Lee, MD explores some of the biggest questions around consciousness, the mind, mental health, artificial intelligence, Jesus, breathwork, trauma, and frequency healing. Dr. Lee begins by sharing how attention shapes reality, why what we focus on grows, and how each person becomes the author and co-creator of their own hologram. From there, he answers questions about what consciousness really is, whether the brain creates thoughts or receives them, whether consciousness can exist outside the body, and why near-death experiences often reveal similar truths across cultures, religions, and ages. This episode also dives into generational trauma, DNA, the limitations of modern psychiatry, the mental health crisis, and why Dr. Lee believes healing must go deeper than symptom management. He explores artificial intelligence, the original teachings of Jesus, the power of breathwork, the possibility of a healthcare system built on consciousness, and why spiritual bypassing can keep people from truly healing. Through each answer, Dr. Lee points back to one central message: the truth is within you. Your body is intelligent, your consciousness is limitless, and your healing begins when you stop bypassing the wound and go inward to feel, reveal, and heal what has been stored in the body. Sacred Truths & Lessons from This Episode: • Consciousness is not created by the mind, it creates and uses the mind • Your attention is one of the most powerful forces shaping your reality • The present moment is the cure for anxiety, depression, and disconnection • Generational trauma can be carried in the body, but it can also be healed • Breathwork can regulate the nervous system and open deeper states of awareness • Spiritual bypassing delays healing because the only way out is in

Have you ever felt like your life is an endless cycle of waking up, going to work, making dinner, paying bills, and then going back to work again? King Solomon could relate. Even though he was an extremely wealthy and successful ruler, he still struggled with feeling like everything in life was meaningless, a striving after the wind. But God gave Solomon supernatural wisdom, and after some consideration, Solomon writes in Ecclesiastes 2:24, "So I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God. For who can eat or enjoy anything apart from him?" You see, Solomon knew that the only true source of joy is God – and with God, even our work can be filled with satisfaction. Next time you feel exhausted by the cycle of work and life, ask God to give you joy in your work.

What if everything you think you know about nutrition is backwards… and the true source of all nutrients has been right in front of you the entire time? In this powerful solo episode, Darin breaks down one of the most fundamental, yet misunderstood, truths in biology: plants are the origin of nearly all life, energy, and nutrients on Earth. This isn't about ideology or diet trends, it's about core scientific principles that reshape how you think about food, energy transfer, and your place in the ecosystem. From photosynthesis and the origins of protein to the hidden inefficiencies of the food chain and the intelligence of soil microbiomes, this episode is a deep dive into why going closer to the source may be the most powerful shift you can make for your health, and the planet. What You'll Learn Why plants are the primary source of all nutrients and energy The science of photosynthesis and its role in sustaining life How the 10% energy transfer rule impacts your nutrition Why eating animals is essentially consuming "second-hand energy" The truth about protein, and why all amino acids originate from plants How soil microbiomes directly influence your health The real source of vitamins, minerals, and even oxygen Why phytoplankton produces up to 70% of Earth's oxygen The misconception around B12 and where it actually comes from How to think about food as a connection to the origin of life Chapters 00:00:03 – Opening: creating a roadmap to a SuperLife 00:00:33 – The plastic crisis and hidden everyday environmental impact 00:01:05 – Toxic exposure from common products like toothpaste 00:01:35 – Sustainable alternatives and reducing daily toxins 00:02:07 – Sponsor: Bite toothpaste and regenerative practices 00:02:48 – Opening the conversation: are you ready for a new perspective? Welcome to Day 2826 of Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom – Theology Thursday – The Law of Attraction and the Prosperity Gospel: A Biblical Response. Wisdom-Trek Podcast Script - Day 2826 Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps!   I am Guthrie Chamberlain, and we are on Day 2826 of our Trek.   The Purpose of Wisdom-Trek is to create a legacy of wisdom, to seek out discernment and insights, and to boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. Our current series of Theology Thursday lessons is written by theologian and teacher John Daniels. I have found that his lessons are short, easy to understand, doctrinally sound, and applicable to all who desire to learn more of God's Word. John's lessons can be found on his website   theologyinfive.com.   