Thank you to our Patrons, Landon Knoke and Chandler Desrochers! Welcome to Jurassic Park! That is… at least a show about it. Jurassic Park has lowkey been an integral part of Theme Park Workshop, so Jonathan and Adam go into what the franchise means to them. After that, they go through the evolution of Jurassic Park at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure and what they think the addition of the Jurassic World Velocicoaster means for the future of the prehistoric presence at the park. What do we think of the past? What do we hope for the future? Will we have enough Jurassic quotes?!? PLUS… Neeeeewwwws! Disney Genie rises (kinda)! Fear Factor Live joins the fallen (for sure)! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/carlos-roberto-gutierrez/message

Terry and Dave are joined by JMock, and DYoung from Convo Chaos to talk about video game movies. The boys talk about movies from the horrible Super Mario Bros movie of 1993, to Sonic the Hedgehog. They discuss what makes a good movie, what makes a good video game, and what makes a good movie about video games! Terry and JMock also break down some news about the upcoming Borderlands Movie. And cost some of the characters we want to see. Also in the double feature, the boys discuss AR video games like Pokemon Go, Jurassic World Alive, and more. Jurassic World Alive, Nintendo Direct is upcoming, and Monster World Hunter is a hit!
We're off to a flying start as hosts Phantom Limb and Steven Something try to get James up to speed on the Playdate before the episode even officially begins!Beginning proper, the three of us gently critique 'My Friend Pedro' and then we go on a merry tour of the AR-based Pokémon Go clones starting with 'Harry Potter Wizards Unite', 'Jurassic World Alive' & 'Ghostbusters World'. Niantic's 'Codename Neon' gets dredged up (how many of you remember that?) briefly before we move on to the whole Auto Chess genre and the concept of Battle Royale games in general. In the final stretch we debate passionately about streaming services like Google's Stadia, piracy and what's popular, and very nature of existence as it relates to the PlayStation 5 (which apparently doesn't exist).Game on!
