With major announcements across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and VisionOS, the group dives into what these updates mean for users, developers, and Apple's broader ecosystem strategy. The episode opens with panel introductions before jumping straight into VisionOS 26, where the team highlights Apple's focus on spatial computing. Features like interactive 3D widgets, refined Personas, and improved collaboration tools on Vision Pro generate both excitement and critical commentary. Marty and Eric share real-world experiences with spatial widgets, emphasizing their value in immersive environments. The panel acknowledges Apple's ambitious direction for Vision Pro as it evolves from a tech demo to a productivity and creative powerhouse. Next, the conversation moves into iOS 26, spotlighting the redesigned lock screen with dynamic wallpapers and a streamlined interface for messages and phone calls. Jeff praises the new call screening and RCS group chat support, both of which significantly improve communication experiences. Updates to the Camera app and accessibility tools also reinforce Apple's commitment to a more inclusive user experience. iPadOS 26 draws praise for finally bridging the productivity gap with macOS. The introduction of a new windowing system allows for desktop-like multitasking, and panelists are enthusiastic about the debut of the Preview app on iPad. The improved Files app and richer audio input options are celebrated as productivity boosters, making the iPad an even stronger contender as a primary computing device. Turning to macOS 15, the conversation continues around convergence — with iPad and Mac experiences growing closer than ever. Chuck and David discuss how feature parity is leading to more seamless transitions between devices, particularly for multitasking and app continuity. The panel also briefly touches on watchOS 11 and tvOS 18, noting updates in health, fitness, and media experience. While these updates were more iterative, they reflect Apple's steady enhancement of its peripheral platforms. One of the standout segments is a look at Apple Intelligence, Apple's new generative AI initiative. The group discusses how Apple's privacy-first approach to AI, combined with on-device and cloud-assisted processing, could change the way users interact with Siri, productivity apps, and automation. The discussion also covers how this impacts developers and third-party integrations moving forward. In the final stretch, the team speculates on the future of the iPad and Mac. Will they fully converge or continue to serve distinct roles? With the iPad gaining more macOS features and the Mac embracing touch-like elements, the lines continue to blur. The episode closes with a few announcements and community highlights, including a plug for Macstock 2024 — inviting listeners to connect in person and keep the Apple discussion going. Send us a textIn this Three Kitchens episode, Erin finds a new type of pancake for us to try! It's a Chinese scallion pancake, a fabulous addition to the rather long list of pancakes we've made here in our kitchens. And a great way to use a bunch of green onions (scallions).  Be sure to scroll down to find links to lots of other pancake recipes we've tried in the past! This is a savoury pancake made with a dough, rather than a batter, and a savoury filling. But don't worry - the dough is simple to make. Erin found it easy to mix up and knead on the counter. It rests for just 20 minutes while you mix up the filling, which is made with flour, oil, and salt. And chop some green onions. Take a small portion of dough and roll it out nice and thin. Spread a little of the filling, and add onions on top. Now there's a process of rolling, pinching and rolling to create what remind us of a laminated pastry. Don't worry -- Erin describes this process really well for us in the episode! Then you can cook them up and enjoy! FEATURED IN OUR MIDROLL: BIRTHING MAGAZINE Looking for trusted guidance on your pregnancy journey? Alan takes a trip down memory lane, revisiting "The Scallion," a satirical dental news project he and colleagues created (inspired by The Onion) back in the Dental Hacks era (circa 2017-2018). In this episode, Alan reads several archived "Scallion" articles, finding they still hold up with humor poking fun at: Aggressive sales reps at dental meetings. Dentists avoiding shop talk at parties. Exaggerated links between periodontal disease and other health issues. Hilariously inaccurate dental stock photography. The shocking revelations that can come with using dental loupes for the first time. Over-the-top (and potentially condescending) marketing advice. The classic "I hate dentists" patient comment. The podcast episode is called "Curry and Culture" and is part of a series. The host, Fred, talks about the origins of scallions, also known as green onions or spring onions, which come from Asia and grew all over Jamaica, becoming one of the main ingredients in Jamaican curry. Fred describes how to use scallions when making curry and emphasizes how important they are to create a harmonious and well-balanced performance, just like in a choir. He then reflects on the concept of culture and how it starts somewhere simple and step-by-step, with people improving upon it along the way, using Jamaican culture and cuisine as an example. Fred challenges the audience to become creators of culture and to move away from spectatorship, creating a call to action for listeners to start from where they are, consume culture daily, and make little changes along the way. He also emphasizes that Jamaica is more diverse than the stereotypes portrayed in media and invites the audience to become a part of Jamaican culture. #jamaican #jamaica #insta360x3 [00:00:00] Intro [00:00:15] Scallion Origins [00:00:45] Marker [00:01:01] Choir [00:01:14] Push Dung --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/newhuman/message

Bella has been training since she was 4.5 years old but was forced to take a year off due to Covid. Bella has many interests such as swimming, drawing, shooting, archery and is currently learning chess! She loves school, is an all A student and a real leader in the classroom according to her teachers. She is a nature girl who loves science and animals but her passion is jiu jitsu. When Bella decided to make the jump to Atos about a year ago she realized there were levels to this game. She was a gray and white belt at the time and spent the better part of the first four months or so at Atos getting absolutely rag dolled and ground into the mats by smaller kids and lower belts… but she never quit and kept coming back for more! A year later she is thriving! She loves to train, has made lots of friends and competes as often as possible. Her goals for the future are to earn her black belt, own a gym and be a jiu jitsu instructor as well as a veterinarian, an engineer and a hair dresser.

What's the difference between a “hack” and a “recipe”? We honestly have no idea, but whether you call them “hacks” or “recipes,” we have some more to share. We heard from customers and Crew Members from around the country about fun, easy, delicious ways to enjoy so many Trader Joe's products? A sweet use for pizza dough? Yes! Scallion pancakes as taco shells? Yes, please! A cake made with sparkling fruit juice? Excuse us while we head to the kitchen. We have some hacking to do… #traderjoesproducthacks Transcript (PDF) Cinnamon Monkey Bread Pizza Dough Hack As this is more of a hack than a recipe, think of these as guidelines rather than hard and fast rules. A little more of this, a little less of that… it's gonna be good! Ingredients: 1 ball of fresh pizza dough 1 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 stick of salted butter, melted (Optional but recommended: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract) Instructions: Remove dough from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before use and place on a lightly floured surface Preheat your oven to 350ºF Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in one bowl Pour the melted stick of butter into a separate bowl, mix in vanilla extract (optional) Divide dough into 1-inch round pieces – roll dough balls first in melted butter then in the cinnamon sugar mixture Layer coated dough balls in a lightly greased 9x5 loaf pan (can be doubled to fill a larger Bundt pan) Bake in the oven at 350ºF for 30-40min or until lightly browned and cooked through Let cool at least 15 minutes but best served when still warm To serve, flip the loaf pan on top of your serving platter of choice
