John Anthony Castro, a 2024 GOP U.S. Presidential Candidate who notably sued Donald Trump, has been found guilty on all 33 counts related to Federal Tax Fraud. Castro, a frequent guest on The NeoLiberal Round Podcast, had gained attention by suing Trump for violating Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. His legal challenges were discussed extensively on the podcast series “Castro v. Trump,” where he was a key contributor. Concurrently, Castro faced his own legal troubles, being indicted on Federal Tax Fraud charges.   In January 2024, The NeoLiberal Round Podcast released an episode featuring Castro, where he vehemently denied any wrongdoing related to the indictment. Castro responded to his arrest and indictment on Federal tax Charges by the Internal Revenue Service (#irs). Castro spoke with Renaldo McKenzie of The NeoLiberal Round Podcast and The NeoLiberal Journals at #TheNeoLiberalCorporation, clarifying the issues surrounding the indictment and asserting that he may have been the target of those who want to discredit him given his Presidential bid and lawsuit against Donald Trump (Castro V Trump). Mr. Castro is a GOP 2024 Presidential candidate who is also the main plaintiff in the #CastroVTrump lawsuit, where he is sung Trump for violation of section 3 of the 14th Amendment citing personal injury. The cases are still before the Federal courts in several jurisdictions pending a ruling which, according to Mr. Castro, the courts have been delaying through various tactics. Nevertheless, the indictment claims that Mr. Castro's company, AI Tax, has violated the tax laws by preparing false returns for clients. However, Mr. Castro stated that he knew the issue and worked to resolve it with the affected clients. He noted that the 33 felonies involved 13 of his over 1500 clients and that his company had claimed deductions for but who never qualified for the benefits. Mr. Castro stated that his company tried to fix the issue, which was between $ 3,000 and $ 6,000 in each case, but a few of the clients decided to work with the IRS and take it to federal court. Mr. Castro stated emphatically that his company AI Tax "did nothing wrong and took corrective action. It's all a bunch of B.S.," Mr. Castro said on the phone with Renaldo McKenzie earlier. John Castro was briefly detained on Wednesday, provided a copy of the indictment, which was usual for these arrests, and then returned home. John Anthony Castro, an aspirant for the Republican presidential nomination, but considered by many as a long shot, found himself on the wrong end of the verdict. Judge Gloria Navarro maintained that Castro did not hold the required standing to challenge Trump's eligibility. Considering the potential implications of the case, Judge Navarro's verdict underscores the importance of procedural fairness. Castro's attempt to validate his standing by filing for a presidential run did not convince the court. Navarro found that this action was an inappropriate attempt to construct legitimacy solely to instigate the lawsuit, thereby dismissing a possible politically motivated contention. Furthermore, the Judge's ruling offers reassurance that politics should remain within the political sphere and not encroach into the battleground of the courts. The ruling clearly indicates that Castro's challenge is contained within the jurisdiction of Nevada. A judicious decision by a U.S. District Judge, appointed in the days of the Obama administration, has led to a notable win for Donald Trump. This ruling rebuffs initiatives of certain left-leaning entities and a fraction of GOP constituencies, who have been trying diligently to block Trump's potential candidacy for future elections under the shadow of an 'insurrection' clause of the Constitution. Trump, considered by many to be the anticipated victor of the upcoming GOP nomination, has been grappling with attempts to pin him as a key instigator of the Jan. 6, 2021, tumultuous event at the U.S. Capitol Building. This incident has been equated to an 'insurrection' by some, and an assertion has been in circulation which declares that engagement in such an act disqualifies him from seeking any elected office by virtue of the 14th Amendment. On Tuesday, a revelation by Harmeet Dhillon, a conservative legal expert and a prominent figure in the Republican Party, brought to light that an effort to exclude Trump from the Arizona ticket was dismissed by a judge originally chosen by the country's 44th president. The ruling was made by U.S. District Judge Douglas L. Rayes, rejecting the claim made by John Anthony Castro. Castro, a not-so-well-known GOP presidential aspirant and a Texas attorney, has launched similar proceedings across twenty-seven states in an attempt to fortify his stance. A lawsuit filed by Republican candidate John Anthony Castro argues former President Donald Trump is constitutionally ineligible for the 2024 ballot in New Hampshire. The lawsuit claims Trump violated the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which bars anyone who engaged in or provided aid or comfort to an insurrection from holding office. In a groundbreaking development, former President Donald Trump has been indicted on several federal charges related to his handling of classified documents. Assigned to oversee the initial stages of the case is