Today's lesson is titled:  The Law of Attraction and the Prosperity Gospel: A Biblical Response. In recent years, two teachings have gained wide popularity both inside and outside the church: the Law of Attraction and the Prosperity Gospel. Promoted in self-help books, social media, and even some pulpits, they promise health, wealth, and success to those who follow their formulas. To many, these messages sound like hope in an uncertain world. Yet beneath their appealing surface, both rest on foundations far removed from biblical truth. The Law of Attraction suggests that the universe responds to human thoughts and desires, delivering blessings when individuals focus positively. The Prosperity Gospel teaches that financial abundance and physical well-being are signs of God's favor. Though they sound spiritual, both movements originate outside of Scripture and subtly reshape Christian faith into a pursuit of personal gain. The first segment is: Roots and Historical Background The Law of Attraction grew out of the 19th-century New Thought movement in America. Figures like Phineas Quimby and William Walker Atkinson blended mesmerism, Eastern ideas, and metaphysical speculation. They taught that sickness, poverty, and failure result from negative thinking, while success comes from visualizing the life one desires. These ideas found modern expression in books like The Secret and continue to influence popular culture. The Prosperity Gospel shares similar roots. In the early 20th century, E. W. Kenyon merged Christian language with New Thought ideas, teaching that believers could “speak” health and wealth into existence through faith-filled words. This laid the groundwork for the Word of Faith movement, further developed by preachers like Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, and others. With the rise of televangelism and global media, the Prosperity Gospel spread rapidly. Both movements also reflect ancient patterns found in pagan religion, where prosperity was seen as proof of divine approval. Fertility cults promised abundance to those who performed rituals or gave offerings. The Prosperity Gospel repeats this logic, replacing ritual with faith declarations and calling it Christianity. The Second Segment is: Wealth in Scripture The Bible does not condemn wealth, and Jesus never taught that having riches is inherently wrong. What Scripture warns against is trusting in wealth or making it an idol. The love of money—not money itself—is the root of many kinds of evil. Wealth can distract, deceive, and distance people from depending on God. Scripture presents wealth as a test of stewardship. Believers are warned not to place their hope in riches but in God, who provides everything. The rich are called to be generous, to care for the poor, and to use their resources to advance God's kingdom. The accumulation of wealth is never condemned, but hoarding it selfishly or viewing it as a sign of spiritual superiority is. Jesus cautioned that riches can choke out spiritual growth and make it harder to enter the kingdom. Yet He also welcomed the wealthy and honored faithful givers. The issue is not how much one has but where one's treasure lies. Storing up treasure in heaven is the mark of a faithful heart. The third segment is: The True Source of Blessing Biblical blessing is not measured by outward success but by one's relationship with God. Paul declared himself content whether in poverty or abundance because his strength came from Christ. He saw hardship, not comfort, as the training ground of faith. God's promises center on salvation, sanctification, and eternal reward, not financial gain. Trials, sacrifice, and generosity are normal parts of the Christian life. The goal is not to manipulate spiritual laws for personal benefit but to seek first the kingdom of God and trust Him to provide what is truly needed. In Conclusion: The Law of Attraction and the Prosperity Gospel appeal to human desires but distort the message of Scripture. Their roots in paganism, New Thought, and self-focused religion expose them as counterfeits. They reduce God to a cosmic vending machine and faith to a technique for self-enrichment. The Bible offers a better way. Trust in God's providence. Seek His kingdom. Use whatever resources you have to serve others. Whether rich or poor, the true reward is Christ Himself. To further your study, consider these Discussion Questions How does the Prosperity Gospel distort the biblical view of wealth and blessing? In what ways does the Law of Attraction contradict the doctrine of God's sovereignty? What dangers arise when Christian faith is reduced to a tool for personal success? Why is it important to understand the historical and philosophical roots of these teachings? How can believers cultivate a biblical view of contentment and generosity? It governs how reality is perceived, how meaning is assigned, and how inner experience is interpreted long before the Warrior moves or the King decides. When this archetype is integrated, life feels cleaner and more navigable. When it is distorted or absent, effort increases while effectiveness declines. Modern men often misunderstand the Magician. Some reduce it to intellect, others to spirituality, and others dismiss it as impractical reflection. In truth, the Magician is not abstract and it is not passive. It is the archetype responsible for orientation. It determines what is noticed, what is ignored, and what is assumed to be true. Those assumptions quietly shape every decision that follows. The Magician does not replace strength. It refines it. Without the Magician, power becomes blunt and repetitive. With it, power becomes precise, economical, and aligned. The Core Function of the Magician Archetype At its core, the Magician archetype governs perception and meaning-making. It shapes how events are interpreted internally rather than merely experienced externally. Two men can face the