The Haunted Mansion has reopened with a virtual queue only option with the majority of the queue still under construction. Guests will need to go into the Disneyland App at 7am or 12pm to try and snag a spot in the virtual queue. The hearse has been moved closer to the entrance, and the detail on the path is excellent. A photographic exhibition focused on the Harriet Tubman Byway is now on display at Old Town Hall in Wilmington.The exhibit “Landscapes of the Delaware Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway” showcases the work of award-winning Delaware-based photographer Lynn Dilliplane and is on view until the end of this month.In this edition of History Matters, Delaware Public Media's Kyle McKinnon visited Old Town Hall and met up with Dilliplane, Wilmington's Historic Preservation Planner Debra Martin, and the Delaware Historical Society's Chief Curator Leigh Rifenburg to learn more about the exhibit and the Harriet Tubman Byway.

Today we are talking to Sophie Wood – the fair director of the https://chelseaantiquesfair.co.uk/ (Chelsea Antiques Fair & Fine Arts) taking place March 23-27, 2022. And let's talk location location location because Chelsea is held in the Old Town Hall in London on Kings Roach in an iconic building. When https://2covet.com/ (2 Covet) – an online aggregator site for fine art, jewelry, collectibles, and antiques – bought the Chelsea Fair, they married technology with experience giving their vendors at the fair a multi-prong approach to selling antiques in the 21st century. As a fair director Sophie Wood, understands that it's all about the experience – not just the for the customer but the vendors.  Toma and Sophie discuss how Sophie's international background gives her an edge in dealing with a diverse client base as well as how at its core antiques is a people business. As Toma always says, people do business with people not businesses. If you want to get ahead in antiques, it's about networking and ever judging a book by its cover! Sophie confesses she started an online floral business during the first lockdown and she talks about that entrepreneurial spirit. Toma adds that a florist plus antiques dealer is a genius idea and shares other ideas such as a clients antique shop slash wine store. Sophie agrees that you're not just selling antiques, you're selling a lifestyle and that includes passions and hobbies as well as art, antiques, and collectibles.  The Chelsea Antiques Fair & Fine Arts has some of the best dealers in the world selling at the fair, and Toma tells that if you can't travel to London you can still shop the fair. The latest production from Manchester-based new writing theatre company Box of Tricks is SparkPlug, written and performed by David Judge based on his own experiences being brought up as a mixed race child by a white stepfather in 1980s Manchester. The production is directed by Box of Tricks Joint Artistic Director and co-founder Hannah Tyrrell-Pinder and begins its 9-week tour at HOME in Manchester, where BTG editor David Chadderton spoke to David and Hannah in a dressing room during a break from technical rehearsals. SparkPlug runs at HOME in Manchester from 13 to 23 February 2019 before touring to Unity Theatre in Liverpool, Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury, Cheltenham Everyman Studio, Harrogate Theatre Studio, Live Theatre in Newcastle, York Theatre Royal, Hull Truck Theatre, Theatr Clwyd in Mold, Crewe Lyceum Studio, Spring Arts Centre in Havant, The Lighthouse in Poole, Marlowe Studio in Canterbury, Old Town Hall in Hemel Hempstead, The North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford, Square Chapel in Halifax, The Met in Bury and Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, before finishing at Birmingham Rep from 10 to 13 April.
