This immersive dining location (for all ages) brings guests into the world of Pirates of the Caribbean (the ride and the film franchise). Complete with a rowdy pirate crew, an affable parrot first mate (Rummy), story-driven details, and savory food and drink, The Beak & Barrel is an experience that will leave the whole family wanting to set sail like a true pirate of the Caribbean. A rare mix from the critically acclaimed experimentalist. Lucrecia Dalt isn't your typical electronic artist. The Colombian singer and composer approaches music-making in the way a fantasy writer builds worlds. Over the past two decades, she's produced a catalogue that reads more like a bookshelf of strange, interlinked novels, each with its own laws, characters and textures, extending the one before it. Dalt's RA Mix is a fascinating entry into the series (and will sit comfortably with RA's recent archival playlist, Mixes From Artists Who Don't Call Themselves DJs, But Probably Should). Take the opening track, "Cellophane," by Beak>, the band led by Portishead's Geoff Barrow. The lyrics set the tone for the hour to come: "Now the wind has blown down / Now the truth is laid out there." True to Dalt's oeuvre, RA.1005 has little regard for convention. Kick drums and beatmatching are nowhere to be heard; instead, she offers a collage of inspiration, drawing connections across eras, moods and geographies. The mix includes the work of close collaborators (David Sylvian, Juana Molina and Niño de Elche) as well as excursions into psychedelic jazz (Lloyd's Miller's "Gol-E-Gandom"), sombre downtempo (Muslimgauze's "Enchante, Monsieur") and Korean pop (Leenalchi's "Magic Pocket). (13:17) Jessica - I have a couple of his graduates going to college. People keep passing away. Trying to keep positive during change. (20:08) Break 1 (21:52) Linda - I'm a 77-year-old grandmother. Last September my son passed from a heart attack. I've had a lot of change over the last year. I'm going through all the motions because the help of my faith. Looking for encouragement and help through the grief. (35:31) Karen - 25 years ago...in a year, my kids grew up and left, elderly relative passed away, husband had a medical crisis, I had to get a job which I hadn't done for 20 years. Everything I knew about my life changed. Spent close to 2 years hating life and hit a wall or God and said, 'I give up.' I simply accepted this is my life and things changed for the better and opportunities opened up. (41:05) Beak 2 Jo Ann - Life just took everything away from me. I sat down on the couch and couldn't get up. Couldn't go to Mass. Never stopped praying, but my faith was there and felt that God was guiding me. When I did get help, it was my faith that got me through. God is good! We need to trust in him and he has a plan. (48:04) What are ways we can find peace in our lives?

(13:17) Jessica - I have a couple of his graduates going to college. People keep passing away. Trying to keep positive during change. (20:08) Break 1 (21:52) Linda - I'm a 77-year-old grandmother. Last September my son passed from a heart attack. I've had a lot of change over the last year. I'm going through all the motions because the help of my faith. Looking for encouragement and help through the grief. (35:31) Karen - 25 years ago...in a year, my kids grew up and left, elderly relative passed away, husband had a medical crisis, I had to get a job which I hadn't done for 20 years. Everything I knew about my life changed. Spent close to 2 years hating life and hit a wall or God and said, 'I give up.' I simply accepted this is my life and things changed for the better and opportunities opened up. (41:05) Beak 2 Jo Ann - Life just took everything away from me. I sat down on the couch and couldn't get up. Couldn't go to Mass. Never stopped praying, but my faith was there and felt that God was guiding me. When I did get help, it was my faith that got me through. God is good! We need to trust in him and he has a plan. (48:04) What are ways we can find peace in our lives?

Several weeks ago D23 put out their agenda for their upcoming event being held the last weekend of August. Surprising to so many was the fact that there was no parks panel.
