The Supreme Court handed a win to President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency on Friday, granting the efficiency unit access to records at the Social Security Administration. The unsigned opinion provides the Elon Musk-associated DOGE with even more access to sensitive government information to fulfill its mission of making government more efficient. Just last month, the team also gained access to payment systems at the Department of Treasury. The ruling also comes at an awkward time for the DOGE, as Musk — its creator — and Trump are in the midst of an apparent falling out on social media. Per the decision, a majority of the justices voted to grant the administration's request to stay a lower court decision and concluded that “SSA may proceed to afford members of the SSA DOGE Team access to the agency records in question in order for those members to do their work.” Justices voted on political lines, with liberals Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Sonia Sotomayor saying they would have denied the government's application for a stay. Simultaneously on Friday, the Supreme Court handed a second win to the DOGE, shielding it from producing documents as part of a discovery process in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. More federal workers would have access to artificial intelligence training under a bill reintroduced in the House on Thursday by Rep. Nancy Mace. The AI Training Extension Act of 2025 aims to expand the Artificial Intelligence Training for the Acquisition Workforce Act, which was signed into law by President Joe Biden in 2022, by offering available AI training to more pools of federal employees beyond the acquisition workforce, including “supervisors, managers, and frontline staff in data and technology roles,” according to a release from the South Carolina Republican's office. Chair of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation, Mace previously introduced the bill in 2023 during the 118th Congress with Rep. Former President Donald Trump cleaned up in the South Carolina Republican primary last Saturday, winning 60 percent of the votes to Nikki Haley's 40 percent, in spite of the fact that the battle played out in Haley's home state. For her part, Haley says she's still not dropping out.The race now heads to Michigan which holds its Presidential primary on Tuesday. The results could demonstrate how much support President Biden maintains among a key demographic in the state: Muslim and Arab American voters. Some polls had Trump up by more than 35 points but he only ended up beating Nikki Haley by 20 points. Yes, she lost in her home state, but she also took about 40% of the vote. One analyst says it indicates that primary voters don't like Trump. More fallout after the South Carolina primary: The money tree is drying up for Nikki Haley. The network associated with billionaire Charles Koch won't be putting its cash toward Haley and will instead focus on key Senate and House races where they say they may have more of an impact. [SEGMENT 1-1] The SC Primary SC is over and what's changed for Republicans? Nothing. Donald Trump has won the South Carolina Republican presidential primary, CNN projects, defeating Nikki Haley on her home turf as he completed his sweep of the early voting states. Already the prohibitive favorite to claim his third straight nomination, the former president's victory in the Palmetto State, where Haley was twice elected governor, has all but ended the race — even as Haley insists that she will keep battling at least into next month. Trump's dominance in South Carolina was hardly surprising. The state is among the most conservative in the country and has backed the former president every time he's been on the ballot. According to a CNN exit poll of primary voters, more than 4 in 10 described themselves as being affiliated with the MAGA movement, while roughly 8 in 10 described themselves as conservative. Only a third of respondents acknowledged President Joe Biden as the rightful winner of the 2020 election. Biden and Trump both pivoted to the general election campaign weeks ago, but Haley's decision to play out the race has been gnawing at the former president, who is positioning himself to close his grip on the GOP political apparatus. While the result in South Carolina was never really in doubt — most polls showed Trump with a 25- to 30-point lead — there are still a few outstanding details. Chief among them: How many delegates can Haley win? South Carolina gives most of its plunder to the statewide winner but also doles out delegates to the winner in each of its seven congressional districts. CNN projected late Saturday night that Haley will win the state's 1st Congressional District and its three delegates. [SEGMENT 1-2] The SC Primary 2 It's official. We can refer to Nikki Haley as Nikki "Who-ly", as in "Remind me...who is she?" Trump as the Republican nominee has been a foregone conclusion since the Coup of 2020. Trump performed amazingly as president and deserved his second term. The Republican establishment partnered with Democrats to defeat him. And their continued efforts to destroy Trump and his family led to Trump's resurgence. Oh the irony. Nikki Haley and others were sanctioned to take Trump out. I commented many times that the Uniparty hoped that the sheer volume of people going against Trump would be enough to take him out. DeSantis, Haley, Christi, Hutchison, and others. Former governors, Senators, Attorneys Generals, and Trump staffers were cajoled into making Trump look bad. The idea was "Look at all these formidable