Dr. Malcolm Perry tried to save John F. Kennedy by performing a tracheotomy on the President shortly after he was shot in Dallas. That was the fateful day when Kennedy was murdered. As questions continued to rise about what really happened at the time, it became more evident the Deep State engineered the assassination and by a varied degree of means controlled information surrounding it. Dr. Juliette Engel, who worked with Dr. Perry and had conversations with him about the #JFK assassination, how the doctor tried to save him and what he saw. Dr. Engel discusses her conversations with Dr. Jerome Corsi on The Truth Central. As Drs. Engel and Corsi delve deeply into the events of the JFK murder, aftermath and alterations of medical records as well as other information, there are still questions -- answers to which Dr. Perry never revealed (as far as we know). After attempting to save Kennedy's life. how did the Deep State keep him quiet about what he witnessed in the process? Was he threatened? Was Dr. Perry's family threatened? What made him -- and many others who saw first-hand the President's condition, where he was shot and what really happened on the medical side versus the government's official narrative -- keep from speaking out? Drs. Corsi and Engel take a deep dive into all of this on The Truth CentralFor more information on Dr. Juliette Engel, visit her website: www.JulietteEngel.comIf you like what we are doing, please support our Sponsors:Get RX Meds Now: https://www.getrxmedsnow.comMyVitalC https://www.thetruthcentral.com/myvitalc-ess60-in-organic-olive-oil/Swiss America: https://www.swissamerica.com/offer/CorsiRMP.phpGet Dr. Corsi's new book, The Assassination of President John F. Episode 55 is the second part of a two part series, which builds on Episode 52 and begins to further elaborate on the events that took place at Parkland Hospital. episode 55 finishes up the conversation started in Episode 54. In Episodes 54 and 55, you will hear more details, in their own voice, from three of the key physicians who were integrally involved with the president's care in trauma room one. First Dr. Marion Jenkins and then later Dr. Robert McClelland and Dr. Ron Jones in a combined interview. This continues the story of an emotionally intense thirty minute period in the assassination time line. Some of the most important matters that subsequently arose in the autopsy would be linked back to activities that the Parkland doctors engaged in to try and save the President's life, including the tracheotomy which obliterated the neck wound. Up to this point, we have spent our time primarily on witness accounts and now much of the physical evidence will be reviewed as we pivot to the forensics. We have now embarked on the forensics series and the stories are rich. In the forensics episodes to come, we'll make our way through other important events that took place at Parkland Hospital after the president expired... First the argument over the president's body and then the dash to Love Field as they began the trip back to Washington, and then followed by the mysterious story around the President's autopsy. In forensics, we'll also explore more of the physical evidence involving use and ownership of the Mannlicher Carcano rifle and evidence recovered from the Presidential limousine, as well as damage done to the vehicle. These episodes have begun to explore an array of matters that dive into a deeper darkness related to what went on that day in Dallas. Matters that possibly point to a wider and more sinister plot to kill the president and that clearly call into question theory that there was a lone assassin. Complex cases without an eyewitness that can actually identify the shooter make the forensic and circumstantial evidence that much more important. Ironically, problems abound with much of the evidence in this case. Evidence that is complex, incomplete and sometimes conflicting. Even as early as 1964, rumors and serious concerns over the lone gunman theory and the evidence that might contravene it, were becoming a major concern for the government and the commission. Conspiracy theories were contrary to the government's stated narrative from the very beginning. Stay tuned as there are many more episodes to come! This series comprehensively explores the major facts, themes, and events leading up to the assassination in Dealey Plaza and the equally gripping stories surrounding the subsequent investigation. We review key elements of the Warren Commission Report , and the role of the CIA and FBI. We explore the possible involvement of the Mafia in the murder and the review of that topic by the government's House Select Committee on Assassinations in the 1970's. We explore the Jim Garrison investigation and the work of other key figures such as Mark Lane and others. Learn more about Lee Harvey Oswald the suspected killer and Jack Ruby the distraught Dallas night club owner with underworld ties and the man that killed Oswald as a national TV audience was watching. Stay with us as we take you through the facts and theories in bite sized discussions that are designed to educate, and inform as well as entertain the audience. This real life story is more fascinating than fiction. No matter whether you are a serious researcher or a casual student, you will enjoy the fact filled

Holding back a sneeze by pinching your nose while keeping your mouth closed may cause physical injury. In one such documented case, an otherwise healthy 34-year-old man in the U.K. suffered a tear in the back of his throat after sneezing while stifling it, by sealing both airways. He explained his neck had become swollen after he tried to contain a forceful sneeze while keeping both nostrils and mouth closed. Doctors who examined him heard popping and crackling sounds, which extended from his neck all the way down to his ribcage. Jeff and Anthony debate sneezing etiquette. This was the final Livecast of 2013, and it may have been the funniest. Darren's birthday isn't technically until Wednesday (yep, New Year's Day), but we celebrated early. For every caller who wished him a happy birthday, Darren said something nice about Steve Harvey. We spent hour one figuring out where Jerusalem 1 Pizza was, discussing Tub Girl (art rendering pictured) and had a laugh-off between Rob and a caller. Hour two is when things really picked up, as we played some NYC anti-smoking ads featuring Ronaldo and could not stop laughing. We're clearly going to hell. We also talk about our favorite Livecast moment of 2013, let us know what yours is in the comments. The show ends with a special-year end surprise, so make sure you listen all the way. Although tracheostomy is one of the oldest and most common surgical procedures, management is often based on opinion and local practices because of a paucity of high level evidence to guide care. To address this issue, the AAO-HNS convened a national expert panel representing pediatric and adult otolaryngology, laryngology, head and neck oncologic surgery, advanced nursing practice, respiratory therapy, and emergency medicine. Using systematic review and a modified Delphi method the group achieved consensus on 77 statements that address emergencies, complications, decannulation, perioperative care, ancillary devices, and patient education. Part one of this podcast emphasizes supportive care and patient education from the perspective of two nurses on the expert panel. Part two offers the physician perspective from two panel participants with expertise in adult and pediatric tracheotomy care. A common theme is the importance of engaging patients and caregivers in all aspects of decision making and supportive care to improve outcomes and reduce complications.