same circumstance, yet their internal experience and resulting behavior can be radically different. The difference is not discipline or intelligence. It is perceptual orientation. The Magician is responsible for pattern recognition, psychological insight, and awareness of inner states without becoming consumed by them. It allows a man to observe his reactions rather than be driven by them. This does not remove emotion or instinct. It places them into context so they can be acted upon intelligently rather than impulsively. Because the Magician operates upstream of behavior, its influence is often invisible. By the time action occurs, perception has already done its work. This is why perception, not effort, is often the true bottleneck in growth and effectiveness. Why the Magician Must Serve the King The Magician archetype is powerful, but it is not sovereign. Insight without authority drifts. Awareness without structure becomes circular. This is why the Magician must serve the King. The King provides order, values, and direction, while the Magician refines understanding in service of those priorities. When the Magician serves the King, perception becomes disciplined. Insight is filtered through standards rather than indulged endlessly. Complexity is distilled into clarity, and understanding supports decision rather than undermining it. Authority remains intact while becoming more informed. Without the King, the Magician can become ungrounded. Reflection replaces commitment. Insight replaces responsibility. Over time, perception becomes a refuge rather than a tool. The relationship between King and Magician is therefore functional rather than hierarchical. One governs direction, the other sharpens vision. The Magician as a Corrective to Warrior Rigidity The Warrior archetype excels at execution, discipline, and movement toward challenge. Over time, however, action without recalibration can harden. Intensity becomes habitual, and effort replaces precision. This is where the Magician becomes essential as a corrective force. The Magician interrupts momentum when momentum is no longer intelligent. It questions assumptions that drive unnecessary struggle. It reveals when effort is being applied out of habit rather than necessity. This is not hesitation or avoidance. It is refinement. When integrated, the Magician preserves the Warrior's effectiveness by preventing wasted energy and self-inflicted friction. The Warrior still acts decisively, but with fewer unnecessary battles. Strength remains, while strain decreases. The Healthy Magician Archetype A healthy Magician archetype is grounded, embodied, and oriented toward clarity. It observes without dissociating and reflects without withdrawing. Awareness remains connected to action and responsibility. Men with an integrated Magician often notice subtle but profound changes. Reactivity decreases, not because life becomes easier, but because perception becomes cleaner. Decisions feel simpler because fewer assumptions are distorting the field. Emotional charge dissipates more quickly because it is understood rather than resisted. This form of awareness is not detached or superior. It is practical. It conserves energy by reducing unnecessary interpretation and internal conflict. The Shadow Magician Archetype The shadow Magician does not lack insight. It lacks alignment. When perception becomes disconnected from authority, awareness turns inward without containment. Insight becomes identity. Understanding replaces accountability. This often appears as intellectualizing emotion instead of regulating it, or using insight to delay action rather than refine it. In other cases, perception becomes a tool for subtle manipulation, shaping narratives to maintain control rather than clarity. Spiritual or psychological bypassing can also emerge, where discomfort is reframed away instead of integrated. The shadow Magician often appears composed and articulate. Internally, however, there is drift. Action slows, authority erodes, and life becomes overinterpreted rather than lived. The issue is not intelligence or awareness. It is the refusal to submit insight to structure. Healthy Magician vs Shadow Magician Healthy Magician Shadow Magician Perception serves clarity Perception replaces responsibility Insight refines action Insight delays action Awareness is embodied Awareness is detached Understanding stabilizes Understanding destabilizes Meaning leads to order Meaning becomes escape The distinction is not subtle. One sharpens strength. The other quietly dissolves it. Perception as the True Source of Power Modern culture often equates power with force, output, or intensity. These are downstream expressions. Perception is upstream. What a man notices determines what he reacts to. What he assumes determines how he moves. What he believes shapes how much effort is required to sustain direction. The Magician archetype governs this entire chain. When perception is accurate, effort decreases. When perception is distorted, effort multiplies. This is why insight, when properly integrated, often produces relief rather than strain. The Magician does not remove challenge. It removes unnecessary struggle. Integrating the Magician Archetype Integrating the Magician archetype is not about acquiring more information. It is about disciplining attention. Awareness must be trained to serve clarity rather than indulgence. This integration requires submitting insight to authority, allowing decisions to be made rather than endlessly analyzed. It requires