Becky Taylor has been dedicated to her career as a Registered Veterinary Technologist for over 25 years. In that time, she has worked in mixed animal practice, in education, and in corporate veterinary medicine. She has participated in hundreds of CE opportunities, sat on national and provincial boards and considers herself a lifelong learner. Is the lack of trust and respect you have for making sure people know you're an expert. If there's one thing you should be doing on the internet for your agency, it's distributing your insurance brain to as many people in as many places as you can. When you're done with that you should feel good about it because too many of us are worried insurance isn't "cool" enough. Just stop it, it is and so are you so let's all do something about. That's what I talk to Becky Taylor, Marketing Manger at Ohio Insurance Agents (OIA), as she delivers a much needed pep talk. P.S. The crazy thing is that it's not always who you think it is. But taking the time to figure it out how to relate to that person will make them want to do what you say. Is to create an experience that changes their perception of space and time as they know it. That's probably more than slightly exaggerated, however should not be understated in its importance. Yes, there's a lot of information available to help reinforce a logical decision about your marketing efforts. However, that logic sometimes isn't powerful enough to motivate action. Instead, it's a demonstration of the consistent experiences possible through your marketing efforts. That's what I talk with Becky Taylor, of Ohio Insurance Agents Association, about as she contemplates her marketing possibilities. P.S. If not, you'll probably spend a lot of time alone because you're not giving people what they need. It's your ability to fill this need, better, faster and easier than anyone else that will ultimately win the business. If you keep your ears open long enough, it will become painfully obvious what it is that you need to deliver. The hardest part will be staying focused on it long enough from start to finish to figure out what you need to do next.
