My name is Ben Biddick, the Creator and Host of the Get Up Nation® Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Rene Michele, the author of “Battle Scars Are Beautiful: From Victim to Victory.” She is a survivor of sexual abuse that began in childhood and is committed to teaching others how to both identify and prevent childhood abuse. As a speaker she shares with individuals, organizations, and communities how “lack of self-worth, dysfunctional family systems, and maladaptive thinking all contribute to children not being able to identify or protect themselves from dangerous situations.” Rene is the first in her family to attend university and after achieving her degree, went on to earn qualifications in Counseling, Management, and Advanced Resume Writing where she helps others recognize their greatness and communicate it effectively to advance her clients into their greatness. She is the successful owner and Director of Career Path Resumes and the Director of a Crisis Care Community outreach organization. Today she continues to work in the child safety and disability sectors. It is my honor to welcome Rene to the Get Up Nation® Podcast, as she is a profound example of what Get Up Nation® is! She refused to allow experiences of domestic violence, bankruptcy, abusive marriage, repeated sexual assaults, and episodes of mental illness define her life. I can’t wait to share with you Rene’s fierce and resilient voice that will help you find the inner tenacity you may have never known you had. My name is Ben Biddick, the Creator and Host of the Get Up Nation® Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with WNBA star Renee Montgomery. She currently plays starting Point Guard for the Atlanta Dream, is a 2-time WNBA Champion, was the WNBA’s Sixth Woman of the Year in 2012, was a member of the WNBA All-Rookie Team in 2009, and an Eastern Conference All-Star in 2011. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, she honed her craft under the guidance of legendary Coach Auriemma. Renee led Connecticut to 138 wins and only 11 losses in her 4 year career at UCONN. She helped take UCONN to the NCAA Women’s Final Four twice, to four NCAA regionals, and 4 Big East regular season titles. She started 147 times, 139 of those were consecutive, the most by any player in UCONN program history as well as the most nationally. When she left Connecticut and launched her WNBA career, she was the only player in program history to rank in the top 10 in points, assists, steals, and three pointers. During her Senior year at UCONN, she led the team to a 39 and 0 record--one of only 5 perfect seasons in NCAA history--winning the National Championship. She was selected by the Minnesota Lynx in the first round and was the fourth overall pick in the 2009 WNBA draft. She’s won numerous awards including 2009’s Nancy Lieberman Award and 2009’s Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award in addition to her achievements on college and professional courts. My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Jordan Theurer. I had the honor of being connected with Jordan by Marc Holley who owns Atlas Defense. Marc is an amazing person who stepped up when I wanted to help Renee Parks and her husband celebrate completing chemotherapy. Check out Renee’s amazing journey on Get Up Nation Podcast Episode 3 and check out Marc Holley’s Atlas Defense at the link below where he coaches his clients in personal security to develop confidence through competence. He served in the Marine Corps and lives to impact veteran mental health. Which brings me to Jordan. Jordan is the first Get Up Grant Winner of 2019. Get Up Nation provided him with $50 to get some gear he needed for a race he only had 4 days to prepare for. When we get into this episode you will understand why I believe Jordan is deserving of our support. He is doing amazing things and overcoming tremendous adversity. He is an Ultra Runner who just completed the St Croix Winter Ultra 40 mile race in Hinckley, Minnesota, on January 12, 2019. He pulled a sled in the middle of the woods at night for 40 miles on 4 days notice! Initially he thought he earned twentieth place but found out afterward he placed fourteenth by finishing the race in 11 hours, 27 minutes, and 14 seconds! Jordan is a United States Army Veteran and a survivor of alcoholism. In the darkest times of his addiction he discovered the book Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen by Christopher McDougall. It was the spark Jordan needed to begin his journey toward sobriety and health. Some ridiculed him when he first articulated he was going to be an Ultra Runner in the throes of addiction, but here he is now making his dream a reality. Get Up Nation®! My name is Ben Biddick. I am the Creator and Host of the Get Up Nation® Podcast where I serve individuals, organizations, and societies to develop and sustain resilience and perseverance. I am Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Welcome to episode 57. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee Matt Lebris. He’s an entrepreneur, public speaker, and branding expert. He’s experienced plenty of adversity in his life and has learned valuable lessons along the way. From his parents’ divorce to an athletic injury that shattered his dream of playing professional sports, to watching his mother battle cancer, to financial, educational, and professional struggles Matt learned the importance of resilience. He discovered the power and purpose of serving others. He began to rise in ways he never had. He graduated with multiple degrees. He mobilized an entire entrepreneurial community and met Daymond John of ABC’s Emmy Award winning show, Shark Tank, and the Founder of FUBU. After a 5 minute conversation, Matt boldy told Daymond that Matt would be working for Daymond one day. In 2 months, that became a reality. For the last 2 and a half years, Matt has helped develop Daymond’s personal brand through different content initiatives such as digital media, books, podcasts, and more. Matt is also the Host of The Decoding Success Podcast which is built upon the principle that there is no longer a secret to success. The answers are out there for us to take, apply, experiment, and navigate accordingly. Matt dedicates himself to helping his listeners and fans possess the keys, insights, and knowledge to propel your life to the next level. This brings us to where we are today, in this brilliant moment, where Matt has articulated his mission to positively impact 1 billion lives. I’m privileged to help include Get Up Nation in this billion who will be positively impacted by the journey and service he has to share. I want to thank Ashton Cantou, Life Mastery Coach, Speaker, and Philanthropist for connecting me with Matt. My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently on Get Up Nation ® social media, I had the honor of meeting a person who has experienced tremendous adversity in her life named Tiffany Annette Young. She is a pediatric cancer survivor and domestic violence survivor. Tiffany also survived cancer as an adult. Due to the effects of retinoblastoma cancer and its treatment at a young age while her family served in the United States Armed Forces in Germany, she was frequently viewed as different. After listening to how Tiffany endured and persevered through ridicule, bullying, illness, post-traumatic stress, and moments where she considered taking her own life, I am honored she joined me on the podcast to share her journey. She shares how she has committed herself to using her experiences of adversity to empower others. She shares how she takes great satisfaction and a depth of gratitude from moments where the gift of her life has been able to influence the lives of others toward their fulfillment. She is a master of creating big impact though “little” acts because of how she sees. Although cancer threatened to rob her of her vision as an infant, she can see with clarity the depth and brilliance of everyone around her regardless of their societal stature. She is truly making her life count and giving Get Up Nation a gift that helps us all to see how we can live a life of truly positive impact. What Up, Get Up Nation? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Troy Staton, the owner of New Beginnings Barbershop in Baltimore, Maryland. Troy has been a barber for 30 years in Baltimore, ten of them at New Beginnings in Hollins Market in Southwest Baltimore. Troy says about New Beginnings, “My shop is more than a barbershop. It’s where I share my passion for art with the community, it’s where my son Rashad brings young men together to talk about their dreams and challenges in ShopTalk meetings, and it’s where I join with businesses to bring health screenings and services to the community.” Troy says, “Being a barber is how I make my living, but the community inside and outside the barbershop is my life.” Troy almost lost his life this year on Halloween. Troy has described how “a frustrated, misguided young man" came into the barbershop shooting. “He wasn’t aiming for me, but I was shot along with another client,” Troy said. Troy survived that night, and not only that, he has persevered to be a powerful, resilient voice and example in his community. He is striving with renewed passion to end the violence in our communities. He said, “A bullet is not going to stop me. I’m ready to elevate even further, to keep pushing for our community, especially for young men like the man who shot me, whose life circumstances lead them to feel they have no option other than violence. I want to reach them and show them that there’s another way.” I am absolutely honored that Troy has taken time to speak with me on the Get Up Nation Podcast! What Up, Get Up Nation? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I spoke with renowned resilience expert Linda Graham. Linda became a licensed marriage and family therapist in 1995, specializing in helping people “reverse the impact of stress and trauma, manage anxiety, depression, loneliness, and shame and shift out of reactivity, contraction, and smallifying into openness, trust, and conscious, compassionate connection.” She has spent her life and career “guiding people on reliable paths of personal growth and self-transformation.” Her first book was called “Bouncing Back: Rewiring Your Brain for Maximum Resilience and Well-Being.” It integrated modern neuroscience and Western relational psychology with Eastern contemplative practices to help readers “shift out of old patterns of response to life events to more flexible, adaptive coping strategies that lead to more authentic resilience and well-being.” Since the release of her first book, Linda has trained thousands of clinicians and clients in clinical training and personal growth workshops through online courses and in meditation centers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Linda’s second book, which we discuss on this episode of the Get Up Nation Podcast, is called “Resilience.” It leads readers through an “evidence-based trajectory of tools” that span “somatic, emotional, relational, and reflective intelligences to face and cope with any adversity, recover personal strengths and resilience, and move into a compassionate and courageous new life.” It is my honor to welcome Linda Graham to the Get Up Nation Podcast! www.lindagraham-mft.net www.getupnationpodcast.com Music: "Awaken" by Ethan Rank, “Drifting Deeper” by Roland Bingaman You Tube: https://youtu.be/p6iYGwanWlA Facebook: @getupnationpodcast itunes: apple.co/2xZPeih Instagram: @getupnationpodcast Twitter: @getupnationpod Soundcloud: https://bit.ly/2U6s3PB iHeart Radio: ihr.fm/2Jr08DU Ivoox: bit.ly/2EPnV34 Spotify: spoti.fi/2wOjBKD Stitcher: bit.ly/2yzoklu Overcast: bit.ly/2L4pg8B Castbox: bit.ly/2LndDt0 Spreaker: bit.ly/2l4pmR3 Listen Notes: bit.ly/2Rc3les Podchaser: bit.ly/2Pgoirg Acast: bit.ly/2z1P6AM Buy Resilience: https://lindagraham-mft.net/resilience/ Buy Get Up at: amzn.to/2rt2lWN --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/get-up-nation-podcast/support

Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with the amazing Kelsey Delane. On her website www.kelseydelaneyoga.com, she describes aching for years to be “relieved of the burden of her Self” as she experienced severe anxiety and depression as an adolescent. She tried therapy and medication but didn’t find a satisfying solution until she discovered yoga at the age of 17. As she began to practice yoga, she began to “attempt things she previously believed she was incapable of doing.” She “stood in awe” of her strength as she “held a challenging posture and celebrated her ability to use her breath to endure discomfort.” Her perceptions changed about herself and the world, and a door opened into endless possibilities. Her practice has been her “anchor through teenage pregnancy, divorce, mental illness, and every day life.” Today she uses all she has learned and experienced to “walk alongside other women as they refine the tools of their practice, to encourage them along the way, and challenge them toward growth.” In short, after becoming the hero of her own life, she now helps others become the hero of theirs. It’s an honor to welcome Kelsey to the Get Up Nation Podcast. www.kelseydelaneyoga.com www.getupnationpodcast.com Thank you Christine Moghadam of www.corcyoga.com for introducing me to Kelsey so I could share her journey on the Get Up Nation Podcast! What Up, Get Up Nation? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Alison Crowley and Cyndi Tomlinson who have joined forces to create a non-profit organization that supports and empowers people through their cancer experience called Bolster & Bridge: The Foundation. Alison is a yoga therapist specializing in cancer since 2007. She was inspired to become a yoga therapist after witnessing her mother’s experience dealing with multiple chronic illnesses. She and her sisters spent more than 25 years navigating the medical world on behalf of their mother. During these experiences, Alison recognized a need to serve the whole person through challenging medical circumstances. Cyndi is a business executive and cancer survivor. Cyndi experienced her first bout with cancer at the age of 22. She faced a diagnosis of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma while a single mother with a 2 year old daughter. Cyndi underwent treatment while working to support her daughter with the love and help of her family. Twenty years later, Cyndi was diagnosed with breast cancer. This time, she knew she needed additional support to care for herself and her family as she worked full time and raised her second daughter, age 13 at the time. After attending a six-week program with Alison at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Cyndi responded to the mind-body work with such enthusiasm that she couldn’t wait to come home after each class to share the practices with her daughters. I am honored to release this Get Up Nation Podcast episode during Breast Cancer Awareness month and am honored to share the journey of these amazing women who are doing so much to serve others who face adversity in their lives. They are committed to transforming their experiences of adversity, resilience, and perseverance into gifts for others who need that support, encouragement, and empowerment. What Up, Get Up Nation? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Marsha Elle. Marsha is a gifted singer-songwriter, speaker, mentor, and model. She was born with a rare birth defect called proximal femoral focal deficiency resulting in the amputation of Marsha’s lower leg. Born in Haiti, she traveled to the United States to receive medical care and received her first prosthesis when she was 5 years old. In response to stares and bullying, she often disguised the prosthesis and didn’t wear shorts until she was 23 years old. Adjustments in her prosthetic during childhood made mobility difficult at times, leading to falls in the school cafeteria. Music became her “release and comfort.” She also attended a summer camp at the age of 16 for teenage amputees. This experience transformed the way she saw her ability and potential. She began to share her music and her journey with others. She defied the idea that there was no room for her in a body-image focused world, removed from her mind defeating perceptions and limits, and now serves as a beacon of light and faith for those who have difficulty with self-acceptance. I can’t wait to explore and share how Marsha transitioned from adversity to what she describes as a “series of triumphs on top of triumphs over time.” From People Magazine to Essence Magazine to the Huffington Post to Jada Pinkett Smith, people are heralding Marsha as an inspiring example of the beauty that happens when we believe in ourselves and refuse to be limited. It was an honor to have Marsha as a guest on the Get Up Nation Podcast! She even shares something during this episode that no one knows about her legendary photo shoot! What Up, Get Up Nation? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Richard “Buzz” Bryan and Alejandro Villanueva. Buzz served in the United States Navy as a corpsman and deployed to Iraq with United States Marines. During his service in combat he earned a Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat V, Combat Action Ribbon with a Star, Fleet Marine Force Device, and more. His commitment and intensity to serve his country and the Marines he patrolled with was unparalleled. When I spoke with some of the Marines Buzz served with, they did not hesitate to share stories about his maturity, leadership, and dedication that contributed to preserving and saving the lives of Marines in combat during the Global War on Terror. After completing his military service, Buzz continued to serve those who went into harm’s way. The intensity of his commitment to serve veterans led him into a variety of dangerous and interesting circumstances to help ensure that veterans were receiving sufficient and satisfying support. His duties as an outreach coordinator for the VA connected him with a person named Alejandro Villanueva. Alejandro is a veteran himself. He is a graduate of West Point and completed Infantry, Airborne, and Ranger Schools. He served with the 10th Mountain Division and the First Ranger Battalion. He completed 3 tours of duty in Afghanistan. His actions during combat operations earned him a variety of awards and commendations including a Bronze Star with “V” Device. If you are listening to this and you don’t know the significance of the V attached to this medal, it means Alejandro earned this award by demonstrating heroism or valor in combat. More specifically, Alejandro, who stands 6 feet 9 inches tall rescued wounded soldiers while under enemy fire. And by the way, Alejandro is also the starting left tackle of the Pittsburgh Steelers. This week's guest is famous for one pitch that changed his life forever. The pitch was a 92 mph, first pitch fastball to the back of the head on his major league debut with the Chicago Cubs. This unfortunate event gave Adam the record for being only one of two players in history to have an official at bat without ever taking the field. After seven years of continued hustle to get back to the major leagues, battling post-concussion symptoms and countless other injuries, he signed a one day contract with the Miami Marlins in 2012 to finish that at bat. Adam was an All-American at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2014. Outside of baseball Adam founded the Health & Wellness Company Lurong Living and is author of the book “Get Up, The Art of Perseverance.” Adam's book should be a must read for any athlete who is dealt adversity, especially if they are struggling with post-concussion syndrome. I was first introduced to Adam's story through my buddy Joe who hired Adam to speak to the athletes at NJIT. After Joe's recommendation and reading Adam's book I knew I had to get him on the pod. I apologize in advance for dips in audio quality throughout this episode, but luckily Adam was kind enough to re-record the roughest parts. Below you will find a list of topics Adam and I cover throughout the interview: “If you play sports you are going to have setbacks.” Why baseball is a game of failure. The odds against baseball players reaching the major leagues. Goal setting principles. Weight room accident that kept him out of for the first time baseball and how Adam dealt with it. How your attitude can create opportunity. How to make fuel for your fire with the naysayers. Symptoms from the concussion suffered in Adam's first major league at bat (17 mis-diagnosis). Positional vertigo The different treatments that helped alleviate his symptoms. Epley Maneuver Dr. Barry Sieler – visual edge performance trainer Nutrition “I picked baseball, baseball didn’t pick me.” What is was like going through this injury in the early years of concussion awareness. How to make injury recover a game. How Adam's mental game got stronger after each setback. The importance of setting small goals along the injury recovery journey. The one at-bat campaign story. How pain can serve as a teacher. Why if you quit, you are no help to anyone. Adam's transition to life after baseball and how Lurong Living helped this transition. The injury that gave Adam closure. Adam educate's us on deer antler supplements. Adam's latest project with Four Diamonds Sports. WHERE CAN YOU connect with Adam Greenberg? My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball Player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with former National Football League Player Cory Procter. He was a member of three teams in the NFL: the Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, and the Miami Dolphins. After 6 years in the league he suffered a Patellar Tendon rupture in his left knee which ended his career in the NFL and led to the phenomenal work he is doing now to empower, inspire, and champion people to become their very best with relentless grit, endurance, and perseverance. Cory recently joined Mark Pattison in climbing Mount Kilimanjaro as part of Mark’s Summit Project and Chris Long’s Waterboys organization. Every season, Green Beret and former Seattle Seahawk Nate Boyer joins Chris Long in challenging combat veterans and NFL alumni to join him in conquering Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. Cory conquered it even after losing vision in one eye due to altitude sickness. He is a phenomenal example of resilience and speaks frequently about how to possess the habits that create greatness as a keynote