Why? 1.) Nice people are people-pleasers.Nice people strive to help other people. Many people take advantage of the nice people helping attitude. In the end, the nice people have helped the wrong people who just like to suck them out. You can see that everywhere, lazy people need help and can't fix it by themselves. Don't support laziness. The right attitude is to teach how to do it by themselves instead to help lazy people. 2.) Nice people are scared to share their own opinions and like to agree easily. To every pot fits a lid. Until you don't share your opinion you never get the right people as your friends. Stick to your values, share your opinion and get respect for what you are.3.) Nice people don't like to live their unique mission or dreams.Nice people live someone else life. Don't be a lousy, dreadful or disgusting coward!!! Do what you like at best, without harming unnecessary other people to become what you are! Express yourself and have fun regardless how many people criticize you. 4.) Caring for yourself is not selfish. When we don't care for ourselves who will care for us? First care for yourself and then for others.5.)  Don't be afraid to say no, because you are afraid of rejection or to fail. We are always responsible for what we are doing. Don't give your life or your decisions in the hands of others. We should decide, what we want and look that we can live our values. 6.) Nice people are always kind even it doesn't feel right! If we can't set our personal borders what we like or don't like, nobody will respect us. And then everybody will step over our borders and we will hate the other people. How should the other people know what we like or don't like when we don't demand that?  Even we don't respect ourselves when we reject our own desires. 7.) Nice people want that everybody loves them. The nice people try to make everybody happy because they want to gain someone else's approval. Nice people think that they can buy love!!! How would it be to start to love ourselves? Instead to depend on other people's approval or love. It is much easier and fulfilling to love yourself. Hear the Song: “Greatest love of all” Praise yourself for everything that you do good by your own values. Say thank you to the Lord that you could do your job in your standard. So that, God will help you to work and be better.  My Video: Nice people end up alone https://youtu.be/mAub7KcJkCYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Nice-people-end-up-alone.mp3

Ethical selling: Help prospects identify as your customer   Martin Stellar, author of "Sales for Nice People," joins me to share his unique perspective on aligning sales practices with personal values, leading to genuine success.   Drawing on 30 years of experience in understanding human nature and psychology, Martin reveals how his journey from a monastery to a tailoring business taught him that quality alone isn't enough for sales success.   Emphasising that sales can be an act of service, Martin encourages entrepreneurs to embrace their integrity and transform their approach to selling.   We address how focusing on serving others can overcome the challenges of traditional sales mindsets and result in fulfilling and profitable outcomes.   We also explore the refreshing concept of collaborative and ethical selling, highlighting the "same-side selling" approach where buyers and sellers act as partners rather than opponents.   Martin explains how fostering authentic interactions energises buyers, allowing them to naturally gain confidence in their decisions.   By embracing a non-linear sales framework centered on listening and understanding the buyer's journey, we redefine the traditional focus on closing deals.   Instead, we highlight opening opportunities and facilitating personal growth for both buyer and seller, underscoring how serving others can lead to transformational sales experiences.    -------- EPISODE CHAPTERS ---------   (00:34) Modern Sales Techniques for Nice People (05:18) Perceptions of Sales and Entitlement (14:22) Same-Side Selling Dynamic in Sales (18:27) Let Buyers Decide, Avoid Over-Enthusiasm (23:49) Trust-Building Sales Conversations (26:23) Understanding Buyer Transformation (29:46) Building Trust Through Permission-Based Sales   Connect with Martin LinkedIn:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinstellar/ Website: https://martinstellar.com/    Website:   https://salesflowcoach.app/ Get Martin's Book:  https://martinstellar.com/book/   Follow me https://linktr.ee/fredcopestake   Take the  Collaborative Selling Scorecard https://collaborativeselling.scoreapp.com/   Watch this episode on YouTube https://youtu.be/GJYWMnHzekQ

Here's something you don't always think about - sin is often expressed nicely. There are millions of people who express their sin in nice person ways. They might be really involved in church, they might give a lot of time, effort, and money within the community. They might be sweet, polite, kind, even moral. But inwardly they are still rejecting Jesus on a daily basis. There is no earning salvation. It comes only through the faith of Jesus Christ. The Redeeming Love Bible Broadcast is a ministry of Grace Baptist Tabernacle. We're excited to be under construction on a brand new building in our hometown of King, NC. Please continue to share these episodes, and please consider coming to visit our church. We are excited and expectant for you to come!

Why are Mr. and Mrs. Brede telling so many lies? They seem like such nice people. Henry Cuyler Bunner, today on The Classic Tales Podcast.  Welcome to The Classic Tales Podcast. Thank you so much.  Henry Cuyler Bunner (1855-1896) Was an American journalist, novelist, and poet. His works were largely anthologized in the early 1900s, but he's mostly forgotten now. His short story about the comedic adventures of a circus elephant, Zenobia's Infidelity, was made into a film in 1939 starring Oliver Hardy.  This piece stuck out to me because there are some really nice moments of description, and the way characters can be described so concisely. It's also an interesting study of how humor has evolved over the years.  And now, The Nice People, by Henry Cuyler Bunner. I've made it a goal of mine to speak on soft skills being more instrumental in business success than the hard skills. You can build the biggest business in town without tearing anybody else down. You can get rich while being kind! This is so important and I really feel like you're going to get a lot from this episode. Enjoy! Let me know what you thought.