people running against Trump". The "field" never had a majority, and the most votes any of them got when they ran collectively was around 20 percent. South Carolina put the nail in the coffin for the RINO faction of the Republican Party. What is the makeup of the Republican Party? According to a CNN exit poll of primary voters, more than 4 in 10 described themselves as being affiliated with the MAGA movement. Forty percent MAGA. The exit poll doesn't tell the whole story, since 80 percent of people polled described themselves as conservative. Consider that 80 percent of the people don't think of themselves as Republicans. Put another way, MAGA is double the size of Republicans. I consider the 80 percent conservatives as ReTrumplicans. And while some may not like Trump's style, the love his results. Another poll question had to do with Biden. Only a third of respondents acknowledged Joe Biden as the rightful winner of the 2020 election. So calling ReTrumplicans "election deniers" isn't doing the party any harm. The majority of Republican voters believe that Democrats stole the elections. What next for Trump? Undoubtedly, Trump has ground to make up. But his ground is smoother than the Democrats. How many of "Who-ly'" 39 percent can he garner? I say most of it. However, before we get into that, let's look at the one-third of voters who believe Biden won. How will the "free and fair election" thinking shift over the next few months as more Democrat skullduggery gets revealed? Trump remains defiant about the big cheat, something that irks the Democrats. Part of destroying Trump meant destroying the idea of a tainted election. But Trump has held firm and his stature has grown. Thus, as the myth of a fair election dissipates, more of those voters will move to Trump. One thing is for sure, election deniers have been growing since Democrats started this lie. Look back at the polls right after the election, and Democrats did a decent job of convincing people that Biden won fair and square. However, those numbers have steadily dropped over three years. How many more people will see the light between now and election time? [SEGMENT 1-3] More on Plan B… Not long ago a report asked Biden about Plan B. The media sense that Biden is toast, no matter how some of them present the man. The house of cards is about to fall down, so what is Plan B? [X] SB – Man speaks of life in CA under Newsom Most popular state to LEAVE 170 years population increased, until Newsom declined every year over last 4 years Led the nation in U-Haul rentals Highest taxes, highest poverty rates Gas prices, worst roads Flood emergencies and drought emergencies Spend more on homelessness, most homeless Most lockdowns, worst public health outcomes Education, worst education outcomes Sacrifice the most, put get the least $68B deficit [SEGMENT 1-4] SC Primary 3 What of the perception of Biden? He has been painted as "Average Joe"; trustworthy and honest. Do you think this is how people will think of the Bidens in the next 60 days? Jim Biden has already recanted his testimony about his big brother, aka "the big guy". And that recanting by the FBI agent changed nobody's mind about the Biden family grift. They can't make 20 LLCs, 170 suspicious activity reports, and million of dollars Joe Biden said they never got go away. The hurdle Trump must jump is people don't like him? That's what they said about him in 2016. Then in 2020 he managed to win over millions more voters than in his previous election. With the current witch hunts by the embattled Fani Willis, and soon to be embattled Judge Engoron, Letitia James, and Alvin Bragg, how do you think things will look for Trump by election time? Democrats have bet their strategy on a Trump conviction, even if it's jaywalking. And while the media touts polls that show people declining to vote for Trump if he's convicted, that narrative is a ruse. As CNN reported, Still, Trump saw hefty advantages with other demographics, according to the exit polls. Primary voters thought he was more electable in November than Haley by a 23-point margin, and more voters said he has the physical and mental health needed to serve effectively as president than Haley. Overall, he also demonstrated more loyalty among his voters at the same time that the exit polls hinted at how he can motivate his critics. Ninety-three percent of Trump voters said they mainly voted for their candidate, rather than against his opponent. Among Haley voters, 58% mainly supported her -- and 40% voted mainly to oppose Trump. Telling numbers, particularly the last datapoints. Ninety-three percent of Trump voters voted FOR Trump. Only 58 percent voted for Haley. Trump has without a doubt the most loyal supporters of any candidate, running or planning to run. And that base grows each time he defeats a challenger. Trump can lose part of the Republican Party and comfortably defeat Biden or anyone else. Have you seen polling of Trump vs Michelle Obama? Google it; I dare you. Recently there appeared Trump versus Newsom poll and it wasn't good news for Newsom. And what of Trump versus Harris? Not good news for Harris, though surprisingly she did better than Newsom. Anybody think Democrat want to share the results of these polls. Trump will heal the Republican Party, even if it means dragging McConnell around by a dog leash. But major roadblocks lie ahead for the Democrats. Headwinds they knowingly sailed into. Nikki Haley was never a factor against Trump. Just more Leftist propaganda to get real Republicans' eyes off the ball. Another fail by the Left and a nail in the RINO Deep State coffin.

