We've had listeners asking us to do an episode on sapphic pop for months now, and were trying to figure out who we wanted to co-host. Then Melody sent me a text: I FOUND THE PERFECT PERSON. That person is Trish Bendix, who just published a sprawling look at the past and present (and popularity) of sapphic pop, from Big Momma Thornton to Chappell Roan. I absolutely loved this conversation, where we did our very best to answer your questions about everything from the ‘80s sound in contemporary sapphic pop to Jojo Siwa “inventing” the genre. Plus we talk about “Constant Craving” at least three times (which Melody had never heard!!!!) Make sure you check out the show notes to links to all the songs we mention in the episode. Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney about Beautiful Emotional Eating. 2024 is a New Year and we began this year with a show on Emotional Eating through an older book from Doreen Virtue in 1995. The book was called Constant Craving. A book Tracy taught to her students and got back into circulation. Tracy shared an important experience she had with her husband. He was asking her why she was always choosing M&M's for movie night. When she stopped and asked, she went to the back of the book that has a list of common foods and what it represents. M&M's were about a hunger and anger for romantic love over her other love of her work. She was frustrated that she wasn't spending quality romance with her husband due to her responsibilities with her work. Many foods represent areas we have fears around and our digestion is challenged. We discussed how we need our Brain to be a receiver, not just judgment mode. Tracy shared how we need to balance our brains. The left brain is overly used compared to the right brain which is intuitive and creative. This book isn't in e-book form but can be bought in paper back through Amazon. However, if you can get quiet and connect to your right brain, you may receive the answer about your choices. The key here is to NOT judge yourself, as that is indicative of emotional eating. This was another Powerful Show with Tracy McBurney! Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

We already possess the capacity to be truly at peace, in the present moment. Inside each of us is a great well of happiness and contentment. We tend to think that a particular experience, an external circumstance will make us happy and complete. But external conditions are a pale reflection of the capacity for true contentment that exists inside us.

But, like Maria McKee of Lone Star fame — there was something unique about her and lordy that voice. While already receiving praise for her first two albums "Shadowland" and "A Truly Western Experience," and "Angel with a Lariat" (the latter two with the Reclines), it was her album (also with the Reclines) "Absolute Torch and Twang," that blew me away. The comparisons between KD Lang and Patsy Cline were well deserved and "Pullin' Back the Reins" remains one of my all-time favorites. By 1992, she moved in a more pop-centric direction that still retained elements of her folk roots and released "Ingénue." This album and the lead single "Constant Craving" brought her not only acclaim but the worldwide recognition she rightfully deserved. Her performance of the Leonard Cohen classic "Hallelujah" at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Colombia is only bested by Whitney Houston's "Star Spangled Banner" in live event vocal performances. Her rendition was not only stirring but heartfelt, which mesmerized me at the same time. If there ever was any doubt about this woman's talent — this performance was proof of the contrary. It wasn't until a year later that Abigail covered "Constant Craving" and made the song an underground Eurodance hit. Her label subsequently commissioned remixes for several of her new releases going forward. You know how us gay folk operate. If we latch onto someone — we're gonna remix it and put it on the dancefloor. K.D. Lang's induction into the Diva Hall of Fame represents all the singles that were remixed by her label in various iterations (save "Constant Craving," which is an edit of the original).  It is with great pleasure to include one of our own in the Diva Hall of Fame as Miss KD Lang takes her rightful place among the many talented women that have filled up this ever-expanding series. I don't know how KD feels about her music being remixed but we adore this woman and it's our way of showing our gratitude for sharing her talent with the rest of the world. I cannot think of a better person to represent the LGBTQ+ community. We love you. The original release of Ms. Lang's induction contained an edit of "Constant Craving". Buddha taught that no chains are as powerful as attachment, and nothing bonds us to suffering like our attachment. In the First Noble Truth, Buddha didn't just say, "Life is pervaded by suffering," but defined suffering:   In short, the five clinging-aggregates are dukkha (suffering).   "And what is the cause by which dukkha (suffering) comes into play? Craving is the cause by which dukkha comes into play.   The five aggregates are what make up everything, including our self: physical form, feelings, perceptions, mental fabrications, and consciousness. But the aggregates aren't the problem. It's everything in us that is clinging. In particular, pain and problems are caused by craving that leads us to be attached to something; whether we are attached to gems, children, our expectations, opinions, or money. Craving is an action; because it's an action, we can stop craving. If we can stop craving, we can stop suffering. Craving is the inappropriate attention we give to the object we want by dwelling on its desirable qualities. At first, we just encounter a desirable object or situation we want. But it is inappropriate attention---the thinking-dwelling-craving-- that eventually causes attachment to arise. Feed it long enough, and attachment will arise and bind us to what we want so tightly that we can't be satisfied without it. When we don't get what we're attached to, suffering follows like the shadow of a body.     So what can we feed our minds instead when we very much want something? We can feed it non-attachment. We can let go. Let go of others' opinions of us…let go of how others behave…let go of ideas about how an experience would be…let go of expectations of others…let go of needing a particular thing…let go of a person that isn't healthy for us. Practicing non-attachment in this way helps us let go of disappointment, dissatisfaction, and toxic situations. And wouldn't that be wonderful?   The wise do not say that bonds made of iron, of wood, and of hemp are strong bonds;  they say that only passionate attachment to and care for gems and jewelry, children and wives are strong bonds.  These drag one down (to lower planes of existence) and although they seem yielding are difficult to unfasten.  The wise, cutting off this bond (of craving) and resolutely giving up sensual pleasures, renounce the world. Sophie B. Hawkins dominated the airwaves with her 1992 debut single, “Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover,” a song with homoerotic overtones that were rare in mainstream pop at the time. If they went unnoticed by many listeners, she fought nearly every step of the way to express her progressive views and maintain her independence at her label, and struggled to find her place in the LGBTQ community. Meanwhile, k.d. lang's 1992 hit “Constant Craving” and her album Ingenue ushered her out of Nashville and into the Top 40 spotlight. After she came out, picketers protested her Grammy nominations, but her star quickly rose, with Vanity Fair tapping her for one of its most memorable, provocative covers and cementing her status as a sex symbol and a queer icon. In this episode, we explore how the two artists navigated the music industry and their sexual orientations as they were thrust into the public eye. With special guest Sophie B. First. World. Problems. Nonetheless, there's a whole episode about my Cornbread Craving* because it parallels a deeper craving. Are we really craving the food itself or the experience that goes with it - be it the nostalgia or the needle in a haystack scavenger hunt. When we get what we actually crave, are we ever truly satisfied? If it's gas station cornbread, doubtful. *I really hope y'all also sing the title of this episode "Cornbread Craving" to the tune of K.D. Party Favorz is officially kicking off the 2022 Gay Pride season early with volume one of the Ultimate Gay Anthems & PRIDE Classics series. These sets are a massive update to the original Gay Pride Classics sets that were originally released in 2014 (It Get's Better, Love Sensation, True Colors, Together Again & We Are Family). This and the forthcoming volumes primarily focus on gay anthems that were released in the 90s through the first half of the millennium. As far as Party Favorz is concerned, this is the golden age of club music with so many entries for inclusion it was painful to drop just one song. However, there are some newer songs that go past that timeline that have become staples in the Gay Pride arsenal as well. The majority of newer anthems will be included in the upcoming 'Ultimate Gay Anthems For A New Generation' release scheduled for later in the month. Since the original release, there has been a glut of remixes for instantly recognizable classics who's original version didn't quite fit in with the overall flow of this release so we went with the updated versions. To be certain, this is not the same series as the original releases. Barry Harris and Dirty Disco have been the main contributors who have preserved and modernized many of our favorite gay anthems. Speaking of which, you're going to find a hefty dose of other legends like Hex Hector, Junior Vasquez, Ralphi Rosario, Freemasons, Victor Calderone, Wayne