Advice for Counselors “Self-talk is the foundation!” Whether you're feeling stuck, procrastinating, or overwhelmed, it starts with self-awareness. Understand the difference between procrastination and being stuck. Take a pause, name what you're experiencing, and give yourself credit along the way, not just when you meet the goal.