The child's case is linked to international travel and officials say no one outside of the home is believed to have been exposed.    And number three — Nikki Haley says she's still in it to win it - or at least to give GOP voters an option other than former President Trump.  Haley lost to Trump in Saturday's South Carolina Republican primary, the state where she served as president.  Haley told supporters that she's "a woman of her word," and will continue campaigning for the White House.

It is unknown if these are coordinated attacks or if the same terrorists are committing each attack in the area.  Audu Tanko said, “There is tension now in my village. We are killed because of our faith in Jesus.” Luke 11:49-51 says, “God in His wisdom said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.' Therefore, this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, I tell you, this generation will be held responsible for it all.” Trump wallops Haley in South Carolina On Saturday, Donald Trump cruised to victory in the South Carolina Republican primary. He had received 59.7% of the vote over former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley with 39.5% of the vote, reported Fox News. TRUMP: “This was a little sooner than we anticipated. (cheers) It was an even bigger win than we anticipated. (cheers)  And I was just informed that we got double the number of votes that has ever been received in the great state of South Carolina. So, that's pretty good. (cheers) “I just want to say that I have never seen the Republican Party so unified as it is right now. (cheers) “We're going to be up here on November 5th, and we're gonna look at Joe Biden and we're gonna look him right in the eye. He's destroying our country. And we're gonna say, ‘Joe you're fired. Get out! Get out Joe. You're fired.'” (cheers) South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster said this. McMASTER: “I would like you all to remember this moment, that you were here. This is a great moment in American history. We will probably never see another one like it. Every time a rocket launches you know it goes up slow and it is climbing and climbing and then boom, that next stage comes off and it goes. Well, we just did that. We just hit maximum velocity! We going all the way!” (cheers) And South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham spoke at Trump's victory as well. GRAHAM: “America, the nightmare (cheers) you're facing is just about over. Help is on the way. (cheers) This is the most qualified man to be president United States. (cheers) And let it be said that South Carolina created the biggest political comeback in American history!” Nikki Haley vows to continue Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley received an unusual introduction after having lost the primary in her home state. ANNOUNCER: “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the next President of the United States, Nikki Haley.” She congratulated the victor. HALEY: “I want to congratulate Donald Trump on his victory and I want to thank the people of South Carolina for using the power of your voice. … I feel blessed tonight. I've felt blessed through this entire journey, even when it's been tough. I haven't lost sight of that. I've felt God's strength and grace every step of the way.” Haley described what she believed was the underlying message. HALEY: “It's a blessing to know that across our sweet state everyone wants to bring back the America we know and love. (cheers) That's the underlying message of what happened today.” But she doesn't think that Biden nor Trump is the answer. HALEY: “We can't afford four more years of Biden's failures or Trump's lack of focus. (cheers)  Does anyone seriously think Joe Biden or Donald Trump will unite our country to solve our problems? One of them calls his fellow Americans fascists. The other calls his fellow Americans vermin. They aren't fighting for our country's future. Their demanding we fight each other. The younger generation, my children's generation, knows it better than anyone. They deserve better. They deserve leadership.” (cheers) Despite receiving a trouncing in her home state, Haley vowed to stay in the race. HALEY: “I said earlier this week that no matter what happens in South Carolina, I would continue to run for president. (cheers) I'm a woman of my word. (cheers) I'm not giving up this fight when a majority of Americans disapprove of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden. (cheers) South Carolina has spoken. We're the fourth state to do so. In the next 10 days, another 21 states and territories will speak. They have the right to a real choice.” Biology professor fired for teaching chromosomes determine sex reinstated And finally, a Texas college has reinstated a professor who was fired for teaching about the traditional, biological definition of gender, reports The Christian Post.  Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” In a statement published Tuesday, the Christian law firm First Liberty Institute announced that Johnson Varkey, a St. Philip's College adjunct professor, has been reinstated after he was fired in January 2023 for rejecting aspects of homosexual and transgender ideology. It's Friday, February 16th, A.D. 2024.  This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus.  (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Pakistani Muslims shoot up, throw fuel bombs on Christian village On Monday, February 12th, more than twenty Pakistani Muslims fired gunshots and threw fuel bombs at the homes of Christians in a village at 2:00 a.m., reports Morning Star News. They were angry with the Christians for two reasons. First, the believers supported an opposing political party in the February 8th election. And second, Christians are constructing a church building. Providentially, no one was killed or injured in the attacks in Punjab Province led by Imran Yousaf.  Bishop Abraham Daniel of Sahiwal Baptist Church said more than 100 Christian families live in this village. Psalm 23:4 says, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and staff, they comfort me.” The timely arrival of police forced the Muslim assailants to flee, keeping them from harming the Christians. However, no arrests have been made. Pakistan is ranked seventh on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult countries to be a Christian. Nikki Haley: “Donald Trump cannot win a general election.” Appearing on Fox News with John Roberts, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley dismissed polls showing her trailing former President Donald Trump by 35 points in next week's South Carolina Republican presidential primary, reports RealClearPolitics.com. Listen. ROBERTS: “We're just a little more than a week away from South Carolina. At the moment, it looks like you're going to go into that contest and lose badly in your home state, which would forever be a cloud over your political career. Why go through with it?” HALEY: So, first of all, that's what they said before New Hampshire, and I got 43 percent of the vote. Our polls do not show that. That is not what we're seeing, and we're going to close that gap. But, more than that, you're asking me about my political career. That's the problem with politics. Donald Trump's worried about his image. Joe Biden's worried about his image. I'm not worried about mine. I'm worried about the future of America. I'm worried about my kids and what country they grow up in. “Don't complain about what happens in a general election if you don't play in this primary because Donald Trump cannot win a general election. He's already said he's going to spend more time in court than on the campaign trail. He spent $50 million of campaign contributions towards his personal court cases. The RNC is broke. “Republicans will not win if you continue down this path. The reason Donald Trump wants me to get out so badly is because he wants help paying his court fees. That is not the job of the RNC. That's not the job of taxpayers.” Three updates on Kansas City Chiefs' parade shooting Three updates now on the shooting during the Kansas City Chiefs' victory parade on Wednesday which left one dead and 20-plus wounded. First, the shooting was the result of a "personal dispute" between several people in the crowd.  Two of the three suspects arrested were juveniles. No one has been charged in relation to the incident as of yet, reports The Mirror. Second, eight of the victims hospitalized are in critical condition, and seven of them are in serious condition. Third, the person who was shot and killed was a 43-year-old radio DJ named Elizabeth Galvan. who was known locally as Lisa Lopez-Galvan.  She hosted the show “Taste of Tejano.” Inflation up On Tuesday, the Labor Department reported that inflation rose more than expected last month. In January, the consumer price index rose 0.3%. On an annual basis, that's a 3.1% increase, only slightly down 3.4% in December. Much of the inflation increase came from housing prices. Swimming is a low-impact exercise that can help to delay dementia by activating the “cold-shock” protein (RBM3), which a 2015 study on mice showed offered protection against the onset of dementia. One study suggests that daily gardening may lower the risk of dementia by 36 percent. Engaging in activities that stimulate the brain reduces the risk of Alzheimer's as much as physical activity. And if you walk 9,800 steps per day, or about five miles, you will be 51 percent less likely to develop dementia. That's what a study of 78,000 healthy people between the ages 40 to 79 discovered. People who walked just 3,800 steps per day, or about two miles, were about 25 percent less likely to develop dementia.
