It's size, It's shape and it's inhabitants. We know the bride of Christ will be there. We think that eventually includes the OT saints and the Tribulation saints. It is described as a bride adorned for her husband and the church is the only bride of Christ. Are the OT saints the church?….Not technically but they will be in heaven with the church…during the Marriage supper of the Lamb……. they are friends of the bridegroom. John 3:29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. Are the Tribulation saints the bride? Not likely because most likely the marriage supper of the Lamb occurs in heaven during the tribulation. Be we will look at what we know and use Biblical speculation on what we don't know. Eventually all redeemed with be together or at least be able to fellowship with each other. Some believe including me…..that the new Jerusalem is presented in Revelation chapter 21 and 22 is as it will be in the eternal state, not in the Millennial Kingdom. So Paul tells us that the Jerusalem is above. Galatians 4:26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. So right now there is a city of Jerusalem in heaven and that's where it will be during the tribulation when it come down OUT of heaven. Revelation 21:1 which we will see shortly. In Revelation 21, the recorded history of man is at its end. All the ages have come and gone. Christ has gathered His church in the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:15–17). The tribulation has passed (Revelation 6—18). The battle of Armageddon has been fought and won by our Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 19:17–21). Satan has been chained for the 1,000-year reign of Christ on earth (Revelation 20:1–3). A new, glorious temple has been established in Jerusalem (Ezekiel 40—48). The final rebellion against God has been quashed, and Satan has received his just punishment, an eternity in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:7–10.) The great white throne judgment has taken place, and mankind has been judged (Revelation 20:11–15). In Revelation 21:1 God does a complete make-over of heaven and earth (Isaiah 65:17; 2 Peter 3:12–13). The new heaven and new earth are what some call the eternal state and will be “where righteousness dwells.” 2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Die ersten Brandopfer von Crans-Montana wurden nun in Rehakliniken verlegt. Im Tagesgespräch erzählen Manuela Tuchschmid, Leitung Pflege, und Thomas Koller, Fachexperte muskuloskelettale Physiotherapie, von ihrer Arbeit mit den Patientinnen und Patienten in der Rehaklinik Bellikon. Aktuell befinden sich in den zwei auf Brandverletzte spezialisierten Suva Rehakliniken neun Brandopfer von Crans-Montana, acht in Sion und eine in Bellikon. Man stelle sich in den kommenden Wochen auf mehr Patientinnen und Patienten ein und sei dazu bereit, erklärt Tuchschmid. In der Reha warten langwierige Therapien auf die Patientinnen und Patienten. Die Betreuung der Opfer von Crans-Montana sei für ihn speziell, erklärt Koller, es sei ein besonderes Ereignis und emotional für alle herausfordernd. No obedecemos para ser amados, sino porque ya somos amados en Cristo Jesús.Pensemos en el día a día: Como autoridades, ya sea con hijos o subalternos, esperamos que se sigan instrucciones. Sin embargo, en un hogar saludable, la obediencia no es una imposición; es el fruto natural de una relación sana. Cuando los padres invierten vida, cuidado y dirección, los hijos responden buscando darles alegría. Ese es la mejor señal de una vida espiritual sana, Jesús lo resumió en Juan 14:23 "Respondió Jesús y le dijo: El que me ama, mi palabra guardará; y mi Padre le amará, y vendremos a él, y haremos morada con él.” Y nos dejó esta promesa: el Padre lo amará, y ambos harán de ese corazón obediente su hogar, su morada eterna.