embodied awareness that remains present under pressure. It also requires releasing the identity of being the one who understands, in favor of being the one who sees accurately and acts accordingly. When integrated, the Magician becomes almost invisible. Life feels less dramatic, not because it lacks depth, but because perception is no longer inflating tension. Strength sharpens as waste disappears. Closing Reflection The Magician archetype is not about withdrawing from reality or escaping responsibility. It is about seeing reality clearly enough to engage it wisely. When the Magician serves the King and refines the Warrior, strength becomes intelligent and effort becomes efficient. This is not a reduction of power. It is a refinement of it. Perception becomes aligned with authority, and action follows without unnecessary strain. For men ready to deepen their orientation and integrate perception with disciplined action, the invitation is quiet but exact. The Conscious Warrior Code exists to support this level of integration, where seeing clearly becomes a source of strength rather than hesitation. Frequently Asked Questions About the Magician Archetype What is the Magician archetype in men? The Magician archetype governs perception, awareness, and meaning-making. It shapes how a man interprets reality and understands his inner experience. When healthy, it refines authority and action. When distorted, it leads to detachment, manipulation, or avoidance. How is the Magician different from intelligence or intellect? Intellect processes information, while the Magician orients perception. A man can be highly intelligent yet reactive or misaligned. The Magician determines how understanding is embodied and applied in real situations rather than remaining theoretical. Why do insightful men still feel stuck? Insight alone does not produce movement. Without authority and structure, awareness becomes circular. Many men feel stuck not because they lack understanding, but because perception is not submitted to decision and disciplined action. Why is coaching important for integrating the Magician archetype? Coaching provides containment for insight. It helps translate awareness into alignment by clarifying authority, challenging avoidance, and refining perception under pressure. This prevents insight from becoming self-referential and ensures it supports action rather than stagnation. Can the Magician archetype be developed later in life? Yes. The Magician archetype develops through disciplined attention and embodied awareness. Many men integrate it more fully in midlife, when force alone no longer works and perception becomes the primary leverage point for growth. .lwrp.link-whisper-related-posts{ margin-top: 40px; margin-bottom: 30px; } .lwrp .lwrp-title{ }.lwrp .lwrp-description{ } .lwrp .lwrp-list-container{ } .lwrp .lwrp-list-multi-container{ display: flex; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-double{ width: 48%; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-triple{ width: 32%; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-row-container{ display: flex; justify-content: space-between; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-row-container .lwrp-list-item{ width: calc(25% - 20px); } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item:not(.lwrp-no-posts-message-item){ } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item img{ max-width: 100%; height: auto; object-fit: cover; aspect-ratio: 1 / 1; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item.lwrp-empty-list-item{ background: initial !important; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item .lwrp-list-link .lwrp-list-link-title-text, .lwrp .lwrp-list-item .lwrp-list-no-posts-message{ }@media screen and (max-width: 480px) { .lwrp.link-whisper-related-posts{ } .lwrp .lwrp-title{ }.lwrp .lwrp-description{ } .lwrp .lwrp-list-multi-container{ flex-direction: column; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-multi-container ul.lwrp-list{ margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-double, .lwrp .lwrp-list-triple{ width: 100%; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-row-container{ justify-content: initial; flex-direction: column; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-row-container .lwrp-list-item{ width: 100%; } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item:not(.lwrp-no-posts-message-item){ } .lwrp .lwrp-list-item .lwrp-list-link .lwrp-list-link-title-text, .lwrp .lwrp-list-item .lwrp-list-no-posts-message{ }; } Related Posts What's So Great About Positive Thinking?Time or Energy Management – Warrior Mind Podcast #606Positive Energy And Personal Vibration: Warrior Mind Podcast # 151Inspiration not Motivation: Warrior Mind Podcast #441 Create a Peak Performance Mindset – Warrior Mind Podcast #649Leadership Burnout: The Hidden Cost Executives Refuse to FaceHow to Build a Wonderful Life: Warrior Mind Podcast #540The Strength of Gratitude: Warrior Mind Podcast #191

Who or what are you really relying on as your source in life? Your hustle? Your talent? Your bank account? Or is your source something deeper—found in the Savior and the One who owns it all?In this message, Pastor Mark Cummins unpacks powerful truth from the book of Malachi and shows how trusting God with our finances reveals who (or what) we look to as our true source. If you've ever struggled with worry, control, or wondering how faith connects to your money, this teaching will bring clarity, encouragement, and a fresh Biblical perspective.

