Over the next 10 days and in the next 6 months (as Eclipse's energy stays with us until the next Eclipse.) we can use this energy to let go of the fears within this area and evolve our consciousness.Tracy likes to share what happens in her World. This month she had the opportunity to examine how our mind consciousness creates defense mechanisms, control mechanisms and protection mechanisms when we have had trauma. This led us to reviewing how Gregg Braden has a fractal pattern calculator for us to look at the first date we took in a pattern that our mind created to defend, control or protect itself, regardless of where the issue came from.The one thing that seemed to be the most powerful tool is to ask our Authentic Higher Self to just Hold us. It will lead to healing, but sometimes we need to sit in the trigger, for me it was not listening. To observe it, own it (because we like to blame everyone else for our triggers, fear, pain) and then surrender it. This is the first New Moon of the Astrological year. We are kicking off this astrological year as if we're being shot out of a cannon. Aries is all about starting fresh, new beginnings, and renewal. I'm excited to share something new I'm going to do in 2024. I'm going to do quarterly highlights of what's coming up in the cosmos for the upcoming quarter. This episode will focus on the first quarter of 2024. Near the end of March I'll do another one for the second quarter of 2024, and so on. I hope these episodes will help you deepen your understanding into what's going on energetically that will affect all of us on a collective level. As I explain in this episode, we're each impacted personally depending on our own birth chart too. But since I can't look at everyone's individual birth chart, I'll focus on what I feel are the main astrological events in the upcoming quarter and how they'll affect us as a collective.In this episode I talked about three main events happening in the first quarter of 2024:* Pluto moves out of Capricorn and into Aquarius again on January 20th or 21st, depending on where you are in the world. Pluto first made this move last March, but it only stayed a couple of months before it retrograded back into Capricorn. It will spend most of 2024 in Aquarius, with one last retrograde back into Capricorn from September 1 through November 19, before moving back into Aquarius where it will stay until 2043. I share a lot about the themes of Pluto and Aquarius and what I feel is possible over the next 20 years based on what happened the last time Pluto was in Aquarius back in the 1700s!* Chiron, known as the Wounded Healer, is going to be joining up with the North Node (where we're headed and being called toward) in the sign of Aries. I share the healing opportunities for us when this shift occurs in February.* The first eclipse of the year happens on March 25th. It's a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Libra. This Eclipse invites us to reassess the give and take in our relationships, and to look at what's ready to come to a conclusion within our relationships. We are just 8 days away from the Solar Eclipse! The eclipse season is the 6-week cycle that happens every 6 months around the solar and lunar eclipses. You can think of these 6 weeks as the conclusion of the story of your past 6 months, and the beginning of your next 6-month cycle. The last eclipses were on April 20th and May 5th. This time is bringing a close to those lessons and the beginning of your next 6 months. This Eclipse takes place in Chitra Nakshatra. According to Vedic mythology, Chitra is personified as a celestial architect and painter named Vishvakarma, the divine craftsman of the gods, responsible for creating the heavenly palaces, chariots, and weapons for the Devas (celestial beings). We begin the month of May in the thick of Eclipse Season. We had a powerful solar eclipse a few days ago, and this week on Friday, the 5th, there will be a lunar eclipse in Scorpio.  While a solar eclipse opens the door to new beginnings and change, a lunar eclipse helps us complete our shift to the new. Full Moon Eclipses bring endings, closure, and transformative events that move us from one state of consciousness to another.  This eclipse is an opportunity to create significant change in your life.  Lunar eclipses bring us information from out of nowhere. Some of the things you learn could catch you off guard. Not all of the information is bad.  