¿Cuál cristiano, qué persona que haya tenido un encuentro genuino con Dios no anhela agradar a Dios? Todos queremos conocer su voluntad y todos queremos agradarlo de muchas maneras. Pero debo decir una cosa, hay muchos grupos, hay muchas religiones donde el agradar a Dios es una agonía; donde agradar a la deidad es una agonía.Hay religiones donde las personas hacen peregrinaciones y sacrificios tremendos solo para tratar de sentir que tienen algún tipo de acceso hacia la deidad. Y ahí el cristianismo es completamente distinto, porque en el cristianismo el amor de Dios conquistó los corazones de aquellos que llamó después sus hijos, no sus siervos, sus hijos. Y en esos hijos nace, por el poder del Espíritu Santo, la obediencia. Porque Él nos amó, nosotros le amamos a Él. ¿Y cómo le amamos? Le obedecemos. Le preguntamos a Dios: ¿qué quieres de mí?, ¿qué anhelas en mi vida?, ¿cómo te puedo agradar en esta área?, ¿cómo te puedo agradar en aquella otra área?Muchos de nosotros, nos damos cuenta que la obediencia no es fácil. Muchas veces cuesta y muchas veces peleamos con nosotros mismos para hacer lo que es correcto y lo que entendemos que Dios quiere, pero Dios cifró toda la obediencia que nosotros podríamos darle como hijos en una sola persona, en el único que podía satisfacer su corazón de padre, el único que podría obedecerlo de manera perfecta: Se llama Jesucristo, Dios hombre. Nada más.Jesucristo es único, es precioso, es perfecto, es el único que tenía la capacidad de venir y obedecer a Dios de manera plena y perfecta, incluso aunque eso significara ir en contra de su comodidad y de su propia vida, porque tuvo que entregarla en una cruz para salvar a los desobedientes, que aunque quisiéramos agradar a Dios no podíamos; y Él, la ofrenda perfecta, el perfecto obediente, lo hizo por nosotros.Dios no tiene expectativas de obediencia de ninguno de nosotros, no las tiene, no podría tenerlas, porque nosotros somos seres humanos que fallan. Por eso Él cifró ese vínculo de obediencia, de amor, en su Hijo, que es el único cuando se hace carne que podría hacerlo; y luego puso a su Hijo en nosotros los que queremos obedecerle, para darnos la gracia y el poder de la obediencia. Así es que aquellos que queramos caminar con Dios en esa relación intima, necesitamos sí o sí ir a través de Jesucristo y tenerlo en el corazón y tener una relación viviente, dinámica, constante, con Jesucristo a través del poder del Espíritu Santo, porque Jesús es la clave de nuestra obediencia.A la luz de esta obediencia perfecta de Jesús, debemos mirar nuestra propia realidad. Y en la Biblia encontramos a David. David es sin duda alguna, uno de los personajes bíblicos más conocidos y más admirados:Es considerado un modelo de valentía por haberse enfrentado al famoso enemigo acérrimo del pueblo de Israel, Goliat, de nacionalidad filistea. Se calcula que David tenía apenas unos quince años cuando enfrentó al gigante.Era virtuoso en la música. Interpretaba un instrumento complejo, el arpa. Poeta, compositor, muy probablemente también tenía una voz muy melódica y cantaba, o sea, que era todo un artista. Sabemos que escribió más de setenta y cinco salmos, el libro más conocido de la Biblia y más citado. Hombre devoto a Dios, líder nato, descrito por el mismo profeta Samuel como un hombre conforme al corazón de Dios.David fue ungido por Samuel luego de que Dios descartara a Saúl por su insubordinación y su desobediencia. Pero David duró quince años para asumir el trono, huyendo de una feroz persecución que desató contra él el rey Saúl. Durante ese tiempo de persecución y de dificultad, Dios prueba a David, Dios desarrolla su liderazgo, Dios hace de la fe de David una fe profunda.Derrotó a todos los enemigos del pueblo de Israel: Antes de su caída, David fue un guerrero incansable. Su éxito no era por su estrategia, sino porque "Jehová daba la victoria a David por dondequiera que iba" (2 Samuel 8:6). La derrota de los Filisteos: No solo fue Goliat; David los sometió y les quitó el dominio de las tierras de Israel. La conquista de Jerusalén (Jebuseos): David tomó la fortaleza de Sion, un lugar que parecía inaccesible, y la convirtió en la "Ciudad de David". La victoria sobre Moab y Edom: Extendió los límites del reino, asegurando que Israel no tuviera amenazas en sus fronteras. La derrota de los Sirios (Arameos): David enfrentó grandes ejércitos de carros y caballería, estableciendo guarniciones y recibiendo tributo de naciones extranjeras. “Y reinó David sobre todo Israel; y David hacía justicia y equidad a todo su pueblo.” 