Nobel Prize winner and father of quantum physics, Max Plank once famously said, “All the physical matters are comprised of vibrations.” In other word, everything in the universe vibrates. Vibrating waves are the very foundation of reality. If this is the case, then we are basically vibrating waves and everyone and everything around us is too. So, what does that mean to us and our relationship with our world? In this final episode of Reality Reimagined, I had author and renowned scientist at the institute of Noetic Sciences, Garret Yount, PhD, as my guest to share with us the implications of Max Plank's quote. We discussed why certain places feel better than others. How our energy affects both ourselves, the field and those around us. Just what are vibes? Can we consciously change vibes? Raise vibes? And much more. Join us at on December 26th at 10:00am pacific 1:00 eastern for this incredibly important show on why vibes matter. You will be glad you did. As always, you can hear this at any time on all podcast channels or watch it on YouTube. The Institute of Noetic Science was founded fifty years ago by Edward Mitchell, one of the first people to walk on the moon. He had a mystical experience of oneness coming back from the moon while watching the earth rise from the darkness. He was so touched by that experience that he decided to create the institute to further explore our connected through science. You can find out more by going to Noetic.org
Men today face new pressures at work. The long-overdue reckoning over sexism, racism and other forms of bias in recent years has heightened scrutiny on men, to the point many can feel blamed and shamed simply by being male. These recent pressures build on long-standing stresses on men, including expectations to be successful, stoic, and "self-made." Among the impacts of all the pressures are mental health challenges--which continue to carry a stigma for many men. Yet this is also a time of new possibilities. When we examine and evolve from confined, outdated beliefs about what a man must be, we free men–and everyone around them–to thrive as never before. Men can better embrace 21st skills such as collaboration, emotional intelligence and leading with authenticity. We can choose an inclusive version of success that is about elevating those around us even as we advance ourselves. The result is healthier, happier men who are better, more inclusive colleagues and leaders. I'm excited to have Ed Frauenheim on my show. He has devoted his life to supporting men to have new options for living. Together, we explored the effect patriarchy has had on men, in particular, and a world beyond it. As men are freed, we are all freed.
In this episode of Reality Reimagined, I've invited financial advisor, Suzanne Porske, as my guest to explore more deeply into our relationship with money and how can we shift our consciousness to actively co-create with the Divine. What is the frequency we are sending into the field? Does it matter? What I have found, in my 40 years of experience helping people step into their brilliance, is that most of us are more comfortable with constriction than with expansion. Most of us have a set point to happiness, which translates to a set point to wealthy wellbeing. Together, Suzanne and I explored simple ways you can raise your glass ceiling to happiness, wealth, and living in joy. Join us for this lively, informative conversation designed to delight and inspire. As always, you can find the show on YouTube, and all podcast channels.
I am so excited to have my friend and mentor, Dick Schwartz PhD, creator of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) method, on Reality Reimagined. Together we explored societal legacy burdens, in particular, male domination, and its effect both men and women, humanity, and the planet. How did they come to be? How to heal? And a vision of the world healed and whole.Dr. Schwartz explained how the IFS framework sees each person as having multiple internal "parts," some of which may carry burdens of trauma from societal oppression. By working with and healing these parts, we can free ourselves from the grip of internalized patriarchal conditioning. We can, then, better understand how patriarchy has caused immense harm—not only to women, who have been subjugated and marginalized, but also to men, who have been taught to suppress their emotional selves and adopt harmful ideas of masculinity. As these burdens are unburdened and healed, we can embrace more balanced and empowered ways of living. We explored how patriarchy has maintained its dominance over time, but also a vision of the future. Using the metaphor of a bird with two wings—one male, one female—patriarchy has long kept one wing (the feminine) weak, limiting humanity's ability to "fly" to its full potential. However, in a future where both wings are strong and equal, humanity will be able to soar to new heights. This vision calls for the empowerment of all genders, allowing each person to express their full range of human potential without being confined by outdated societal structures. When both the masculine and feminine energies are honored and balanced, humanity can move beyond the traumas of patriarchy and build a more just and compassionate world where the dignity of all is honored.Join us to be enlightened and inspired.

