Dnes máme samoobslužné myčky aut, pivnice i vinárny. A v Seattlu dnes můžete nakupovat v obchodě, kde už nejsou ani prodavači, ani regály. V Příbězích z kalendáře tedy zamíříme do ‚sámošky‘.

A keď som sa obrátil, videl som sedem zlatých svietnikov 13 a uprostred svietnikov akoby Syna človeka, oblečeného do dlhého rúcha a cez prsia prepásaného zlatým pásom. Ja som Prvý a Posledný 18 a Živý.

In this episode we're joined by music-biz legend Danny Goldberg to discuss his dealings with Led Zeppelin and Kurt Cobain — and the school days he spent with the great Gil Scott-Heron. Danny takes us back to his short-lived stint at Berkeley and his first port of call on returning to his native New York: clerking at trade bible Billboard, a job that led to the publication of his report on 1969's Woodstock festival. From there we jump to the three years our guest spent working for Led Zep — first as their press agent, then as V-P of their label Swan Song. We revisit the band's conquest and domination of '70s America and hear hair-raising tales of Page, Plant, Bonzo, Peter Grant and Richard Cole... as well as Danny's 1976 exit from the band's dark vortex. The story of how Nirvana came to be managed by Danny's company Gold Mountain prompts thoughts on Kurt Cobain and mention of the 2019 memoir (Serving the Servant) our guest wrote about him. Danny brings his management and record-label story up to date by previewing the new album by his clients the Waterboys. The week's new audio interview takes us back to the '60s and to Danny's reminiscences of the young Gil Scott-Heron, who can be heard talking in 1978 to Mark "Radio Pete" Bliesener. The second of two clips — about Richard Nixon — brings us to the shocking present moment of Donald Trump's and Elon Musk's unprecedented assault on American democracy. After a tribute to the departed Marianne Faithfull — heard talking about the brilliant Broken English album in a short audio clip from 2014 — Jasper quotes from a 2023 Simon Reynolds article about A.I. and music journalism. Pieces discussed: Woodstock: Peace Mecca, Led Zeppelin: Under The Hood – A Backstage Chronicle of the Historic 1975 Tour, Led Zeppelin: Danny Goldberg's Hideaway, Danny Goldberg: Serving the Servant – Remembering Kurt Cobain (Ecco), Gil Scott-Heron audio (1978), Growing Up With Gil Scott-Heron: In Loving Memory, Marianne Faithfull audio (2014) and I'm a Noted Music Critic. Can A.I. Do My Job?.