U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a judge appointed by Trump himself. This news has sparked intense interest and raised concerns about potential biases and delays in the legal process. The indictment against Trump comes in the wake of the FBI's seizure of over 100 documents with classified markings from Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in August 2022. Despite vehemently denying any wrongdoing, Trump's fate now rests in the hands of the justice system. There is an active and unprecedented case that is before the US District court involving Mr. John Anthony Castro, Plaintiff, and US 2024 Presidential Candidate who is suing Trump on the basis that Trump provided comfort to the January 6th insurrectionists which is a violation of section 3 of the 14th amendment. The case if successful will bar Mr. Trump from being running in the 2024 Presidential elections. In part 1 we provided background to the case and discussed Trump's motion to dismiss and Castro's efforts to recuse Judge Aileen Cannon who is the presiding Judge and is obstructing the suit and seem to be a Trump surrogate who was appointed by Trump and has been cited for interfering in a previous case involving Trump. We learned today that the recusal is before the US District court and a decision is pending. Moreover, John also discussed Donald Trump's arraignment and whether his previous suit against the FEC helped this current indictment against Donald Trump who violated campaign financing laws to pay hush money through his attorney Michael Cohen over an affair he had in 2010. Mr. Castro explained how the parties are working together to hold trump accountable. He explained that it will take 6 - 9 months before the case goes before trial, as it may include pretrial and exploring discovery of evidence so that the indictment trial may not be until 2025 after the US Presidential elections. Mr. Castro indicated that by next week Friday there should be a ruling on Trump's motion to dismiss. He stated that there may be a good chance that it is dismissed if Judge Cannon is not recused before then. However, he stated that dismissing the case may put her in a difficult position given his case against her to be recused on the basis of bias. Therefore, Judge's Cannon has to provide a strong argument to dismiss which will be scrutinized given the recusal case. However, if the case is dismissed, John stated that there is a plan to take it all the way to the supreme court, which is the ultimate goal. Furthermore, if Trump's motion was denied and Castro were to succeed, then Trump may also take it to the Supreme court and according to Castro, he sees a 50-40 decision in his favor. This is Part 1 of a Series on the Castro V Trump Case with main plaintiff, John Anthony Castro, US 2024 Republican Presidential Candidate, hosted by Rev. Renaldo C. McKenzie of The Neoliberal Round. The Castro V Trump case started on January 25th, 2023 when Mr. Castro filed a lawsuit in the US District Court Southern District of Florida against Former President Donald J. Trump. Castro's lawyers delivered the suit to Mr. Trump at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida. This suit by Mr. Castro follows another suit that he had filed against the FEC on January 25th, 2022 that the FEC should not accept Mr. Trump's candidacy on the basis that he violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the US constitution. According to the amendment, no person seeking elected office who had formerly held such an office may be eligible to run for said office unless congress removes this disqualification. Mr. Castro's lawsuit claims that because Trump provided comfort to the January 6th insurrectionists, he should not be able to run. The case was dismissed by the courts concluding that the FEC cannot disqualify a candidate but can only regulate campaign financing. We explore that briefly before we introduce Mr. Castro. Mr. Castro provided an update on the case regarding the timeline and expectations. According to Mr. Castro, who provided court documents to the effect, Mr. Trump filed a motion on February 16th to dismiss the suit on the following basis: 1. The plaintiff lack standing, 2. If he does not lack standing, he lacks "ripeness", 3. The Court lacks jurisdiction, 4. The plaintiff has not distinguished himself from the public, 5. The plaintiff is not a Bonafide candidate, as he has not registered in all US states as a candidate. Mr. Castro responded to the suit citing precedence and evidence of his candidacy. Mr. Castro has also asked for an emergency stay on the decision to dismiss brought forth by Trump in order that the Writ of Mandamus to remove Judge Cannon is heard before the 11th circuit. Mr. Castro explored the way the case may end up at the US Supreme court and provided a timeline, suggesting that the justices may take up the case in October of 2023 and that the next ruling on the case may come in as early as two weeks concerning the recusal of Judge Cannon who was appointed by Trump and seems to demonstrate partiality. Mr. Castro elaborates on this in Part 1 of the series and explain the poor coverage which he states is not a concern at this time. Does Section 13 number 1 of the US Constitution, the Amendment that abolishes slavery, provide a loophole for slavery to continue today? This is Part B