Prionerkrankungen gibt es auch beim Menschen (z. B. Creutzfeldt-Jakob). BSE („Rinderwahn“) ist auf den Menschen übertragbar. Für CWD sind bisher keine Übertragungen auf den Menschen beschrieben. Das mögliche zoonotische Potenzial (die Übertragbarkeit auf den Menschen) wird – vor allem in den USA – intensiv erforscht; derzeit gilt es als sehr gering, ausschließen lässt es sich aber nicht. The ASX 200 dropped another 136 points to finish at 8417, bring total losses for November to 5% so far – placing it on track for the worst month since September 2022. The All-Tech index falling 0.8%.In corporate news, MYX saw its shares halted after a big fall and the Treasurer knocking back the bid. KGN rose slightly on an update, REH better despite a 18% fall in EBIT. Nový systém financovania súkromných škôl i povinná maturita z matermatiky - to sú len niektoré zmeny, ktoré poslanci schválili v rámci školskej reformy. Minister školstva Tomáš Drucker ju označil za najväčšiu za dvadsať rokov. Michal Rehúš z Centra vzdelávacích analýz, ktorý v minulosti šéfoval analytickému tímu Inštitútu vzdelávacej politiky na ministerstve školstva o tom pochybuje. „Táto reforma nemá zmysel. Finančne nedostupné školy sa stanú ešte drahšími,“ upozorňuje v rozhovore. Zmena by mala platiť od septembra 2028. Súkromné a cirkevné školy si budú môcť vybrať, či budú naďalej vyberať školné a prídu o 20 percent normatívu na žiaka, ktorý im posiela štát, alebo sa vzdajú školného, otvoria sa prijímaniu všetkých detí z obvodu a zachovajú si normatív v plnej výške. „Náš cieľ by mal byť, aby sme mali školy, ktoré nevyberajú žiadne poplatky. Ale to sa nedocieli týmto spôsobom,“ vysvetľuje Rehúš. Presne vypočítava, že spoplatnené školy by mali prísť asi o 500 eur ročne na žiaka, čomu sa skutočne drahé elitné školy bez väčších problémov prispôsobia. Finančne dostupnejšie školy s nižšími poplatkami však budú mať problém. Je tu však spôsob, ako si škola môže zachovať školné aj normatív - ak uzavrie dohodu so štátom, že bude robiť inovácie a prijímať žiakov so špeciálnymi potrebami, ktorí by mali tvoriť do 30% všetkých detí. Aj tu však budú existovať výnimky a konkrétne pravidlá. Želané výsledky v podobe vyššej matematickej gramotnosti a väčšej ochote vyberať si na štúdium technické odbory sa podľa analytika Rehúša nedostavia ani po zavedení povinnej maturity z matematiky. Sú výskumy z Nemecka, ktoré ukazujú, že viac testovania z matematiky vyústilo len do toho, že učitelia začali vyvíjať na deti väčší tlak, dávali im viac úloh a následne klesla motivácia žiakov učiť sa matematiku a mať z nej radosť. „Obávam sa, že aj povinná maturita z matematiky zabije vnútornú motiváciu detí učiť sa ju. Oveľa lepšie výsledky by sme získali, ak by štát pomohol učiteľom lepšie tento predmet učiť,“ hovorí Rehúš. Zároveň ponúka odpovede na otázky, či je prevádzkovanie súkromnej školy dobrý biznis a prečo vyššie výdavky na vzdelávanie vedú k väčšej ekonomickej prosperite krajiny. Veľa nášľapných mín i riešení prijímaných bez potrebných analýz či celospoločenskej diskusie, zásadné zlepšenie vzdelávania našich detí od toho nečakajme, hodnotí Druckerov balíček Michal Rehúš z Centra vzdelávacích analýz.