On March 20, Bloomberg reported data sourced from cryptocurrency exchange Lemon Cash revealing nearly 35,000 customers in Argentina purchased Bitcoin in the week ending March 10, which is double the weekly average compared to 2023. Editorial Entropía publicó el año pasado El ojo de Goliat, lo que podría llamarse su primera ficción de largo aliento, que cuenta una historia que transcurre a comienzos del siglo XX y en la que el personaje de Edward Pierce es un psiquiatra inglés a quien le solicitan tratamiento para un caso particular, el del ingeniero David Bradley, quien enloqueció mientras se ocupaba de inspeccionar un faro ubicado en un islote en el Atlántico Sur. El pedido lo hace un familiar de Robert Louis Stevenson, el creador de El extraño caso del Doctor Jekyll y Mr. Hyde y, aunque podría pensarse que se trata de un personaje menor, su presencia marca un eje de la novela y es el tratamiento de la figura del doble. La novela tiene una trama clásica y tiene aventura, enigma, elementos sobrenaturales, reflexiones sobre la ciencia, filosofía existencial y una mirada amplia e inteligente sobre la violencia ya que la historia gira alrededor de personajes para quienes la Primera Guerra Mundial marcó un hito dramático. El ojo de Goliat acaba de ganar la cuarta edición del Premio Fundación Medifé Filba a la mejor novela publicada el año pasado. Fabio nació en Campamento Vespucio (Salta) en 1981, pasó su infancia y adolescencia en Tartagal y actualmente reside en Córdoba.
