This is a health and fitness podcast hosted by Dr. Greg Dennis, D.O. that serves to challenge the standard "sick" model of healthcare. Join us as we interview experts in nutrition, longevity, biohacking and more. For show notes, go to fitrx.buzzsprout.com.
The Fit Rx podcast is a truly eye-opening and informative show hosted by Dr. Dennis. It challenges the conventional mindset when it comes to health, questioning our reliance on doctors who may not have the whole picture or simply treat symptoms rather than getting to the root cause of problems. Dr. Dennis introduces his audience to various ideas, some of which he practices himself, and provides practical tips for improving health in each episode. The podcast also stands out with its concise and clear delivery.
One of the best aspects of The Fit Rx podcast is how Dr. Dennis presents different ideas that go against the norm, encouraging listeners to think critically about their health choices. He doesn't shy away from tackling controversial topics and offers alternative perspectives that challenge traditional beliefs. I especially appreciate how he closes each episode with one actionable step that listeners can take immediately to improve their well-being. This practical approach makes it easier for people to incorporate positive changes into their lives.
Another great aspect of this podcast is the variety of guests that Dr. Dennis brings on for interviews. These experts provide additional insights and knowledge, expanding the scope of each episode's topic even further. For instance, the interview with Dr. Bikman discussing high fat diets was particularly enlightening as it challenged long-held beliefs about low-fat diets.
While The Fit Rx podcast offers valuable information and motivation, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. Sometimes, certain topics may feel repetitive if you've been listening regularly or if you're already familiar with the concepts being discussed. However, repetition can also serve as reinforcement for important messages.
In conclusion, The Fit Rx podcast is an exceptional resource for anyone looking to take control of their health and wellness journey. Driven by a genuine passion for education and helping others, Dr. Dennis provides invaluable insights into fat burning, nutrition, and overall well-being in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. With each episode offering practical advice and thought-provoking ideas, this podcast is a must-listen for those seeking to improve their lifestyle and make informed decisions about their health.

Over the years, he had constantly been trying to lose weight and lower his blood pressure. What he learned shocked him because it was so counter to everything he had been taught about nutrition and the body. Applying what he learned, he lost 105 pounds, reversed pre-diabetes, normalized his blood pressure, and in just less than two years had no remaining sign of heart disease. And he was able to get off of all of his 21 medications! Belldon continued to research how his experience could be enhanced to help literally everyone, and that research formed the basis for what is now Nutritional Fitness™.You can find out more about him at:www.nutritional.fitness
