Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carrie Haight to the podcast. Carrie was last on Season 5, Episodes 185 and 221. Carrie has a Bachelor's in Politics and Pre-law and a Masters in Psychology and has been a licensed therapist for the last 20 years. On her first podcast, titled, "No One Would Listen," we decided to go in-depth with the details of her case involving CPS to expose the false allegations of Munchausen by Proxy, in Morris County, New Jersey. All of this began with a threatening text from her mother. Recordings prove this was a disgusting set up that almost cost Carrie the loss of her daughter who is genuinely ill. At present her daughter is under the care of two major hospitals and a complex medical team under the one hospital. When asked if Carrie will 'just forget this happened,' Carrie answers, "this was life altering and she has lost four years of her life."To Reach Carrie Haight: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryannEzlegalsuit.com https://ko-fi.com/maryannpetri*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. The conversation emphasizes the importance of understanding and appreciating the work of caseworkers, fostering a collaborative relationship between foster parents and caseworkers, and recognizing the humanity in each other's roles. The hosts also discuss the things foster parents often feel and wish caseworkers understood better. The episode concludes with suggestions on how foster parents can show appreciation to their caseworkers, reinforcing the idea that they are all part of the same team working towards the best outcomes for children in care.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Hadassah Feinberg to the podcast. Hadassah Feinberg is an experienced foster and adoptive mother who became a citizens advocate after her family was retaliated against in Pennsylvania for exposing public corruption. Hadassah and her children ended up fleeing the state of Pennsylvania. They now live in a redacted location and she is exposing the public corruption in the Pennsylvania courts and on Social Media platforms. Explaining how all this corruption came about after helping abandoned children, to the invasion of OCY (CPS) into her family's lives, Hadassah took note of the corruption. What led to a "Shelter Hearing," with many players involved forced Hadassah to sell her home in Dauphin County. She moved to Cumberland County which led to having her own children removed for 13 days and then returned. Caseworkers from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services held an informational picket on Wednesday in response to ongoing staffing issues and a growing backlog of cases. Plus, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed the last in a series of bills this week that raised Michigan's minimum marriage age to 18. Do you have a community story we should tell? Let us know in an email at detroiteveningreport@wdet.org.
This week, I'm sharing a live I did on my Instagram where I answer your questions about caseworkers.
Youth can face many challenges as they transition to living independently as adults. For youth in foster care, overcoming obstacles may require additional support and skills to be self-reliant. Caseworkers and child welfare professionals assist youth with securing employment, secondary education, housing, financial literacy, and other needs. However, additional support is needed to provide encouragement and stability as youth transition to adulthood. Support systems consisting of helpful, stable adults reinforce the goal of self-sufficiency and give youth a sense of community. This episode explores how Alternative Family Services (AFS) successfully creates effective support systems for youth in foster care. AFS supports northern Californian families, children, and youth in foster, adoptive, and extended family settings. The AFS clinical model focuses on a highly individualized social support model with a goal of safety, stability, and well-being.
Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Adam Lowther, Nuclear Weapons Expert in the military, speaks out on his CYFD case that happened in Albuquerque, New Mexico that started August 2017. Everything in life was going smoothly until an inept school teacher working at a private school, Calvary Christian Academy, with a criminal record (fraud and theft), targeted his four-year old daughter. This teacher filed false allegations against Dr. Lowther and his son for sexual abuse. Within 50 minutes the police were at the door removing the children from the home by an inept policeman who was just writing parking tickets last week and the next week suddenly became a Sex Crime Detective. They took the children to All Faith Receiving Home, which is an interrogation center. Late that night they denied his daughter food and water and abusively interrogated her with 220+ questions.... However, the teacher continued to make false allegations while the four year-old was still in school for the next three months..... Dr. Lowther gave the advice as well as myself to not let CPS in and do not let the police in without a warrant. His children will forever have a deep-seated mistrust of law enforcement. More advice is given in this podcast. The state is set up to DESTROY FAMILIES. Also, if you sue the government, you will find it is heavily rigged. Dr. Lowther found out his Federal Case was dismissed and has $800,000.00 invested in his appeal and is unlikely to win because, "you are not able to hold them accountable because of the Federal Court Judges. There is no fear of accountability." People are calling in false allegations, thus weaponizing CYFD; but they still have to do the investigation at taxpayer's expense. 