Daily Emunah Podcast - Daily Emunah By Rabbi David Ashear

A man who owns a store in the lobby of a hotel once approached a Gadol in Eretz Yisrael with a question. His store wasn't doing so well, and he wondered if perhaps opening a second store in a different location would bring more blessing. The rabbi told him, "You already opened a pipeline for Hashem to send you berachah. Do you think you need another one?" Then he added a mysterious line: "The Melech Malcheh HaMelachim can send a melech at any moment." The man left confused. The King of Kings can send a king? What does that even mean? But a few weeks later, the meaning became crystal clear. The king of Morocco came to town—and stayed in the very hotel where this man had his store. At one point during his visit, the king walked into the store with his entire entourage and bought two million dollars' worth of merchandise. The man developed a relationship with the king, and they continued doing business afterward as well. In an instant, his financial situation transformed dramatically. We must do something to open a pipeline—but once we do, Hashem can send every penny He wants us to have through that single pipeline. We often become so wrapped up in our hishtadlut that it consumes our lives. We forget what truly matters—because we are too busy worrying about parnasah. A man who learned Torah full-time began dabbling in the stock market. Very quickly, it took over his life. He couldn't concentrate on his learning because he was constantly worried—would the stock go up? Would it go down? Should he sell? Should he buy? He started coming late to shiurim, leaving in the middle, checking his phone in between. Finally, he caught himself. He realized this wasn't living. He pulled out of the volatile investments and moved into something far safer, something that wouldn't take over his mind and heart. Yes, we must open a pipeline—but no, we must not be consumed by it. A powerful segulah for blessing is to know with full certainty that Hashem alone sends parnasah. People, products, markets—they are merely tools, not sources. A man from Israel came to New York to collect money to pay off heavy debts. He heard about a very generous wealthy man and did everything he could to secure a meeting with him. He traveled to one city, only to be told the man spends his summers in another. He chased him there, only to be told that the wealthy man gives his sedaka through a gabbai. He met the gabbai, but the assistance he received was much smaller than he hoped. He still wanted to speak to the wealthy man personally. He went to the shul where the man prayed—but that day he wasn't there. Someone told him he was attending a berit milah at another shul. The man was about to order a car service to rush over when suddenly he stopped himself. He said, "Why am I chasing this one person as if he is the only one who can help me? I've done more than enough hishtadlut with him. I don't want to go beyond what I'm supposed to." At that exact moment, someone pointed out a different wealthy man who happened to be in the same shul—someone this fundraiser knew very well from years earlier. He had no idea that this acquaintance had become wealthy. He approached him, explained his situation, and to his amazement, this man gave him far more than he ever expected—even more than he had hoped to receive from the wealthy man he had been pursuing endlessly. We never need any specific hishtadlut or any specific individual to help us. Hashem can send salvation through anyone, at any moment, through messengers we would never imagine. Our main hishtadlut is always with Him—and Him alone.