Sloane Crosley is the author of I Was Told There'd Be Cake and several other books. Her new memoir is Grief Is for People. “You take a little sliver of yourself and you offer it up to be spun around in perpetuity in the public imagination. That is the sacrifice you make. And it makes everything just a little bit worse. So it's the opposite of catharsis, but it's worth it. Live from the Heart of America—I'm Steve Gruber— Your Soldier of Truth—the Tip of the Spear against socialists—here ready to fight for you from the Foxhole of Freedom—AND—please my friends REMEMBER TO THINK while its still legal—this is the Steve Gruber Show— Here are 3 big things you need to know right now— Number One— Michigan State has been battered by one sex scandal after another dominating national headlines for a couple of years—and it doesn't look like Urban Meyer is willing to rescue them from the incredible mess— Number Two— Jim Jordan is still the leading candidate to be Speaker of the House—but he also came up 17 votes short of securing the gavel—BUT they will try again today—we will learn if he makes the cut— Number Three— The war in the Middle East feels like it is ready to expand—and quickly potentially— United States Embassies in Lebanon and Turkey were targeted by angry protestors that support Hamas and the Palestinians—despite the gruesome attack on Israel 2 Saturdays ago that targeted civilians and left at least 1300 dead— On Monday, the Israeli Defense Force was initially blamed for a bombing that left a hospital in Gaza devastated—and more than 500 dead—BUT those reports, even ones published by the New York Times—were soon corrected—and it now appears the bombing was an accidental attack—that happened when an Islamic Jihad rocket misfired and smashed into the building— And even though the information was updated—the leader of the Palestinians—and the nation of Jordan both cancelled a visit with President Joe Biden who is in the region today—another major setback for a President that is already historically weak on the world stage— The corrections also came too late for many who are already critical of the IDF and the intense attacks on Gaza—BUT the truth is important— Despite Jordan's refusal to meet with President Biden—over the hospital bombing—the nation made clear it is not enamored with Hamas or the Palestinians at all—and will not be offering safe harbor for any of them— But here—it seems very difficult for some to grasp the idea that importing terrorists into your country is a very bad idea—you would think when Jordan and Egypt close their borders—it might be something to consider before you stand on the altar of leftist, suicidal ideology—but then again I operate from a point of common sense—something that is increasingly rare in the nation's capital— And while the war rages in Gaza—with Hezbollah preparing to attack from the north as well it appears—the expanding war could come a lot closer to us here in the US—and it could happen a lot sooner than you realize—Because those that know—say it could happen at any moment—with the people we already let come in— Yeah—his policies put us in this vulnerable position—and yet he remains oblivious to it—in fact as I discussed yesterday—he is an existential threat to America's future and the V-P should trigger the 25th Amendment—and have him removed—because until that happens we are in continuing danger— And its not just the people living and working on the frontlines of the intentional invasion that are sounding the alarm—its coming from those charged with preventing that from happening in the first place— And despite all of that—there are some that just refuse to understand—even those that should have the experience and the knowledge—just keep turning a blind eye— And while attacks here are a distinct possibility—we keep getting in deeper by the day—and the question is really this— Will we be fighting terrorists both home and abroad before too much longer? Well, there are a few sides to that question— So will we be caught up in yet another war in the Middle East? A war that will likely cause more attacks here at home? It sure seems that way today— The question is how long is it going to go on—and who will pay the ultimate price in the end?
Americký prezident se chystá na návštěvu Izraele. Obě země budou řešit izraelskou odvetu proti teroristickému hnutí Hamás, které zavraždilo začátkem října více než 1300 Izraelců, další tisíce zranilo a stovky zajalo. Jde poslat humanitární pomoc lidem do Pásma Gazy, aniž by ji ukořistil Hamás? Live from the no panic zone—I'm Steve Gruber—I am America's Voice— I am an America First kind of guy—BUT I am willing to call it as I see it every day—you may like that and you may not—BUT that's the way I roll—so lets get to it— Here are three big things you need to know know right now-- ONE— In Illinois more than 70 county Sheriff's are saying they will not enforce new gun control laws they say are simply Unconstitutional—setting up a real gun fight— TWO— In Switzerland The World Economic Forum—and its preposterous leader Klaus Schwaub—is rolling out a plan to crank up censorship—worldwide—including right here— THREE— There have been few times that I have seen a White House so completely off balance and off message— We are watching a political meltdown in real time—and a political party seemingly unable to arrest the fall— Joe Biden's West Wing has completely lost control of the story over the continuing fallout from numerous disclosures of classified documents found in a variety of places… including a former office of the Penn Biden Center in Washington DC—to the garage of one of his Delaware homes—in a garage with his prized Corvette— The Administration seems totally incapable of answering basic questions—like how did the documents end up in these places—or who put them there—to the more pressing questions of why they failed to report the discoveries—EVEN though some of the documents were found at least 6 days before the critical mid-term elections— All of the confusion—the double speak—the deflecting of the questions that are coming hard and fast—and then the fumbling y Joe Biden himself while reading a prepared statement at the end of last week—when he protested the idea that something was wrong—and pointing to the fact that his garage was locked-- The bottom-line truth is Joe Biden's handling of classified documents as a former Vice President was far more reckless than Donald Trumps treatment of documents as a former President— Joe Biden cannot defend the fact that before any documents could have ended up in the Penn-Biden Center—they had to have been somewhere else first—because the center didn't even open until well over a year after Biden left his post as Vice President— That is a key question—who took those documents—and why—and where were they in the interim— I mean Democrats were screaming with glee and applauding when the FBI raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago home under the banner of securing sensitive documents—BUT now they are almost universally singing a different tune—claiming that Trump's behavior was somehow worse—BUT they are clearly unable to justify that assertion—and the reason is—they cannot— Even the search for documents was botched badly by the Biden team—and CNN was among those pointing it out— So far-left socialist stooge and Democrat Jamie Raskin pretty wells sums up the defense of Joe Biden—well, he did the right thing and Donald Trump is a criminal—and there is no comparison— BUT lets be clear—Raskin was wrong there—Joe Biden is a former VICE President—NOT a President as he phrased it there—and therefore had no legal right to possess those documents that I can ascertain— Then on CNN—Jake Tapper a mouthpiece for those on the left tried to explain the V-P can declassify documents—which is nothing I can find to be true—BUT at CNN they take seriously the ability to help their team mates in BLUE— But Comer pointed out the biggest problem for the Biden Administration is one ugly mistake after another—and each one calls into question the integrity of those running the country right now— And that brings me to this—could they really be this incompetent? Or is there something else going on here—I raise the question—because I know it is being asked right now by smart people who think this may be a political play—not to help Joe Biden—BUT rather one designed to send him into retirement— It's no secret that millions of Americans—including millions that voted for Joe Biden—Do Not want him to run again—his problems in front of the camera over and over again—emphasize for many of the Democrat power brokers that Biden is always one breath away from an irretrievable gaffe that would leave him politically wounded and unable to rally— Joe Biden has always been a gaffe machine—BUT as he gets older and less competent—the risk of him going off script and saying something completely incendiary grows exponentially—and everyone in Washington and beyond knows it— The money men do not want Joe Biden to run in 2024 because they cannot trust him to get there without a complete system failure that would cost them not only the White House but control of the United States Senate—and a much larger deficit in the House— So, the question is this; is Joe Biden being set-up by people on his own team to push him out—maybe to bring in Kamala Harris as President— or at a minimum to push Old Joe out of the race for the next go round? I mean—look at the comments from Squadist Ilhan Omar—who is all in on the Biden investigation—makes you wonder what is coming next—when will the next bombshell hit— It seems plausible looking at the train wreck of messaging we are all witnessing right now— is a set play with the intention of knocking Joe out of the game—

