În episodul acesta din Thinking Made Visible am invitat-o din nou pe Ioana Moga ca să vorbim despre Cum folosești Coloanele Destinului în Business și despre felul în care un instrument de autocunoaștere poate deveni, în anumite momente, un sprijin foarte concret în deciziile pe care le iei ca antreprenor, profesionist sau om aflat într-o perioadă de schimbare.“Coloanele Destinului” - instrumentul chinezesc care aduce claritate ce te surprinde, mai ales când îl folosești ca să iei decizii pentru cariera, activitatea sau afacerea ta, nu este ceva nou. Ioana îl folosește și aplică deja de peste 10 ani, la noi în țară, cu Antreprenori și afaceri de aici. Ce simt că e un pic mai “nou” este deschiderea antreprenorilor spre a accepta impactul pe care îl au ei în succesul afacerii. Nu mă refer la CE FACE un Antreprenor în sau pentru afacerea sa. Mă refer la CINE și CUM ESTE Antreprenorul, din punct de vedere energetic. Asta e ceea ce vede Ioana când folosește Coloanele Destinului ca să înțeleagă ce creează blocaje în afacerile clienților săi. Dacă-i dai câteva informații despre tine în două ore îți trasează o hartă atât de amplă că te sperii de câte detalii știe, fără să te fi cunoscut personal. Crede-mă, am testat acum cinci ani! :) Iar când ia ceea ce vede în harta ta și conectează de activitatea ta, de produsele și serviciile tale, de prețurile pe care le practici azi, de sistemele pe care le folosești ca să vinzi… primești sugestii clare pe care nu-ți rămâne decât să le implementezi și să observi: Cum se simte în tine, ca om, să lucrezi după aceste principii; Ce rezultate apar în afacerea ta, când lucrezi după recomandările Coloanelor; Cum se schimbă felul în care iei decizii - în business, și-n viața ta personală, când ai informațiile din Coloane la îndemână; E o conversație care a curs, între două femei care lucrează zi de zi cu afaceri mici și medii care își caută claritatea și soluțiile constant. Și ne-am decis să o facem acum TOCMAI pentru că atât de mulți dintre clienții noștri trec prin incertitudine, rescriere de planuri, strategii, și poate chiar procese de reinventare. Am vorbit despre: Antreprenorii care simt că „nimic nu mai merge ca înainte”, Oamenii care spun că piața nu mai cumpără, Oamenii care au prea multe idei și nu mai știu ce să aleagă, Oboseala care apare atunci când încerci să construiești un business într-o direcție care nu mai este suficient de aliniată cu tine.Fă-ți timp azi să dai play episodului! Șeful statului i-a întrebat pe social-democrați dacă sunt gata să-și asume guvernarea, iar ei au răspuns că da. PSD a pus pe masă varianta unui Guvern monocolor. Președintele nici nu a fost de acord, dar nici nu a refuzat, au declarat surse participante pentru Cotidianul.  De unde ia PSD voturile?  PSD – 129 UDMR – 32 Minoritățile – 17 POT – 16 PACE – 12 Neafiliați – 19 Surse social-democrate susțin că PSD poate strânge 233 de voturi, fără AUR sau S.O.S. Conform calculelor, 225 de voturi ar avea PSD fără AUR și S.O.S. Totuși, rămâne de văzut dacă toți ar fi dispuși să voteze Guvernul PSD, având în vedere că la moțiune, unii dintre ei nu au votat nici moțiunea și i-au acuzat pe social-democrați de iresponsabilitate. Mai mult, depinde și câți parlamentari „la bucată” poate aduce PSD, chiar și din AUR. Legea salarizării. Câți dintre bugetari au șanse să primească mai mulți bani și suma alocată de guvern pentru 2027 (HotNews) Guvernul a promis că, prin noua lege a salarizării, care trebuie adoptată până la finalul lunii august, nu vor fi scăzute veniturile niciunui bugetar. Pe de altă parte, de creșteri nu vor beneficia toți angajații statului, iar majorările nu vor fi consistente. O nouă lege a salarizării este un jalon în cadrul PNRR, iar în cazul nerespectării termenului, România va pierde 700.000.000 de euro, reamintește HotNews. Ținând seama că guvernul său a fost demis, premierul a spus că proiectul Legii salarizării va fi negociat cu partidele politice astfel încât să obțină susținerea parlamentară de care are nevoie pentru adoptare. „Azi avem 166 de miliarde de lei cheltuieli de salarii, adică 8,1%. Nu avem decât două posibilități reale: o creștere de amplitudine mică sau dacă se doresc creșteri mai mari, singura soluție este să reducem personalul acolo unde nu se justifică”, a afirmat Ilie Bolojan. El a precizat că procesul de mediere între partide pe această temă a fost preluat de către președintele Nicușor Dan, cu implicarea directă a consilierului prezidențial pentru Politici Economice și Sociale, Radu Burnete. Ministrul Apărării, Radu Miruță, dezvăluie care e riscul ca o dronă străină să ajungă mai aproape de București și ce face Armata ca asta să nu se întâmple (Libertatea) Cu o săptămână și jumătate înainte de expirarea termenului limită până la care trebuie semnate înțelegerile pentru achiziții de apărare prin programul european SAFE (31 mai), ministrul Apărării Naționale, Radu Miruță, dezvăluie într-un interviu acordat Libertatea că banii necesari nu sunt încă în conturi.  