Embark on this year-long voyage through the Bible, and let each day's passage uplift and inspire you. TODAY'S EPISODE: Welcome to the Daily Radio Bible! In today's episode, Heather leads us into the Scriptures on this second day of November, guiding us through Job chapters 23 and 24, and Mark chapters 11 and 12. As we journey together, Heather reminds us that we come to the Word—alongside people from all over the world—not just for wisdom, but to encounter Jesus, the true source of life. Today's readings explore deep questions of faith and justice, including Job's search for God amid suffering and Jesus' prophetic actions in Jerusalem—cursing the fig tree, overturning the temple, and teaching about the kingdom. Heather illuminates how these stories point to a new way of living and a new King, inviting us to look closely at people of faith like Abraham and the widow, and ultimately to fix our eyes on Jesus himself. The episode closes in prayer and gratitude, encouraging us to let the joy of the Lord be our strength and to remember: you are loved. TODAY'S DEVOTION: A fig tree is cursed. A temple is overturned, tenant farmers are killed, and a vineyard is reclaimed and given to others. What's happening? Judgment is happening. Judgment is coming to God's people. Jesus is pointing to judgment. The passage in Mark reads almost like the Old Testament prophets like Jeremiah and Isaiah, impending judgment is coming. He curses the tree and he overturns the temple. A new way of approaching God has arrived. A new priest and a new king are being revealed. There is a new temple and a new way of living in God. Jesus points to this when he quotes from Psalm 110. After Jesus is questioned, he gathers a crowd together and he asks them why the teachers of religious law claim that the Messiah is the son of David. David himself, speaking under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, said, the Lord, said to my Lord, sit in the place of honor at my right hand until I humble your enemies beneath your feet. Since David himself called the Messiah my Lord, how can the Messiah be his son? The large crowd listened to him with great delight. I encourage you to read Psalm 110. It's a short seven verse chapter. It's about Melchizedek. He's a somewhat mysterious person that shows up in Genesis 14. And Abraham, the father of faith, acknowledges that Melchizedek is an eternal priest. And King Abraham demonstrates his allegiance to this King and priest, by offering him a tithe of all that he has. Abraham himself is a subject of this priest and king. Jesus is teaching us in this passage that he is a priest in the order of Melchizedek. He is the fulfillment of this new way, this new system that God is revealing in the person of Christ. The fig tree is cursed and the temple has been turned over. God is making all things new with a new king and a new priest in the order of Melchizedek. He is the king, eternal God, most high. People of faith like Abraham are going to come and serve him and be his subjects. There will be people great and small who serve him. In fact, this chapter ends with Jesus watching in the temple. And as a woman many thought was very small, a widow who had nothing but two pennies enters. She comes because she is faithful. She believes. She comes and offers all that she has. Her two pennies. They are an offering of faith because she is a person of faith. Jesus tells us to look closely at her. He also tells us in Psalm 110 to look closely at Abraham. These are people of faith. They live and worship in spirit and in truth. Look closely at Abraham, the widow and Melchizedek and let your eye be drawn even closer to Jesus. He is looking at you and inviting you to join in with him in his new kingdom life. TODAY'S PRAYERS: Lord God Almighty and everlasting father you have brought us in safety to this new day preserve us with your Mighty power that we might not fall into sin or be overcome by adversity. And in all we do, direct us to the fulfilling of your purpose  through Jesus Christ Our Lord amen.   Oh God you have made of one blood all the peoples of the earth and sent your blessed son to preach peace to those who are far and those who are near. Grant that people everywhere may seek after you, and find you. Bring the nations into your fold, pour out your Spirit on all flesh, and hasten the coming of your kingdom through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.   And now Lord,  make me an instrument of your peace.  Where there is hatred let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon.  Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope.  Where there is darkness, light.  And where there is sadness,  Joy.  Oh Lord grant that I might not seek to be consoled as to console. To be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.  For it is in the giving that we receive, in the pardoning that we are pardoned, it is in the dying that we are born unto eternal life.  Amen And now as our Lord has taught us we are bold to pray... Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not unto temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. Loving God, we give you thanks for restoring us in your image. And nourishing us with spiritual food, now send us forth as forgiven people, healed and renewed, that we may proclaim your love to the world, and continue in the risen life of Christ.  Amen.  OUR WEBSITE: www.dailyradiobible.com We are reading through the New Living Translation.   Leave us a voicemail HERE: https://www.speakpipe.com/dailyradiobible Subscribe to us at YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dailyradiobible/featured OTHER PODCASTS: Listen with Apple Podcast DAILY BIBLE FOR KIDS DAILY PSALMS DAILY PROVERBS DAILY LECTIONARY DAILY CHRONOLOGICAL

