This a NO-GO to me - da werde ich hässig……!   Aber eben der Sprecher meines Navigationssystems outet sich als Veganer Transvestit, der Müdigkeitsassistent möchte nun doch wie Trump nun auch Papst werden. Wie innig ist Ihre Beziehung zu Ihrem Auto?    Im Schloss Hünigen gönnte man sich eine feine Mahlzeit. Diese Location ausgezeichnet mit so einigen Auszeichnungen wie auch die Swiss Wine Award List und dies wohl auch den Weinen der Cave Fin Bec Sion und meiner persönlichen guten Beratung? Tolle Events im Schloss Hünigen und ich liebe den Salon du Vin und das Winzer- Dinner wo ich mich gerne mit den Winzern austausche und immer wieder feststellen muss, dass ich keine Ahnung von Wein habe.  Lieblingswinzer - der Österreicher welcher in seinen Wander und Lehrjahren 2 Rolls Royce verfressen und versoffen hat !    Als Appetit Anreger gab es einen Tee aus Birche und Brennnessel, der Butter wurde verfeinert mit einem Akazien-Öl. Mensch und die Suppe - also ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk - Pilze gebraten und Pilzcreme mit einem Espuma von Bärlauch und einem feinen Blätterteiggebäck. Dazu gab es einen sehr feinen Sauvignon Blanc. Zum Hauptgang Flank Steak mit feinster Sauce und einem Kräuteröl. Das Steak in einer Thymian Kruste - mega und Bärlauch-Gnocci und knackiges Gemüse - dazu passte der Blaufränkische Rotwein mega gut. Immer wieder gerne. Nei miei tanti giri mi sono reso conto che manca ancora tanto "scouting" nel Mondo Pizza, ovvero uscire dalle classifiche e liste che parlano dei soliti noti, con lo scopo di mettere in luce nuove chicche o realtà che non hanno una presenza mediatica così forte come quelle più blasonate. In questa maniera si fa un servizio a chi mangia il disco di pasta e si alimenta la crescita di tutto il Mondo Pizza stesso, stimolando la diversità e la meritocrazia. E si può fare solo mettendoci la faccia, la trasparenza e prendendosi le responsabilità di tale scelte, mettendo in conto anche di non riuscirci sempre.

Sullo sfondo ci sono i margini sabbiosi del Po, c'è la provincia, con la sua campagna da attraversare in bicicletta se i soldi in tasca non bastano per la benzina, c'è un mondo editoriale e letterario che oggi non esiste più, ci sono trent'anni che passano in un battito di ciglia. Sono gli anni cruciali della crescita e della formazione del protagonista, un vero outsider che lavora a tempo determinato per le ferrovie ma vuole scrivere. Che lavora poi come venditore porta a porta, come operaio stagionale, come organizzatore di eventi, ma vuole sempre scrivere. Ci sono stati alcuni incontri, in diversi periodi della sua vita, con poeti e scrittori poco illuminati dalle fioche luci della ribalta. Loro stessi si sono tenuti nascosti e con questo pianeta nervoso sembra che c'entrino poco o nulla. Ma hanno scavato un solco dentro di lui. Sono autori di riferimento per il giovane scrittore, fuori dalle mode, lontani dal mercato, ma saranno fondamentali per la sua esistenza e la sua maturità. Dal disordine della memoria, le storie di questi incontri fuoriescono sparpagliate -  mescolate con il resto della vita che intanto è andata avanti -  eppure fulgide, pregne anche quando toccano la disperazione e la rovina. Var salven Marias arv etter foreldrene? Eller var Maria en av de mange prostituerte som fikk et nytt liv etter møtet med Jesus? Kanskje salven var kjøpt for "lønna" eller blitt gitt henne som betaling av en av mennene som hadde brukt henne? Vi vet ikke. Uansett kan salven ha kostet Maria mye mer enn bare pengeverdien, på så mange måter.Vi vet ikke alltid hva det har kostet andre når de øser ut lovprisning til Jesus. Men Gud vet hvilket offer hver av oss gir (Hebr. 13,15). Og Han tar imot med glede! Velger vi å kritisere "overdrivelsen" eller å nyte "velduften" fra andres lovprisning?Ja, det er et godt spørsmål i dag. Måtte vi alle huske dette her når vi ser noen som priser Gud på en slik måte som vi tenker at "ok, det var litt mye…" Nei! Det kan ligge så mye bak der. Og uansett, så er Han verdt ALL lovprisning.
