Slightly Open I 90（SO x George x Daodao）那些年我们缺失的情感教育欢迎关注Slightly Open。这是三位女性的一个小型谈话节目，薇薇，Coco（@Wang蔻蔻）和老柴（@老柴）。本期摘要：这一期请来两个男生好朋友，聊聊男性的情感模式、对爱的理解以及那些年，我们所缺失的情感教育。成长，是无比重要的功课，追忆成长中因认识缺陷而错过的那些情感，如果青年时代有机会获得成长所需的情感教育，结果是否会有所不同？男性对待情感的一个常见模式——奋勇追求却不善经营与维系，导致爱情终究不成神话。在爱与亲密关系中经历过的那些卡顿与挫败，是可以避免的吗？在开启一段亲密关系后，如何努力经营，才能让它健康成长？这是如同驾驭帆船一样，是一门可以习得的技能吗？抑或，we all learn it hard way，只能在跌跌撞撞，反反复复中成长？与其他知识与技能比较，人类在爱的学习方面，没有做到代代相传，效率惊人低下。年轻人遇到的关于情感的成长问题何其相似，前仆后继地踩入同一个坑。这是情感教育的缺失吗？为此，我们可以去做些什么？本期是对以上问题的小小思考。开篇:在大雨滂沱的某个夏日午后，几个小伙伴偶然聊起男生对待情感的一个常见模式——展开追求时一往无前，花样百出还百折不挠；追求成功后展开一段亲密关系，却不懂得经营，导致爱情终不成神话。关于这个话题有一本书，福楼拜的《情感教育》，讲一个法国年轻人在革命时代的情感成长之路。书中有句话：“什么都很难准确表达，这就是为什么人与人之间的完美关系难以找到的原因”。追忆成长中因对爱的认识缺陷而错过的那些情感，成长，是无比重要的功课，如果我们青年时代早一点得到情感教育，结果是否会有所不同？与于是有了这一期。01:50 把情感放进一个亲密关系当中，如何善待它经营它？让它健康的发展下去？这是可以习得的技能吗？抑或we all learn it hard way? 只能在跌跌撞撞，反反复复中追问与成长？05:20 男生对待情感和亲密关系的常见模式——追求阶段披荆斩棘，之后不善经营。这是一个认知缺陷吗？男生在追求女生失败的过程中习得这个技能，男生之间也会交流追求女生的技术手段，但是管理亲密关系的技能十分缺乏。07:45 女性在情感教育方面更注重学习，启蒙更早，比如对一些书的阅读：《非暴力沟通》、《爱的五种语言》和关于什么是幸福的《The good life》11:50 认知误区一：为什么男性情感认知竟然也是迪斯尼模式，两人在一起之后“永远幸福的生活在一起”？男生认为的perfect match完美匹配的标准：两人心意相通，不需要刻意沟通需求。因为，“你爱我就会懂我啊”16:10 爱不仅是一个名词，一种情感状态；爱更是一个动词，需要用行动来兑付。19:00 在亲密关系中坦诚表达自己的需求其实并非易事；女性常见做法是：内心上演一场大戏，表面却风平浪静，直到无法承受这个关系中存在的种种问题而主动提出分手21:10 男生常常表现为：吵完架倒头就睡，还睡的很香。。。这让人情何以堪？23:00 MBTI分布，男性多数是T，而女生更多是I25:05 《Talking to Strangers与陌生人聊天》法官在判案的时候，见到当事人本人之后做出的判断的准确率，反而不如仅仅看数据和资料高。26:20 如何教会幼儿去爱、去表达爱？有些北欧国家的初中课程当中，设有life skills（生命技能）这个课程。28:40 关系中的创伤体验、父母的关系以及东亚社会文化影响着我们对爱的理解与表达。31:40 有意识的表达爱让我们更健康32:45 年轻人遇到的成长问题何其相似，然而却前仆后继地踩进同一个坑。33:10 有没有这样一本书。类似情感教育101，读过之后，整个人生都开阔了？爸妈在孩子面前不要吵架，这是妈妈从书本里得来的知识。36:20 下一步应该做些什么？有什么是可以做出的改变？37:20 爱的三个阶段：“爱是无私的奉献”，“爱是无我的沟通”，“爱是创造的源泉”。“知道与做到是世上最远的距离”39:10 爱与关系是两件事，爱是一个大而抽象的词，放在关系里，它指向不同的方向。话剧《杀戮之神》：爱抽象的人，抽象的概念，关心世界的命运 v.s. 爱具体的人，在具体的生活日常去给予爱，表达爱。43:50 在关系中形成一种机制，在安全感充足的前提下，定期坦诚沟通需求，讨论问题。49:30 爱的烟火气，有些人天生懂得爱，如同一棵树般生长，种子破土而出，朝向天空与太阳。56:00 成功学的单一价值观误导：硬实力即分数几乎是唯一被高举的评判标准；而软实力——爱的能力，同样是一个核心竞争力，却从未得到引导和鼓励。59:20 《等一个人的咖啡》里的男二号，重新定义什么是幸福的人生。1:01:00 人类在爱的学习方面，没有做到有效代代相传，效率低下。爱的教育的变革之路，始于家长。AI未来在智识方面超越、取代人类，因此社会情感（情商）学习变得更为重要。家庭教育不仅仅以成功导向。选拔更重要，还是成长更重要？1:10:30 教育类不乏经典的教科书，然而情感教育方面缺乏公认的经典书籍。有哪些这方面的书籍可以推荐给大家？1:16:23 性在马斯洛需求理论中的位置。女性在沟通中难以触碰的话筒：性与钱。最后祝老柴生日快乐！本期书籍：《情感教育》福楼拜《非暴力沟通》《爱的五种语言》《美好生活The good life》Robert Waldinger 《talking to strangers》Malcolm Gladwell《等一个人的咖啡》《小王子》《人性的弱点》卡内基本期音乐：Star-Eric Chen（曲子是George推荐的，他说“推荐这首是因为每个人都是闪闪发光的，但需要看见”）本期思考：你的情感模式是什么？你是否会定期与爱的人坦诚沟通需求，让它成为一种机制？
