3 missing headlines is back! Key elections are here, and today we speak to Sarita Fernandes, climate & oceans policy researcher. Sarita has done a huge body of work on CRZ - coastal regulation zone notification which directly impacts our oceans, marine life and people in the coastal states, urban deforestation movements like Aarey, and coastal road. She passionately speaks on gender inequity and touches upon important facts for youth, fishing women and ecology. With national media hovering to Goa for election coverage, I speak to Sarita about how ecology, biodiversity and coasts are no simply 'environmental' issues but linked to livelihoods, health and economy of the state.

On 11th and 12th Jan 2020, 4 apartment complexes in Maradu (in Kochi, Kerala) were brought following a longdrawn legal battle. This story was fascinating enough for the Simblified gang to read the actual Supreme Court order and so they had to let people know about their glorious achievement. In this shortie, the quartet try to present a very simblified version of what happened, what it means, and what you should keep in mind if you're in the market to buy a flat. Also, they stumble over the difference between an apartment and a flat.Feat: Thaikkudam Bridge.Link: Supreme Court Order helpfully highlighted by a Reddit user - https://imgur.com/a/vHCNt0aMeet your hosts aka The Ultracrepidarians!Chuck | Naren | Srikeit | TonyInstagram: @chuckofalltrades | @shenoynv | @srikeit | @notytonyTwitter: @chuck_gopal | @shenoyn | @srikeit | @notytonySay hello and tell us what you think! This week Ian explains Inside Theory as well as White Van Man Theory and Mark explains how to kill a spider with air. We talk about the Ford GT, the ghost of Saab and the possibility of electric Saabs. Ian decides it’s time to start learning to speak Chinese and why most of us are going to be driving hybrids rather than all electric cars. We also talk about Uber shooting itself in the foot and Ian uses the dreaded T word.We also find a BMW E46 M3 CSL with 16k on the clock for sale and it’s going for a lot of money, and Mark is thinking it’s time for a different car to drive. Ian figures out wether his car is actually pre or post facelift, thus demonstrating exactly how much he cares and manages to say CRV instead of CRZ because alphabet soup is confusing late at night.Mark talks about the cars his state police use and Ian hasn’t trained himself to spot the new California police vehicles yet. Episode 148 Legion Pre-Patch Blues Lots of good discussion on episode 148, so much so that we are not able to fit it all in. Apologies in advance for teasing and not delivering the transmog MMO six pack, but it will come fast and furious on episode 149. That said we get to a lot tonight, starting with Dustin abusing the host... or maybe the host is trolling Dustin, one can never tell! When things finally get serious we settle down to share our angst for CRZ in capital cities, a move that Blizzard is finally backing off of. But we spend most of the evening detailing all you want to know about the pre-patch, the good bad and ugly... hint, do not get too used to those artifact weapons as they may go the way of garrisons. Additionally we praise the modding community as unheralded heroes even as Rich struggles with updates to over 70 mods, talk PvP and Dustin tells us why Pokemon GO is the greatest mobile game ever launched.
