Following his tenure with MLB, Don served as the Chief Executive of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, where he was responsible for all day-to-day administration of the institution, including management of the $103 million new Hall of Fame Riverfront development project. Don is currently President and CEO of Kavi Sports, a consulting firm that provides strategic planning, licensing, intellectual property management and development, and business development services to clients. Don is also a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he teaches courses in sports law and business.