G, Almighty and 7th Heaven amongst the many songs included here. Over the years, we've had a lot of calls for the creation of a best of the Diva Hall of Fame. While there are currently no plans to create such a series because it's a bit redundant — consider these final Gay Anthem releases to be just that. The tracklist alone on this series reads like a who's who of our favorite divas who've been inducted into the Hall of Fame including those one or two-hit wonders that never went beyond the kind of recognition they rightfully deserved. You will notice in this initial tracklist a little something, something by one our personal favorites K.D. Lang. The one solid remix missing from her induction into the Diva Hall of Fame was a great remix of 'Constant Craving.' I don't want to speak ill of the person who did the remix that was included in the release but it was really bad and there weren't any other options at the time of its release. Enter the fabulous legendary Tracy Young. It appears Tracy created a remix of 'Constant Craving' in late 2021 after the release of our Diva Series, which may be updated to include it later this year and can be purchased here for diehard fans. I could go on and on about how much fun this set was creating and all the headaches entailed in working in a diverse setlist like this but that would only suck the joy out of listening to it. Where are all the Canadians, eh?If you take a close look at the Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Albums list you'll see a bunch of Canadians - The Band, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, etc. - who have one thing in common: they spent a huge portion of their careers in the United States. It does seem like Rolling Stone has a bit of a *gasp* American bias.Well, the good folks at Record Roulette would like to help Rolling Stone correct this bias, so we've picked three albums from Canadian artists that have a serious claim to the list and debated which one is best. Eamon O'Flynn chose Gordon Lightfoot's “Sundown,” Sonya Walton chose kd lang's “Ingenue” and Nathan Smith chose Rufus Wainwright's self-titled debut album.Which one should make the list? In today's episode, Angela and Patti will discuss whether Twin Flame is a myth or the real deal. This topic came about when someone asked Patti about twin flame. Patti didn't know much about twin flame, so Patti asked Angela if she knew about the twin flame concept. Angela does and suggested we do a podcast episode on this topic. Does the twin flame concept give the appearance of the Fear of Missing Out? “Everyone else has this ideal relationship but I don't”. Constant Craving - remember KD Lang? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXqPjx94YMg Angela - Remember the Diary of Bridget Jones Movies? 1. Why do you want to have this powerful intimate connection? 2. If you want a life-long powerful intimate connection - what are you excited about sharing with someone over a life-time? A life-long connection requires a different way of thinking about love - like being there for when this person goes through sickness, grief and even death. 3. What do you want to experience in being a witness to someone else's life and journey? 4. If this person that you think is your twin flame does not stay in your life - why do you still want them to be in your life? What is it that you deeply want from a physical relationship with a partner? Angela - In that film - I'm not spoiling it - but Susan Sarandon's character says that she sees her role as a partner is to be a witness to her husband and him to do that for her. For Angela is the greatest gift you can have with anybody - to witness their life and share in that person's journey. And couples that I see deeply bonded without labeling themselves as twin flames - have discovered complete freedom in their relationship because they no longer look for their partner to fulfill some concept of love - but instead they deeply appreciate the gift of being able to witness someone's life and be part of their journey. The movie Shall we Dance does a great job of sharing that. https://www.amazon.com/Shall-We-Dance-Richard-Gere/dp/B006S8Q8W2 What soul group do you think is Angela and Patti? Thank you, Angela, for sharing your expertise, in-depth explanation and opinion of twin flame and soulmates with the listeners and me. We would love to hear about your perception, belief and experience with twin flame relationships. Glen Matlock (The Sex Pistols) Discusses Movies, Music, and More