83% of child abuse allegations are FALSE. Dr. Lowther would like to see a law where it is illegal to make a false accusation. Dr. Lowther recommends that if you come in contact with CPS, get the best lawyer to fight them and do not use a Public Defender or go Pro Se with CYFD. Dr. Lower states, "there is no justice system, it's the legal system and you need someone who knows the legal system." They will drag lawsuits out in civil cases. Slam the Gavel welcomes Patriot Parents. Patriot Mom back on the show. She and her spouse were last on Season 3, Episode 71. DFPS is a Cartel. as they ransom our children by strong arming parents with statements such as,: “All you have to do is complete the family plan and you'll see your children again.” CPS is a Cartel because they collect the “inventory.” The “Inventory” being The People's children. They have a link to their adoption page which shows pictures of all the children “available/eligible for adoption.” We call this “eBabies for Adoption.” Ladies and Gentlemen, they market our children and this is where the SCAM comes in. Truth be told, it is the judges who are the traffickers as they have the ultimate say. CPS just solicits the children and puts them on the market for profit to sell to the highest bidder. We discussed Texas Laws, false accusations as well as ASFA (1997) and the destruction it caused. There is no accountability and no one is safe. From all walks of life many families will be intruded upon by CPS. Please Join the March on September 21, 2022 at 1PM at 701 West 51st Street Austin, TX 78751. Michael Volpe back on Slam the Gavel with very interesting conversation. Michael talks about Judge Gordon Miller's outburst in his courtroom in Forsyth County, NC where he threatened court watchers with jail, being threatened with witness tampering and the update on the cases in Miami Dade. Very important podcast with Michael Volpe exposing the corruption that so few know about. Kristen Rash's testimony, the Davie County social worker/caseworker who Michael Volpe thinks is falsely accusing him of witness tampering (part 1 and part 2). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tauTbcaHqWIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgWYVj7R92k Ayanna Brown's testimony, also in Forsyth County, NC, social worker/caseworker (in-home services) and she describes what happened on June 22, approximately 8 minutes in. Also, she got the date wrong which is so very important however, this is the incident she is speaking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msT1Eb3O5Pc It seems that CPS has too much power and that they are not only incompetent but inept at best. Will there be a day that CPS is abolished; they are parasites, preying on families only bringing destruction upon the children and breaking up decent, fit families. This will disturb future generations while destroying precious family bonds. And CPS doesn't care.Michael Volpe's book: https://www.amazon.com/Sandra-Grazzini-Rucki-Worlds-Custody-Trial-ebook/dp/B01M1P2BXZ/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1475854393&sr=1-1&keywords=sandra+grazzini-ruckiSupport the show(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)https://monicaszymonik.mykajabi.com/Masterclass USE CODE SLAM THE GAVEL PODCAST FOR 10% OFF THE COURSEhttp://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/Music by: mictechmusic@yahoo.comSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)

Slam the Gavel welcomes Investigative Journalist, Michael Volpe back for another great show. Great discussion on the corruption in the counties of North Carolina and Miami Dade Florida. In the pits of corruption, DSS/ CPS essentially snatches children from their protective parents with no warrant and no court order. Cherokee County is only one example of where a major investigation is taking place ensuing with indictments, lawsuits and takeover by the state. Michael Volpe explained that the police, DSS and the courts do an awful job of investigating allegations of child abuse. CPS purposely coerces the protective parent to be placed in a vice through no fault of their own while having them sign off their rights using confusing documents. Caseworkers stealing children and having the parents sign their rights away is the typical modus operandi of CPS and Guardian Ad Litems. It's sickening what they are doing to people. Counties in NC and Miami Dade Florida as well as many others are guilty of these wrongdoings to families. Michael Volpe's latest article, but at the bottom there is a link to the previous article as well: https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2021/06/silver-bullet-technique-executed-in.html Also, Megan Fox and I recently interviewed Gabe Shapiro, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZsX2kIPwD4&t=1056s it's about 42 minutes in, that the interview starts. First, with the Forsyth County DSS Director, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHc_OAytTQw&t=343s Michel Volpe also did this interview in the second hour all about North Carolina, https://www.blogtalkradio.com/citizenaction/2021/06/08/action-radio-michael-volpe--whats-with-kids-being-seized-in-north-carolina https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnaf_1p2sbI&t=1938s (starting just over an hour in). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6avLBKhIFg&t=1s The first fifteen minutes or so a GAL, Sara Royster, bends over backwards to distance herself from an accusation that dad put a boy in a dog cage, four years old. Also, at about fifteen minutes, the judge, Gordon Miller, chimes in stating, "it's rarely appropriate to put a boy in a dog cage....but we don't know the context." There is no ACCOUNTABILITY nor oversight in these cases and children and parents are paying dearly for it. The way to make progress in over-hauling the system is to continuously contact your legislature and continue to lobby for bills that will be passed. Expose these criminals for what they are. Also Michael has found that non-profits that are wolves in sheep's clothing: The Children's Law Center of Central North Carolina and the Council for Children's Rights of North Carolina. http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/ https://monicaszymonik.mykajabi.com/Masterclass Use code Slam the Gavel for 10% off the class! First, with the Forsyth County DSS Director, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHc_OAytTQw&t=343s Michel Volpe also did this interview in the second hour all about North Carolina, https://www.blogtalkradio.com/citizenaction/2021/06/08/action-radio-michael-volpe--whats-with-kids-being-seized-in-north-carolinahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnaf_1p2sbI&t=1938s (starting just over an hour in). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6avLBKhIFg&t=1s The first fifteen minutes or so a GAL, Sara Royster, bends over backwards to distance herself from an accusation that dad put a boy in a dog cage, four years old. Also, at about fifteen minutes, the judge, Gordon Miller, chimes in, says, "it's rarely appropriate to put a boy in a dog cage...but we don't know the context." There is no ACCOUNTABILITY nor oversight in these cases and children and parents are paying dearly for it. The way to make progress in over-hauling the system is to continuously contact your legislature and continue to lobby for bills that will be passed. Expose these criminals for what they are. Also, Michael has found that non profits that are wolves in sheep's clothing: The Children's Law Center of Central North Carolina and the Council for Children's Rights of North Carolina. http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/https://monicaszymonik.mykajabi.com/MasterclassUse code Slam The Gavel for 10% off the class!Music provided by: mictechmusic@yahoo.com Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)

You may feel alone but the kids need you more than ever. You are the reason they believe in life again.
A child dies after her mother locks her in a cage. Why didn't the Department of Child Services know what was going on? Convinced of a cover-up, Benson gets Barba to charge the caseworkers (including Whoopi Goldberg) with manslaughter. We're talking about SVU season 17 episode 4* "Institutional Fail." Our special guest is Nigel Poor from the Ear Hustle podcast. This story is inspired by the ripped-from-the-headlines case of Nixzmary Brown. *Note: some streaming services list this as episode 3. Caseworkers in the foster care system get a bad rap. To be fair, there are a few turds in every group of employees. Most caseworkers are hard-working people who truly care about the children on their caseload. Libby gives us a personal perspective about what it is like trying to help at-risk youth. One of the most intense interactive storytelling experiences I’ve ever had was the Accenture AVEnueS training application for child welfare caseworkers. I was tasked with
Caseworkers for Oregon’s child welfare system say they have too many cases to provide adequate care to the state’s most vulnerable children and families. They rallied recently at the state capital to bring attention to the problem, which they say is long-standing and severe. Sandi Springer was a frontline Oregon child welfare caseworker for eight years, and she now works to train and support those workers in the field. She says many more new caseworkers are needed — not to solve all the problems with child welfare, but as a necessary first step to begin to make the system work as intended.
Caseworkers often address clients in a demeaning manner. Sometimes clients get aggressive. At the end of the day, respect needs to be shown as a professional.
Alaska's foster care system has problems. Caseworkers don't stick around for long. It can take years for young people to find permanent homes or be reunited with their families. But new legislation could provide solutions that will help everyone involved with the system.
Jenny Sanford gets a job, Caseworkers say Obama is handing out visas to terrorists like candy, the architect of Obamacare says he wants to die age 75, and explains why you should, too. Plus, the difference between conservative and liberal parents, Tom Brady's resume, South Carolina's favorite cocktail, death panels are coming, and they are now hip. And a third of Americans can't name the three branches of government, and the cops can hack into your new iPhone after all. (69:20)
