In this episode, we explore how to make hard choices and move forward into a positive life. Imagine yourself as a frequency, an energy. Your experiences are dictated by your frequency. Think of yourself not just as a person making decisions but as a being of energy. Your interactions, perceptions, and focus dictate your frequency. The higher your frequency, the more aligned your experiences will be with your goals. Conversely, lower frequencies will pull you down. When considering your future self, imagine what frequency that version of you operates on. Look at your current life through the eyes of your future self and identify what doesn't resonate with that higher frequency. It's not about good or bad, but about aligning with the frequency you want to embody. Your surroundings and associations significantly impact your frequency. If you surround yourself with higher frequencies, you'll elevate. The opposite is also true. Perception is your reception – what you focus on expands in your life. Close your eyes and think about the higher version of yourself. Imagine that version entering your current life. What in your life wouldn't resonate with this higher self? Identify those areas and understand that they are choices impacting your state of being. It's like a hot air balloon. To rise, you don't need to burn more fuel; you need to cut the weights holding you down. By letting go of what doesn't serve you, you naturally ascend. Remember, it's about becoming, not achieving. Your state of being is the only thing you'll take with you. Focus on becoming your higher self now, rather than waiting. Live as that person today and grow through your journey as that higher being. In this episode, we're diving into how to shift our experience with positive frequency. Your internal dialogue reflects your experience. How you perceive something is how you receive it. Think about someone in great shape who still sees themselves negatively. Their self-talk is misaligned with their reality. Controlling self-talk is crucial. Much of our internal dialogue feels unconscious, shaped by our past experiences and reactions. But you can override this. By adding specific "I am" statements like "I am love and I live in love and light," you can align your frequency and perception. Acting in alignment with positive thoughts is essential. If you think, "I am love," but react angrily in traffic, you're not reinforcing the positive thought. Consistent positive thinking and acting lead to belief, especially when tested by life's challenges. True belief arises when you maintain positive thoughts and actions despite difficulties. Once you believe, your perspective changes, allowing you to receive positivity internally, regardless of external circumstances. This doesn't mean we shouldn't aim to change our external world, but our inner peace shouldn't depend on it. Your mindset sets your frequency. Spend a week recording your thoughts, without judgment, to understand your internal dialogue. This exercise helps you identify patterns and align your perception with your desired experience. Remember, perception is reception. You can't change others or the external world, only yourself. Align your thoughts and actions with your desired experience. This isn't about being better or holier but about choosing a different way if you want a different experience. Many people change their thoughts but not their actions or vice versa. To truly change, align both. If you want to be wealthy, but your actions don't align with that goal, the change won't happen. Consistency in thought and action is key. Motivation and inspiration are just the start. Creating new patterns of thinking and acting requires strength and commitment. You're built for this, made in the image of a creator who creates and observes. Adjust your mind, observe your thoughts, and align your actions. Choose your "I am" statement and visualize acting in alignment with it. If you struggle with anger, say, "I am love," and see yourself responding calmly in triggering situations. If you want wealth, visualize yourself working hard and making tough decisions to achieve it. This life gives you the opportunity to know you're the thing you strive to be, despite challenges. Loss, pain, and resistance are gifts that help you grow. In this episode, we're diving into how to create the life you desire. To show that you can create any experience, let's consider a negative example. Think of someone who's been altered by a traumatic event. If an event can change someone drastically, it proves you have the power to alter yourself in any direction you choose. Most people operate at a baseline frequency, comfortable but not necessarily optimal. Your actions and thoughts need to align with who you want to be. It's easy to lower your thoughts to match your actions, but harder to elevate your actions to match your highest thoughts. Consistent actions and unwavering belief are crucial for change. Your current life fits your existing pattern, good or bad. Changing this will create friction. Whether it's friends becoming resistant or familiar comforts becoming obstacles, you must remain steadfast in your new pattern. Famous individuals aren't necessarily the best at what they do but are the most aligned in belief, thought, and action. Friction and tension are necessary for growth. Believing you are a millionaire or a healthy person means acting in alignment with those identities, even when it's uncomfortable. Resistance will always be present, but with consistent effort, you'll grow stronger. Just like lifting weights, the more you practice, the easier it becomes. Eventually, what once was difficult becomes a warm-up. The military instills a belief system to mold great soldiers. Similarly, you can become the commander of your frequency. Look at your current thoughts and actions objectively. Are they aligned with who you want to be? If not, change them. A positive mindset isn't about being happy all the time. It's about maintaining a high frequency. Write down your ideal life five years from now, including how you look, what you have, and how you feel. Then, start acting like that person today. Chasing things will never satisfy you. Becoming the person you aspire to be will. Your internal state is your greatest asset – it's the only thing you truly control. We'll do an exercise to align with our desires and push out everything else. Complete alignment with your vision is essential. You can't resist or fight against your current reality. Instead, focus entirely on what you want to create. Use your powerful mind to visualize your desired future and bring it into your present. Start with your thoughts and actions, aligning them with your future self. Identify what your future self wouldn't tolerate in your current life. Whether it's your job, health, or thoughts, start making changes today. Shift your mindset from problems to opportunities. Embrace each challenge as a chance to expand. Stay with your vision every day and learn to love the process of creation. Life is an experience of creating and aligning with your internal state. Show up as the best version of yourself, regardless of external circumstances. This life is a gift, allowing you to believe in your true self through consistent actions. Thankfulness is a bridge that connects you to the feeling. Visualize that moment in vivid detail. Replay it in your mind, recalling every sensation, sound, and scent. Immerse yourself in that memory, using all your senses to experience it fully. As you do this, bring that feeling into the present. Feel it within you, even though your current circumstances may be different. The more you practice this, the easier it becomes. And when you're dealing with challenging situations, it's the perfect time to start applying this technique. Maybe it's something as simple as doing the laundry or washing dishes. Next time you tackle these tasks, think about a moment of gratitude and happiness you want to connect with. Express your thankfulness, vividly recall the experience, and let that feeling infuse you as you handle your chores. This exercise teaches you that you have control over your internal state.
