was so depressed and suicidal that I didn't want to celebrate my birthday. God healed my heart, and I love my life again. I am so excited about my birthday and I want to celebrate it, yes, I do! My friend Jennifer is hosting a party to celebrate my life, and I'm so grateful. I can't wait 18 more days, is it my birthday yet? I'm excited about my life: my past, my present, and my future. I love it all – the entire journey! I now have two jars at home and 96 beautiful, very complex natural rocks. They are as complex as I am, with so many patterns that are complicated yet beautiful. One jar has 36 rocks. The other jar has 60 rocks. Total of 96 rocks. That's how long I'm going to live. I'm 36 now, and on January 18th, 2020 I'm going to move one rock from the larger jar into the smaller one. And I'll do the same every year till I turn 96 and there will be no rocks left in the large jar. Then, I will die peacefully in my bed reading a good book. The jars with the 96 rocks help me be mindful of my life and make every day count. My life matters. Every year and every day of my life matters. So, yes, I am excited to celebrate my birthday on January 18th 2020, giving God all the glory for my story.  I'm grateful for Jesus in my life who leads and guides me and helps me help others. I'm grateful that He guided me to help a homeless pregnant African-American teen whose purple hair and tears I spotted as I was coming back home on Tuesday afternoon, November 19th, 2019. I turned my car around, stopped, parked, walked up to her. Come to find out, she was contemplating suicide. I got to practice love as action through a simple act of kindness. If you're curious to find out more details about what happened to her and how I was able to get her a home, clothes, shoes, underwear, and money, read the full story on AnnaSzabo.com/How-To-Be-Kind. I'm grateful for my habit of giving thanks. This simple practice helps me be intentional in my daily life, focus my mind on whatever is praiseworthy and honorable, as the Bible teaches us, and counting my blessings also keeps me young, joyful, and healthy.  I'm grateful that what I'm creating in the world makes women's lives better and helps me to encourage and empower women. This week, one woman called and told me about her financial struggles. She now uses my prayer called “Praying for Prosperity” to reach out to God daily. When she read it, she wept. When her daughter read it, she wept. And that showed me once again that God is working in me and through me in His kingdom. That was my 2019 in review, the best year of my life! Go to AnnaSzabo.com/Thanksgiving to access all of my annual gratitude journal podcasts there. Thanks for listening.  What are you grateful for this year?  Let me know in the comments at AnnaSzabo.com/thanksgiving God bless!

In October of 2018, the Boyer family planned a small family reunion in Asheville. Coming all the way from northern Michigan, they did all of the things that tourists do when visiting our travel-friendly city that welcomes people to the mountains – they stayed at cabin, enjoyed meals at one of the many award-winning restaurants and a trip to the Biltmore House; and it wouldn’t be a family reunion without a round of Frisbee golf. They fell in love with Asheville and the people in it – even after an unexpected event left Doug Boyer in Mission Hospital for over a week. Initially thinking Doug wasn't going to make it, the family called in the rest of the family to fly into Asheville immediately to cheer Doug on. Kathy, Doug's wife, knew her husband was going to pull through. It’s been nearly four months since Doug’s heart incident, and you can hear in his voice that he gets stronger every day. We talked to Doug and his wife Kathy a few weeks ago and are touched by their story. We are sharing it with you in this episode of My Healthy Life, a podcast by Mission Health. This is Day 394 of our trek, and today is Motivation Monday. Every Monday we hike the trails of life that will encourage and motivate you to live a rich and satisfying life this week. Today we will explore the success trail of self-motivation. https://wisdom-trek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/5b35e64b3e551919ff7e2ce79a443838.jpg () We are broadcasting from our studio at Home2 in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is good to have a respite from the additional work at The Big House, and we are getting caught up with some of the backlogs of client work. We do have much to do on our podcast-related projects also, so hopefully we will be able to start focusing on those projects soon. I am recording this podcast prior to the weekend, so I will have to update you with our weekend activities on Wisdom Wednesday. Our plans are to invest time with our daughter-in-law Chelimo's parents Josphat and Emily Yego on Saturday. They are visiting from Kenya, and we are looking forward to discussing partnering with them as they establish a leadership institute in Kenya. If weather permits, we will also visit the Biltmore House and Gardens on Sunday after church. https://wisdom-trek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/download-4.png () We desire to invest in every opportunity that will assist us in daily creating our living legacy