We open the show with a Friday favorite, a nod to Tara Bull's Top 10 news stories the Legacy/mainstream media didn't cover this week or did a terrible job if they did. We move straight into Democrats admitting they are sending paid agitators to invade GOP town halls. It's not really news at this point. Former Representative Jamaal Bowman might be in some legal hot-water after declaring Elon Musk is a “thief” and a “Nazi.” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) released a video claiming the elimination of the Dept. of Education means the end of public school. In fact, it is the opposite, as Donald Trump attests. However, head of the union, Randi Weingarten is busy taking gaslighting to a brand new level, telling us she wanted schools to reopen in April of 2020. To show you an example of the legal corruption that exists in the Federal government, we turn to an example the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service. People were paid to do nearly nothing, while they expensed everything and lived like kings. That's what we are up against. An IRS member of DOGE gave an example of how much waste and bloat exists in just the area of IT. I'm fine with the Communist Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-CT) and the pro-Hamas/pro-Terrorist squad member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) wanting to be the face and the message of the DNC. Add them to the village idiot, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and Republicans won't have to say much by the time the mid-terms approach. It seems there is an exclusive club for judges in D.C. Most of the Trump-hating, lawfare judges are involved. So, too, is Chief Justice John Roberts. Now, what do you know about that? Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is stoking fear, fakery and foolishness with a claim that DOGE was shutting down five field offices in Georgia. So, we do our part to correct him. On a similar note, Gov. Gavin Newsome (D-CA) declared on a podcast that he and his team never used the term “LatinX,” yet CNN called him out and played a montage of him using the phrase repeatedly. Finally, in the FAFO category, the Gov. Janet Mills (D-ME), who said she would keep men in girls' sports and would see Trump in court over it, managed to last less than three weeks. After federal funds were shut off to Maine, they have caved. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today we open with our usual start to Friday, a run through Tara's Top 10 News Stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn't cover this week, or didn't cover properly. We immediately jump to the mid-air collision and how it's easy to jump to conclusions. However, when we look at the DEI component of this story, we keep leaning pretty firmly in that direction. We remind you that there are still bad FBI agents out there, including a name we discussed many time, Timothy Thibault. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-NE) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) reveal new documents showing, again, how biased some in the FBI were against Donald Trump. This also reminds us that Agent Brian Auten was another bad force in the FBI. While on the subject of the FBI, they continue to drag their feet on the murder of DNC operative Seth Rich. So, I pull another sound bite from Kash Patel to remind us what he plans to do to reform and reinvigorate the FBI. The soundbite of the day for Tulsi Gabbard is when Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) tried to make it look like she prefers to trust Russian intelligence rather than that of the United States. What follows is a Master Class where she shows you why she is the perfect candidate for DNI. And, Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) explains why Patel is perfect for Director of the FBI. They say Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Nicole Shanahan has openly called out Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) for saying he will vote against RFK, Jr. CBS is in settlement talks with the Trump team for it's part in editing the Kamala Harris interview on 60 Minutes and interfering in the 2024 election cycle. Finally, we close with the VP's White House page being taken down, but a funny message left in it's place. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) defeated Republican candidate Herschel Walker on Tuesday in Georgia's runoff to determine the Senate's last undecided seat. However, our government is not the only one making headlines today. Lawmakers in Indonesia unanimously passed a new criminal code that, among other things, made sex outside of marriage illegal. At a time when sexual morality in our culture continues to spiral further away from God's word, some may wish our government would do something similar—but that would be a mistake. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Sunday that Senate Republicans should delay leadership elections set for Wednesday, joining other GOP lawmakers pushing for a pause at least until the Georgia Senate race is decided. “In light of #GASen runoff, it would be appropriate to delay Senate leadership elections until we know who is in the Senate Republican Conference,” Graham wrote in his tweet. “I totally agree with Senator @TedCruz that to do otherwise would be disrespectful to @HerschelWalker.” Walker is seeking to oust Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) in the runoff, although Democrats secured control of the Senate with a win in Nevada declared on Saturday.