2 Samuel 8:15.David asume el reino a la edad de los treinta años y gobierna por cuarenta años. David también es conocido por sus tropiezos y por sus caídas, por sus equivocaciones y pecados. El más conocido es el que tuvo cuando cometió adulterio con Betsabé. Es la más escandalosa de sus caídas y a pesar de lo vergonzoso que fue este incidente, ha quedado registrado en detalle en la Escritura, para que tomemos muchas lecciones y muchas enseñanzas para nuestras vidas.Pero esto que ocurrió con David trae grandes lecciones:Lección 1 (Somos vulnerables): Ninguno de nosotros es inmune al pecado No importa los años que tengamos en la fe, el conocimiento teológico o las victorias espirituales logradas. Todos nosotros somos vulnerables ante la tentación. Cuando esto ocurre en la vida de David, él no era un muchacho. Estaba ya consolidado en su reinado, se encontraba en un buen momento de su gobierno. David decidió quedarse en Jerusalén y delegar la guerra. Es en esas condiciones óptimas en que David cae estrepitosamente en el más infame de sus pecados. David cayó cuando estaba "ocioso" en el terrado. El contraste es que mientras su ejército estaba trabajando, él estaba descansando donde no debía. El descuido en la disciplina diaria (como la oración o leer la palabra) es el terreno donde crece la tentación. Esto habla a gran voz de nuestra vulnerabilidad espiritual. Como dice 1 Corintios 10:12: "Así que, el que piensa estar firme, mire que no caiga.”Lección 2 (Natán): Déjate confrontar, recibe la reprensión Si todos podemos caer, todos deberíamos estar dispuestos a ser confrontados. 2 – 8 febrero: “El Señor llamó Sion a su pueblo” Moisés 7 A lo largo de la historia, las personas han tratado de lograr lo que Enoc y su pueblo lograron: establecer una sociedad ideal en la que no haya pobreza ni violencia. Como pueblo de Dios, nosotros también tenemos ese deseo; lo llamamos establecer Sion, e incluye —además de cuidar de personas necesitadas y promover la paz— el hacer convenios, el vivir juntos en rectitud, y el llegar a ser uno con los demás y con Jesucristo, “el Rey de Sion” (Moisés 7:53). Si el mundo, tu comunidad o tu familia no son exactamente lo que quieres que sean, es útil preguntar: ¿Cómo lo lograron Enoc y su pueblo? ¿Cómo llegaron a ser “uno en corazón y voluntad” (Moisés 7:18) a pesar de la contención que los rodeaba? Entre los muchos detalles que Moisés 7 nos brinda sobre Sion, hay uno que podría ser particularmente valioso para los Santos de los Últimos Días: Sion no es solo una ciudad, es una condición del corazón y del espíritu. Sion, tal como lo ha enseñado el Señor, es “los puros de corazón” (Doctrina y Convenios 97:21). Por lo tanto, quizás la mejor manera de edificar Sion sea comenzar a hacerlo en nuestro propio corazón y en nuestro hogar.

Esta parte del Salmo 51 culmina en una visión profética de redención integral: el corazón perdonado, limpio de sangre y lleno de alabanza, rechaza sacrificios vacíos por el espíritu quebrantado que Dios no desdeña, abriendo las puertas a una adoración renovada que reconstruye no solo al individuo, sino a la comunidad entera —"Haz bien a Sion por tu buena voluntad; edifica los muros de Jerusalén" (v. 18)—. David, el rey caído y levantado, nos enseña que el fruto del perdón no es introspección estéril, sino efusión extrovertida: labios abiertos para proclamar, un corazón humillado que agrada al cielo y ofrendas de justicia que fluyen hacia los altares. En última instancia, este pasaje reafirma que la gracia de Dios, al borrar la culpa, siembra semillas de gozo colectivo, convirtiendo al pecador arrepentido en instrumento de bendición, donde la alabanza personal se expande en restauración eterna para su pueblo. Il revient aussi sur le sort du chef de l'opposition Cellou Dalein Diallo et sur celui des deux leaders de la société civile qui ont été enlevés à leur domicile de Conakry le 9 juillet 2024, il y a 18 mois jour pour jour. Au lendemain de l'élection de Mamadi Doumbouya à la présidence, Ousmane Gaoual Diallo répond aux questions de Christophe Boisbouvier.  