„Staviame veci z nôh na hlavu, začať to malo od toho, aby sme si spočítali, koľko stojí tento štát kvalitné vzdelávanie pre všetky naše deti. Diskusia musí začať od výšky príspevku, ktorý štát dáva na zabezpečenie kvalitného vzdelania pre všetky naše deti,“ hovorí analytik Rehúš.Povinné predprimárne vzdelávanie už od troch rokov, napriek tomu, že štát nevie plne presadiť dochádzku do povinných škôlok už od aktuálne platných piatich rokov dieťaťa. Povinné maturity z matematiky, hoci práve tam, kde ich podľa odborníkov vlastne až tak veľmi netreba. Zákaz mobilov, ale predovšetkým zásadná zmena vo financovaní neverejných škôl. Po novom si budú musieť súkromné či cirkevné školy vybrať - buď svoje brány otvoria všetkým a podriadia sa tak štátu alebo prídu o časť peňazí, ktoré na deti v konečnom dôsledku platia ich rodičia zo svojich vlastných daní.Bude táto štátom vynucovaná inklúzia fungovať alebo si rodičia detí zo súkromných škôl budú musieť opäť siahnuť hlbšie do vrecka? Prečo je inklúzia u nás problémom, v čom je vlastne tak dôležitá a prečo si štát - ktorý už sám roky nedokáže zabezpečiť kvalitné vzdelávanie pre všetky naše deti - myslí, že to vie lepšie než súkromné či cirkevné školy?„Slovenská spoločnosť nevníma vzdelanie ako jednu z priorít. Potvrdzuje to i diskusia k balíku školských reforiem, ktoré aktuálne presadil minister Drucker. Po novom si budú musieť súkromné či cirkevné školy vybrať - buď svoje brány otvoria všetkým a podriadia sa tak štátu alebo prídu o časť peňazí, ktoré na deti v konečnom dôsledku platia ich rodičia zo svojich vlastných daní.Bude táto štátom vynucovaná inklúzia fungovať alebo si rodičia detí zo súkromných škôl budú musieť opäť siahnuť hlbšie do vrecka? Prečo je inklúzia u nás problémom, v čom je vlastne tak dôležitá a prečo si štát - ktorý už sám roky nedokáže zabezpečiť kvalitné vzdelávanie pre všetky naše deti - myslí, že to vie lepšie než súkromné či cirkevné školy?„Slovenská spoločnosť nevníma vzdelanie ako jednu z priorít. Oil and gas mixed, VEA fell 8.1% on management changes, STO up 0.4% on a broker upgrade. Industrials were on the sidelines mainly, WES fell 0.2%, ALL up 0.2% and retail eased. Industrials were mixed, retail better except SUL as its CEO was sacked, down 4.3%. CPU rallied 2.3% and REH rose 2.8%. Tech rose again, although WTC down 1.6% and XRO resumed the downtrend, off 0.6%. A long way down from the recent cap raise price. The All-Tech Index rose 0.7%. Resources remain the place to be. Other financials firmed, MQG up 1.7% and insurers doing well, SUN up 3.6% on better-than-expected results. GQG rallied 3.2% with XYZ up 2.4%. REITs firmed, GMG up 1.4% and MGR rising 1.8%. Industrials mixed, CPU rose 1.7% on broker comments, WOW and COL firm, WES up 0.8% and JBH rallying another 1.8%. JHX had a good session, up 4.0%, and REH jumped 4.3%. Wir lernen in dieser besonderen Folge Geier als großartige, bedrohte und vor allem wichtige Lebewesen kennen. Darüber hinaus haben wir mit Forschenden des sogenannten Wildkadaverprojekts gesprochen. Das ist ein superspannendes Projekt, in dem Kadaver ausgelegt werden, um zu erforschen, wie der Tod oft der Anfang von Leben ist. Ähnlich wie alte Bäume ist Aas die Lebensgrundlage für viele Tiere und somit eine Quelle der Artenvielfalt. Doch wie alte Bäume sind auch Kadaver in der heutigen Landschaft Deutschlands eine Seltenheit. Sie müssen sogar per Gesetz entsorgt werden. Dadurch werden Nahrungsketten unterbrochen und viele Tiere sind heute nicht mehr in Deutschland heimisch. So auch die Gänsegeier. Die schauen aber immerhin ab und an vorbei, wenn Christian und Sönke vom