Several guest joins me to discuss the D.C. Plane Crash and Trump speech in reaction to the crash accusing DEI Host, Renaldo discusses the news of the crash on the day of the crash with Maurice Smith. Then he switches gears and shares an article published in The Neoliberal Post entitled: Air Traffic Control Failures: The Preventable Helicopter Crash Near Reagan National where he says: The recent collision between a helicopter and an American Airlines plane near Reagan National Airport raises urgent questions about air traffic control's (ATC) role in preventing such disasters. With millions invested in cutting-edge radar and communication systems, why did ATC fail to steer the helicopter away from restricted airspace? Why wasn't the standard separation between aircraft maintained? The Failure of Air Traffic ControlAt what point did air traffic controllers notice the helicopter's proximity to the commercial airliner? Reports suggest they only became fully aware of the danger seconds before impact. This is deeply troubling. Shouldn't ATC have been tracking both aircraft movements with enough time to issue a clear warning? We need to know what instructions, if any, were given. Did ATC inform the helicopter that it was approaching active flight paths? When the pilot acknowledged seeing the plane, did controllers issue urgent corrective instructions—such as turning 20 degrees away? In conditions of poor visibility, was ATC proactive in guiding the helicopter to safety? Was This a Preventable Tragedy? This crash didn't happen due to mechanical failure. It occurred within the air traffic control zone, under the supposed supervision of trained professionals. The public deserves transparency: What exactly was happening inside the ATC tower at the time? Was there a miscommunication or a delay in response? Were controllers distracted, overwhelmed, or simply negligent? The aviation industry must address these concerns. More oversight is needed, including cameras inside air traffic control centers to ensure proper protocols are followed. The Erosion of Passenger Confidence... Read the full article here: https://renaldocmckenzie.com/2025/01/air-traffic-control-failures-the-preventable-helicopter-crash-near-reagan-national/ We then shared a recording of Trump's press conferencing after the crash on Wednesday. Renaldo also discusses and update of the dc crash and shares a news update and video of the crash. This was a production of The Neoliberal Round by Renaldo McKenzie at The Neoliberal Corporation. John Anthony Castro, a 2024 GOP U.S. Presidential Candidate who notably sued Donald Trump, has been found guilty on all 33 counts related to Federal Tax Fraud. Castro, a frequent guest on The NeoLiberal Round Podcast, had gained attention by suing Trump for violating Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. His legal challenges were discussed extensively on the podcast series “Castro v. Trump,” where he was a key contributor. According to Erin Dooley at the Media Affairs Office at the Texas Department of Justice, in a press release stated that Following a five-day bench trial before Senior U.S. District Judge Terry R Means, he was convicted on all 33 counts of assisting in the preparation of a fraudulent return and was immediately taken into custody” (Press Release by the DOJ on Friday May 24, 2024: https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndtx/pr/mansfield-tax-preparer-convicted-33-counts-tax-fraud-after-bench-trial). Despite his high-profile legal battles, Castro's lawsuits in multiple states were largely dismissed. In January, he filed an appeal in Florida against Judge Eileen Cannon's decision to dismiss his case and sought her recusal from all cases involving Trump, citing bias. Concurrently, Castro faced his own legal troubles, being indicted on Federal Tax Fraud charges. In January 2024, The NeoLiberal Round Podcast released an episode featuring Castro, where he vehemently denied any wrongdoing related to the indictment. He explained the errors leading to the charges and stated that he had taken steps to correct them. Castro expressed confidence in his ability to clear his name and reiterated his commitment to his presidential campaign. On April 16, 2024, Castro provided an update, maintaining his innocence and preparing for his May 20th hearing. He indicated plans to testify and expressed a desire to step away from politics afterward. However, following the hearing, on May 20th, Castro was arrested and taken into custody. The Texas State Department of Justice released details of the ruling, revealing that Castro, owner of the virtual tax preparation business Castro & Company, had falsely inflated client tax returns. Convicted on all 33 counts of assisting in the preparation of fraudulent returns, Castro now faces up to 99 years in federal prison, with each count carrying a potential three-year sentence... The clock read 0:48 seconds, and Maurice Smith snapped the ball to Jordan Travis on the 35-yard line. No, this is not the ending to the 2021 Miami game — it was October 4, 2023, part of Florida State's designated “situation Wednesday,” when the team focuses its attention on the areas of the game that serve as the difference between winning and losing. Practice started with the offense needing a field goal with less than a minute remaining. Travis led a marvelous drive down the field, ending with a 32-yard Ryan Fitzgerald miss (he made the rest of his kicks on the day). Since the season began, this was the farthest the offense moved the ball in this drill: a sight for sore eyes. Both phases of the ball battled back and forth throughout the day on third down work and red zone plays, with the offense ending with the slight upper hand. Norvell seemed pleased with the day but knew the Seminoles could have executed at a higher level. “We are really pushing our guys this week — getting a little bit more of the speed work, and I like the way guys responded. Wednesday practice working third down stuff, obviously that is a huge emphasis for us.” Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