When most people think about bass players and The Sex Pistols, their minds immediately gravitate to Sid Vicious. Well, they shouldn't. MANY years before and MANY years after Sid had come and gone, Glen Matlock handled the bottom-end for the British punk innovators. He was a founding member of the band and re-joined them for several reunions starting in 1996. The big hits The Sex Pistols are known for? Yeah, those were co-written by Matlock well before Vicious picked up the bass. As a matter of fact, out of the 12 tracks embodying the band's only true album, "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols," 10 of those are credited as co-written by Matlock. After his stint in The Sex Pistols, Matlock moved on to play with many well-known artists that have made a lasting impact on rock history. Some of those include Iggy Pop and The Damned. He also played in supergroups with members of The Clash, Generation X, The Alarm, New York Dolls, and Spandau Ballet. Glen even played in a band WITH Sid Vicious after the demise of The Sex Pistols. Matlock has went on to have a successful and fullfilling solo career and also partners up with different acquaintances as time and pandemics allow. His latest pairing is with guitarist Earl Slick. For those who don't know, Slick is known for performing with big names like David Bowie, John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Robert Smith, John Waite, Tim Curry, and David Coverdale. He also has several of his own solo recordings. The limited-edition 7-inch record Slick and Matlock just released contains 2 tracks and is available in orange and black vinyl through Bandcamp. The songs include an original acoustic version of a tune off Glen's upcoming album entitled "Consequences Coming." The other treat is a cover of K.D. Lang's "Constant Craving." I had the delightful opportunity to sit down with Glen Matlock and talk about how he's spent the pandemic, what he's up to, a VERY tiny bit about The Sex Pistols, hanging out with his neighbor Paul Weller, and his plans for the future. I failed to mention, we also talked about movies, music, and more. Sit down and enjoy this great chat with a true legend of rock and roll history. Finding the Light: Our 3D separation has taught us that there’s always a price to pay for our happiness. But in 5D Oneness, there are no trade-offs for the things we want, all we need is to be clear about what that is. And what bridges 3D separation with 5D Oneness Consciousness is Hope—the ability to tune into our deepest desires and work towards creating them.

Starting off with the quintessential Eurodance hit, "Barbie Girl" by Aqua, this compilation will take you back to the time when catchy lyrics and infectious beats were all the rage. Regardless of personal opinions about its merits, there's no denying the impact this track had on the Eurodance scene. Similarly, tracks from Vengaboys, like "We Like To Party" and "Boom Boom Boom," encapsulated the era's sound with their distinct Ibiza beat and memorable hooks, earning their place on both dance and pop charts globally. This collection also includes Alice Deejay's "Better Off Alone," a track that perfectly captured the spirit of late 90s heartache against a backdrop of pulsating beats. With its undeniable Eurodance and Techno influences, this track became a comforting anthem for many during times of emotional turmoil. Moving slightly into the realm of Trance, we have the early millennium hit "Toca's Miracle" by Fragma, and N-Trance's genre-bending "Set You Free," blending Drum & Bass, Freestyle, and Trance. Duke's "So In Love," a significant house music staple with Eurodance elements, is also a noteworthy inclusion in this volume. Tracks like Rozalla's "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)" and Billie Ray Martin's "Your Loving Arms" offer a seamless blend of House and Eurodance, demonstrating the genre's versatility. Abigail's remakes of "Losing My Religion" and "Constant Craving" further illustrate this fusion, combining familiar tunes with a Eurodance and Trance twist for an enticing dancefloor experience. No Eurodance compilation would be complete without Nicki French's dancefloor-filling rendition of Bonnie Tyler's classic "Total Eclipse of the Heart," an exceptional blend of Hi-NRG and Eurodance. Likewise, Livin' Joy's hits "Dreamer" and "Don't Stop Movin'," provide a winning fusion of House and Eurodance. With the third volume of the Ultimate Eurodance Collection, dive into the nostalgic memories of the 90s Eurodance and Techno era, filled with classic tunes that transcended genre boundaries. Stay tuned for the final installment of this journey, and as always... ENJOY! Album : The Ultimate Eurodance Collection vol. 3 Genre : Euro-dance, Hi-NRG, Techno Year : 2020 Total Time : 01:52:30 1. Party Favorz is back with volume 3 of the Ultimate Eurodance Collection, which features the biggest Eurodance tracks of the late 80's through the 90's. It's only in this particular series that a song like "Barbie Girl" by Aqua could be even remotely considered a classic. I've always detested this song, yet here we are. The same could be said for anything Vengaboys because all of their tracks were virtually identical. They utilized the same Ibiza beat that was hot at the time, and maintained few innocuous lyrics, but were catchy as hell. It's this formula that propelled them to the top of the dance charts and