I had the pleasure of taking a watercolor class at the coast with Robert Dvořák last month. I was struck by his simple passion for every one of us to create something beautiful in our own unique way. It didn't matter how frustrated we got at what, in our mind, didn't look “perfect.” He saw our potential as creative people and gently invited it to be expressed. Creativity is one of the aspects of our true Self, yet so many people have gotten disconnected from it. It is where our inner child lives, where our connection to the Divine Creator lives. How is it that we have lost that connection? Robert Dvořák is an advocate for adventure, travel and art as a gateway to reclaiming our creative self. Image is our first language. By taking time to truly see the world around us, we can make each moment precious. Beyond the selfie or phone photo, looking and drawing, however simple, we begin to stop and take in the beauty of our life experiences. Join us as on this incredible adventure as we explore power of beauty, art, travel and creative expression in all its forms. You are the beloved child of the Divine Creator. It is your birth right to create!

The old world is collapsing each day more and the new one seems unclear to most. The SHIFT allows Earth to fulfill its mission in our galaxy and each living being on Earth to live up to its highest potential during this incarnation. What if you could have a conversation with Salvador Dalí? Now you can…with the A.I. version of Dalí! To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Surrealism, we have a special Creativity Squared episode for you today with none other than the legendary Surrealist artist, Salvador Dalí…or rather, the A.I.-reimagined Dalí! The artist famously wrote, “If someday I may die, though it is unlikely, I hope the people in the cafes will say, ‘Dalí has died, but not entirely.'” The Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida is one of the most innovative museums in the world. Today, the museum is unveiling its latest project bringing Salvador Dalí back to life through artificial intelligence called “Ask Dalí.” This custom-built chatbot is trained on Dalí's writings and voice so museumgoers can interact directly with the artist through a Surrealist lobster telephone. To add color and context to this conversation, we also have Martin Pagh Ludvigsen joining us. Martin was on a SXSW panel called, “Salvador Dalí, AI, and The Future of Creativity.” “Ask Dalí” was demoed on stage where host Helen Todd asked if Dalí would be a guest on Creativity Squared! Martin is a Creative Technologist, A.I. Director, and head of Labs at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Originally from Denmark, Martin holds degrees in Computer Science and Theater Science, where his creative journey started by moving his body on stages and then by moving pixels on screens. Martin uses cutting-edge tech to tell stories for brands and has directed award-winning work globally. Like many others, Martin likes to tinker and break things. But unlike most, he also likes putting them back together in new and unexpected ways. The Dalí Museum is a client of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and Martin was instrumental in bringing “Ask Dalí” to life. You'll learn more about this project and the museum's other groundbreaking work using VR, synthetic media, and OpenAI's DALL-E in their exhibitions. And yes, you'll also get to hear Dalí answer questions at the intersection of A.I. and creativity on today's show, including the one “he” recommended on stage at SXSW. What is Dalí's answer to the question, "How can the cold, calculated precision of artificial intelligence be melted into the surreal, liquid dreams of human creativity?" Listen in to find out! In this episode, we'll explore the crucial role that action plays in turning knowledge into results. After all, the most valuable insights mean nothing if you don't put them into practice. Reading Rick Rubin's production discography is like taking a tour through the commanding heights of American music over the past few decades. Jay-Z. Run-DMC. Beastie Boys. Slayer. The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Johnny Cash. Kanye West. Neil Diamond. Brandi Carlile. Eminem. Adele. And it's not just his production credits: Rubin co-founded Def Jam Recordings and was a co-chairman of Columbia Records. What's allowed him to work with so many different kinds of artists, across such a stunning range of genres, so successfully? In his new book, “The Creative Act: A Way of Being,” Rubin turns his philosophy of creativity into a manual for living. It is not, to be honest, the book I was expecting. It is less about music than mind states: awareness, openness, discernment, attunement to nature, nonjudgmental