The 117th Congress is coming to a close at the end of this year and, now that most of the midterm races have been called and partisan control of both chambers decided, we have a pretty good idea of what the dynamics will be in the new 118th. Bloomberg Government energy reporter Kellie Lunney joins this episode of Parts Per Billion, our environmental policy podcast, to talk about what to expect on Capitol Hill for the next two years. For one, she says, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.) will maintain considerable influence over the chamber as his party's surprising performance in the midterms means he'll continue to lead the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Even if Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) wins the December runoff against Republican Herschel Walker and becomes the Senate's 51st Democrat, Manchin could still jam things up for his party on any number of issues. Lunney also talks about what could happen during the lame duck session currently under way, and specifically about whether any environmental provisions will hitch a ride on two huge pieces of must-pass legislation. Do you remember in the not-too-distant past when we stayed up late on election night to find out who won? What happened? I thought our technology world that didn't exist then made it possible to get instant results about anything. It looks as if we will NOT know some of the results until next week! But we do have a Senate runoff on December 6 between Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and former NFL star Herschel Walker. You can bet there will be millions spent on ads by both national parties. It is critical for both parties to win that seat. We are in a pivotal and critical time in U.S. history. Whoever wins control of Congress will rule our World! We today discussed this and the current status of election results and what's left to accomplish to get to the end results. We hear from several who give us bits of their wisdom on the matter. It's an important day in U.S. history. You don't want to miss this show!

Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) and GOP challenger and former NFL star Herschel Walker. Warnock appeared to hold a slim lead over Walker with around 98 percent of the vote counted. Warnock, however, did not reach the 50 percent threshold needed to avoid a runoff in the state. No election forecasters, including The Associated Press, have called the race. Libertarian candidate Chase Oliver garnered about 2.1 percent of the vote. If the Georgia Senate race heads to a runoff, only Walker and Warnock would remain on the ballot—and Oliver would be removed. Walker, meanwhile, appeared to be more optimistic. “I don’t come to lose,” Walker said, according to AP. A runoff campaign would be a four-week blitz that, depending on the outcomes in other Senate contests, could reprise the 2020 election cycle, when two Senate runoffs in Georgia doubled as a national winner-take-all battle for Senate control. Victories from Warnock and Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) left the chamber divided 50–50 between the two major parties, with Vice President Kamala Harris giving Democrats the tie-breaking vote. Runoff dynamics this year would vary widely depending on the Senate makeup. If the Senate majority already has been settled, it could make it easier for Warnock to frame the race as a localized choice between himself and Walker. But if the Georgia outcome determines which party will hold a majority and set the agenda, Walker could have the upper-hand in his effort to tie Warnock to President Joe Biden and national Democrats. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/gop-candidate-unseats-house-veteran-historic-upset-dems-took-granted GOP candidate unseats Democratic leader in historic upset: Dems 'took it for granted' Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chair Sean Patrick Maloney was defeated by GOP nominee and State Assemblyman Mike Lawler in a historic House loss in Tuesday's midterm election. Lawler, who ran heavily on crime and the economy, will unseat the longtime congressman who was first elected in 2013, The Associated Press projects. "I think he took it for granted." Lawler said in an interview with Fox News Digital on Wednesday. "As recently as a month ago he was traveling to Paris, London and Geneva to raise money for the DCCC. He did not start campaigning seriously in the district until a couple of weeks ago." Maloney has come under fire in recent days for suggesting that families struggling with the impacts of inflation eat Chef Boyardee. These comments come on the heels of Maloney's frequent trips to high-end European cities over the summer to raise money for House Democrats. Lawler made crime a key focus of his campaign, running in a district where over half of the households have a cop, veteran or first-responder living in them, according to Lawler. Despite this big-ticket win, the upset was one of only a handful House pickups for Republicans on a night where many political analysts and polls predicted a "red wave." The balance of power in the House is still in play with many races still uncalled. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/ballot-initiatives-protecting-access-abortion-win-across-five-states-midterms Ballot initiatives protecting access to abortion win across five states in midterms Voters across the country backed a series of ballot initiatives on Tuesday protecting access to abortion. The results were largely uniform from California to Montana to Michigan. Voters backed proposals to enshrine abortion rights into law, while simultaneously striking down efforts by conservatives to restrict the practice. In Michigan, voters passed a ballot initiative creating a right to abortion within the state's constitution. The initiative, which passed by roughly double digits, according to the Michigan Board of Elections, also strikes down a 1931 law that bans abortion. Voters backed similar ballot measures in Vermont and California enshrining abortion rights into their respective state constitutions. In Republican-led Kentucky and Montana, meanwhile, voters struck down ballot initiatives seeking to restrict access to abortion. Kentucky's citizens opted against amending the state constitution to clarify there is no right to abortion or a requirement for the government to fund the practice. The initiative failed by a 52-47% margin with nearly 90% of votes counted. Montana's voters, on the other hand, are poised to reject a ballot measure codifying into state law federal protections for infants born after a botched abortion. The initiative would have defined an infant "alive" at any gestational age as a legal person. It would have also instituted criminal penalties for health care providers that did not provide life-saving care to infants born during an attempted abortion. While votes are still outstanding and the ballot initiative has not been officially rejected, opponents have a healthy lead. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/11/08/2022-election-cycle-sets-midterm-spending-record-16-7-billion/ 2022 Election Cycle Sets Midterm Spending Record of $16.7 Billion The 2022 election cycle set a midterm spending record of $16.7 billion, according to OpenSecrets. The total represents money spent on both federal and state races. No other midterm election has seen as much money at the state and federal levels as the 2022 elections,” Sheila Krumholz, OpenSecrets’ executive director, told CNBC. “We’re seeing record-breaking totals spent on elections up and down the ballot.” Democrats raised over $1.1 billion from grassroots donors in 2022, double the amount of Republicans’ grassroots efforts, according to the WinRed and ActBlue fundraising platforms, the Financial Times reported. Republican PACs and committees out-raised Democrat committees and PACs by about 50 percent for a total of $1.1 billion. The Republican donors who greatly contributed to the effort were historically active GOP backers. Half of the GOP committee and PAC money came from about 10 donors, “including $77mn from Richard Uihlein, $67mn from Ken Griffin, $44mn from Jeff Yass and $40mn from Timothy Mellon. Steve Schwarzman, Peter Thiel and Larry Ellison have each given $31mn-$34mn to these groups,” the Times reported. Much of the money was spent on Senate races. https://dailycaller.com/2022/11/08/zelenskyy-negotiations-russia-economy-midterms/ Ukraine’s Zelenskyy Says He’s Open To Negotiations With Russia Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signaled a willingness to consider negotiations with Russia after it was reported Washington has urged Ukraine to ease up on its hard line against negotiations with Russia on Monday, according to The Wall Street Journal. Speaking ahead of his video address to the global climate summit held in Egypt, Zelenskyy laid out several conditions for returning to the negotiating table with Moscow, including respecting Ukraine’s pre-war borders, offering reparations for the damage done to Kyiv and prosecuting those who have committed war crimes, according to the WSJ. The U.S. urged Kyiv to maintain a public appearance of openness to negotiating with Russia, even while acknowledging Russian leaders will not agree to withdrawal from occupied areas of Ukraine, The Washington Post reported Saturday. U.S. leaders have reiterated that Ukraine has the final word on negotiating terms, according to the WSJ. Kyiv previously insisted no further talks could happen unless new leadership took over at the Kremlin. Encouragement to keep an open posture toward negotiating with Russia is intended to secure the lasting support of allies, officials familiar with the matter told the Post. Many governments, including the United States, face growing opposition from constituencies concerned that funding the Ukrainian resistance could deepen economic hardships as inflation refuses to let up and food shortages loom. Zelenskyy also on Monday urged “unwavering unity” in the U.S. until Ukraine sees “peace restored,” according to AFP, as the U.S. will see votes cast for midterm elections Tuesday evening. U.S. support for Ukraine could dip if the GOP achieves a majority in the House and Senate after the elections, a possibility increasingly on the table as Republican favorability rose in pre-election polls. Republicans have been more willing than their Democratic counterparts in Congress to express skepticism about the logic behind weapons transfers, and Republican voters consistently fall lower than Democrats in the opinion polls measuring willingness to support Ukraine. However, Republican leaders have doubled down on their stance in support for Ukraine. Irving was suspended for at least five games until he adequately came to terms with the harm he caused when he tweeted a link to a movie that spread antisemitic misinformation. According