Union und SPD haben sich nach monatelangen Verhandlungen beim „Heizungsgesetz“ geeinigt. Es sieht grundlegende Änderungen vor. Die bisherige Regelung, nach der neue Heizungen mit mindestens 65% erneuerbarer Energie betrieben werden müssen, soll gestrichen werden. Das heißt, Gas- und Ölheizungen können weiter eingebaut werden. "Das stört mich, dass man jetzt den Eindruck vermittelt, als wenn man alles so lassen kann, wie bisher", sagt Claudia Kemfert im Gespräch mit SWR Aktuell-Moderator Florian Rudolph. Sie leitet seit April 2004 die Abteilung Energie, Verkehr, Umwelt am Deutschen Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung in Berlin. Sie warnt, dass durch die "Technologieoffenheit", die Unionsfraktionschef Jens Spahn (CDU) preist, eine Kostenfalle entstehe, wenn der CO2-Preis steige. "Wir sind nach wie vor im europäischen 'Green Deal'", betont die Ökonomin - deswegen taste die Regierung ja auch die Fördermöglichkeiten für die energetische Gebäudesanierung nicht an. "Die Menschen verstehen schon, dass der Wandel wichtig ist", sagt Kemfert, doch die Politik müsse die Zusammenhänge erklären.

Ein optisch herausragender Film, der auf künstliches Licht verzichtet und ein berührender Film, gerade wo er Liebe zeigt. Einen Wermutstropfen stellt der Erzähler dar, der zu oft als Stimme aus dem Off aus der Novelle zitiert – da gerät der Film unversehens zu einem bebilderten Hörbuch und wird in diesen Stellen manchen Zuschauer auf Distanz halten.
