Josh Brazier has been traveling the world alongside friends, family, and those he mentors for over a decade. During this time he has been creating unique and effective programs that help the world’s most vulnerable children: orphans. At the same time he has been providing humanitarian therapy to those he connects with the orphans. From those experiences he’s created a non-profit, Kaiizen Foundation, that has creatively taught and mentored thousands of young volunteers in the art of serving, and has helped those volunteers better the lives of the hundreds of children Kaiizen serves in various countries around the world. These efforts continue to expand, both for the orphans and those in need as well as the volunteers he connects with them. Josh created an industry first, a Humanitarian Therapy Program, at Telos Residential Treatment Center. The residential program serves youth with depression, anxiety, opposition and a myriad of other issues. Josh mentored hundreds of boys in the program while traveling and serving alongside them. He would help the boys in the program gain a broader perspective, learn to relate with others and expand their compassion through their humanitarian efforts. Often, the boys would report that the humanitarian experiences had the most profound impact on them. "The Kaiizen Foundation exists to benefit the lives of underprivileged children and change the lives of those who serve with us. We believe every child has the right to a bright future. While we realize every country is different and every child has different opportunities, we teach skills that encourage children to believe in themselves and seek better things. We interact with the children individually and as a group. We seek volunteers who want to share their skills, insights, experiences, and time with the children we serve. These personal interactions brighten the children's lives and change the lives of our volunteers. We believe humanitarian travel offers valuable lessons and fresh perspectives that help enhance our communities back home. So join us! Benefit the lives of these children while changing your own!"Help Josh and Kaiizen rebuild the Our Home Orphanage they support and love dearly as it was severely damaged in a landslide. Aaron was a presenter at this  year's event.  He was as fired up in our interview as he was on stage! So much empowerment and wisdom to share. Aaron has been working with children, teens and parents for over 18 years. After ten years directing camps and empowerment programs around the world, Aaron opened Fire Mountain because he wanted to work with kids and families on a deeper level. Over the first few years of running programs like Teen Rites of Passage The Warrior Phoenix Challenge, and numerous cries for help from parents, Aaron realized the need to turn his efforts towards teens struggling with drugs, alcohol and the behaviors and issues related to addiction. An addict in recovery since 2000, he felt a calling to put together an expert team and open Fire Mountain. His mission is to awaken confidence and leadership. “It‘s not about being better, it‘s about giving up the struggle to be different from who you are.”Aaron’s formal educational background is in acting. He graduated from the top acting school in the US, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1990. His skills in comedy and drama make him an  influential speaker and presenter, and a favorite among the kids. His confidence, compassion and humor set the tone for deep healing, and fun.Aaron is also trained as an EMT, a Wilderness Survival Instructor and Martial Arts teacher, all of which he weaves into the Fire Mountain RTC curriculum.www.firemountainprograms.com
