Why do so many people live with their head in the sand? I just don't get it. We see it in all walks of life Not my kid, he's a bad person, this team is still relevant, you can create success without effort....man I have heard it all. You mean to tell me that these teams make that much money in baseball that they can pay one player ¾ of the value of the organization? DO you know what it is? How it will impact the game? Does this make the rich richer?   Why baseball is a failure in so many fronts: deferred money    Did they get the college football playoff bracket correct? Is Franklin wrong for throwing the ball & scoring a TD with the backups in late in a blowout?    PSU v. Oregon  NFL Rewind:   Bears fire Eberflus, we all saw it coming. Nobody will argue that he should still be HC. Thanksgiving is such an underrated holiday. Personally, I enjoy the NYC parade, football usually, the food and of course the naps. Notice that's plural. Anyway, we are talking the Turkey holiday with a sprinkle in of all your favorite things including football. Fellas, we all eat Turkey & spend thanksgiving with family. Do you have any Thanksgiving tradition/ritual that you do? A few of the big dawg power house squads  LSU/BAMA/ OLE MISS/ TEXAS A&M ALL WITH 3 LOSSES ARE ALL OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS……. Monologue: :Tim Worley charted out a six-year NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears. Worley was an original first round pick of the Steelers in 1989 and flashed talent during his rookie season. He rushed for 770 yards and five touchdowns. While Worley had a fairly prosperous pro career, he is a legend at Georgia. During his junior season with the Bulldogs, he ran for 1,216 yards and 17 touchdowns. Certain publications named him a first-team All-American and he was also UPI's SEC Offensive Player of the Year. Worley is also a member of the Florida-Georgia game Hall of Fame. Our guest this week on the OSP has been part of the Pittsburgh Penguins media for many years and will be sharing his insight on the last, present and future of the organization from his perspective. Bob Grove covered the Penguins for 17 seasons at the Washington (PA) Observer-Reporter and 14 seasons at the Pittsburgh Sports Report. He spent 16 on the Penguins Radio Network, and he wrote Pittsburgh Penguins: The Official History of the First 30 Years (Taylor Publishing 1997) and contributed to the second edition of Total Hockey, The Official Encyclopedia of the National Hockey League (2000).   Where did it all begin for you? Now that the dust has finally settled on the much ballyhooed 2024 NFL schedule we decided since we are all NFL amateur experts to randomly choose teams and dissect their potential wins and losses for the 2024 season. As we work towards summer at a fast and furious pace our show finds itself at a crossroads of sports.
