These two can be synthesized to create a negation of the negation of the negation, so to speak, that takes Communism as the theoretical ideal and "basic spirit" of historical development while utilizing Fascism as its practical mode of production, and that's exactly what we see in China following the rise of Deng Xiaoping. It's also exactly what we see in the West under the ESG scoring model for corporate behavior and the United Nations Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals that it services. This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.   Britain's new leftist prime minister has responded to riots across his country by unveiling the expanded use of facial recognition, intelligence-sharing, “criminal behavior orders” and other surveillance techniques to restrict preemptively the movement and actions of opponents of the mass immigration that is radically transforming the U.K.   Where have we seen such practices relentlessly applied? In recent days, the Conservative Political Action Conference and International Crisis Summit addressed the damage done by the COVID virus and the disastrous response to it recommended by the World Health Organization. You may have noticed that something has been terribly wrong with America's public health system. One reason is that it's been heeding World Health Organization bureaucrats doing the bidding of the Chinese Communist Party.  They concealed the fact that the CCP deliberately unleashed a biological warfare attack against this country and the rest of the world. The WHO not only lied about the origins and nature of the Wuhan Virus. It also insisted on the so-called “China Model” response of masks, lockdowns, mandatory jabs with inadequately tested so-called “vaccines” and digital “passports” to enforce them.  Investigators of Pfizer documents found the company and regulators had evidence they were perpetrating a “great crime against humanity.” We need accountability – and protection against the World Health Organization, the Chinese Communists, Big Pharma and our own government doing even worse to us in the future.  This is Frank Gaffney.

About ninety minutes into an epic CPAC speech on Saturday, Donald Trump declared anew that the United States must withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party-controlled World Health Organization, better known as the WHO.  In classic Trumpian fashion, he said those letters stand for “We Hide Outbreaks.” Alternatively, there's “We Help Othering” or “We Host Operations.”   The WHO has reliably done all three for the CCP – at horrific cost to Americans and others. Global elites have long sought to establish control over the rest of us. Today, Klaus Schwab's World Economic Forum is pursuing a “Great Reset” explicitly designed to do just that. Obschon die äußeren Anpassungen tatsächlich das sind, was man von einem „Facelift“ erwartet, wird einem beim Innenraum ganz anders. So muss das sein! Tesla bleibt sich treu und macht, was sie am liebsten machen: Dinge, die niemand erwartet hat. Das gilt natürlich auch für die Fahrleistungen, die allem, was zur Zeit auf den Straßen unterwegs ist, im Rückspiegel zuzwinkern. Dennoch ist nicht alles golden bei Tesla, was aktuell die „Made in China“-Model-3 zeigen, die seit einigen Wochen auch an deutsche Käufer:innen ausgeliefert werden. Nach anfänglicher Freude über geringeren Preis und höhere Verarbeitungsqualität folgt spätestens an der Ladesäule die Ernüchterung. Die Lithium-Eisen-Phosphat-Akkus verhalten sich, gelinde gesagt, nicht wie von den Käufern erwartet. Schlechte Performance bei Kälte und Ladegeschwindigkeiten, die Stirnrunzeln verursachen sind da eher die Kleinigkeiten. Ärger kommt auf, wenn das Auto bei 68% Ladestand „Akku voll“ meldet oder bei 14% auf der Autobahn ausrollt, weil das System der Meinung ist, die Batterien seien leer. Alles Wissenswerte hierzu in dieser Folge und in aller Tiefe mit gewohnter Nextmove-Qualität bei Stefan auf YouTube. Ferner reden wir über GM’s großspurige Ankündigungen, den Verkauf von Ubitricity an Shell und - last but not least - über die BAFA-Bürokraten, die auf Grund eines Formfehlers beim Beantragen der E-Auto-Förderung schnell mal den Umweltbonus nicht auszahlen wollen. Welcome to season 2 of the show!Our first guest this season is Francis Fukuyama, one of the most influential political thinkers of our time and someone who has written extensively on international politics and issues of development. He is a senior fellow at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies(FSI) and the director of the institute’s Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL),. This conversation was recorded in mid-December 2020 at the height of the controversies surrounding the US presidential election and President Trump’s refusal to acknowledge defeat. And while a new president will shortly be sworn in on the 20th of January, deep political divisions remain. It is therefore particularly useful and timely to revisit Fukuyama’s major two-volume work on the origins of political order and political decay. The China Model: Political Meritocracy and the Limits of Democracy by Daniel A. Bell. (Princeton University Press, 2016) A Canadian born political scientist working in China and Singapore discusses why we should not take it for granted that Western democracy is superior. He argues that South East Asian Confusian meritocracy has far better output legitimacy and better leaders than our democratic states, and especially young democracies the world over.

The Bank of England's Michael Kumhof will join us to discuss his work on Full Reserve banking and digital currency models. Shortly after the Great Recession of 2008, while working at the IMF, Michael published a groundbreaking research paper entitled The Chicago Plan Revisited, where he argued that had the US adopted a full reserve banking model, as proposed by the Chicago Plan during the Great Depression, the US would have seen both higher output, fewer recessions and lower levels of debt. Michael is also an expert on CBDCs and has published on the subject for the Bank of England. We will be asking Mr. Kumhof can we build a safer, lower-risk financial system built on digital currency? We will then be joined by the IMF's Tommaso Mancini-Griffoli, who serves as Deputy Division Chief in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department. Tommaso has been a global thought leader on models of digital currency and stablecoins and their impact on the banking sector, regulatory frameworks and the international monetary system.  In particular, Tommaso and his IMF colleagues have proposed the creation of “narrow banks”, a new form of chartered national bank whose purpose would be to hold full reserve assets with central banks as part of a system of issuing stablecoins or central bank sponsored digital currency. We'll explore these ideas, and ask if major G20 countries should be establishing ‘Digital Currency Banking Charters' built on full reserve money. Finally, many of these ideas are being explored not just in the private sector with new global stablecoin arrangements such as Centre and Libra, but also very much in the public sector, where in China their new CDEP digital currency initiative introduces the world's largest real full reserve banking model applied in the digital realm. We will be joined by noted Chinese economist and Associate Research Fellow for the People's Bank of China, Dr. Chuanwei David Zou, Chief Economist at Wanxiang Blockchain, who has published extensively on DCEP and brings deep expertise from the Chinese financial ecosystem.  What can we learn from this and what are the implications for how other leading reserve currencies will evolve their monetary forms?
