In this episode, I walk you through a simple, five-step process that makes even an overflowing pantry feel manageable. Decluttering the pantry can be a fun, relaxing, almost meditative project when you break it down into these steps. The 5 Steps From the Episode: 1. Space Planning If you did Day 1, your post-its are already on your shelves. If you didn't, Amber walks you through doing it quickly so you can start. 2. They're inexpensive and everywhere. But they've been dogged by complaints: many can't handle high heat, like broiling or searing, and they scratch easily. So, when Danny Winer came across a new non-stick technology at a trade show overseas, he jumped on it, co-founding Hexclad with a buddy. Danny was convinced it could be adapted to the U.S. market - and be a hit. He was right!
