The Inlightin podcast, hosted by Stevie, has been an absolute game-changer for me. I first discovered her through TikTok, and from the very first video I watched, it felt as though she was speaking directly to my soul. Her words have resonated with me like no one else ever has. So naturally, I had high expectations when I started listening to her podcast on Spotify, and let me tell you, Stevie did not disappoint.
One of the best aspects of The Inlightin podcast is how connected it is to what I am going through at any given time. It's almost eerie how every episode seems to address exactly what I need to hear in that moment. Whether it's battling anxiety or struggling with postpartum depression, Stevie's words provide immense comfort and guidance. Her ability to tackle a variety of interconnected topics and offer genuine knowledge and insight is truly impressive. Through her encouragement and support, I have embarked on a health journey that has completely transformed my life.
Being able to acquire new coping strategies for those moments when I feel "stuck" in my own head has been invaluable. Stevie shares practical advice and techniques that have helped me navigate through difficult emotions and find clarity in times of confusion. Additionally, her emphasis on holistic healing has made all the difference in my physical well-being as well. By prioritizing the healing of my mind and soul, I have experienced significant improvements in both my mental state and overall health. In fact, thanks to implementing her teachings, I managed to lose 10lbs just in the past month alone.
While The Inlightin podcast has undoubtedly been a blessing for me personally, there aren't many negative aspects to highlight. However, if there were one minor drawback worth mentioning, it would be that sometimes the episodes can feel slightly repetitive in terms of content. While this isn't necessarily a major issue since repetition can reinforce important concepts, some listeners might prefer more variety in the topics covered.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend The Inlightin podcast to anyone seeking inspiration, healing, and personal growth. Stevie's ability to connect with her audience on such a deep level is truly remarkable. Her genuine desire to help people heal shines through every episode, and she has become a guiding light in this world. From struggling with weight and anxiety to overcoming an eating disorder, Stevie has had an immense impact on my life. The Underworld, realm of shadow and subconscious, is where we go to reclaim our authetic selves. Today, I share some of my journey with the intention to encourage and support your own journey to self reclaimation and empowerment. Creativity is your core essence. Your body is a creative instrument. Today, we talk about how to Invite more creativity into your life. And, we get real: once you are willing to experience and embody your creative energy, you will grow and outgrow situations, people, and experiences. The funny thing about this life is we don't have a guarantee about how long someone will be in our life, how long a situation will one in our life. The more we outgrow things the more we allow ourselves to notice that pattern that will probably keep happening, the more valuable the present becomes. The more valuable each conversation becomes. What does this have to do with creativity? Creativity is in essence the ability to channel through life force, which requires you to be present, to be clarified. When we interact with other people, maybe we outgrow people, a lot of density, and gunk, feelings and thoughts go unexpressed, tend to come up within us. And if we don't talk about it within ourselves, if we don't suss through it, and eventually release it, then that stuff blocks up our creativity. Then thing that pulls me away from my writing tends to be thoughts about things unsaid, things I can't control, people and situations, intrusive thoughts that come up, and up, and up. In order to unlock your true potential, to carry and pull through your creative energy, you've got to realize how magnificent you are— and, you have to actually treat yourself that way. This is a call, an invitation, that your next level of life lies just beyond the threshold. And that threshold is a question: how much can you love yourself? How much can you give to yourself? If you're gonna pull through more creative energy, you're gonna need a way to ground it. Recently I've realized: I value grounding my dreams. I don't want to just be a dreamer. I want to be a dreamer who realizes her dreams. That requires a lot more grounding. You're being given these visions, you're being sparked to create, not just it can live inside you're mind. "If you can only love your body if you're a size 4, is that really love + acceptance?" This is what God has prompted me to reflect on this last 21 months postpartum. I had thought I was healed; but I just had satisfied the part of me, the Bully, who was afraid I wouldn't be loved if I was overweight. In this first episode of 2023, I share a channeled message from my soul + guides: a personal message I recieved upon waking with inflammation in my left eye. Seeking clarity about this, I asked questions of my soul and recieved