Alex Fiterstein is a virtuoso clarinetist. He was born in Belarus and raised in Israel. He's performed in recital, with orchestras, and with chamber music ensembles all over the world. As soloist he has appeared with a bunch of orchestras including the Czech, Israel and Vienna Chamber Orchestras, Belgrade Philharmonic, Tokyo Philharmonic, and the China National Symphony. Green beans can be canned, frozen, and eaten all year long. Cabbage can be made into things like chow chow or sauerkraut, with loads of nutrition and flavor. Winter squash have loads of culinary versatility from pies to side dishes soups to stews, and can be canned frozen, or stored all winter in the root cellar Carrots of course are culinary superstars and store well in root cellar or can be frozen or canned. Onions & garlic are easy to grow and store well plus they can be frozen or dried. ECONOMIC NEWS: Recently France & Italy posted prints with deflation or falling prices. Even though we have been battling with inflation here food etc. things like cars, homes, fuel, and recreational equipment are all don considerably, good if you're a buyer, bad if you're a seller. What goes up must come down. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION: Carbon Steel Pans-if you can get them properly seasoned they are wonderful and perform better than cast iron. I recommend Lodge or any French brand. CLOSING THOUGHTS: Buyer beware, best to shop for beef at local farms or suppliers who are vertically integrated and process on-farm, that is the best scenario. Michael Buffington Jr. AKA Drawaholic1124 was Born & Raised in the historic Mission District of San Francisco, Ca. He's been a professional Concept Artist doing pre-production artwork and design for over 18 years in the Video Game and Entertainment Industry. While Michael has worked on many projects in his career, his most notable gig was working as a designer on season 3 of Clone Wars for Lucasfilm Animation. For the past 17 years he's also taught at the college level. 9 years ago Michael accepted a full time job as an a College Professor and department head at a prominent University in The Bay Area. As a master curriculum designer, Michael went on to build the #1 Program for Concept Art in the US... from the ground up (BFA & MFA). It was also ranked #3 in the world in 2019.  Michael is the founder of Drawaholics Anonymous, an international drawing community with hundreds of members. Most recently he founded “Grind Before Glory”, An art fundamental skill building programmed designed to help young artist develop their foundational skills before they get to College.