many pop charts across the globe. I stuck with "We Like To Party," which went on to be the theme song for Six Flags and "Boom Boom Boom" and left out the annoying "Up and Down." They had several earlier hits but those three are what crossed-over in the North America. Another track that follows the same formula is "Better Off Alone," which actually spoke to me. I was head over heels in love with this guy named Pete at the time. We had a bitter split and when I'd hear that song, it felt like I was a sympathetic character in some John Hughes 80's flick. Some of these songs border on trance with Fragma's "Toca's Miracle" leading the way from the early millennium. N-Trance's massive "Set You Free" was an introduction to Drum & Bass with a bit of Freestyle and Trance thrown in making this song really stand out. Duke's "So In Love" is a massive house music staple with overtones of Eurodance but is nevertheless a personal favorite, thus its inclusion. Rozalla's "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good) and Billy Ray Martin's "Your Loving Arms" are a natural fit here even if the latter was naturally house. I've also included the early Abigail classic remakes of "Losing My Religion" and "Constant Craving," which were on a small label imprint but had a massive impact by bridging commercial Trance and Eurodance with familiar songs originally sung by other artists (REM and K.D. Lang). Speaking of which, no set would be complete without the epic Bonnie Tyler classic "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Nicki French who transformed the powerful ballad into a massive floor-filler combining elements of Hi-NRG and Eurodance. Equally, Livin' Joy's "Dreamer" and "Don't Stop Movin'" (the latter featured here) effectively combined house music and Eurodance for crossover appeal from the dancefloor to radio. There's a lot of happy memories to unpack in volume 3 and there shouldn't be anything that you aren't already intimately familiar with. PARTY FAVORZ ANNUAL FUNDRAISER I want to give a MASSIVE shout out to Anthony S., Glenn A., and Raul G. for their much needed donations. Still, that leaves me short $175. Folks, you don't need to donate a massive amount of money to help Party Favorz reach our goal of $500. The recommended amounts when you land on the donation page are just that. There's a box at the end that allows you to enter ANY AMOUNT of your choosing and that you can afford. I realize that not everyone is a walking ATM and definitely appreciate the support I receive from subscriptions but there's just not enough money there for me to cover my annual hosting costs. If all you can afford is $5 — I'll happily accept it. Whatever it takes to help me keep Party Favorz going for at least another year. I promise, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back tomorrow with the 4th and final installment of the Ultimate Eurodance Collection. Until then...ENJOY! K.D. Lang is Canadian pop and country singer known for hits such as "Constant Craving" and "Miss Chatelaine" from her Grammy award-winning and multi-platinum album "Ingénue ."  She actually came on my radar in 1989 riding high on the "cowpunk" trend of the late 80's that included BoDeans and Lone Justice.  For me, that label wasn't really fitting for her style as she really was a classic country crooner. The comparisons between K.D. Lang and Patsy Cline were well deserved and "Pullin' Back the Reins" remains one of my all-time favorites. Her rendition was not only stirring but heartfelt, that mesmerized at the same time. If there ever was any doubt to this woman's talent — this performance was proof to the contrary. K.D. Lang's induction into the Diva Hall of Fame represents all the singles that were remixed by her label in various iterations (save "Constant Craving," which is a an edit of the original).  It is with great pleasure to include one of our own into the Diva Hall of Fame as Miss K.D. Lang takes her rightful place among the many talented woman that have filled up this ever-expanding series. I don't know how K.D. feels about her music being remixed but we adore this woman and it's our way of showing our gratitude sharing her talent with the rest of the world. I cannot think of a better person to represent the LGBTQ+ community. We love you. Album: K.D. Lang  | The Diva Series Genre: House Music, Circuit Tribal House Year: 2020 Total Time: 01:29:14 1. Ever notice how faggots (and particularly cocksuckers) become even more crazed for the dick AFTER being fed their Alpha's cum? That is because the ingredients in cum induce submission in the recipient. But it's more than that. the act of receiving a Man's load and swallowing it is powerful and tangible evidence of submission. The receiver is marked for all time both inside and out with every squirt of jizz down its throat. It is an Alpha's means of marking his territory, his property. Every faggot feels this in their core every time they accept a Man's load.