“Oh yeah!” Mike Norvell was in his element as the first drills of practice got underway Tuesday morning — as mentioned yesterday, there may not be another person on the planet more excited for FSU to take the field after being off for 14 days. The Seminoles matched the coach's energy at practice, one Norvell described as “energetic... the speed we practiced with was good.” The offense and defense each produced up and down moments during the day as the offense looked better in 11 on 11 drills earlier, with the defense finding its stride as practice wore on. During an up-tempo practice, three themes stood out above the rest. Maurice Smith To start the year, Maurice Smith is in the running for the unsung hero of this FSU football team. Throughout the last week, the coaching staff mentioned how vital he is for their offensive line, reflected in 0 false starts on the road against Clemson. Alex Atkins, yesterday during his media availability, said of Smith, “ he tries to keep me positive, that's his job.” It is safe to say that the Seminole Center takes the room's pulse and has its respect simultaneously. Smith constantly talks to his teammates for being on the reserved side, and he put that on display Tuesday. After each rep, #53 could be seen communicating to his fellow offensive linemen even before the coaching staff spoke. He encouraged each player after each rep and gave them pointers as if he were working and playing. When Smith was called into action, he proved why he earned the starting job two years in a row, twice dispatching Malcolm Ray during 1-on-1s and doing an admirable job checking protection with Jordan Travis. With the injury concerns primarily behind him, the Miami native looks to spark the offensive line for the stretch run. Johnny Wilson After taking a detour to start the season, the Johnny Wilson bandwagon will be coming full steam ahead after the bye week. On Tuesday, every time I turned my head, Wilson scored a touchdown or made an acrobatic catch, putting his 6'7 frame constantly on display. The Arizona State transfer practiced today with the best energy I felt he has shown since the season began, which translated to the field. During 11 on 11 work, he first caught a short out route from Jordan Travis as an appetizer and then made a back shoulder reception as he launched over Renardo Green, plucking the ball out of the air for the main course. Johnny Wilson was no match against the scout team towards the end of practice as I counted three touchdowns, each thrown in the air over 30 yards. His ability to get off the press and win on the outside are strengths, but how Norvell moves him into the slot has been ingenious. In the game against Boston College, the Seminoles' playcaller constantly moved Wilson inside, and this caused mismatches throughout the day. Mike Norvell continued with that trend on Tuesday, and no defense has an answer for a towering 6'7 receiver standing in the slot. Johnny Wilson seems to refound his grove, which should only open up the “downfield shots” Alex Atkins wants to keep taking. Fentrell Cypress After practice Tuesday, the Virginia transfer met with the media and gave insight into what the defense will be keying in on Saturday afternoon. “It's going to be a physical game. We need to tackle and cover our guys just like every other game, but it's going to be a dogfight. We know they like to run the ball, and we need to come up and tackle.” One of the weaknesses in the secondary to start the year includes their tackling ability, but Cypress has been a bright spot through the first month. According to PFF, the cornerback produced a 76.1 run grade through four games, which outpaces his pass grade. To start the year, Florida State struggled against running quarterbacks, and they will need their veteran secondary members to get hats to the ball and make plays when they are presented. September 7, 2023 Everything Co-op has dedicated the Month of September to interview the 2023 Hall of Fame Inductees. Induction into the Cooperative Hall of Fame is the highest honor that the U.S. cooperative community bestows on the extraordinary men and women who have made genuinely heroic contributions in support of the cooperative form of enterprise. The first interview to kick off this tribute was with Maurice Smith, Attorney and Counselor at Law, and retired CEO of Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU) . Maurice and Vernon discussed his co-op journey, and projections about the future of the cooperative movement. As the retired CEO of LGFCU, the fourth largest credit union in North Carolina, Maurice led expansion of the institution at an industry-leading pace—16-fold organic growth rate to current $3.8B in assets—while creating an enduring brand for 400,000 members. Maurice has accomplished this with his agile style of leadership, based on co-op principles and values, and staying focused on maximizing member value. He leverages quantitative financial acumen and qualitative leadership traits in creating cultures of collaboration and engagement. Maurice has been the CUNA Board Chair, CUNA CEO Council Executive Committee Chair, National Cooperative Bank Board Chair, and Filene Administrative Board Chair. He has also served on critical board committees including audit, governance, and nominating. Since retiring, Maurice practices law for organizations whose values reflects his own.