Kadaverprojekt ein totes Reh liegen lassen. Ein Highlight für die Forscher, wie sie uns hier eindrucksvoll erzählen. No estés dispuesto a vivir en escasez, sino en prosperidad y abundancia divinas. Rehúsate a que Satanás detenga el caudal de las bendiciones económicas de Dios para tu vida. Disponte a recibir el mejor plan de Dios para tu matrimonio y tus hijos. No aceptes las “normas” del mundo. Vive por encima de ellas en un hogar lleno de amor y armonía, un hogar como Dios quiso que fuera. No le permitas a Satanás reemplazar con preocupación y úlceras la paz y la tranquilidad que Jesús ya compró para ti. Proponte echar todas tus ansiedades sobre Dios, porque Él tiene cuidado de ti. No dejes que te roben el banquete de bendiciones que te pertenecen desde que te hiciste creyente. ¡Disponte a comer lo mejor de la tierra! Constantemente hacen comentarios negativos de los evangelistas y de los predicadores que Dios ha enviado a ministrarles, y luego se preguntan por qué la lluvia del Espíritu se ha evaporado de sus iglesias. La mayoría de esas personas, ni en sueños criticarían el ministerio de Jesús. No obstante, de acuerdo con la Palabra de Dios, eso es precisamente lo que están haciendo. Jesús dijo: «El que recibe al que yo envío, me recibe a mí». Sé que los ministros fallan a veces. Sé que cometen errores. Jesús también sabía que lo harían. Sin embargo, Él dijo: «… El que recibe al que yo envío, me recibe a mí…». Si crees que la doctrina de algún predicador es errónea, entonces ora por él. Si es necesario, retírate de ese ministerio.  Las Escrituras dicen: «¿Quién eres tú para juzgar al siervo de otro? Que se mantenga en pie, o que caiga, es asunto de su propio Señor. En otras palabras: Si alguna vez decidimos llegar a ser verdaderamente poderosos en el reino de Dios, y ser una amenaza para el diablo, tendremos que crecer juntos. No será suficiente que sólo algunos de nosotros crezcamos y digamos que los demás están mal. Las cosas no son así. Somos parte los unos de los otros. La Biblia asegura que somos un cuerpo: el Cuerpo de Cristo. Déjame darte un ejemplo. Cuando empecé a enseñar acerca de la revelación de Dios sobre los principios de la prosperidad, comencé a tener una gran oposición. Algunos pastores me llamaban a regañarme porque yo no pedía dinero prestado, y otras cosas por el estilo. Por fin, un día, mientras oraba, Dios me dijo: No enseñes más acerca de los principios de la prosperidad hasta que yo te diga. ¿Por qué no?, le pregunté. Hay contienda en el Cuerpo—me dijo—. Hay algunos pastores que están enojados y en disensión contigo. No me había percatado que la situación delicada en la que nos encontrábamos nos afectaría a todos. No me había dado cuenta de que ni yo mismo podría continuar obrando en los otros principios de la prosperidad hasta que el resto del Cuerpo estuviera conmigo. No somos islas en este mundo. Yo no puedo hacer nada sin que te afecte a ti, y tú no puedes hacer nada sin que me afecte a mí. Estamos unidos por Dios, pero nos sostenemos los unos a los otros (Efesios 4:16). Sólo podemos crecer juntos. Aprende a vivir en amor. Rehúsate a caer presa de la división y el aislamiento. Aliméntate de la Palabra diariamente y alimenta a tus hermanos y hermanas para animarlos también, con el fin de que todos podamos crecer hasta llegar a ser “un varón perfecto [o maduro], a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo”.
