Ce s-a întîmplat în această perioadă, în ce măsură statele semnatare au respectat prevederile acordului, cum s-a schimbat în 10 ani situaţia climatică la nivel global? Am întrebat-o pe activista de mediu Ana-Maria Pălăduș, vicepreședinta asociației REPER21. Obiectivul Acordului de la Paris, adoptat în 2015 de 195 de state ale lumii, era limitarea creşterii temperaturii medii la nivel global la mai puţin de 2 grade Celsius. Ce reprezintă temperatura medie la nivel global?Ana-Maria Pălăduș: „Temperatura medie globală, așa cum îi spune și numele, reprezintă o medie aritmetică a tuturor temperaturilor pe care le înregistrăm la nivel de glob. Ținta de 1,5 grade se raportează la perioada preindustrială. Și întotdeauna cînd auzim de creșteri sau de scăderi de temperaturi medii globale, ne raportăm la această perioadă. Pentru că, odată cu Revoluția Industrială, la nivel global, am început să folosim combustibili fosili, adică petrol, cărbuni și gaze naturale, pe care noi pînă atunci nu îi foloseam. Acești combustibili, adevărat aur negru, cu o putere calorică incredibil de mare, am început să îi folosim în mod accelerat în ultimele două secole. Această utilizare a venit cu foarte multe părți bune pentru că ne-am dezvoltat într-un ritm absolut incredibil, raportat la ce știau generațiile de pînă atunci. Am descoperit trenul, toată industria, agricultura industrială și așa mai departe. Numai că a venit și cu un revers al medaliei și anume că prin utilizarea acestor combustibili fosili emitem gaze cu efect de seră în atmosferă, care contribuie la creșterea temperaturilor medii globale. Acesta e efectul de seră antropic – generat de om. Iar limitarea la 1,5-2 grade față de perioada preindustrială este considerată de către oamenii de știință, de către climatologi, la nivel global un prag dincolo de care sistemul climatic global poate să producă niște pagube foarte importante asupra noastră ca umanitate. Și de aceea această încercare de a limita ideal la 1,5, în cel mai rău caz la 2 grade Celsius.”Ce s-a întîmplat între timp, ce au făcut statele semnatare ale acordului, în ce măsură şi-au respectat angajamentele?Ana-Maria Pălăduș: „S-au întîmplat lucruri, aș începe cu cele relativ pozitive. Acordul de la Paris a presupus ca statele care au semnat acest angajament să publice periodic Contribuții Naționale Determinate, prin care arată ce eforturi fac la nivel național pentru a se menține în această țintă de 1,5 respectiv 2 grade Celsius. Și recent au fost publicate ultimele, în luna noiembrie, pentru COP30, care tocmai s-a terminat în Brazilia. Partea mai puțin bună este că sîntem în continuare pe o traiectorie de creștere a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră. (...) Din punct de vedere științific, considerăm că maximum 2 grade este o creștere pe care putem să o ținem în frîu și care să fie relativ decentă. Peste 2 grade, sînt studii care au apărut, o să avem fenomene meteo extreme din ce în ce mai pronunțate, secete prelungite, precipitații foarte abundente, bruște, creșteri ale nivelului mărilor și oceanelor. Adică o să fie incomparabil mai greu decît ce trăim în prezent și nu o să fie la fel de greu pentru toți. Îmbrăcat într-un cojoc tradițional, liderul AUR a participat în orașul Marii Uniri la un miting, alături de câteva sute de membri și simpatizanți ai partidului, care au fluturat steaguri tricolore și au scandat pentru „suveranitate” națională. Este o imagine pe care AUR o pune în scenă cu regularitate, în încercarea de a capitaliza politic curentul patriotic ignorat de partidele politice mainstream. Cu alte cuvinte, „cine nu-i cu noi este împotriva României”, un refren des utilizat în ultimii ani. Faptul că George Simion și ceilalți lideri AUR își autoproclamă regulat patriotismul nu îi face însă cu nimic mai iubitori de țară, remarcă profesorul Adrian Papahagi, care subliniază, într-o analiză pentru „Adevărul”, că patriotismul adevărat se măsoară prin faptele unui om. Mulți dintre ei au plecat de aici în saci de nailon. După ani buni, instanțele recunosc că ceea ce s-a întâmplat atunci în spitale a încălcat legea. În câteva cazuri, rudele celor decedați au dat în judecată spitalele şi au cerut daune. Pe portalul hotărârilor judecătoreşti din România există patru dosare de acest fel. Unul singur a ajuns, între timp, la finalul procesului. Libertatea vă dezvăluie toate aceste patru poveşti cutremurătoare, dar şi deciziile judecătorilor, în fiecare dintre ele.    Ultima ediție Fidelis din 2025: Dobânzile și miliardele cu care românii au împrumutat statul în acest an (CursDeGuvernare) Ministerul Finanțelor va derula, în perioada 5-12 decembrie, ultima ediție Fidelis a acestui an, potrivit unui anunț al ministerului.  Ediția din decembrie vine cu dobânzi de până la 7,55% la emisiunile în lei și de până la 6,20% la cele în euro. Persoanele fizice rezidente și nerezidente cu vârsta peste 18 ani pot subscrie în titlurile de stat FIDELIS denominate în lei și în euro prin intermediul băncilor partenere. Per total,cumulat, în cele 10 ediții lunare din acest an ale Fidelis, Guvernul a împrumutat de la populație 19,6 miliarde de lei, conform calculelor CursDeGuvernare.ro, ceva mai mult peste ce lua în 2024, când o ediție Fidelis avea loc la 2 luni și Finanțele atrăgeau pe emisiune între 3 și 3,5 miliarde de lei de la populație, pentru finanțarea deficitului bugetar. De notat că titlurile de stat beneficiază de un regim fiscal special, fiind neimpozabile.

