Jesus appeared to many people after he was resurrected. Let us look into these Bible stories, and listen as I share a story of my own. Matthew 5:8 says, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”
Jacob scored big by marrying two sisters. Well, that wasn't exactly his plan. Apparently, it was tradition wielding its sword and won. Hear how it turns out as we hear the last verse of my song "Israel Became a State".
As the story about the origin of the nation of Israel continues to unfold in my brand new song Israel Became a State, Jacob makes a vow. Be careful when making vows to God. Make sure you can fulfill them.
The name of Isaac did not change as did his predecessor and successor. I thought about this and came up with an answer. God always keeps His promise. Isaac the son of Abraham and Sarah brought them laughter and that laughter remained throughout their lifetime.
The ministry of angels appears during the formation of the nation of Israel and all throughout the Bible. Angels still help us today. We might not see them but they are here.
Sometimes it's hard to wait on the Lord when it seems as if His promises are taking forever to fulfill, but hold on to the promises of God even when you're in pain and sorrow, and God will bring you laughter in the end. Proverbs 17:22 says “A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” Laughter is an expression of happiness. It's time to laugh a little.
Abraham had a lot of faith. he left his homeland and ventured out to new horizons because he had faith in God. Faith takes courage and action. Abraham moved when God told him to move and that's the beginning of the journey to powerful feats in life. Hear about the power of faith, Abraham's faith journey, and my own faith movement.