İmamoğlu Rize'de halka hitabında 6'lı ittifakın bir neferi olduğuna dikkat çekerek Karadeniz gezisini Genel Merkez'in bilgisi tahtında gerçekleştirdiğini, Türkiye'de milletin yüzde 60'ının değişim istediğine yönelik Kılıçdaroğlu'nun yalanını Rize'de söyleme gaflet ve cüretinde bulunmuştu. Aslında İmamoğlu'nun Karadeniz çıkarması ile ilgili yaptığı hatalar ve yanlışlar kendi siyasi hayatını bitirebilecek cinstendir. Özelikle Karadeniz gezisine Rize'den başlayarak Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan karşısında tek adayın kendisi olduğu mesajını 6'lı ittifak başta olmak üzere iç ve dış dinamiklere vererek kendi seçmenini 'çantada keklik' olarak görüp değer vermediği algısını oluşturmuştu. Bu konuda yaptığı en büyük hata ise Karadeniz gezisine çıkarken kendi seçmeninin tasvip etmediği hatta nefret ettiği bazı ünlü yazarlara VİP muamelesi yaparak kendi destekçilerini gözardı etmesi olmuştur. Üstelik İBB sözcüsü Murat Ongun'un tartışma yaratan fotoğrafla ilgili yapılan eleştirileri önemsemediklerini açıklamasının ardından gerilim had safhaya çıkmıştır. KOÇ GRUBU YÖNETİM KURULU BAŞKAN VEKİLİ ALİ KOÇ: ''İMAMOĞLU KÖTÜ NİYETLİ'' En büyük gerilim Koç Grubu Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili Ali Koç ile yaşandı. Fenerbahçe Kulübü Yüksek Divan Kurulu'nun Nisan Ayı Olağan Toplantısı, Faruk Ilgaz Tesisleri'nde gerçekleştirildi. Yapılan konuşmaların ardından Fenerbahçe Kulübü Başkanı Ali Koç kürsüye çıkarak açıklamalarda bulundu. Ali Koç, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu'nun Divan Kurulu Başkanı Uğur Dündar'a yaptığı ziyarette taktığı bordo-mavili kravata tepki gösterdi: “Biz siyaset üstüyüz ama siyasete çekiliyoruz. Ali Koç'a Twitter hesabından cevap veren İmamoğlu, “Koç Grubu YK BV. Ali Koç'un açıklamasını dinledim. 'İmamoğlu Koç Ailesi'nin Projesidir' komplosunu yıktığı için teşekkürler. İktidara toz kondurmamasını camianın takdirine bırakıyorum. Fenerbahçe'nin her zaman yanındayım.

V Pánovi a v moci Jeho sily • Celistvosť, úplnosť Božej výzbroje a) Úplná vydanosť Pánovi: „Milovať budeš Pána...“ b) Podmienky učeníctva: sebazapretie, nasledovanie Pána, nesenie kríža 3. Výzbroj • Ježiš nám dal všetku autoritu nad Satanom a zlými duchmi (L 10,19; Mk 16,15-20; Mt 28,18-20) • Musíme byť vedení Božím Duchom, aby sme efektívne jednali so zlými duchmi • Nebuďte nevedomí ohľadne jeho stratégií (2 K 2,11) Celá séria je tu: http://bjbviera.sk/serie-kazni/studium-listu-efezskym/