the following message. Before the channel, I explain my guides and how I channel. After I share the written message conversation, I curiously explore the message, which sparks energy to move. I am brutally honest about my struggles, weaknesses as a mother: overwhelm, hypersensitivity, playing the victim, numbing on my phone. I am sharing this all today with hope that it will show the multidimesionality of the human experience, the complexities we hold, and the truth we have access to-- should we remember to ask. My guides talk a lot about hope. "Have Hope," they say. We'll look at that word-- and the deeper etomological meanings, too. I've shared how to start channeling your soul/guides your self-- I invite you to listen to that episode here. "Jealousy is always a mask for fear." - Julia Cameron When we look at + listen to that fear, we can divine valueable information for our own hero's journey. FOMO(Fear of missing out ) and jealousy may be common experiences, but are often left unexamined. Today, we examine them together through journal prompts, excavation of deep childhood conditioning and trauma, that may have been limiting us through fear. By the end of the episode, you'll have gone deeper within your self, and have a tool to alchemize and wield the powerhouse energy inside of jealousy. Fatigue has many faces. Every person embodies fatigue differently, sometimes even wearing variations during each season of life. It's no wonder it can be so difficult to identify fatigue in its early stages, and why it's so common for fatigue to grow into full flown burnout. What is triggering and keeping you in your Sympathetic Nervous System. We touch on Hormonal imbalance, and the role of birth control in this dsyregulation. 2)My Better than Coffee Morning Routine: Starts with my night time routine, wash your face, brush your teeth, Talk it out with your self: Journal, gratitude, and voice memos. 3) Honor your self: Breathe more; do less. Don't create from exhaust, stop mentally abusing your self for not being able to do more than you did, you did the best you could— people pleasing + burnout are intrinsically linked —and take a nap. 4) Audit your priorities and values: let go of what you're carrying from past seasons. 5) Living seasonally: What might it look like to honor your bodies rhythms more? Let's drop in deep today and set an intention to reveal the illusions we've been agreeing to that keep us from being who we came here to be. Soul, I Am calling in and receiving revelation of the distractions and illusions that have been in my body, mind, energy field, and life that were keeping me from fully emboding my power and my Soul's purpose. External Environment (an audit) Your primary room (bedroom/sleep chamber) Your home 4-5 places you spend the most time outside the home (work, gym, grocery store, target, a friends . . .) What pulls your focus? Why? Why, really? External Signals (all about frequency— no judgement here, just be honest about the frequency) Social Media News + media Screentime Television Friends + family (audit your relationship with top 10 people you interact with— what signal are you receiving from them How are you placing your focus + energy externally instead of internally? In honor of this being the 77th episode, and me being the virgo I am, I looked up the spiritual meaning of 7: signifying Inner wisdom, self awareness, intuition, and mysticism. As we discussed in episode 75, as we unlock Soul, we unlock our intuition. So, what exactly is intuition? “the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.” “a thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning” We spend a lot of time on this episode bringing in the light-- your energy Soul being. But, we are also physical mental beings and that is the gift of being a Human being. We have this technology we animate and live through— which is a tool for us to learn to wield, master love. LOVE IS THE KEY FREQUENCY. Intuition is all about frequency— so today is all about getting into the frequency of your heart— your Soul. THE KEYSTONES: Regulating the nervous System. Welcome, Soul! These 5 steps will become old friend along your alchemical journey. Today, we are reemerging ourselves in the #1 sneaky way my Ego was keeping my Soul at arms length: people pleasing. People pleasing is Soul Abandonment. How so? Every time you people please you are in Ego, and you are choosing to distort your soul's frequency in the attempt to control what other people think of you. In other words, people pleasing muzzles Soul in service to Ego. In the first part of the people pleasing series we talk about the first step: becoming aware you have been and are people pleasing, being the nice or good girl/guy. If you haven't listened to that episode, I invite you to tune in as today, we are diving even deeper. Here's a beautiful truth: It is never too late to come home to who you truly are, Soul. Once you do, your integration process begins. What is integration? Integral, which means whole. So, quite literally, this is the process of becoming whole. I'll be sharing my experience today, but please note, yours might look wildly different. Still, if you are here, I suspect it could look remarkably familiar, especially if done so consciously.