Dr. Dan welcomes back listener favorite Dr. Stuart Shanker to the 32nd episode of The Parent Footprint Podcast. https://www.facebook.com/StuartShanker2018/ International parenting expert and bestselling author Dr. Stuart Shanker (https://self-reg.ca/ ) has helped countless children and families learn about (and break) the stress cycle with his professional work and his paradigm-shifting book, SELF-REG: How to Help Your Child (and You) Break the Stress Cycle and Successfully Engage with Life (now available in paperback).   Today Dr. Dan and Dr. Shanker discuss and offer ways to tackle the ever present topic of craving and The Hook Model and how it detrimentally affects most kids today (and their parents). Listeners will recognize the fascinating science behind what happens when dopamine is triggered and how it creates stress and anxiety. There is a difference between wanting and liking. Once dopamine is triggered this craving needs an outlet and often there is none... for our children today especially with technology and social media this can be very difficult. The biggest takeaway from today: young people are especially susceptible to cravings (dopamine triggerings) and are so easily hooked and this then leads to so much anxiety -- and that is a stressor without an outlet or ending for our children/teens. The solution will be eye opening for all parents -- Dr. Shanker gives parents the exact language to have this discussion with their own child(ren) and how to conquer it. At the end of the episode Dr. Dan asks Dr. Shanker about his #1 piece of advice for listeners from today’s show and Dr. Shanker uses his own Parent Footprint moment about his son to illustrate how as a parent it is hard for even Dr. Shanker a self-reg “guru” to say no and that as parents we need to set limits and say no sometimes. Dr. Shanker’s recent blog dives even deeper into related information: https://self-reg.ca/2018/02/08/self-reg-view-constant-craving/ Dr. Stuart Shanker is a distinguished research professor emeritus of psychology and philosophy at York University and the creator of The MEHRIT Centre. Your food cravings are emotional responses to your need to soothe yourself says Drew’s guest expert, Stephanie Dodier. Stephanie is an eating coach and a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She has studied the mental and emotional side of transformation through alternative therapies. She shares her story of losing 100 pounds and still being unhappy because she had no mind-body connection. Stephanie believes women have a harder time overcoming food cravings, a breathing technique can help stave off cravings and most people need to re-work their relationship with food. Check out Drew's new 60-day Jump Start to Keto program and Subscribe & Review this podcast on iTunes | Stitcher.   Key Takeaways: [07:35] After a physical breakdown, Stephanie knew a prescription wasn't the solution to her health problems. [10:50] Stephanie's doctor recommended adding food to her diet to help her lose 100 pounds. [14:09] What do you do when you are 100 pounds lighter but still not happy? [18:07] Nutrition and fitness are important but they don't represent the whole picture of good health. [20:55] Food cravings may be harder for women to overcome than for men. [26:02] Step #1 is to be your own person before you are your title or function. [32:56] Re-work your relationship to food by cleaning up your diet and quieting your mind. [39:19] Finding another way to soothe yourself without using food. [44:54] The Keto Connector is about the mind-body connection to the low-carb keto approach. [47:21] Constant Craving by Doreen Virtue is about the non-scientific aspect of food cravings.   