Plusieurs centaines de Lituaniens défilent en ce moment sur l'avenue principale de la capitale Vilnius. Le mouvement de protestation a été initié par le monde de la culture contre la présence d'un parti radical et populiste écarté de justesse du ministère de la Culture. Le mouvement s'est élargi et les manifestants craignent désormais que la Lituanie prenne un virage illibéral. Notre correspondante à Vilnius Marielle Vitureau est allée à la rencontre des Lituaniens se préparant pour la manifestation. Derrière son petit étal, pour soutenir le mouvement, Joris vend des fanions et des T-shirts avec le symbole de la manifestation. En ce qui concerne l'aide à l'Ukraine, le secteur culturel a été déterminant pour être le porte-parole de ce qui se passait dans le pays ». Beaucoup craignent que la Lituanie ne prenne le virage illibéral de la Hongrie ou de la Slovaquie. Le monde de la culture a été rejoint aussi par les docteurs et les agriculteurs. Das spärliche Geld, das ihnen schließlich ausgehändigt wird, macht die Räuber wütend und zunehmend ungehalten. Heimlich verständigt ein Handwerker die Polizei, woraufhin die Gangster in Bedrängnis geraten, alles abriegeln und mit immer absurderen Forderungen beginnen. Inmitten des Chaos reißt sich einer der Verbrecher die Sturmhaube vom Kopf, als Tatjana und er plötzlich Blickkontakt aufnehmen, mustert sie ihn genau. Stundenlang geht es drunter und drüber, bis die Polizei endlich eingreifen kann und die Geiseln befreien. Vor Gericht begegnet Tatjana dem Täter später erneut als Zeugin. Confruntată cu amenințarea rusească, Uniunea Europeană caută modalități de intervenție rapidă a trupelor sale, în caz de criză. Așa a apărut ideea unui ”Spațiu Schengen Militar”. Miercuri, Comisia Europeană a făcut primii pași în această direcție.   După cum arată o analiză a ziarului Le Figaro, sabotajul asupra liniei feroviare Varșovia-Lublin, pe care guvernul polonez îl pune pe seama Rusiei, ilustrează importanța strategică a infrastructurii în război. „Infanteria câștigă bătălii, dar logistica câștigă războaie”, a reamintit miercuri comisarul european pentru apărare, Andrius Kubilius, citând o frază a generalului american John Pershing din timpul Primului Război Mondial. Astfel că Uniunea Europeană intenționează să simplifice procedurile și să modernizeze infrastructurile cheie pentru ca trupele și echipamentele să ajungă repede acolo unde este nevoie, în caz de pericol.   Asta își propune acest „Schengen militar”. Comisia vrea să reducă timpul de autorizare pentru deplasarea trupelor și echipamentelor pe continent de la 45 de zile în prezent la maximum 3 zile, pe timp de pace. Dar în cazul unei crize? Ei bine, dacă birocrația va putea fi simplificată de urgență, cu infrastructura e mult mai complicat. Le Figaro reamintește că atunci când armata franceză a vrut să trimită o duzină de tancuri Leclerc la baza NATO din România, în toamna anului 2022, s-a confruntat cu o mlaștină birocratică și logistică care a prelungit desfășurarea la... 45 de zile!  Germania interzisese utilizarea rețelei sale rutiere, argumentând că transportul militar depășea sarcina maximă autorizată pe osie (12 tone). Transportul feroviar a întâmpinat și el probleme. Unele poduri feroviare nu puteau susține încărcătura. Anul acesta, în timpul exercițiului NATO Dacian Fall de luna trecută, convoiul a trebuit să călătorească pe mare de la Marsilia până la portul grecesc Alexandropolis, apoi înapoi pe șosea prin Grecia, Bulgaria și România. 