Pardon the Interruption with Music, some news updates and the Interview with Prof. Dr. Andre Isaacs on COVID and MRNA technology. I share new and original music entitled, "what is Life," and some updates about upcoming events at The Neoliberal Round, announcements about the Booke: Neoliberalism book 1 and 2 and commented on the firing of Don Lemon at CNN and Tucker Carlson at Fox News. Lyrics - What is Life, By, Renaldo McKenzie What is life, that I should live it? What is life, that I should make of it? Up and down, around, about, my mind can't take it anymore. I want, out, just to be free like anyone else, making worth of life. They say life is about the people, and how people relate. How must I fit? I want to be free, free to live, free to reign. Oh God, where are you? Are you there? Are you here? To make me free from sin and shame, the pain which perseveres… The episode included four (4) segments where Maurice Smith joins me to discuss recent and upcoming episodes on the podcast such as Castro V Trump, and Immigration. In the very beginning and towards the end I replay an episode segment with an interview I did with Professor Dr. Andre Isaacs at College of The Holy Cross concerning his life, Poverty and MRNA technology and COVID. This is important as I challenged the argument around the technology that led to the COVID vaccine arguing that the research was years in the making before the virus which questions the veracity of the science behind the use of the technology by Scientists. Dr. Andre is a Chemist. Rev. Renaldo McKenzie is the Creator and host, a Professor at Jamaica Theological Seminary and Doctoral Candidate at Georgetown University. Renaldo is author of Neoliberalism, Globalization, Income Inequality, Poverty and Resistance. Renaldo is working on a new book, Neoliberalism Globalization Reconsidered. I tweeted that, "I thought Nikki Haley was different," responding to a tweet she posted earlier today, 2.24.2023, that: "I'm running for president to stop America's downward spiral toward socialism and end the self-loathing that has taken over our country. I'm running for president to renew an America that's strong and proud, not weak and woke," ((3) Nikki Haley on Twitter: "I'm running for president to stop America's downward spiral toward socialism and end the self-loathing that has taken over our country. Many candidates are declaring that they will challenge the Midterm results due to election fraud and irregularities. And guess what, they may not be conspiracy theories as we have encountered some election irregularities in Philadelphia. Question: Do you believe the midterms were filled with enough irregularities to warrant a challenge and was your experience like? We woke up this morning to the reality that there was no #redsea as if God had parted the "red sea"; as the GOP seem to be split down the middle with the #TheDemocrats which will preserve the balance! Yet, Trump seemed to be the factor that helped the #dems… and this … I have Breaking News regarding the Midterm Elections 2022 today concerning election irregularities in Philadelphia PA. I discuss and report on this with Ricardo McKenzie and Maurice Smith who are senior professionals in their field and Ricardo is a consultant with a logistics firm and a senior Advisor to the Board at The Neoliberal Corporation, Maurice Smith a brother with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and a City Social and Human Services Professional in Philadelphia. I will share in this episode my experience voting for the first time and what I discovered about some irregular voting practices in my district. Further, Ricardo makes a poignant point how, divided a need divisive we are… he [Donald Trump] pulls out the ugly and shows what the underbelly of America can be. It needed Donald Trump to come to power to demonstrate and realize what was always beneath - how divided and divisive we are. How fragile our society is and how it's necessary for us to combat against this; so that we do not end up in this position that has come to define politics and society…. We explore the impact and causes of this and consider possible solutions to the rise in gun violence despite Biden's recent move to ban or limit AK-47s and the use of certain high powered weapons. Hey Identifier, https://billypenn.com/2022/02/25/ups-teamsters-wage-cut-protest-philadelphia-helen-gym/ #Starbucks #Nurse #ups Two thousand UPS workers in the Philadelphia region have signed onto a demand to raise wages after part-time employees were hit with an unannounced pay cut. A Thursday morning protest organized by the Teamsters 623 Local union drew about 75 workers, elected officials, and organizers to the South Philly UPS complex. The Oregon Avenue shipping center employs more than 1,350 people across customer service, drivers, and warehousing, according to a union spokesperson. Shamar Hudson, a warehouse worker getting off his shift as the rally began, told Billy Penn there wasn't any warning from management before his pay was slashed from $19 to $15 an hour. “We never heard it from a manager,” Hudson said. “You saw it on your paycheck and that was just that.” UPS worker Maurice Smith found himself in the same situation. Hired at $17.50 per hour last August, he got a raise to $19 — and then this sudden drop. “I thought [the cut] was going to be $17, not $15,” he said. #ups #nurses #starbuck Leave us a Voice Mail or Support https://anchor.fm/the-identity-booth/message https://anchor.fm/the-identity-booth/support Sub to the channel here https://www.twitch.tv/theidentitybooth Donate https://streamlabs.com/projecteto/tip The Goal: Try to Identify with you as you try to Identify with me.
