Mennyire változott, változik a hazai megtakarítási, befektetési igény? D. László István, a United Consult Cégcsoport Kiberbiztonsági Üzletágvezetője. GONDOLKODOM: Harsányi-díj A Magyar Kockázati- és Magántőke Egyesület (HVCA) örömmel jelenti be, hogy a 2025-ös Harsányi-díjat Michael Simon, a LogMeIn társalapítója és az NDVR befektetési technológiai vállalat vezérigazgatója kapja. Mi az a Harsányi-díj és kik kaphatják? Kicsoda Michael Simon? Mi az a 0100 Emerging Europe 2025 konferencia? Tánczos Péter, a Magyar Kockázati és Magántőke Egyesület (HVCA) elnökségi tagja, az Euroventures ügyvezető partnere

We asked all-star guest Michael Simon - the creator of VH1 Storytellers - to FINALLY pick an album that makes him happy, after previously chatting with us about The Cure, NWA and The Velvet Underground. This is what he picked - a "compilation" by semi-obscure punk rockers Buzzcocks, which comes in at #250 on the Rolling Stone list. On this episode we cover:Whether this is a compilation or notWhether this is punk or notWhy this album didn't break the Buzzcocks into AmericaIf you don't know anything about Singles Going Steady, take a quick listen to our 101 here: https://recordroulettepodcast.com/episode/singles-going-steady-101Leave comments on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook at @rrmusicpod or visit our website at recordroulettepodcast.com.Music by lemonmusicstudio from Pixabay.

Apple has stayed on the sidelines for a lot of the ChatGPT/AI tool gold rush of late, but could that change with an AI-boosted Siri? Keith chats with Computerworld's Ken Mingis and Macworld's Michael Simon about a bunch of Apple-related developments.
This week I was joined by Shariyf Clark and Michael Simon, who came back on the show for a really fun and casual conversation. A great way to say goodbye to 2022 and hello to 2023. We talked about how Bees are cool, critical conspiracy thinking, aliens and intelligence agencies, empire magic, initiation, and the guys share some stories about magical operations with astounding results. We talked about the term “UPG” as a psy-op, the technology of the written word and the magic of the spoken word. At one point I think we captured an EVP. See if you catch it! We also gave our predictions for where magic is going in the new year of 2023. When did everyone become a storyteller? Decades after George Lucas and Steve Jobs made storytelling a big business, every company now wants to tell “Our Story.” Instagram and TikTok let everyone else tell their “stories,” and the number of people calling themselves storytellers on LinkedIn is now more than half a million. Something we have done for the entirety of our existence as a species has become just another fad. In this episode of Decoder Ring, we're going to look at where this trend came from and where it's going. What Willa discovered changed the way she now thinks about stories—and it might do the same for you. Some of the voices you'll hear in this episode include Margaret O'Mara, historian and author of The Code: Silicon Valley and the Remaking of America; Michael Simon, director and producer; Francesca Polletta, sociologist at University of California, Irvine; Steve Clayton, Chief Storyteller at Microsoft; Seth Godin, entrepreneur and author of All Marketers Tell Stories; Everett Cook, Associate Editor at Axios Local; and David Paskin, Willa's father. Decoder Ring is written and produced by Willa Paskin. This episode was edited by Dan Kois and produced by Elizabeth Nakano. Derek John is Sr. Supervising Producer of Narrative Podcasts.
