In this week's episode, Rachel finally talks about the vagus nerve. She shares where it is located, what it does, how it benefits the body and person as a whole, as well as how to activate it. When the vagus nerve is activated it sends the message to every single major organ in the body to move into the rest and digest state. When our organs and body as a whole can move into this state, we can truly begin the healing process. Rachel also gives you two different options to choose from that will activate the vagus nerve within seconds. One of them can be done anywhere, anytime (aside from driving) and the other is a great practice to add to your morning meditation or whenever you are feeling off.She would love to hear your thoughts on your experience with either of the breathing techniques, you can connect with Rachel through the following:IG: @liveyourrawlifeF: Live Your RAW Life E: liveyourrawlife@gmail.comWeb: www.liveyourrawlife.comYour support for the podcast is greatly appreciated:Patreon link:https://www.patreon.com/liveyourrawlifeIf something resonated with you from this week's episode please subscribe to the show and leave a review while you are there. Rachel also explains that it is during this month within the program her clients experience the biggest transformation due to rewriting the stories we have been living in, creating new positive patterns, and rewiring our brains. She shares a variety of techniques her clients do to move into this new space and a new way of being. The most important of these being mindfulness, meditation, and mantra. In this week’s episode, Rachel shares how her recent trip to Minnesota was one of great healing. Being in a familiar space after going through so much healing and becoming this new authentic self was emotional for her.She talks about how she lived in that space, Minnesota, for such a big part of her life as someone she thought others wanted her to be and now was able to go back as just Rachel. Just being herself allowed the grey clouds to part, the sun to nourish her, and let her see the beauty from a new lens, a new perspective.Upon arriving home in Colorado she had a Divine experience of downloading a new “Positive Morphic Field.” Uncertain of what had happened, she reached out to Gina Giro (Episode #53) who was able to assist her in installing and activating this as well as release other emotions that do not serve her. This is an example of what it can look like to truly level the f$&% up!! In this week’s episode, Rachel shares how she lived in the story of getting along better with men for the majority of her life than women. She preferred to remove herself from the drama, at least that was her story.Rachel talks about how Gina Giro from episode #53 posted a picture of her journal entry and was giving gratitude for finding soul-aligned women and friends. This really got Rachel thinking about how her original story has shifted over time. This one post allowed her the opportunity for reflection to see the abundance of women relationships in her life. She asks that if you resonate with the stories shared in this episode to reach out. RoGo Fire is developing an advanced satellite integrated communication solutionincluding devices and software designed to enable wildland firefighters tocommunicate and access data in remote areas where cellular service is unreliable ornot available. Our mission is to deliver a communication system that will reduce line of duty deaths, firefighting expense and property damage, as well as improve firefighter situationalawareness by ensuring a productive deployment of emergency responders and amore effective hazard response execution utilizing state of the art communicationstechnology. On today’s large wild land fires, there is a lack of current and consistentcommunication technology to support the firefighting personnel – resulting incommunications inaccuracies, no communication at all and limited timely updates. This is primarily due to the constant hand-off of information between parties (think thetelephone game), no VHF or cellular service in remote areas, use of two-way radiosand the large distances between parties in a remote emergency scene.RoGo has developed a patented integrated satellite communications systemincorporating GPS / SatCom enabled tablets/phones and portable GPS transceivers(Dropballs), the latest incident management software and SatCom communicationsproviders. Our Firefighting Advanced Asset, Communication, Tracking System(FAACTS) will enable firefighters to communicate with incident command andemergency response operations in real time and share up to the minute vital sceneinformation, like the status & GPS location of firefighters and resources, weather, digital mapping, photos, changes in assignment, etc.Initially, we are targeting firefighting and emergency responders who are in desperateneed of newer communication technology. All types of hazard response teams couldutilize this system.Secondary markets in consideration are DoD, insurance, remote mining, oil & gas, logging, utilities, outdoor adventure, commercial fishing, remote healthcare and allhazard incidents. We extend the functionality of any SaaS platform in cellular denied areas. The secret sauce of the RoGo System is based on our patented 3-part system. Weoffer a completely integrated solution that provides technology and functionality to allof those involved in wild land firefighting. We are focused on providing a wildlandfirefighting solution that brings information and technology to those who need it themost – the firefighters in remote areas. FAACTS is based on the best SATCOM databandwidth available, a wildland fire asset tracking and data resource communicationsystem, touch screen position calling for direct communication and GPS location andtracking devices with vector positioning for slurry drops and a GPS/Satcom enabledtablet that is deployable to the crews – providing access to situational awarenessinformation needed to be more effective in their efforts.RoGo Fire Website rogofire.comYour host Jerry D. In this week’s episode, Rachel celebrates YOU for tuning in each week over the past year. She shares her gratitude towards you for your support for the show and takes a moment for reflection. When we look back at where we were one year ago when the pandemic hit and found ourselves in so many unknowns to where we are today, we may find grief and sadness due to loss or joy and happiness because we were able to discover components about ourselves that may have been hidden and perhaps changes to the course we were on.She shares how excited she is for where we are headed in the platform and podcast. In this week’s episode, Rachel talks about using various positive affirmations in order to move up the Emotional Vibrational Scale. When we repeat positive affirmations to ourselves out loud or write them down in a journal we signal a higher vibration to our body, organs, and cells.Using these can assist us in getting out of a depressed state to one that is more joyful and happy. It is simple but does take some hard work. It is like lifting weights for our mind, essential if we would like to tone our emotions like we tone our muscles. If you are living in an emotion that is in the downward spiral of the scale it would be a great time for you to join the “Level The Fuck Up Course” in order to gain support in helping you move up and out of that space into a space of more positivity and alignment with your authentic self.Follow @liveyourrawlife on Instagram for more details! In this week’s episode, Rachel talks about the energy of the language of “leveling up” and how one could go about viewing this language. It can be viewed as an expansion of consciousness through awareness as was spoken about in step one. It can also be viewed through the lens of the Emotional Vibrational Scale. The Emotional Vibration Scale has twenty-two “levels.” We can move through these levels in regards to various aspects of our lives and typically when we are in the lower downward spiral emotions it can be very challenging to bring ourselves up and out of that into the upward spiral of emotions. In this week’s episode, Rachel takes you to the final step in the Level The F&*$ Up series. Step five is to integrate. This is where the work of steps one through four comes to a culmination. It is where the magic really happens if you let it.In this phase, you have the ability to respond differently in various situations that allow you to implement these positive changes you have been working on. It also allows you to notice if there is a time when you did not respond differently and choose again next time. The real magic here in this step is paying notice to how much trust you are putting in yourself and allowing these new patterns, behaviors, or words to take a deeper root into your every life. When you have a deep trust in yourself what you are manifesting and the desires you have will come into physical form at a faster rate. This process can be daunting, scary, exhilarating, and life-changing. Therefore, the Live Your RAW Life platform is offering its first-ever “Level The F&*$ Up” course. Follow @liveyourrawlife on Instagram for more details!Rachel would love to hear from you and the success you have had working with these steps and moving through this process and the positive change you have or are experiencing as a result.