of Caribbean Thought Lecture 7: American Politics, with a special presentation by John Anthony Castro, US 2024 Presidential Candidate, Attorney, Legal Scholar, President of AI Tax and Castro and Company, a First Generation American who has worked hard from nothing to now a multi-millionaire, and challenging Trump a former US President. Mr. Castro engaged the students on a range of topics regarding American Politics and policy, the Constitution, Globalization, American Penetration, Strategy, and his candidacy and position on life and society. The students were fully engaged with Mr. Castro, who spent almost 2 hours wrapping with the students and answering their questions. There was one striking moment from the Lecture worth mentioning here: A student, Abdul, asked Mr. Castro, why is slavery still legal in America, citing the US Constitution Section 13 number 1 that says... Slavery is illegal in America, except for convicted Americans. Mr. Castro agreed that that is something he may have to revisit and that that may need to be adjusted to remove any loopholes stemming from that. The Professor, Rev. Renaldo McKenzie, pointed out that Slavery is illegal in the US, but that forced labor without pay is the punishment for certain crimes in the US which is slavery. However, while slavery is legal in those cases, more black and brown peoples who were once enslaved are disproportionately incarcerated and their poor realities and economic activities are criminalized which allows for their re-enslavement permitted by this said constitutional law abolishing slavery. Today marks the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion in Ukraine. I explain why Putin will not back down; his end goal and his ideological justification. Moreover, Putin, President of Russia gave a speech in Russia today at a Pro Russian War Rally that the Kremlin organized. The event had over 200, 000.00 Russians in attendance (according to the Russian News Agency). The world has been slow to act, but recently, US President Biden signaled more support in terms of more sophisticated weapons that defend against the Russians and to also attack. President Biden visited Ukraine and is currently in the region for a meeting with the US allies. China has indicated that it will support Russia, which is a move from its private support of Russia. John Castro is suing the FEC & Trump, challenging his eligibility to run again. Do you think that the FEC should allow Trump to run in 2024? Today's episode is a long episode as we report on a Breaking News and also continue the Conversations surrounding the overturning of Roe (Part 2). This episode will feature two guests: Mr. John Anthony Castro, a US 2024 Presidential Candidate and Dr. Nolan Fontaine, Social Scientist and a brother from Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. The episode has several segments: the first is the breaking news: John A Castro a Republican vying for the Presidency in 2024 will be in Washington D.C. in July 25th 2022, to file a federal lawsuit in Federal Court against the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) to declare Former President Donald Trump an ineligible candidates d to have him regulated as such. The complaint will bring into question Donald Trump's constitutional eligibility under section 3 of the 14th amendment to even be in the ballot or to be a candidate. Following the filing, Mr. Castro will have a press conference in D.C on that same day to discuss the filing and next steps. Mr. Castro has already filed a federal complaint against Mr. Trump and July 23rd will mark the 120th day since he filed the complaint against Mr. Trump and because he is a registered Republican candidate he has the green light to file the Complaint to file this federal lawsuit against the FEC on Trump's candidacy. Mr. Castro submitted several comments on this issue and also explored issues surrounding the January 6 hearings that's underway and responded to questions we had about the overturning of Roe. In other segments of the episode, I presented other arguments about the overturning of Roe and the issue of population change and population control and how the issue of abortion and life must also be situated within population strategy and the preservation of the status quo wept with the prediction that the majority will form the minority between 2020-2025 from studies conducted by SRBI. Dr. Fontaine joined the show to discuss these and to provide other comments on important issues in the news, such as the carjackings in Philadelphia that continues to be a sore issue. In fact, while traveling to our studios to do the podcast, Dr. Fontaine's car was stolen but he managed to get it back. Part of the problem of rising crime and theft stems from rising poverty and falling median incomes. We commented that we need to deal with social issues and poverty in these communities such as Philadelphia where poverty is spiraling out of control. But another problem is that the District Attorneys office has not been following through on cases and dropped the ball. We discuss how the DA's office in Philadelphia is slow to act and has allowed cases to be dismissed due to a lack of competent workers who follow up with witnesses and victims. The episode was over 2 hours long and we broke the interview up in two Parts, A and B. In Part A will I lead the discussions with some general questions about who John is, his, childhood, and started to explore his platform and his plans for America. In Part 2, we continue the interview but included several recorded questions that a few individuals asked me to put to John. In Part A, we learned from John that 1. the student interest deduction is crap, because as long as you're paying student loan, you shouldn't pay back taxes. 