listening, trust in your own taste. It is at once mystical and practical, alive to the tensions of creation but intent on holding them gently. I found it unexpectedly moving. We discuss how Rubin listens to new music, the importance of staying open to the natural world, the difficulty of appreciating art that's different from what you already like, the rituals that artists like Carlos Santana have when recording, why minimalist composers like Steve Reich are just as “extreme” as heavy metal bands, how Rubin helped Johnny Cash strip down his sound and revive his career, what it takes to level up your taste, the difficulty and gifts of awareness, the relationship between speed and art, how streaming culture is changing our taste, the kind of music that makes Rubin stop and pay attention and oh so much more. This one's a delight.Mentioned:The Tao Te-Ching by Lao Tzu, translated by Stephen MitchellAmerican Recordings by Johnny Cash"Pulses" by Steve Reich and Erik HallMusic for Wobbling. In life and business you have to be discerning about who you let in your orbit. You're taught from an early age who and who not to trust. For some people, as you get into business, it's easy to want to befriend everyone. But you quickly learn based on how high you fly who's there for you, who's not, and who's just there for access. You have to be discerning with your circle. And a lot of times, some of you are letting this social media celebrity fame go to your heads when you're really just being followed by a lot of folks who constantly judge, make up groups and rooms to talk about you, and those who just want to steal your blueprint. Everyone rises when the tides are high. But eventually we'll see who's swimming naked when the tide comes in. Today I want this episode to have two purposes. 1) getting you crystal clear on who deserves to be in your circle, and 2) getting good at weeding out the hangers on and leeches. But first ask yourself two questions: 1) Were it not for social media, would these people still roll with me?2) Am I giving away too much information that can cause jealousy and copycats?

My guest is Sam Harris, Ph.D. Sam earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Stanford University and his doctorate (Ph.D.) in neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is the author of multiple best-selling books and is a world-renowned public-facing intellectual on meditation, consciousness, free will, psychedelics and neuroscience. He is also the creator of Waking Up and the host of the Making Sense podcast. In this episode, we discuss meditation as a route to understanding “the self” and experiencing consciousness, not just changing one's conscious state. Sam describes several meditation techniques and their benefits, including how meditation fundamentally changes our worldview and how it can be merged seamlessly into daily life. It can help us overcome universal challenges such as distractibility and persistent, internal dialogue (“chatter”) to allow for deep contentment and pervasive shifts in our awareness, all while acknowledging the more immediate stress-lowering and memory-improving effects of meditation. We also discuss the therapeutic use of psychedelics and the mechanistic similarities between the benefits of a psychedelic journey and long-term meditation practices. And we discuss the rationale behind Sam's recent decision to close his social media (Twitter) account. This episode should interest anyone wanting to learn more about the higher order functions of the brain, the brain-body connection, consciousness and, of course, meditation and why and how to meditate for maximum benefit. Stacey has always been obsessed with the mind-bending topics of time, space, and the Universe. In this EPIC episode, Stacey illuminates how the mind-expanding activity of contemplating the Infinite and the Eternal (that she has always enjoyed engaging in) gives her a sense of living in a miraculous universe as well as being a key to the incredible thought processes of the scientists who devote themselves to uncovering the mysteries of the cosmos. These comprehensive concepts (as well as the AMAZING recently released photographs from outer space) give Stacey permission to have trust, find faith, and to be CURIOUS. Stacey strives for these things, and it is what she wants for ALL of us too. It is a major factor of why this show is not only about business strategy but can also be a guide for our default brain to get outside of itself and help us manage the art and science of being a human. Settle in as Stacey ties together how the WEBB telescope (a cosmic time machine up and running in space RIGHT NOW) that has scientists who study the universe going wild can also help us back here on earth stay the course in our P&P Lives and Biz!