500 de puncte nevralgice identificate Astfel, conform planului, autoritățile naționale și europene trebuie să își modernizeze infrastructura. Poduri, tuneluri, căi ferate, porturi… aproximativ 500 de puncte nevralgice au fost identificate în coordonare cu NATO de-a lungul a patru coridoare militare – Nord, Est, Centru-Sud și Centru-Nord – ale căror trasee exacte rămân confidențiale. Acestea urmează să fie consolidate până în 2030 Din punctul de vedere al organizării, în cazul unei crize majore, Comisia poate declara stare de urgență, aprobată de Consiliu în câteva ore, ocolind autorizațiile administrative. Planul include, de asemenea, stabilirea unui acces prioritar pentru echipamentele militare. Bruxelles-ul propune, de asemenea, punerea în comun a resurselor strategice între statele membre, prin intermediul unui portal digital unic. Vorbim despre trenuri de marfă, stocuri de muniții, combustibil și altele. Toate acestea, concomitent cu consolidarea industriei de apărare. Bugetul alocat mobilității militare va crește de zece ori în următorul buget multianual al UE (2028-2034), ajungând la 17,6 miliarde de euro. E pentru prima dată în istoria recentă când un președinte face un astfel de gest, solicitând opiniei publice reacții și puncte de vedere în raport cu un document vital pentru statul român. EXCLUSIV Acordul pentru Justiție propus de Înalta Curte a fost asumat de Lia Savonea, nu de Adunarea Generală a judecătorilor supremi (G4Media) ”Acordul pentru justiție și stabilitate instituțională” a fost asumat de către șefa Instanței Supreme, Lia Savonea, nu de către Adunarea generală a judecătorilor ÎCCJ, a confirmat chiar Lia Savonea pentru G4Media.ro. Documentul, prin care se cer mai mulți bani pentru magistrați, a fost propus de Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție (ÎCCJ) în contextul întâlnirii de la Palatul Cotroceni dintre magistrați și reprezentanții Executivului și ai Coaliției. Întâlnirea a fost mediată de președintele României, Nicușor Dan. Șefa ÎCCJ susține că este atributul președintelui Instanței Supreme să reprezinte puterea judecătorească în astfel de contexte de negociere cu celelate puteri ale statului privind chestiuni de ordin financiar în condițiile în care ÎCCJ, nu CSM,  este ordonatorul principal de credite pentru instanțele de judecată. Se vede o luminiţă: economia României dă primele semne de revenire în ciuda pesimismului cvasitotal. Industria are cea mai bună creştere din ultimul an, iar exporturile cresc (Ziarul Financiar) În septembrie 2025, producţia industrială a crescut faţă de luna august 2025 cu 1,1%. Faţă de luna septembrie 2024, producţia industrială a fost mai mare cu 2,6%. În primele nouă luni din an, an/an, producţia industrială a scăzut cu 1%. Dar căderea trebuie pusă pe sema seama primelor luni din an. Uşor-uşor, industria care reprezintă 20% din PIB şi-a revenit. Creşterea este timidă, dar nu mai este o scădere. Datele INS, citate de ZF, arată şi o evoluţie bună a exporturilor. În septembrie 2025, exporturile au crescut cu 9% faţă septembrie 2024. Septembrie a fost cea mai bună lună pentru exporturi din acest an.  Asta arată că, în ciuda pesimismului general, „Dracul nu e chiar atât de negru”, cum se spune în popor, când poporul vrea să-şi întărească inima. Dilema investitorului – de ce să alegi România? În mod neașteptat, primul-ministru moldovean a declarat că țara sa vrea să ia parte la construcția unui reactor de la Centrala Nucleară de la Cernavodă. Acolo funcționează primele două reactoare, în vreme ce unitățile 3 și 4 sunt în lucru. România a mai discutat serios despre investiții străine la Cernavodă doar cu Beijingul pe vremea când era Victor Ponta Premier, iar ulterior cu Statele Unite despre contrucția unor minireactoare. O investiție a R. Moldova la Cernavodă e însă ceva nou: o formulă prin care cele două state ar putea deveni mai apropiate, prin care R.Moldova ar avea asigurată suficientă energie pentru consumul țării de la un singur reactor. Deocamdată nu e nimic sigur, dar nu există motive pentru respingerea acestei propuneri, cu toate că un risc tot există, dacă la următoarele alegeri, de pildă, ar veni formațiuni pro-ruse la conducerea țării, scrie jurnalista Sabina Fati, corespondenta DW la București.

Sie versucht, das Gespräch mit ihm zu suchen, doch Micha blockt ab, geht ihr aus dem Weg und dann geschieht sogar das Unfassbare: Der minderjährige Micha verschwindet – vier ganze Tage lang.