RFI : Monsieur le ministre Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, dans son premier message après son élection, le président Mamadi Doumbouya promet une Guinée de paix, de justice et de prospérité partagée. Quels sont les actes concrets par lesquels il compte démarrer ce mandat ? Ousmane Gaoual Diallo : D'abord, la paix, c'est quelque chose sur lequel il travaille depuis longtemps. Et la stabilité. C'est ce qui nous a permis d'organiser deux élections importantes sans qu'il y ait heurts ni avant, ni pendant, ni après. Et ça, il faut le prolonger pour le reste du processus électoral. La prospérité partagée, ça veut dire qu'il faut que les plus de 7 % de croissance qu'on a engrangés, la notation B+, qu'on a obtenue de Standard & Poors, et aussi toutes les perspectives du Simandou [vaste site minier, NDLR] permettent aux Guinéens de vivre cette prospérité au quotidien de leur vie, dans le panier de la ménagère, avec une amélioration visible de leurs conditions de vie. Simandou, c'est le gisement de fer. Concernant les prochaines échéances électorales, qu'est-ce que vous pouvez nous dire aujourd'hui ? Il est prévu que ces élections se déroulent cette année, les législatives puis les élections communales avant le début de l'hivernage. Des élections législatives d'ici le mois de mai ?    C'est envisageable fortement. Mamadi Doumbouya a été élu haut la main avec 86 % des voix. Mais beaucoup disent que ce scrutin n'était pas crédible car les poids lourds de l'opposition n'y étaient pas parce qu'ils sont en exil. On pense bien sûr à l'ex-Premier ministre Cellou Dalein Diallo et l'ancien président Alpha Condé. Évidemment, on aurait pu le ressentir si ce qui était considéré comme les fiefs de ces partis n'avaient pas connu une participation très massive. Lorsqu'on regarde ces zones, là où il y avait un ancrage de l'UFDG [le parti de Cellou Dalein Diallo, NDLR], plus de 80 % des membres de la direction nationale de ce parti ont pris part à ce processus, soit en faveur du président Doumbouya, soit en faveur d'autres candidats comme Baldé [ l'ex-ministre Abdoulaye Yéro Baldé, NDLR]. Et ça montre quand même une adhésion au-delà des acteurs de l'opposition. Pourquoi avez-vous empêché son président, Cellou Dalein Diallo, de s'inscrire sur le fichier électoral ? Il n'a pas été empêché. En fait, on s'inscrit dans son lieu de résidence permanent. La résidence de Cellou, jusqu'à preuve du contraire, c'est à Conakry. Vous savez ce que dit Cellou Dalein Diallo : si je rentre à Conakry, je risque la prison ou le cimetière. Bon, après, c'est son narratif. Même s'il avait des choses à se reprocher, tous ceux qui sont en prison ne sont pas tués, ne sont pas morts. Il y en a auxquels on réclame des comptes. Certains d'entre eux sont en prison pour l'instant. Et puis, quand les procès vont se passer, les gens vont situer les responsabilités de chacun. Cellou, on ne lui réclame que des comptes sur une gouvernance passée. Il ne peut pas quand même prétendre que cela peut donner lieu à l'assassinat. C'est quand même trop dire. Vous dites que le scrutin du 28 décembre 2025 s'est bien passé, mais le Haut-Commissaire des Nations unies aux droits de l'homme, Volker Türk, a affirmé que « la période de campagne a été sévèrement restreinte et a été marquée par l'intimidation des acteurs de l'opposition et par des disparitions forcées ». Non, il n'y a pas eu de campagne d'intimidation de qui que ce soit. Les élections se sont déroulées dans un esprit très démocratique. En tout cas, c'est l'avis de toutes les autres organisations internationales qui étaient présentes en Guinée, qu'il s'agisse de la Cédéao, de l'Union africaine, de l'Union européenne. C'est une opinion personnelle. Celle-ci ne traduit pas la réalité qui s'est passée dans notre pays. La mission d'observation de l'Union africaine qui était à Conakry relève la nécessité « de lutter plus efficacement contre le phénomène des enlèvements et des disparitions de personnes ». Oui, mais ceci n'est pas intervenu pendant la période électorale. C'est un phénomène qui se passe dans notre pays et qui est inquiétant. C'est ce qui a amené la justice à ouvrir des enquêtes et à se doter des moyens d'aller plus loin pour que ces questions qui ternissent l'image de notre pays puissent changer. Que pouvez-vous annoncer aujourd'hui sur le cas des disparitions les plus connues, celles des deux leaders de la société civile, Foniké Menguè et Mamadou Billo Bah ? Ce qui est clair, c'est que la justice est sur ce dossier. Il est préférable de laisser leurs avocats avec les dernières informations qu'ils peuvent avoir parce qu'ils ont accès aux dossiers et peuvent informer l'opinion sur ce sujet. Il faut écouter aussi le procureur général. Le porte-parole du gouvernement n'a pas connaissance des dernières nouvelles. Voilà plus d'un an, Monsieur le ministre, que l'opposant Aliou Bah du Mouvement démocratique libéral est en prison pour offense et diffamation