Daily Emunah Podcast - Daily Emunah By Rabbi David Ashear

The pasuk in this week's parasha , Emor , says: מִמּוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם תָּבִיאוּ לֶחֶם תְּנוּפָה "From your dwelling places, you shall bring bread that shall be waved." ( Vayikra 23:17) This refers to the shtei ha-lechem offering brought on Shavuot . The Sefer Zara D'Yosef brings a beautiful homiletical interpretation from the author of Melo HaRo'im al HaShas . Some people believe that the reason they have a good parnasah is because their business is in a great location—throngs of people pass by, and many of them stop in to make purchases. To such thinking, the Torah responds with astonishment: מִמּוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם תָּבִיאוּ לֶחֶם Do you really think it's from your moshavot —your location—that you bring in bread? The Torah then says: תְּנוּפָה This word, tenufah , which usually refers to the waving of the offering, can be understood here as: tenu peh —"give your mouth," meaning tefillah . The true source of parnasah is Hashem , and we must turn to Him in prayer. That is the real source of blessing. One reason Hashem made it that we need parnasah is so that we would be constantly drawn to ask Him for it. There is nothing more beneficial than having a close connection with Hashem , speaking to Him at all times. We should never take anything for granted. Rav Elimelech miLezhensk once had a student who received a weekly stipend and had all his meals provided for. Thinking he no longer needed to pray for parnasah , he stopped doing so. That same day, when meals were distributed, this student was the only one not given a fork. It took so long to receive one that by the time he got it, his food was cold. Rav Elimelech told him, "Even for a fork, you must pray to Hashem ." Rav Shmuel Tefilinsky wrote in a kuntres that if someone is struggling with parnasah or being pressured by a creditor, he should not think that a poor decision or particular event caused his situation. Hashem orchestrates all circumstances. He alone decides how much a person will earn or lose, and He has infinite ways to provide for someone. Sometimes, Hashem doesn't even need to send money—He fulfills our needs in other, unexpected ways. One man shared that he lived in what he called a "little hole"—a tiny attic apartment, barely big enough for a table, bed, and lamp, far above the other floors in a building. When people asked about his future plans, he always said, "I want an apartment in Yerushalayim." Everyone thought he was unrealistic—he couldn't even afford a regular apartment in a cheaper area, and yet he was dreaming of Yerushalayim, where apartments were well over two million shekels. His wife urged him to be more practical. But he would say, "No matter what apartment we get, we'll need money we don't have. Since Hashem is the source of that money, and He owns all the gold and silver in the world, there's no difference to Him whether He gives us 800,000 shekels or 2.2 million. It's all the same to Him." Every day, he prayed from the depths of his heart for an apartment in Yerushalayim, where he hoped to live a more spiritual life. One day, walking through a Jerusalem street, a man approached him and asked if he knew anyone looking for an apartment in Yerushalayim. "I am," he said immediately. The man pointed to a nearby building and explained that the apartment there had been on the market for years. Every deal had fallen through at the last minute. Now, the owner was desperate and willing to sell it for nearly half the original price. The man visited the apartment—it was spacious and just what he wanted. The price: under one million shekels. If someone had told him that people would eventually be begging him to buy an apartment in Yerushalayim at an affordable price, he would have said it sounds impossible. But with Hashem , nothing is impossible. He bought it and moved into his dream apartment. All because of tefillah and emunah . Parnasah comes only from Hashem , and He can provide everything a person needs—whether through money or without it. Shabbat Shalom

