Understanding motorphobia: how to know you have driving anxiety and what you should do to COPE! Driving anxiety, otherwise referred to at times as motorphobia, is actually a pretty common form of anxiety. Almost all forms of anxiety or phobias stem from an intense fear. Wondering if you should start therapy? I'm sharing the big signs therapy could be helpful for you especially if you're dealing with these things in your life!