envers le chef de l'État. Est-ce qu'avec le retour à l'ordre constitutionnel, une mesure de clémence est à envisager ? J'espère qu'il y aura une clémence. C'est un jeune acteur politique. Nous souhaitons que le président de la République soit clément et qu'un geste soit fait à son endroit parce que pour lui, au moins, le procès est passé, le jugement a été acté et ce serait quelque chose de formidable pour nous que le président puisse accéder et faire un geste de clémence dans ce sens. The prophecies of Zechariah are among the most difficult in the Bible. It’s not only that Zechariah is so rich in imagery and symbols; it’s a strange mixture of the past and the future—an odd mixture of events in history, of people, personages, places, things that happened…and of things that never happened then, but are going to happen before man’s age is finished.There’s absolutely no doubt that some of Zechariah has been fulfilled in history. It is just as certain that much of it is prophetic; and I was debating with myself as to whether more of it is future or whether more of it is past, and I think I have come down on the side of more of it is future. Some of it is prophetic to the coming of the Messiah. Some of it looks all the way to the Millennium. And right in the middle of this difficult prophecy is a prophecy of a great king to come. But, oddly, it is not what we would expect to hear about a great king. He says,Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, your King comes to you: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on an ass, and on a colt the foal of an ass.Zechariah 9:9This is not what one would expect. A king, you would think, would ride into town on a chariot. A king would ride in on a chariot with someone holding a laurel over his head and with crowds of people praising him. Or maybe he would come in on a horse; but of course, in the Bible, horses and chariots are the cavalry—they are instruments of war. They are the tanks and the Bradley Fighting Vehicles of that age. They are war-making instruments.And the Hebrew word for lowly [ani, עָנִי, Strong’s h6041] means, basically, poor, needy, and in depressed circumstances. Not exactly the sort of thing you would ever think would in any way represent a king. Here is the Messiah, here is the Savior, here is the one who is coming to save his people.[…] when they drew near to Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, to the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, saying to them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway you shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them to me. And if any man say ought to you, you shall say, The Lord has need of them; and straightway he will send them. All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, Tell you the daughter of Sion, Behold, your King comes to you, meek, and sitting on an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.Matthew 21:1–5Right in the middle of Zechariah, this prophecy is found; and Jesus fulfills this prophecy in his (if you want to call it) triumphal entry into Jerusalem, where the people who are praising him are children, and the things that they’re laying out in front of him on the road as he goes through are palm fronds.And so, what does all this mean? Why is it that the king, when he comes, why is it that the Messiah, when he comes, is coming lowly? And I can’t imagine, frankly, how the first readers took Zechariah. For indeed, the expectations of a messiah were there, but the expectations generally were of a restoration of the Kingdom of Israel. The restoration was, We’re going to throw the Romans out. We’ll do what the Maccabees failed to do; we will actually succeed in establishing once again the Kingdom of Israel. What did they think when they read Zechariah? And your king is going to be just, and he’ll have salvation, and he’ll ride into town lowly—riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. All of this must’ve seemed very, very strange to people long ago. I think it even seemed strange to Jesus’ own disciples when he did it.But this was prophesied long before this by Isaiah. And Isaiah is another prophet whose work is convoluted, and kind of confusing in a way, and a little hard to follow. It’s a strange admixture of history and prophecy, of the past and of the future.