It could provide you with the motivation and inspiration you need to make changes in your life. It's also important to understand that everything is happening to move you forward. We're getting an energetic push from the universe to move us out of stuck energy and old patterns. This eclipse is our opportunity to step into our power. It's here to remind us of our power and point out where we are limiting ourselves. One thing that stands out under this Eclipse is some of the magic symbolism and synchronicities behind it. This Eclipse falls on the 5th day of the 5th month at 14 degrees of Scorpio. The number 14 adds up to five as well, making the 5 energies very strong. The number 5 is all about change and is a master about being able to go with the flow.  It is happiest when things are fresh and full of possibilities. Death manifests among the living in myriad forms and guises. It is unforgettable in its imprint. Those who are drawn to get close to death and to get involved with it have their own set of challenges accordingly. Will they get wrapped up in the lesser levels of death and turn into habitual trapped creatures, or will they extend the range of their affinity and their allegiance to encompass the redemptive and the regenerative aspects of death? Being magnetized to relive previous deaths, to learn the ways of death and to fathom its mysteries, and being able to move among many sides of this equation. Happy and blessed Lunar Eclipse in Taurus #sovereignWoman! Eclipses are powerful times of change and transformation in which the energy moves in a diagonal direction. This energy can break through stone-hard patterns of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, allowing for realignment and purging when we are self-aware and integrate energy work. In a Lunar Eclipse, the Earth's shadow blocks the sun's light, which otherwise reflects off the moon. This impacts us because you and I are basically plants that need water and light to thrive and are impacted by the shifts in light being downloaded onto the Planet by the Sun and the Moon. When there are big energy changes as it relates to light that comes into the Earth from the Sun or Moon, our subconscious mind is exposed bringing to the light many of our shadows and limiting subconscious mind patterns which can make us feel anxious and uncomfortable. Friday, November 19 features the longest partial Lunar Eclipse in 580 years and the longest of this century at six hours total with its peak lasting 3 hours, 28 minutes.  At 97.4 percent, it is as good as a Total Lunar eclipse in effect and visuals. I see this Lunar Eclipse at 27 Taurus as THE big event of 2021 because of its extraordinary length of duration as well as its activation of the Pleiades and the North Node.  A Lunar Eclipse helps us leap timelines and accelerate our deepest desires and intentions as the Moon accomplishes in a few hours--all the phases from Full to New and back to Full--what would normally take nearly 30 days. The North Node supports positive forward momentum and the Pleiades are known to many indigenous people's as their original home star system.  The Pleiadians have been the source of some of the most illunimating channeled spiritual insight over the past century and are seen as strong guardians and advocates for humanity's evolution of consciousness and the wellbeing of planet Earth.Yet this Lunar Eclipse is not only a Moon of light and heart... any Lunar Eclipse by its nature will bring up light AND shadow as can be seen as we observe the reveal and illumination dance of the Earth's shadow upon the Moon's face.  This Eclipse also activates Algol, a fixed star of ill repute in ancient Europe, often called the "demon star" because of its location in the third eye of the head of Medusa as well as its strange twinkling pattern as an eclipsed binary star which, about every 68 hours blinks on and off for eight hours. I personally love this star and believe it points to the reality that we must become opened to the tenderness, the poignancy, the loss and pain of life if we are to become vessels as well for joy, delight, and pleasure.  So in this eclipse we find both medicines--much as the great Dream Healer Aesclepeus used the blood from Medusa's head to both heal and to take life.I speak much more in depth of this in my podcast here.  The three-day period surrounding the eclipse is a time of high magic and alchemy where the more space we can create for our dreams, visions, and practices of stillness and deep listening, the better.  Thursday evening and Friday morning especialy we benefit greatly when we take time and create the sacred context to hear our higher guidance. I have seen this as the Eclipse of Great Bounty and Sensual Delight as it lasts so long in the sign of Taurus.  In this Samhain season in the north where the wheel turns from fall to winter, the Full Moon in late Taurus reminds us of the abundance and sensual season of Beltane, moving from Spring to Summer.  Take time to savor the pleasure of life in this eclipse window and let your turning inward be toward gratitude and recieving of the pleasures of being fully alive.