What does your schedule reveal about your spiritual priorities? In this thought-provoking episode, Jesse Cope confronts us with a challenging truth: the way we allocate our time speaks volumes about what we truly value, often contradicting what we claim to believe.Through a careful examination of Matthew 11, we explore Jesus's gentle invitation to all who are weary and heavy-laden. There's something profoundly comforting about reaching the end of our own strength and wisdom, finally surrendering our problems to God when we've exhausted every human solution. As Jesse shares from personal experience: "I've tried everything... and then I get to the point where I look at God and Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and I go 'y'all got to figure this out.'" This moment of surrender, though born of desperation, brings unexpected peace when we recognize it's no longer on us.The conversation takes a fascinating historical turn as we consider the unique foundations of American liberty. If other systems—whether religious or political—could have produced what America did, why didn't they when they held centuries of unchallenged power? The conclusion is compelling: "Liberty is produced in association with God and Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit." Our current national struggles, Jesse suggests, stem not from flawed founding principles but from abandoning them.Perhaps most poignant are the reflections on how we treat those closest to us. Through examining early Christian martyrdom and the tragic history of believers persecuting one another, we're confronted with our own tendency to take for granted those relationships that should be most precious. The marriage relationship especially—meant to reflect Christ's relationship with the church—often receives our worst rather than our best.Whether you're questioning your priorities, seeking spiritual rest, or interested in the connection between faith and freedom, this episode offers both challenging questions and comforting truths that will stay with you long after listening.Support the showThe American Soul Podcasthttps://www.buzzsprout.com/1791934/subscribe

Welcome to Day 2458 of Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom Wisdom Nuggets – Psalm 20:6-9 Wisdom-Trek Podcast Script - Day 2458 Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps! I am Guthrie Chamberlain, and we are on Day 2458 of our Trek. The Purpose of Wisdom-Trek is to create a legacy of wisdom, to seek out discernment and insights, and to boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. In today's Wisdom Nugget, we will complete our journey through Psalm 20 by focusing on verses 6 through 9. This section of the psalm is a declaration of confidence in God's deliverance and power. It's a powerful conclusion to a psalm that began as a prayer for the king before battle. In these last few verses, the psalmist expresses faith that God will give victory to His anointed one. Together, we'll explore the meaning of these verses and consider how they apply to us in our daily lives as followers of Christ. Let's begin by reading Psalm 20:6-9 from the New Living Translation: Psalm 20:6-9 (NLT): 6 Now I know that the Lord rescues his anointed king. He will answer him from his holy heaven and rescue him by his great power. 7 Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. 8 Those nations will fall down and collapse, but we will rise up and stand firm. 9 Give victory to our king, O Lord! Answer our cry for help. Confidence in God's Rescue: In verse 6, we see a decisive shift in tone. The psalm began as a prayer for deliverance and protection for the king, but now the psalmist declares confidently, “Now I know that the Lord rescues his anointed king.” There's no longer a sense of uncertainty or pleading—there is assurance. The psalmist is confident that God will rescue His anointed one, King David, and grant him victory. This declaration of confidence is rooted in the understanding of God's covenant relationship with His chosen people. In the Old Testament, the term “anointed” referred to someone chosen by God for a specific purpose, often a king or a priest. In this case, the anointed king is David, and the psalmist expresses faith that God will protect and deliver him because of the special relationship that God has established with him. For us today, this verse holds great meaning as well. As believers, we are “anointed” through our relationship with Jesus Christ, who is the ultimate Anointed One. Jesus is our King, and God has promised to rescue and deliver all who belong to Him. This confidence that the psalmist speaks of can be our confidence as well. We can know that the Lord rescues His people—He hears our cries and answers us from His holy heaven. When we face challenges and battles in life, we can rest assured that God is with us. His great power is at work to deliver us from our troubles, just as it was for King David. Whether our struggles are spiritual, emotional, or physical, God is faithful to intervene and rescue us according to His will. The True Source of Strength: In verse 7, we see one of the most well-known and profound statements in this psalm: “Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God.” This verse draws a sharp contrast between two sources of strength. On the one hand, there are...
