News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on Choosing Love Instead of BEing Right. The insightful conversation with Tom Campbell on "Choosing Love Instead of Being Right," couldn't be more relevant in our current global landscape. It's a powerful reflection on how the very tools designed to connect us—the internet and social media—have inadvertently become catalysts for division and fear. We find ourselves in a deeply fractured world. We are struggling to find common ground, largely because of our ingrained human need to be right. This discussion eloquently highlights the overwhelming challenge of navigating a 24/7 news cycle, where the line between fact and fiction is blurred by a constant influx of information, exacerbated by AI's ability to make fabricated narratives appear authentic. The struggle for peace and unity is intensified as we retreat into echo chambers. It has been reinforced by algorithms that feed us content aligning with our existing beliefs. Tom Campbell's assertion that we've created a "perfect storm" resonates deeply; never before have we experienced such pervasive division coupled with immediate access to a torrent of information. Social media, in particular, thrives on engagement, often prioritizing sensationalism—even hate speech. Which has an over genuine connection, creating a fertile ground for conflict rather than understanding. The addition of materialism to this equation is a crucial point, as it fuels a possessive mindset that reinforces the ego's need to defend "what's theirs" . As well as, consequently, to be right. Yet, as the podcast beautifully conveys, true growth and the evolution of consciousness aren't about being right; they are about embracing kindness, love, and acceptance, with an unwavering focus on peace and unity. Relationships, especially real-world interactions, are presented as the true crucible for this growth, fostering balance and positivity in a way that often eludes the superficiality of online interactions. The hopeful message is clear: this era of separation can conclude if we consciously choose love over the relentless need to be right. The only real change we can enact begins within ourselves. By understanding our fears, making a deliberate choice for kindness and positivity. We can learn to listen without the need to justify our own beliefs. We open ourselves to a profound shift—a lowering of personal entropy that allows us to truly be love. This podcast truly gets to the heart of what matters, offering a compassionate pathway towards healing our divided world. We're getting to the Heart of What Matter!
News for the Heart talks with Tracy McBurney on How we suddenly became disengaged. This podcast episode delves into the intricate connections between personal beliefs, past experiences, and external influences. Particularly focusing on the concepts of "divine role hijacking" and "secret interference." Tracy shares her journey of uncovering a deeply ingrained belief system. She realized its connection to a secret government interference learned about at Dr. Karen Kan's Light Medicine Academy. This interference, she explains, had seemingly locked into her belief system from past experiences. A pivotal moment in her healing involved forgiving her mother. While gaining a deeper understanding, which triggered a significant shift in her perspective. Tracy also recounts her own experience of being "hijacked" by this interference in 2021.The conversation then extended to my experiences. We explored how specific beliefs became anchored in my past. We traced back to my time in the womb and another following my adoption at 5.5 months. The intertwining of these beliefs with my birth and adopted mother's struggles highlighted the intergenerational transmission of emotional burdens.Furthermore, Tracy and I examine the dynamics of heart protection in relationships. By noting how outsourcing this protection can lead to misinterpretations and a lack of genuine connection. Tracy considers the possibility of external entities or extraterrestrial involvement in this process and emphasize the importance of forgiveness for past relinquishments of heart protection. Finally, we addressed the release of entities and energies from their services, empowering us with the choice to help the departed. A thought-provoking point is raised regarding potential government interference manipulating people's passions and contributing to disengagement from their careers. The conversation underscores the need for compassion and a deeper understanding of these complex issues. We're getting to the Heart of What Matters!

Welcome to News for the Heart, where I, Laurie Huston, explore transformative insights and conversations to inspire and uplift. Today, Tracy McBurney and I have an enlightening discussion on the Light of the Heart. A journey into heart-centered healing, the evolving role of the ego, and the conscious path forward in these times of change.Tracy begins by sharing her recent experience attending a profound conference with Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton. Inspired by their teachings, she discovered the significance of choosing to connect with the light within our hearts. This choice, she says, invites a transformative energy that can guide us toward deeper peace and wholeness. We dive into a beautiful HeartMath.org breathing and gratitude exercise that Tracy learned through Gregg Braden and the HeartMath Institute. The technique emphasizes breathing with a slightly longer out-breath than in-breath. Gregg used the wording "My Heart" to explore a conversation. During this practice, Tracy felt her heart “speak,” asking her to step aside and allow it to lead. This realization sparked a powerful flow of energy and a moment of knowing that our heart truly understands how to heal and care for us. As our conversation unfolds, we examine the role of the ego in relation to the divine self. Tracy