speaker. My name is Ben Biddick, the Host of the Get Up Nation Podcast and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball Player and CEO of Lurong Living, Adam Greenberg. On this Memorial Day, I offer you Episode 22. Recently, I spoke with Travis Partington of Oscar Mike Radio. A United States Marine with a passion to serve the veteran community with his radio show, it was my honor to connect with Travis, listen to how he decided to invest himself in the service of those who’ve served, and learn more about his passion to end veteran suicide. If you live in the Greater Boston area and share a passion to bring healing and hope to those who are dealing with the psychological impact of violence and war, connect with Travis. He’s Oscar Mike, On the Move, toward and for more conscious systems that truly meet the needs of people who place their lives on the altar of freedom and survive. If you are interested in creating systems where people are able to effectively heal into wholeness after experiencing traumatic stress, trauma, and violence, please take the time to not only listen to this podcast, but join Travis, Oscar Mike Radio, Get Up Nation, and me in creating a world where wounds are soothed and bound at the highest and deepest level, where conflict is resolved with unparalleled power and efficiency, and where people who offer their entire selves to creating a brilliant world free of terror, oppression, and abuse experience the honor and satisfaction of knowing their sacrifices were worth every moment. Get Up Nation, if personal and organizational resilience can be established in these environments, just think of what that means for every facet of society, whether in refugee populations, populations who have survived oppressive and abusive forms of government, populations who have survived natural disaster, domestic violence survivors, human trafficking survivors, those attempted to heal from Adverse Childhood Experiences, those suffering from the effects of poverty and mental illness—the list goes on and on. We are on the cusp of a New Era. Be a part of creating a world where no one gets left behind. Veterans lead the way into the most violent places on earth, now they’re helping to lead the way out of the most affected places within. This episode is dedicated to Nathan Vacho and Dan Thompson who made the ultimate sacrifice to create a world free from terror. Rest in Peace. Welcome to Episode 21! Recently, I had the honor and privilege of speaking with the brave and brilliant Christina Lila Wilson of AngelHack. Christina became disillusioned by the slow pace of the American non-profit space and hungered to have a more immediate, powerful impact in some of the most troubled, violent, and impoverished environments on our planet. She discovered and joined AngelHack and now travels the world helping some of the hungriest entrepreneurs and visionaries on earth create solutions for global problems such as coexistence, financial inclusion, women’s empowerment, rare disease, road safety, and access to education. AngelHack’s synchronization of the non-profit and technology worlds has helped Christina and those she serves make the impact they crave with speed and efficiency. Barbell Business - Podcast for gym owners by Barbell Shrugged
It’s a tale as old as time: A Major League Baseball right-fielder starts selling deer-antler supplements to teammates during pitching changes. Word spreads until members of rival teams are making transactions on base, until finally, one day, he’s inadvertently made the career switch from pro-ball player to nutrition entrepreneur. Sound familiar? Okay. So maybe former Oakland A’s outfielder Danny Putnam’s specific story isn’t one we’ve heard before, but you’ve seen those basic elements over and over: A hobby or a side-gig ends up taking off, and before you know it, you’re in business. As the Founder and Managing Director of Lurong Living, Danny’s business literally started on the field during ballgames. It wasn’t anything he’d expected. The way he’s sustained the growth of his business is by putting the right systems in place at the right time. In this episode, we talk to Danny about how to know when to build a tool versus when to hire a person, the difficulty of putting up boundaries on your time when things start taking off, and how to create buy-in with your employees. We also use juggling as a metaphor a lot. It works. (Anyone who’s ever dropped the ball can back us up on this.) As entrepreneurs, we often don’t want to develop systems or automation, out of the fear that it will make our business impersonal. We talk about the ways that systems can actually make us more creative. When we can find a better way to take care of tasks that are outside of our wheelhouse, it frees up our time and our brain to work on the bigger picture of our mission. Whether you’re growing your business or you just want to hear more about the world of deer-antler side-hustles, we hope you enjoy the show!

What you don't know is how that pitch changed my life and how I am now dedicated to changing the lives of others. Here's my story and how it ultimately led to the birth of LuRong Living... Mid season 2009 - I was playing independent ball, working on getting back to the majors. While playing center field, I dove full-extension for a ball and landed with all my weight on my left shoulder. I immediately knew I had done some major damage to the shoulder. I knew an injury at this time would set me back again, which I was determined to avoid. Dr. Lebowitz heard of my injury and called me to try out a new whole food natural supplement called Lu Rong, http://www.lurongliving.com