while we live a rich and satisfying life. This is what we consider being truly successful. We do realize that all success requires that we are motivated within to drive us forward to the success that we wish to achieve. On our trek today we will hike the trail called… Success Requires Self-Motivation Let's start up our trail, and consider the following…A lot of very smart people end up as failures – failures in life, in work, and in relationships. A lot of very smart people are given plenty of opportunities for success and never take advantage of them. A lot of very smart people are born into privilege and yet turn into failures. And a lot of very smart people accumulate degrees and skills and still fail to achieve what we think they would. What is the common factor in all of these failures? It's lack of self-motivation. If you listened to Philosophy Friday, we focused on the universal law of planting and harvesting. When a person lacks self- motivation, they do not follow this law and, therefore, miss the opportunities that will lead to success. All of the intelligence and all of the opportunity and all of the book learning is simply for nothing if there is no motivation to do anything with them. Let's look at the 10 milestones that will teach us why self-motivation is the only trail to success. · What is Self-Motivation? A child may be motivated to pick up his toys if there is a reward for doing so (of if there is a punishment for not doing so). Someone outside of himself has created that motivation. If there were not an outside motivator, the child would probably not be so quick to pick up those toys. He has no self-motivation. As we mature, we should become self-directed individuals. We muster up the motivation to accomplish things – or not. If we don't become self-directing, then we won't meet with success. It relates back to the law mentioned previously, but here are 10 specific reasons. https://wisdom-trek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/motivation-ppt-1-728.jpg () 1. With Self-Motivation, Goals Are Set If you desire to be a successful person you must set goals and then go after them. Those goals must come from within, based on your passions. For the non-self-motivated person, if goals are set at all, they are only small temporary ones. Such goals may be to get a job...

If you like knitting along with others you are sure to find something you'd like to participate in. Double, triple or quadruple dipping is encouraged by the Actually Knitting Podcast.    Stash Dash is a KAL sponsored by the Knit Girllls. Be sure to check them out for more information. I think I will enter the 5k option this year. I talk about my current wips and where I stand for yardage if I finish them all!   Around Your Neck is a KAL sponsored by Dianne of Suburban Stitcher. Her blog is linked above. Wips count!   Cardi, Tank or Tee is being sponsored by the 2 Knit Lit Chicks. I am working on my Astonish Top for this KAL.   The Great Outdoors KAL is sponsored by Emily of the Knitting Butterflies podcast. She wants you to be inspired to knit in or for the great outdoors this summer.   PALKAL 2015 PalKal is happening starting June 1st! I answer a few questions I've been asked on the boards, but feel free to ask anything that you think of. The most important update is that I've decided that you can use Wips for the PALKAL. Please use #palkal2015 on Instagram. I can't wait to see what you decide to do!   This is the biggest KAL of the year for Actually Knitting!  The Podcast Along Knit Along will start officially on June 1st, but let’s start our plotting and planning now! Here are the rules: Cast on: June 1 Bind off: September 1 The basic idea is to support a podcaster you listen to or watch by knitting one of their patterns and/or using their yarns for your project. You can also use a project bag by a podcaster! The design, yarn/fiber and/or project bag must be from a knitting/crochet/fiber podcaster. (Not all 3, just one of those to qualify) Use the chatter thread for discussion. Make suggestions. There are TONS of podcasts out there and almost no one knows about all of them, so if you know of a podcaster designer/yarnie/bag maker, feel free to share with us! You are encouraged to take advantage of the coupon codes offered by our sponsors, but you are not limited to those podcasters for the KAL. Sponsors and coupon codes will be announced in an upcoming episode. Please post finished objects in the non-chatter thread and include a link to the podcaster you are supporting. Enter as many projects as you like. Each project gets a separate post in the non-chatter thread. A note about project bags: a project bag may only be entered into the contest one time for an entry. (You can’t just keep using a podcaster project bag over and over and entering the contest that way). You must be a member of the Actually Knitting Podcast Group to win. Have fun supporting a podcaster designer or yarnie! Please do not chatter in the non-chatter thread. It makes it more difficult to draw a winner! Use the tag PALKAL2015 on Ravelry and #palkal2015 on Instagram In addition, I've decided that you can use WIPS for this KAL. Yay!    We have some great sponsors and wonderful prizes that I can’t wait to share with you all!