describes the ego's potential to operate as a divine channel when in its highest form. We discuss how upgrading the ego can enable it to become a bridge to our divine nature. I wholeheartedly agree that the heart—not the ego—should lead the way. Tracy shares the importance of nurturing an ego that's in conversation with the divine self, bringing about true healing and a sense of wholeness. From here, we talk about a process Tracy has developed for inviting the heart to welcome one's own divinity. A simple invitation, allows the heart to integrate divinity into every part of our being. It helps us triumph over inner conflicts and bringing peace to the heart. By reconnecting to our innate divinity, we foster a sense of harmony that can ripple through every aspect of our lives. Toward the end of our conversation, Tracy expresses gratitude for the collective challenges humanity has endured, seeing them as necessary steps toward a new path of consciousness. This new path, she believes, is one free from fear, paranoia, victimization, and negative thinking. It's a path that many of us, even unconsciously, have chosen as a way forward. Tracy shares her hope that we're moving toward enlightenment together—a new earth timeline where we can evolve and grow. I affirm that this path, chosen from the heart, is about unity and compassion, and together, we explore the idea that perhaps, on some level, we're all already choosing to move forward. Thank you for joining us. I hope Tracy's insights help you find your own light of the heart and inspire you to embrace a path of healing, love, and new possibilities. Stay tuned for more episodes where we dive deeper into the heart and explore our incredible potential. We are getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Laurie shared her journey of realizing her fantasies about a relationship and how it helped her grow. Jean shared her own experiences of living in a fantasy world and her recent mystical experience with Rumi in Turkey.Part of the Problem with Fantasies in Relationships are a result of media's influence on creating and enhancing the fantasy. Instead we feel guilt and shame that it is our fault that we haven't attracted the 'right' relationship. We further discussed the nature of love and relationships, emphasizing the importance of alignment and acceptance. Jean and I agreed that relationships are meant to teach us lessons and grow us, and that forcing a square peg into a round hole never works.Embracing Authenticity and Heart-Centered Connections. Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Love Dwells within me, As Me. Tracy and I began discussing events that occurred around losing her purse and a new Bill C293 that had her/us in judgement. Knowing that judgement means we aren't 'clear'. We explored a prayer she was encouraged to read and the prayer after until she found the words that transformed our energy. The words were 'Love dwells within me - As Me. Source exists within us as us. Love is our guidance. We both love Ho'oponopono, to assist us to release judgement. Using the words - "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.” This powerful practice helps us take responsibility for what shows up in our lives. It helps us acknowledge we are all one and what happens around us is a reflection of what we are responsible for. If I'm angry, then I'm in judgement and I see what is happening as separate from me. So, do I want to continue BEing in anger? We then discussed her new process - Particle Medicine. It was revealed while helping a client. Exploring "particle medicine", which emphasizes healing immediately through increasing particles like love, trust, faith, courage, and gratitude in the body. Tracy discussed the concept of containers within the body that hold particles contributing to physical and emotional well-being. She suggested that traumatic experiences can damage these containers, causing a loss of hope, but they can be repaired through love and divine intervention. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Beautiful Ascension for the Solar Eclipse. Tracy began this show by discussing how Powerful the April 8th Solar Eclipse was and how she managed to find a clear sky to observe the 100% total Eclipse. We discussed the fact that this eclipse mostly impacted where Mars is in your birth chart. The eclipse occurred in Aries and the ruling planet is Mars. If you need to check out your birth chart, Astro.com has the best free chart drawings. You should know where you were born, and if possible the exact time of your birth. If you don't you can use midnight or noon. The only thing that may vary is your Ascendant and your moon house. This Eclipse is very powerful as it has the power to impact our Ascension process. It will impact where Mars and also Aries lies in your birth chart. Over the next 10 days and in the next 6 months (as Eclipse's energy stays with us until the next Eclipse.) we can use this energy to let go of the fears within this area and evolve our consciousness.Tracy likes to share what happens in her World. This month she had the opportunity to examine how our mind consciousness creates defense mechanisms, control mechanisms and protection mechanisms when we have had trauma. This led us to reviewing how Gregg Braden has a fractal pattern calculator for us to look at the first date we took in a pattern that our mind created to defend, control or protect itself, regardless of where the issue came from. The one thing that seemed to be the most powerful tool is to ask our Authentic Higher Self to just Hold us. It will lead to healing, but sometimes we need to sit in the trigger, for me it was not listening. To observe it, own it (because we like to blame everyone else for our triggers, fear, pain) and then surrender it. By doing this we have the opportunity to take back our control that our mind constructed to protect us.Lastly, a reminder that if you are feeling out of sorts and worry you are sick, that your immune system may be perfectly fine. The Ascension process has a detoxification effect on our bodies. So BE gentle. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on All You Need is LOVE. We began by discussing that the world is still going through growing pains. Bullying and Victimhood is trending. I wanted to address this because of a comment a friend reminded me that Everyone, even the Bully, at their core, wants to be LOVED and LOVE.Both victim and bully are people who are experiencing a low entropy. They are, just like the seeker, looking for Love and to BE Loved. The spectrum is Fear or Love. The Problem is that we are still repeating the patterns of our parents and their parents before them. We continue to reinforce the pattern with our own children. We are overwhelmed, tired, self-centered and doing the best we can do, in a world that is full of fear. Our parents didn't intend to repeat and lay their fears onto us. However, change has to begin with how we raise our children. Yet, to Lead by Example is the most successful way to achieve Healing the World. We can't change anyone else. We must be conscious of our fears. It is time that we see our responsibility. Examine our definitions that we believed about Love. The Behaviors that We Learned. Examine the beliefs we continue to hold due to our experiences. The Stories we tell ourselves, that We aren't Loveable. Our time is coming where we refuse to look at the symptoms of our fears. The problem isn't in the symptoms but in the core fears we hold. We have low quality entropy where love has become need not Love. Time to look at our Capacity to Love. The more fear we hold, the less capacity we have to Love. All We Need is Love. A brilliant song written in 1967 and more relevant now then in the time of Free Love. We are leading with our Heart and choosing to Grow Up. Another Powerful discussion with Tom Campbell! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Creating the Amazing Life YOU Want. Tracy began this show by sharing a quote that impacted her and her business. “If you don't make the time to work on creating the life you want, you're eventually going to be forced to spend a LOT of time dealing with a life you don't want.” ― Kevin Ngo, from Let's Do This! From this quote we discussed that we need to have a 'future Self Identity'.Tracy likes to share what happens in her World. This client offered up a HUGE Gift in revealing that while in the womb he sent away his Dream Purpose as his mother was detoxifying from a cigarette dependance. He was also feeling the effects of this toxicity within him as he developed in her womb. Because of this he didn't want to be born. Because of this he sent out his Dreams somewhere else. He couldn't BE who he was destined to BE.We believe that a lot of people send away their Dreams of the Life they Want because of trauma in the womb. Tracy shared her journey with the birth of her son. He was stuck sideways and couldn't move and no one else could move him. She had to have a cesarean birth. She decided that she had to save her son, even if she had to leave to do it. Tracy wanted him to have his Dreams even if she couldn't.If we don't make time to bring back what we sent away to be returned and realigned, we will be creating a life that is different from our Dreams. We will be stuck in the old way of thinking. We sent our Dream away because it was so sacred. It was sent away to be protected. It was so important that we gave our life's mission away. And NOW we can BE open to taking it back. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

We began by discussing the difference between Letting Go and Giving Up, and from Powerless and Overwhelmed. The danger of Giving Up is that it leads to depression. This is a difficult energy to emerge from as it feels so overwhelming and you feel powerless to make changes.Depression is all consuming and it prohibits us from Growing Up. We are to learn to Let GO. If we feel depressed and overwhelmed we are stuck and not moving forward. We all need to feel a purpose that we can fulfill. Tom offered many examples that are relevant to what we feel overwhelmed about in relationships. Like picking up after ourselves, doing the dishes, as these are relatable references for where we are in our consciousness and our growth. If we hold onto specifics in our relationships, whether at home or at work, we are feeling powerless or overwhelmed.Once we can truly accept where we are and make efforts to fix ourselves instead of another, we are on the journey to Grow Up. However, if we just act like we are doing the dishes or picking up after someone and still hold anger, then we aren't truly letting go.The most important part of this is that we all work on ourselves to Let Go of our fears. If we have no fears, then everything else that happens doesn't impact our well-being. We are leading with our Heart and choosing to Grow Up.Another Powerful discussion with Tom Campbell! Laurie Huston from News of the Heart talks with Tracy McBurney on the Exciting Learning Button to JOY! Tracy began this discussion with something she learned about how we all have a Learning Button. She shared she discovered this while with her brother who were both helping her mom with her garage door. Tracy felt it was the battery, and her brother went through a whole process re-formatting the garage system with pressing buttons and saying to himself 'learn'. This prompted an 'aha' moment about how we all have a Learning Button. We aren't consciously aware of this Learning Button. However, we can take advantage now that we have conscious understanding. We can make a request to our Self, Universe or whomever you want to invoke our Learning Button in whatever area we require. Tracy discussed how if we only knew during school, we could have understood our classes better. We then moved to what I was having challenges with that