to The Athletic, the terms included an apology, a donation of the agreed-upon sum of $500,000 to organizations that fight hate, complete sensitivity training, complete antisemitic/anti-hate training, meet with Anti-Defamation League and Jewish leaders in Brooklyn and meet again with Nets officials, including team owner Joe Tsai. Brown told the Boston Globe on Monday he did not believe Irving was antisemitic. "I don't believe Kyrie Irving is antisemitic," he told the paper. "I don't think people in our governing bodies think he's antisemitic. He made a mistake. We understand from an outside perspective how important sensitivity is to not condone hate speech and not condone anything of that nature. "We don't want to stand up for somebody in order to not condemn hate speech, but I don't believe Kyrie Irving is antisemitic. And hopefully the NBA feels the same way." Brown said the players had "discomfort" with the rules, because the current CBA does not include exact guidelines on punishment regarding social media posts. The Washington Post’s Candace Buckner noted that Adam Silver fined J.R. Smith in the past for previous social media posts. Irving tweeted a screenshot of the synopsis of the movie. "There is an interesting distinction between what somebody says verbally and what somebody posts as a link on a platform with no description behind it," Brown said. "Some people will argue there's no difference and some people will argue there is a difference. There's no language in our CBA. There's no rules against it. This is uncharted territory for everybody. "The terms in which he has to fulfill to return, I think not just speaking for me, speaking as a vice president from a lot of our players, we didn't agree with the terms that was required for him to come back, and we're waiting for this Tuesday meeting to happen to see what comes of it." Brown and Irving are vice presidents of the players union. Irving met with NBA commissioner Adam Silver on Tuesday.

Today's show continues to demonstrate the modern Democrat party is the party of Authoritarianism. The idea of authoritarianism is where the masses blindly follow the mandates of the state, while the state implements suppression of individual thought, opinion or action. Just looking back since the start of Covid, is there any question the current policies of the Left are trying to achieve that end? Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) has decided the current party has long since left her behind and she is no longer going to be part of it. She said she could not keep supporting a war-mongering party bent on wokeness and the rejection of our Constitutional Republic. Basically, she does not support the rapid and rising tide toward Authoritarianism. Another example is Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) just signed California Assembly Bill 2098 into law, making it the first state to attempt to censor what physicians can say about Covid-19 to their patients. While grotesquely unconstitutional, until it is challenged, any doctor found to be spreading mis- dis- or mal-information per California's General Assembly, can find themselves losing their medical license to practice medicine. If this isn't a clear-cut example of rising authoritarianism, I don't know what is. While California is trying to still control the narrative around Covid, we find the European Parilament is questioning a Pfizer director about whether or not the vaccine was tested to see if it would stop transmission. Turns out, they never test that. How many millions were convinced to take the vaccine, not for themselves, but for the guilt they were told about passing it to others if they did not. It turns out, that was a great big lie meant to achieve conformity. But, in California, if you were to bring up this fact, you may lose your license for going against the will of the State. Another example relates to two of the members of the FBI team who worked with Facebook to get them to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020. Turns out, two of the principles just so happened to be Democrat donors. So, while we would normally expect our civil servants in law enforcement to use "the law" as their measuring stick, it turns out some agents choose party politics instead. And Democrats are always trying to sell themselves as the party of the working person – the party of the low-to-middle class employee. So, let's look at a breaking story from Atlanta, where the chruch that pays Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) a monthly housing stipend of $7,417. This same church has been found filing eviction notices on people for falling behind in rent, some for as little as $28.55. You heard that correctly. Raphael Warnock gets $89,000 a year to help with his mortgage, while people how are less than $100 short are being thrown onto the street. Today's Democrat party is not the party of JFK or even of Bill Clinton. Today's Leftists want an Authoritarian regime where they do not want freedom of thought, freedom of expression or freedom of action, because allowing that would risk them losing their power over the people. Finally, we get to a new episode of Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris as she tries to convince us our children are owned by the state and then somehow links that to the climate crisis. I don't pretend to understand it, but it does remind us that elections have consequences and we are still reeling from the lunacy of 2020. The Houston Chronicle subliminally racist inference in an otherwise well-written article must be addressed. Churches rip off millions from county tax rolls. Houston Chronicle gives it a Black & Latino face: The Houston Chronicle published an excellent piece on churches ripping off taxpayers. Unfortunately, Part 1 used a subliminal racial queue. When I started reading the article, I simply said, “It's about time that the Houston Chronicle, a company that has the resources, examined the legal fraud perpetrated by churches.” As I read, it was clear that it was a piece well done. Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) reminds us that slavery & voting rights denial were all bipartisan: Senator Raphael Warnock went to the Senate floor and gave a message that likely made a difference. After all, the President and Majority leader have now thrown voter rights at the top of the queue. Jasmine Crockett: TX State Rep. & U.S. House of Representatives Candidate wants to serve Americans: Jasmine Crockett, the energetic and hardworking Texas State Representative from House District 100 sat down late at night to interview with Politics Done Right. She had just gotten off a very long day of campaigning but kept her commitment to appear on PDR on KPFT 90.1 FM and our streaming networks. GOP Operative: Trump revealed Republican Party as comfortable being an autocratic movement: Stuart Stevens makes it clear that the lying autocratic nature of the Republican Party has little to do with Trump. The Lincoln Project Senior Advisor Stuart Stevens could not be clearer as he makes a very important point. Congressman Jim Clyburn in an earlier clip pointed out that the Republican Party, the party of his parents was now a cult. He said that the party turned itself over to Trump. Clyburn hopes that sensible people will reformulate the party. Sen. Favorite Quote: “Need to make sure people with disabilities are at the table when policy is being made." — Mia Ives-Rublee R.O.G. Takeaway Tips: 1. Policies Does your organization have an employee handbook? If so, what does your employee handbook say about hiring people with disabilities? What does it say about accommodations? How will you learn more about ADA, SSI, SSDI and Medicaid for your disabled employees? As Mia says, "Make sure people with disabilities are at the table when policy is being made." 2. Accommodations Does your current process include a question to the candidate about accommodations? During the interview, how do you inquire about what accommodations may be needed? Once hired, what accommodations do you offer? What could you offer? Consider how inclusive the interview, hiring, onboarding and employment processes are and how you can make them even better. The raft of legislation designed to spur first-time homeownership in America seems to grow by the minute. Another bill has joined the fray, and its sponsors propose creating a new 20-year-fixed-rate mortgage program through Ginnie Mae. The legislation, dubbed the “Low-income First Time Homebuyer (LIFT) Act,” would create a program through the Department of Housing and Urban Development that would sponsor low fixed-rate 20-year mortgages. The bill is sponsored by Sens. Mark Warner (D-VA), Tim Kaine (D-VA), Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Raphael Warnock (D-GA), and Jon Ossoff (D-GA). To qualify, one would have to be a first-time, first-generation homebuyer, with an income equal to or less than 120% of the area median income. In the past couple of months two versions of the $15,000 first-time homebuyer tax credit and Rep. Maxine Waters' (D-CA) Down Payment Towards Equity Act of 2021 were introduced as alternatives for addressing housing inequity. The response from some fair housing advocates to the LIFT Act has been lukewarm so far. Some sources expressed worry that if significant money is allocated to this program, funding for Rep. Maxine Waters' down payment assistance bill – a favorite among fair housing advocates – might not come. Dave Stevens, former FHA commissioner, said in an interview with HousingWire that Warner's bill has the potential of getting traction in Congress. This first-time homebuyer bill has a “unique combination of Republicans and Democrats that have aligned on how this thing can work,” Stevens said. Additionally, the legislation is “very limited” and specifically geared towards first-generation homebuyers, addressing worries of a bill being too broad, resulting in minority homebuyers getting pushed out of purchasing a home. ________________________ DAN FRENCH Realtor | Key Realty LLC License # S.0193843 702-557-6176 https://www.lvhomeprofessionals.com Follow Us on Social Media! The idea of “Black Maternal Health Week” began in 2018 with a Senate Resolution introduced by then Senator Kamala D. Harris. So, it is should have been no surprise that as Vice President she used this week to claim something is terribly wrong in our health care system as it pertains to pregnant black women. She position is that racism is the root cause of “the problem”. Her claims, however, ignore critical, important facts, including the huge percentage of black babies aborted each year as compared to other races and the legal reality that no person needing medical attention, including pregnant women, can be turned away by medical personnel. This time the question is about transgenders becoming nuns in the Catholic Church.