Sponsors: Drop an F Bomb - 10% Off if You Mention Fit2Fat2Fit at checkout! I recently found myself at a upstate "play" party and boy did I learn lot. I still don't get orgies, or "cuddle puddles " (which is a sugarcoated word that describes a place that should be super comfy, and full of teddy ruxbins but instead but reeks of old dick soup and sadness. I literally cannot get away from this fucking fad (HA!I pun) I bet it was fun in the 70s when people had real drugs being carried in briefcases by bad ass Pan AM stewardess and good music and no cellphones but these days where the cocaine smells like nail polish remover (i only smelled i did not inhale) and everyone has a secret stash of valtrex in their bathroom cabinet what's the fucking point. A couple of my main issues: 1. I Hate sharing 2. think that watching other people have sex is absolutely gnarly. No one has a pink porn hairless asshole. The dicks are weird and misshapen, like carrots grown in Chernobyl, and I can't imagine the the V's of swinger chicks could resemble anything other than a Katz's Pastrami sandwich (RIP) the guttural primal noises coming out of peoples mouths literally makes my vagina wither. 3.I also must be the center center of attention at all times and would probably set a bitch on fire that was getting more attention than me form my chosen love partner. HOW DO PEOPLE WATCH THEIR BOYFRIENDS FUCK ANOTHER GIRL. how.? HOW. I would CUT A BITCH. so fast. End up in jail all alone singing johnny cash to myself. I'm getting tired of people telling me that I am not "open" that I couldn't possibly understand who wonderful it is to hold your boyfriends hand and look him in the eyes while you're ramming some strangers foreskin down your tonsils. They're almost like a cult, and they are amazingly good at tricking you into thinking you're missing something from your life, and that you shouldn't be so "rigid" and defined by social norms. I'm sorry but just because i don't want to be a pig on a spit roast for 10 people to feast on of that doesn't mean I am not sexually enlightened. I mean fine, maybe i'm a jewy worry wort who is terrified of STDs and hates the idea of bros who are not buying me dinner and rubbing my toes after a long night of dancing being able to see my ovaries. YOU HAVE TO EARN THAT. Am i prude. Maybe...i've been told i'm all talk. I Met this beautiful Russian girl there and i was thinking fuck it. Why not. I can do this. I could have sex with this gorgeous girl in a fuck pile of other humans....right? WRONG. I swear to you the moment i sort of let her know I was interested she immediately whisked me off to this quiet tree lined yoga place and sat in front of taking my hands in hers and started swaying, like someone who was speaking in tongues at one of those cray town bible thumpy places telling me to "relax" in a super thick russian accent which literally made me the MOST NERVOUS. She came behind me and wrapped her tiny limbs around me around me like a koala bear monkey but it felt honestly so odd to have a small person hold me from behind...suffice it to say, I didn't get any pussy. So anyway on the way home from this weekend I interviewed a friend of mine who would like to remain anonymous who is well versed with these "play" community. She cracks me up. She's so young and hot and innocent sort or while living inside the body of a full grown fucking woman. I never had big boobs so I can't imagine it's easy to be a little girl in a grown ups body. I think it's fucked up that swingers have coopted the word "Play" and now anytime I hear something that used to remind me of playgrounds, and recess and hopscotch and riding bikes to get ice cream I now associate with 45 year old white furried bellied investment bankers and CEO's and their 22 year old Russian blow up doll girlfriends with their puffy pouty lips and slightly Asiatic eyes and a penchant for glaring around the room without making eye contact with other females.

Today I'm answering a very common question, how to keep it hot after 15 years of marriage and kids on top of it? Today's guests Denis and Jessie have such a fascinating love story. Growing up across the street from each other they reignited their interest after college, but then waited to have sex with each other until marriage. Fast forward 15 years later, 5 kids, a smoking hot sex life and a company in the sexual wellness space. Denis and Jessie break down just how they do it all, but most importantly, how they keep that constant lust and desire for each other sexually. TCGD listeners I LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK!