Dear Soul Family,Happy Total Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius!  This eclipse is active from 4:45 am to 7:52 am Central, with totality lasting over 14 minutes from 6:11 to 6:26 am.   Like all lunar eclipses this is an accelerated time portal where our focus of attention is amplified.  This is a Super Eclipse with the Moon near perigee at its closest to the Earth this year.This Lunar Eclipse is epic in scale according to Toltec wisdom keepers, fully launches us into the Age of the Sixth Sun where we shift into a more yin or feminine period, a "Night" Sun, where reality becomes malleable for us as we reclaim the art and skill of the masterful dreamer.This is a very potent Dreaming Moon, a Moon of highest spiritual vision with Mercury and Venus conjunct and square to  Neptune, Mars trine Neptune, and of course Jupiter in Pisces.  Add to that Mercury slowing to station retrograde this Saturday and we can feel that this is a time of high magic where more than ever we influence the mysteries as much as they inform us. If you can make space for your form of meditation/spiritual practice at least for the 14 minutes of totality or ideally for as much of the near three hours of the full eclipse this is a very potent portal to seed your intentions for the the coming years--especially the next four years.  This Eclipse is with the South Node so It is a time to lighten your load, consciously releasing old dogmatic patterns of belief, especially those where you give your spiritual authority over to sources outside yourself.  Where have you been in spiritual servitude, taking in the toxins of free floating shame or guilt making yourself bad and in so doing separating yourself from Source?  I have come to see in myself that when I judge myself or others I immediately create a divide between myself and my innate innocence, power, and spiritual knowing.  It's time to sense and feel in your physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual, psychic bodies where you have accumulated heaviness and stagnancy and to use movement, prayer, mindfulness, dance, music making, shaking, prayer, ceremony to fully and complete release excess... and to commit yourself to regular practices to continually Enjoy much more in this podcast beamed from Cozumel, Island of the Moon Goddess Ix Chel.

For me, this is an interesting holiday and not one I can totally understand as history has a way of being rewritten. I do believe that it is a time to come together and share in blessings. I honor our Native American heritage and offer gratitude for this heritage that I carry. Gratitude is an ascending emotion. On the scale of consciousness, it comes in around the level of 540.  Whereas, fear is 75, guilt 30, shame 20. Interestingly, courage is at 200… so having courage to rise above the lower vibrations is a great way to lift your energy.  This scale of consciousness is something I've studied from the work of Dr. David Hawkins. His lectures and books have been around for a while, Eye for Eye, Power versus Force and one of his last books before he passed on, Letting go, really helped me to understand all these different levels. Above courage is neutrality at 250… willingness 310... acceptance 350 and reason is at 400. And then we reach Love at 500. Joy and gratitude  surpasses love at 540.  Peace, which requires love and joy and gratitude, is above that at 600 and enlightenment is between 700 and 1000. Having the desire and courage to rise above the fear and other lower vibrations will help you so much in raising your energy. And that is why you hear many people say gratitude is an ascending vibration. It will help you to rise above your troubles and find the great fullness in your life. It will attract the joy and love as well. I really believe that when you live in gratitude you can live in abundance. As I teach, it's not always easy to be thankful for the circumstances in your life, but finding gratitude for the simple blessings and the Sacred Elements of life can really help you to honor your path and move you out of the lower stressors in your everyday life. So what I would like to do in this episode is to offer this Prayer of Thanksgiving as a meditation to raise your vibration and appreciate the many things all around you. Even in the midst of one of the most radical collectively tough years in our lifetimes, you can practice gratitude — not as a way to bypass the tough stuff, but as a way to show the Universe, Spirit, God that we recognize that we're being loved and supported too. This Thanksgiving Address comes from the Six Nations in upstate New York and Canada. I sat in my first sweat lodge with the Tuscarora people and prayer circles with the Mohawks. January 20/21, full moon Lunar Eclipse in Noble Leo will oppose the Sun in future thinking Aquarius. This Eclipse shows us where we need to release and reset. This last two weeks has set in motion new circumstances to take you where you are meant to be.
