The Overpowering Nature of Unmet NeedsThe overpowering nature of unmet needs creates chaos, resulting from influence, and can lead us to do things we don't want to do. When we continuously make decisions that are not beneficial and put us in a loop, we feel out of control, weak, depleted, and terrible about ourselves. These lead to boredom, frustration, anxiety, loneliness, and struggle, which result in cravings for self-destructive ways to meet our needs. When we meet our needs in unhealthy ways, we self-criticize and take ourselves out of the present moment, making it difficult to make decisions aligned with what we truly desire.In this episode, Tina shares more about the overpowering nature of unmet needs and how to meet our needs healthily to avoid craving for self-destructed ways. My Story of ChaosEveryone has a story of chaos in their life. But did you know that these stories are worth something? As we get older and enter a phase in which we're beginning to take responsibility for ourselves, the past can begin to rear its ugly head and haunt us on a regular basis. They may create emotional tattoos, which are undeletable permanent marks on our souls. Like the invisible bumper sticker, emotional tattoos immediately re-route your thinking. They impose and imprint a false impression of yourself, which becomes invasive and inescapable. We carry them around everywhere and at every time. They never leave us, therefore becoming a part of us.Tina Anderson grew up with a debilitating eating disorder and distorted body image. In her teenage years, she resorted to unhealthy coping mechanisms and eating to deal with these issues. This cycle continued for many years until she realized the methods weren't working well for her. She decided it was time to take the difficult path of self-discovery. Dealing with criticism and negative people is a part of life for all of us. How we react is the key to maintaining peace, joy, and self-confidence. The next time you are faced with either of the two, consider my lengthy path of trial and error and what now works for me. This is one of the questions I asked my coaching clients in my UnChaos Yourself program and often one I ask in my general intuitive readings. Not one person has been able to answer this question with clarity and confidence. This is SOOOOO important if you want to live a life of joy, happiness, fulfillment, contentment and purpose. I truly believe that the higher forces at work are only interested in the best outcome for you and for our world. The highest version of you always needs work and growth. With that in mind, the first part of letting go of worry is reframing. It's also about using it instead of it using you. Shift your perspective about worry and detach from the outcome. We adopted a 4-month-old puppy On July 8th, 2021. Who has raised a puppy and remembers what it's like to have a toddler running around the house? Wow. It was perfect Divine Timing but it certainly did not feel that way. This is an episode in story mode with five “scenes” if you will, culminating in several days in a row of undeniable synchronicity and a reminder about how Diving (perfect) Timing doesn't always feel or look that way.