2. His company, AI Tax is now valued at $180, 000, 000 (AI Tax stands for Artificial Intelligence in terms of Tax planning). 3. The difference between Democrats and Republicans is that Democrats messaging is usually based on the “heart” while the belief is that the GOP bases its arguments on logic and legality. He suggests that there needs to be a balance or a middle ground, and that's what we need someone who can bring people together and bridge the political and racial divide. (Which in my estimations can only be resolved by “stop thinking Race.” He stated that he is at a very unique position given his experience with life on all sides. He responded to a question I asked: How do you plan to improve social services while being fiscally responsible? He replied saying that this is possible because as a young man that is of the twenty-first century he has found leveraging technology, as a way to realize those two goals since he has done it with his business which has grown rapidly in just a few years. He went on to say this facilitates the ability to spend less and generate more. On the matter of information, security and privacy, he promoted the idea of a “Digital Force” like the military and various branches that prospects various aspects that can pose threats. In fact, he states that the 4th Amendment needs to be extended to private companies, so that private individuals can now sue if these companies violate their users privacy and security. What was really telling and interesting was his view that Trump should not be banned from Social Media because this threatens free speech and states that we must explore other ways to discipline individuals who cause insurrections, which he discusses more fully the issue of Trump in Part B. On the issue of anti trust, he believes that these laws need to be enforced including enforcement of anti-monopoly laws, & asserted that monopolies are against the de-centralization of power & underscored the importance of the Human not as a Resource, But as Talent, for then we will not think of the human as a way to discard, for then he the human would be treated as family. We explored the issue of Energy Independence which he is one of his platform plans, where he believes that we have a responsibility as stewards of God's Earth. He stated that the GOP, use to be known as the party of Environmentalism & Teddy Roosevelt. But that the GOP got derailed equating environmentalism with “Tree Hugging,” which I have said is a result of the poor messaging & the issue of language which John alluded to as well. He stated that on the issue of drilling, we must develop a prudent way of transitioning from coal & oil to solar energy. One way to do so is to grow the super structure, or grid, for the more we grow it, the more we can slowly do without oil & create innovative ways of producing energy that ultimately saves the planet. But it's a process. In Part B, we submitted several questions from the public who recorded questions for Mr. Castro. One powerful result came from a question posed by Zion, a young Philadelphia resident asking about what are you doing to promote POSITIVITY, and to move the country forward. John stated that “we all love this country but we all disagree on the means and the goals. Today was one of our most powerful episodes where we were broadcasting Live from the “Stop The Violence March in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.” We started at Roosevelt Middle-school on Tulpehocken street and ended at MLK High School on Stenton Avenue Philadelphia, where the March turned into a Fair with hundreds of city residents and professionals, young and old, police and politicians and political aspirants, business people and families gathered in a celebration of music and dance and promoted essential community services. The episode is therefore divided into three (3) segments: 1. News Update on Russian Ukraine War: Today was a turn of events where we report There's breaking news coming out of Ukraine: A. According to Mykolaiv, a Senior Ukrainian Government Official: Today was a turn of events and small victory for Ukraine. He said that the Ukrainian army and its foreign legion of volunteer fighters were able to repel the Russian army and liberate Nikolaev whom he described as fascist invaders. He reported that they are now working to free the region from the Russian occupation and invasion. B. Further, while Ukraine could not get their skies closed, they were able to close the sea, and this was due to the help from Turkey. He explained that this support is incredibly important for the Black Sea regions. C. However, he went on to say however, that due to the Russian provocations, the humanitarian corridors were all closed over Ukraine today. But, he reassured that they are aware of the situation especially in Snigirevka regarding how the cargo is going and will still get the aide that's needed there.