17 miliarde de euro ar putea fi pierduți. Este vorba despre bani europeni pentru sistemul de apărare și ordine publică din România și pentru construirea unor porțiuni din autostrăzile A7 și A8, din nordul Moldovei. Din această sumă, peste 8 miliarde de euro ar urma să revină Ministerului Apărării Naționale (MapN) pentru cumpărarea de mașini de luptă, radare, elicoptere, nave, muniții și alte dotări, toate compatibile cu cele din celelalate state NATO. Contractele trebuie semnate până la 31 mai. Ministrul Miruță a vorbit și despre incursiunile dronelor în spațiul aerian românesc. Până acum, MApN nu a doborât niciuna dintre zecile de aeronave fără pilot care au intrat ilegal în România, în Dobrogea, începând cu august 2023. Numai în acest an, în România au intrat ilegal, cel puțin 15 drone străine, potrivit ministrului Apărării Naționale, Radu Miruță. Majoritatea dronelor sau bucăților de drone găsite de autorități au fost în Dobrogea. Întrebat dacă există riscul ca o dronă care violează spațiul aerian românesc să ajungă mai aproape de București, ministrul Apărării a răspuns: „Riscul de a înainta foarte mult în spațiul aerian românesc este unul mic, pentru că, având în vedere relieful României, la un moment dat vor trece printr-o zonă în care vor fi interceptate de radare. De la altitudini mari vedem tot. Când altitudinea coboară, e ca și cum ar merge drona printre niște dealuri, iar radarul nu vede decât dacă ridici capul peste dealul respectiv. E puțin probabil să găsești astfel de culoare printre formele de relief care să nu ajungă la un moment dat într-un sector în care radarul să monitorizeze așa ceva.” EXCLUSIV: Reformele și proiectele din PNRR rămân sub supraveghere până la 5 ani după ultima plată. Bruxelles-ul poate face controale, verificări și audituri (Economedia) Reformele și investițiile asumate de România prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență (PNRR) nu se încheie odată cu termenul-limită din august 2026, ci rămân sub supraveghere europeană inclusiv după efectuarea ultimei plăți către România, potrivit unui document consultat de Economedia. Conform documentului, Comisia Europeană își rezervă dreptul de a efectua „verificări, revizuiri, controale și audituri” asupra implementării PNRR timp de până la cinci ani după plata finală. The worry is deskilling: as scientists offload hypothesis generation to AI, will they lose the instincts needed to catch when the machine is wrong? His answer centers on cultivating "meta-AI skills", the practiced ability to evaluate AI outputs critically. That raises its own problems: how do those skills get built, and are they really the same kind of skill as the hypothesis-generating instincts they would replace? Ai2 is actively studying this by examining how tools like AutoDiscovery affect students and early-career researchers. For humanitarian and development professionals navigating an era of shrinking research budgets and growing AI adoption, these added points raise essential questions about keeping human judgment at the center of discovery.

Though the office of the Shining Star stands on the second of Spillaway Peaks' three tiers, on a clear night, its rooftop beacon can be seen from miles away. This, Thelonious, the newspaper's editor-in-chief says, is a recruitment strategy. Those who see the light and travel through the wilderness towards it tend to be inquisitive and adventurous enough to make good freelance reporters. And though they followed the Shining Star's reputation before its shining light, couldn't the same be said of the crew of the Little Snail? This week on Perpetua: A Picture of the Hills 03 Perpetua Guide [In Progress v.058] Side Quests[SDQS] Spillaway Peaks [SPSQ] Escort the Waylon the Photographer - 300 Asta Description: It's time for Old Waylon to take the yearly photo of the town. Guard him on his journey up the mountains to the best angle. Definitely take this quest before leaving town. You're gonna be going up that way to do other side quests anyway, and while Waylon isn't worth a damn in a fight, he also doesn't actually cause you too much trouble as long as you keep up with him! Terrapin Interest Story - 25 to 425 Asta Description: The Shining Star is paying for feature stories about the people of Spillaway Peaks. Brainstorm an idea, interview your subjects, write your article, and supplement it with art! This one is a pain in the butt and it seems really random how much you make from it. Basically, you pick from easy to difficult in each phase of the quest (topic, interview, etc.) and depending on how you do, you get more money. Each of the topics also requires you to go to different places, so like if you do a story on the school play, you have to go to the Clutch area to interview parents and children, where as if you do a story on the port's guards, you need to go down to the water to talk to them. I guess if you really need the Asta, go for it. Investigate the Livestock Deaths - 400 Asta  Description: Beula's Giant Oxen have been getting sick, and some have even been dying! This is a problem, since it's almost time to dredge up new Rice Paddies. Though this looks like a side quest, it's basically mandatory. Unless you were inducted into the Luminaries by Commodore Onyx before leaving Calstega Bay, when you meet with Thelonious, he'll basically put you on a path to do this quest. As such, go read the main Calstega Bay quest section of the FAQ to learn more about this one.  Kill 17 Frostoads - 100 Asta Description: N/A I honestly don't understand why this one is even on this side quest board. Isn't it supposed to be a newspaper? Why would they pay you to kill random toads? There's not even a description on it! Paper Delivery - 20 Asta Description: Deliver the Shining Star to all 15 of its readers. Okay, so, you have to go from the Shining Star to 15 different NPCs spread all across the town. And with a 20 Asta reward, it sounds like a really boring fetch quest that just wastes your time right? Well. I guess I won't say it isn't a time waster. But the important thing is that you can do this once per every Rest action. And because you can stay for free in Jonathan's family's house… that's right. It seems like you can just grind money here indefinitely. I say "seems" because I haven't tested it yet, and there is a chance that just resting repeatedly and not advancing the main plot could have consequences, like it did in Shine-Divine War Armidirge. So be careful, but let me know what happens if you do try to get infinite money here!