activating my Learning Button might help with. For me it is my challenge with trusting my own intuition when I have something happening that is important to me. My example was about my health. After discovering I had H Pylori, I tried to use intuition to figure out what I needed to treat it. What we discovered was because it was in my small intestines, it is related to JOY. This was a wonderful healing experience. Full of information to assist you to work towards Whole Health.Another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Opportunities for Loving Communication. This is Love Month at Intuitive Soul and Tom and I gave another Incredible discussion on LOVE.This year we opened up about how difficult Communication is in Relationships. All Relationships! The reason being that it is through relationships that we grow. No relationship is 100% easy all the time. In fact the more deep the relationship the more difficult it is to discuss our feelings due to fear.In LOVE we feel vulnerable, our definition of vulnerability is a fear. (Personally, I believe to BE Vulnerable is a strength as I have a different definition.) People don't want to argue or have someone else tell them they are wrong or need fixing. The strategy for most people is to deal with fear, If I don't play the game, I can't lose. Where in reality is if they don't play they will always lose.Unfortunately, most people are self-centered. Therefore the truth means they are wrong, and need to change. No one wants to hear this. So they go about their relationships distracting themselves and that eventually creates very poor communication. Also, the way men relate to others is different from how women relate. Men are not taught to deal with their emotions like women. The answer lies in Compassion and Acceptance. We all want to BE heard and understood. Find your way to offer Loving Communication through Compassion, Caring and Acceptance. Another Powerful discussion with Tom Campbell! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Lori Wilson on her New Year Message 2024 with Grandmother. The message is Reigning Peace.Lori shared who Grandmother is, an entity she knew that she now channels. She discussed the Message Reigning Peace is about the Silent Child, the Orphaned Child and how to align our child to 'Reign Peace' in our lives. We then showed the differences between her major work, channeling, Medical Intuition and Business Intuition. I offered to be the guinea pig, which was a Blessing for me. Beginning with a Channeled message from Grandmother about where my career is going. Grandmother suggested that I have been trying to create Community and this year it may happen in a BIG way. We then went to my body for Medical Intuition and although I asked about my hormones, the first place we went was my digestion and then my hormones.Lastly, we went to Business Intuition and I asked about the group of 7 MBA students that are beginning for a semester next week. She said 2 of the 7 will understand me and what I want and the rest will do research. If you ever want to know the differences between how we Intuit information, this is an excellent show. Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney about Beautiful Emotional Eating. 2024 is a New Year and we began this year with a show on Emotional Eating through an older book from Doreen Virtue in 1995. The book was called Constant Craving. A book Tracy taught to her students and got back into circulation. Tracy shared an important experience she had with her husband. He was asking her why she was always choosing M&M's for movie night. When she stopped and asked, she went to the back of the book that has a list of common foods and what it represents. M&M's were about a hunger and anger for romantic love over her other love of her work. She was frustrated that she wasn't spending quality romance with her husband due to her responsibilities with her work. Many foods represent areas we have fears around and our digestion is challenged. We discussed how we need our Brain to be a receiver, not just judgment mode. Tracy shared how we need to balance our brains. The left brain is overly used compared to the right brain which is intuitive and creative. This book isn't in e-book form but can be bought in paper back through Amazon. However, if you can get quiet and connect to your right brain, you may receive the answer about your choices. The key here is to NOT judge yourself, as that is indicative of emotional eating. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Creating New Years Intentions. We like to discuss Intentions over Resolutions. This Year Tom added some great insight into what Intentions are. One of the biggest things is that You Care. If you don't care about the people of your Intentions or What you want to change about Yourself, it becomes much more difficult.Thinking about your Intentions once won't manifest what you want. You need to play with your Intentions several times a day. BE the Intention rather than doing behavior modification.Willpower alone isn't enough. If you haven't discovered the fears that are prohibiting what your Intentions are, then you are working against your Ego. And it isn't helping you Grow Up.Sometimes it also is about shifting your Perspective. Often we see things as an obligation, and miss the Opportunity to experience the Meditative qualities or the Love that is the reason you want to change. Instead of manipulating others and even ourselves.Let your New Year's Intentions come from your Heart. Another Powerful discussion with Tom Campbell! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Christmas Spirit. Tom and I have done a show on Christmas Spirit or Magic almost every December. This year, I guess how I shared my experience prior to the show, Tom really felt the energy I have always EnJOYed every year and often every day. We are able to connect with this Beautiful Energy whenever we want. Just Close your Eyes, Take a Breathe and Connect in with the Christmas Spirit or Magic. It always brings me such JOY and Warmth within.I even have a tea that is called Santa's Secret that to me is like a cup of Magic. It reminds me to slow down and connect to all that is Love in this world. Tom told us about some Magic he had, being invited to Costa Rica for an all weeks paid trip for an hour a day to teach on Consciousness. However, while away his house almost burnt down, and that is the reason his voice is a little rough this month. He came back to a lot of dust. Connect with the Spirit of Christmas, the Positivity and Possibilities of the JOY of Giving. Connect to the Feeling of a Warm Blanket of LOVE. EnJOY your Holiday Season! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney about Changing the Coding of LOVE. Tracy and I began this show discussing the 11/11 Portal that she became aware of through a post on Facebook by Dale Osadchuk (an Astrologer). The Portal was discussing what we are Choosing to Let Go of. This then morphed into what Coding or Programming that we are holding onto. The Coding that we are unaware we are holding onto. The Coding or Programming that keeps us going back into our Story that we tell ourselves that is based from prior life times. The energy that existed with this Coding was the Best it could be at the time, but NOW we are more Evolved and Our Best can BEcome Better. We can Elevate our thoughts our Coding to Divine ReCoding. Through Intention and Awareness. We shared some examples, for me it is my favorite Tea. It is Magic in the Box. It reminds me of Christmas Magic. And the Question becomes What else does the Soul want? Where else can I create that Magic in my life. Let's Change the Coding of LOVE. Instead of protecting it and controlling it, by hording or hiding and not enjoying it, we can Choose to Change the Coding. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Making Powerful Choices. This is Choices month for News for the Soul and IntuitiveSoul. We had our show on Halloween and everything is about Choices. During every moment we make choices. Even the ones we don't always feel like Choices. We discussed that our Choices are important in our Growing Up. The Choices we make that are made from Love instead of fear is the work we are here to do. What we need to do is Change our Story, and our Choices will change.Being Authentic is a Choice and sometimes it shows us where we are in our journey. Those who are empty often choose drugs or alcohol to fill in the emptiness within their heart. We discussed how often we are teaching that appearance is more important than truth. That it is okay to lie, cheat or steal as long as you don't get caught. This shows whether you are Growing Up or De-evolving.However, when we find significance in the little things and are helping others and caring for others, then we can be truly Authentic and have a Positive Attitude towards all the little things that can make a difference. Change the way you look at things, Change your Perspective. Then they become opportunities to BE Helpful.Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Jean Adrienne on The Powerful Choices we Make. We began this show discussing the incredible journey that Jean has been on the for past year and a half. From the uncovering of cancer to Thriving through her Journey. Jean discusses the Choices she has made. Did she really choose this? Yes, and although it brought her to her knees, what she has gained is so much more! We all make choices every moment of our lives. Can we be Conscious enough to make a positive choice? Or do we continue on the path of BEing unconscious. We Choose to BE Conscious. Jean shared a Powerful Journey to Paris. How her hair defined her until she didn't have it. And Much More. We ended with 2 Beautiful Healings. The first with her DNA cards and the last with her Inner Speak cards. Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney where we began this show with Grief due to her puppy passing. This was a show that discussed a series of different thoughts as we went through the interview. We went from Grief to Joy, Barbie Movie, Responsibility and BEing versus Doing to Grateful that we are always BEing Revealed to ourselves. We discussed how we want to Find our Joy and what that might lead to. As our world is changing, we all are contemplating what else or what to shift to. And whether we make the change from a BEing place or Doing. This brought up the Secret Movie as well as whether we come from a feeling versus just getting something by doing something. Doing may not bring you to a place of Joy but more of what we had. We ended this with Being Grateful for the fact that we are always Being Revealed to ourselves. This means we are This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Just BE LOVE!This was a quote that Tom offered in a discussion and Donna Aveni shared with their community. I LOVE anything that Tom shares on LOVE. So, as we came back for the next season, I thought this would be an excellent topic to discuss. Just BE Love is a wonderful way to stay positive. However, it isn't as easy as it sounds. We still have to Let Go of our Fears. And we need to acknowledge them before we can Let Go of them. Often BEing Helpful is a way. Sometimes BEing Helpful is what our definition of Helpful means. Not everyone wants our Help. Sometimes we just need someone to actively Listen to us. We shared some stories and reviewed thoughts around different areas that we want to Let Go of and Grow Up. I mentioned how aging is something that can be full of fear and discussed areas to Let Go of as well. Without Judgement we know we struggle with our confidence and when it comes to aging, some people would rather fix the outside. The Best way is to Just BE LOVE. Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on The Source of all Life. News for the Heart is back for the Season and my 1st show back was with Tracy. We shared her Prayer/Intention that I borrowed from her years ago and she borrowed before that. "From the Spark of Pure Love and Light that resides within me, I connect with (The) Source (of All Life)", and give Thanks. Recently, Tracy added in The Source of All Life when she began her ritual. Prior it was Source. Tracy refers to it as an Operational Template and it is Amazingly Heart Opening and Expansive. She believes it connected her with her Dan Tien (what is loosely translated as "elixir field", "sea of qi", or simply "energy center") from Traditional Chinese Medicine. We shared again how Ego is Wholeness and NOT something to be feared. And how we must have a Willingness to Surrender while examining our blocks and fears. This was a Great show to come back for the Season. Another powerful show. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on the Consciousness of FUN! This is the last show till fall and I decided it would be FUN to discuss how to raise our Consciousness through having FUN! FUN right?!We shared many ideas to shift our focus, as often Spirituality is so serious. Tom shared that the 'seriousness' of Consciousness is because we hold fear. Ah the bane of our existence, literally. Fear!As we shift our fears, as we face our fears, we open ourselves to BE Happier and have more FUN. Things that weren't fun, like when I began walking, became FUN as I continued on my walking journey. Sometimes we have to push ourselves to allow the JOY in.Tom's Park was also a discussion as the exercises and different areas in Tom's Park (his book) opens our Intuition and bypasses our Mind. Our Imagination is easier to get our Intuition than regular meditation. The last part of our discussion was how our day-dreams and night dreams help us see our authentic self. We are always available to Evolve our Consciousness and often we can see who we are through our day-dreams.Let's have FUN this summer and Grow up at the same time. Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Author, Mark Borax on his latest book: The Ruby Heart of the Dragon. We had a fun filled hour of discussing the 4 years plus journey Mark took to Deconstruct and then Reconstruct the Sun Signs. His unique perspective on the Sun Signs and The Dragon Head and Dragon Tail, is a beautiful Metaphor for our Challenging Times. We discussed all the Unique differences, North Nodes and South Nodes. The Ruby Heart is our Sun Sign. The Dragon's Head is our North Node and the Dragon's Tail is our South Node. One of Mark's themes is about Sexuality, an important piece for our growth in consciousness. This hour was filled with wonderful discussions on his book and what is happening in our World. Mark has a lot of upcoming events and future courses. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney about Imagination to FUN. We started this show with my frustration with children still wearing masks and feeling I guess like this isn't ever going to end.Quickly we saw this as feeding the “story” with my negative imagination. Because how could I know the truth? I only know what I feel through a story I told myself. This brought our discussion to understanding that we have a choice. See the Positive and the Light, ask for clarity or create a positive scenario that could be why this family is still wearing masks. Or continue to add to my distressed Ego that feels the Fear of a negative story and imagination. We make choices all the time and we often forget that a positive imagination creates our Dreams. Negative imagination fuels our Fear. We shared some Decrees around finances that feel light and supportive. We are in charge of our Divine Imagination. It is administered by our Divine Self and in alignment with a Higher Imagination. I am choosing my Imagination to FLOW and BE Open. We ended with a discussion on having more FUN and I came up with a Decree about Having more FUN, Why Not!?This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Judgment to Love. We discussed the unfortunate incident regarding the Dalai Lama and “Blow on my Face” or “Suck on my Tongue”. This incident is very controversial and many people have differing opinions ranging from anger to love. Tom brought up the three factors he believes were the issue. The first being people are insecure and have fear. Judging others helps them feel better about themselves. The Second is that we thrive on bringing down people we view as ‘better' than us. In this case the Dalai Lama is considered one of the most compassionate and evolved people in the world. To Judge allows us to bring them down to our level. It helps us see that those who are above us can become our equal. The third part that added to this sensationalism, is that we are hyper aware of children's rights. Tom shared an example in the 80's when there was almost a hysteria about child abuse. Tom's daughter ate strawberries and had a terrible allergic reaction. Think Will Smith in Hitch. When she was brought into emergency, the doctors questioned whether there was child abuse. We show a vulnerability to how children are treated. These three factors created quite the media frenzy. I wanted to explore why we Judge and how we can BE Love instead. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney about Anxiety and leads me to an Infinite Heart. This was quite the show, and I loved it!Anxiety is a HUGE issue these days for many people if not everyone. Tracy begins this discussion with a course she is taking with Dr Karen Kan who shares her theories of Anxiety and sometimes they have nothing to do with emotions. Sometimes we are so bombarded with EMF's that we don't even feel how much Anxiety we have. Sometimes we are taking on the Anxiety of others, especially if you are an Empath. The first question you should ask yourself when experiencing Anxiety is: Is this mine? However, with all the cell towers, 5G and now 6G, WIFI and just extra electricity blasting our energy centers, we are often overwhelmed and don't realize it.Tracy shared a Powerful Affirmation “I Am Ready”, but be careful what you ask for because the Universe will answer. We also discussed the Power of Imagination. Tools that can help and heal us. As we neared the end of the show, Tracy offered a Healing exercise using me as an example. We looked at my Anxiety level, although I said 40% was of another, 60% was mine, and I used the scale of 10 to 6, but in reality I don't idle at an anxiety level of 10, my intuition just offered the scale for understanding purposes. However, while connecting with how I drank water, I felt my Heart was anxious. This lead to discovering that as I let go of my anxiety, my Heart was able to feel it's connection to the Infinite Source of Love and Gratitude. My Heart expressing that I Lead with my Heart instead of my head or gut. How powerful is that?!This was another Dynamic Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Celebrating the Simplicity of LOVE. We began by discussing Tom's last retreat in Europe that was really a BIG Celebration of Tom's work and a discussion of how to make Tom's work out to the World in a Bigger way. My intent for the Interview was to discuss Love as an Action. An action of Sharing and Giving. The discussion morphed into the Simplicity of LOVE. Love is about Sharing, Compassion and Positivity. Love is simple, it is Fear that is more difficult. Fear means we need to Grow Up and find ways to Let Go of our Fears. Love is an Opening of our Hearts. Love is the Essence of Life. We are often told that if we want something to Act like we have it. When it comes to Love, especially romantic Love, we all put on an Act to try and BE the person we believe the other person desires most. We wear these masks so that we can manipulate others to see what we want them to see and to hope they will BE what we want them to BE. Therein lies the problem. Love doesn't manipulate others. We often are just falling in Need, instead of LOVE. We do this in most relationships, because we have believed the Media's definition of Love. Unfortunately, our media doesn't realize how manipulative it is. Our Ego wants to BE right and has certain expectations. None of this is LOVE. We end out discussion with Compassion. We have no idea what others are experiencing. So if they do or are something we don't like, then what we need is Compassion and Acceptance. Compassion and Acceptance allows everyone to BE who they are. And who they are is Lovable. Love is simple, it is Who we Are. This Love is what we express to others. Love is Who we Are! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart has advice with Tracy McBurney on a Healing Experience I'm calling Wholly Hail Mary. Tracy began with her journey towards health, expanding on last month's show. Tracy remembered a workshop with Gregg Braden when he shared a story about discovering old religious scripts that had the original wording of Hail Mary Prayer. The words were completely different and so is the energy of the prayer. We even tried an experiment asking for the Latin words of the prayer, where I thought it would be more powerful. However, this wasn't the case. In fact it was much darker. The message of this show is that regardless of what needs healing, depending on the Healer level you come from, the old, original Hail Mary Prayer is powerful when you request this energy. We also discussed different Healing Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. Not much is known of the 5th Energy Healer. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on the Spirit World. Tom discusses a post that was made on Facebook where someone posted “Tom doesn't believe in the Spirit World” and the outfall of this statement seemed like a great topic to discuss and share.Tom is a scientist who shares a world that is simple and about Data. I'm an Intuitive that has a rich Spiritual World. We come together because we share a common thread about Love over Fear. What is most important to understand is that we both believe that we each have a universal awareness of the world that it is about Growing Up towards Love and it really doesn't matter how that comes about. Tom nor I am Wrong or Right… it is just what works for each individual who has a journey to Grow Up towards LOVE.We discussed past lives, afterworld and everything that you may believe about the Spirit World. Ultimately, whatever you believe that will assist you on your Journey to LOVE is “right” for YOU. Our beliefs differ and honestly we all have our own concepts of what it means on the Journey. The Only Important piece of this discussion is that we all get to Choose how we Grow Up. As long as you are making choices that take you towards LOVE, then you are Growing and that is all that is important. Join us for this fascinating discussion! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart has advice with Tracy McBurney on the Magic of Divine Water Intelligence. Tracy and I began our show discussing what was happening in our world. We beginning with Tracy; She had a knee issue come up. Tracy explored how our bodies hold onto our trauma that stays in the water of our bodies. We used me as an example for a healing process and everyone can benefit for this and looked at something I have been going through. I Love our Shows because they help everyone work through some of their trauma and this concept for me was new. I knew we held onto our trauma, but is the fact that water is up to 75% in our bodies and more for organs, we hold this energy and it continues to trigger us. This is all about the Journey we take on this small planet. The Journey to Heal with Divine Guidance and Divine Light. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on What is LOVE? February is Love Month at Intuitive Soul and we always share some interesting guidance for those of us who are trying to Grow Up and have Love at the same time. So, my question to Tom this month was What is LOVE? We discuss Love and Fear every show, this one we defined what Love is. An interesting discussion around our capacity to Love comes from how much we have grown up… I Loved this discussion! Tom shared that Love is Caring and Helping is LOVE. I believe that is the extent we can Open our Hearts and to do this we need to feel safe. Whatever Love means to you… BE Love instead of wanting or needing someone to be what you want. Love has NO conditions and it doesn't matter what they do or don't do, it is NEVER about YOU. You can Love someone irregardless of what they can do for you. Love is! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart has advice with Tracy McBurney on Divine Rebalancing and Permission. This was a Perfect Show for Beginning a New Year. We did some Healing work and the new work that Tracy is doing is around Permission. What she found and what I discovered with our last healing work we did together was that I really Let Go and gave her Permission to Heal my deepest core wound – Abandonment. We sometimes feel like we want to heal, but there are definite layers to healing work and although I was sure I had healed this core wound, it was still there and NOW it isn't. The vice grip that is usually on my heart during my triggers on abandonment just aren't there anymore. We offered Permission to live our life freely and to have Good Things happen. During our show Tracy also discovered that Divine Rebalancing is a new layer to her healing mastery. We have discussed Divine Hugs and last show was on the Decree Uncomplicate. This has added another layer with Divine ReBalancing. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Authentically BEing in 2023. We discussed setting Intentions and the difference between Intentions and Resolutions. It comes down to coming from a place of authentic BEing versus coming from the intellect and doing something because you feel you should. We also discussed intuition and how that enhances our choices. Of course it is through our choices that we choose Love over fear. I shared my walking journey a bit and how that transformed my life - to me movement and walking are like meditating. Tom discussed how our imagination also creates the space to Authentically BE. And we discussed that BEing positive makes a difference while BEing authentically YOU. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters! Happy Holidays!
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Letting the Holidays Happen. This was a FUN show where we discussed how to EnJOY the Holidays instead of manipulating them. We discussed how many people have expectations and that is why they can't enjoy the Holidays. Also people try to manipulate others to get what they want. Both expectations and manipulation builds on the fears, Ego and beliefs that take the JOY out of the Holiday Season. The January debt hangover, Social encounters and depression are some of the challenges we have over the Holidays. However, it is how we react to our Fears, Ego and Beliefs that will allow us to Grow Up and EnJOY the Holidays. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters! Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Uncomplicate via Decree. Tracy and I had a very FUN experience to share around two different decrees - we spent most of the show going through an exercise on Uncomplicate. Using my recent illness we went through this exercise on my ears and sinuses. This exercise can be followed with any area in your life that you would like to Uncomplicate. Tracy shared some of the ways she was using Uncomplicate so you can see through examples to experiment. The major benefit of using Uncomplicate is that it brings you into alignment and Source Connectedness and Oneness. The second decree was taking an issue to convert to... or transform to... We didn't get a lot of opportunity to explore this because we spent most of the show on Uncomplicate. However, it is equally amazing. You take what is what you want to convert or transform and then what you want to BE. Then to complete this Decree with 'This or something Divinely Better'. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell about Wallowing in Gratitude. As we enter the Holidays - each year we like to use themes and Gratitude is the best one for the Thanksgiving Season. Tom and I had a powerful discussion on just taking 5-15 minutes a day to ponder what we are Grateful for. This simple exercise can completely change your life for the Positive. We discussed how we are programmed to see the negative because our culture tends to focus on everything that goes wrong and who to blame for it. The thing is no matter how much we like to complain about the weather, politics, conspiracy theories etc - we can't Grow Up BEing negative. We need to find a way to shift to BEing Positive and that requires us to BE Positive. Gratitude is one of the MOST Positive emotions to Play with. Gratitude shifts us from our negativity and bolsters Positivity. This Holiday Season just try to fit in Gratitude Breaks and Feel the Positive Changes it brings. Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on New Immune System. We began this discussion because I had been under the weather for over 10 days and Tracy had just worked with someone similarly that also required this New Immune System Energy. This is an important Healing for those who need it. We requested a Divine Hug and Divine Compassion and also our Divine Child joined it to make it even more important. It combined a way to connect Playfully - which is something we tend to forget that life doesn't have to be serious. All we need to do is to set our intention and Willingness to Accept, Allow and Receive our New Immune System. Also, we shared the numbers that Lloyd Mear wrote in the book Energy Balancing by Numbers as explained in the show 3.6-1.1.9.4-4.8-1-0-2.2-1.5-8. This was another powerful show.
