I got the qilo prison wallet which is Velcro backed so crossbreed has holsters that work but not crazy about it. Switch to a blapha or are Velcro backed holsters acceptable? Adam W - I am looking for a red dot that can stand up to a .357 magnum Chippa Rhino. I have put 2 other dots on it I had laying around and now I just want one I don't have worry about. I was thinking the Judge XL from Gideon. Would this be a good choice? The use case for this gun is local matches and range toy. Also, I am looking for a holster for this setup. The Chippa Rhino is the 60ds model with the pic rail in front of the cylinder. Your help is much appreciated. Scanks Adam Luis G - I am in Florida and do a lot of lake bank fishing. I hear constantly about not being able to use red dots because of astigmatism, making the dot not a perfect circle, and some other shape. Just want to say that the projection on the glass for red dots won't be a perfect circle with the way they are designed/manufactured, and the “dot” has a weird shape because it is projecting a bunch of tiny dots to a general area on the glass to make up the dot. It does not create a perfect circle. And if you focus on the “dot,” then you will see “imperfection” vs looking at the target where the “imperfection” will be nonexistent, with the general dot shape being over the target. I'm just curious if everyone is mistaking this inherent design of the red dot projection for something that is wrong with their eyes. And when every host says they have an astigmatism, it just seems odd. I realized, however, that we rarely see semiautomatic rifles that lack manual safeties. Is there a reason for this, or perhaps am I just ignorant of their existence? Thanks #blamecanada   Zac C:  I have had this question on my mind for sometime, and it recently came back to me during your recent show with Night Fision.   Why is it that so many gun companies and gun accessory companies reside in non gun friendly states?   I can somewhat understand the older company's like Remington and Ruger, and until recently Smith and Wesson, as I assume they were there before the state went stupid. But why are companies like Night Fision starting up companies in states that don't support what they do. I know it easy for me to say move, but I wouldn't want to have my company in a state that is actively trying to shut down the very thing that puts food on my table. So why are companies in very well known non gun friendly states.   Tom P:  I am moving and I sold my gun safe. I am looking to get something like secureit gunstorage. Basically cabinets that are full strength but not fireproof. Im no poor, but I have a larger collection so I am hoping I can find something a little more affordable.
